Speechless

My breath is taken away at the quality and beauty of the videos I received. I can’t even verbalize just how perfectly Chris captured our day. All the beautiful and goofy moments. Every shot was well thought out. He worked together so well with photographer whom he has just met that day. It really was a perfectly executed dance between them. I will recommend Picture Perfect Studios to everyone going forward. Absolutely stunning job!!!

Respects the importance of your wedding day

We booked Chris for our wedding on the recommendation of a good friend and I'm so grateful to her for that. He was professional, responsive, and mindful in his shot choices and angles. You can tell when watching the video that he really cared about capturing our day. He also accommodated a time-lapse shot we really wanted. The video quality was fantastic but almost more importantly, the sound was spot on also. Our vows were clear and are laid out over our video and I love it.

He, along with our photographers, ended up being the most important vendors we booked. At the last minute, my grandma was not able to travel for the wedding and thanks to Chris, it was like she was able to experience our day with us when she watched the video later. He captured all of the important moments, and even helped keep me on schedule by insisting that it was time for me to sit in the chair and get my lipstick on. He had to go get set up for our ceremony but wanted to make sure he captured all the important “getting ready” shots. If he hadn’t done that, I’d have been late to my own wedding!

We highly recommend Chris and Picture Perfect Studios to capture your wedding day memories.

Fantastic Customer Service!

Picture Perfect Cinema was great to work with - especially during the pandemic. We felt like everything was going against us having a great wedding but chris and his team really stepped up. They helped make our day special and we have the memories to remember the day for what it was - the best day of our live. He even helped us LiveStream the event for our friends and family that couldn’t make it at no extra cost. He said it was his way of giving back during the pandemic - Thanks Picture Perfect Studios!

Just Perfect

We had a great experience with Chris at our wedding. I never dealt with a videographer before and didn't really know what to expect. He sent my husband and I a questioner which literally covered the whole day. This asked about what type of video we wanted, etc. There are so many things going on the day of and after looking at our videos, I actually forgot some of the stuff I had input on this questioner and am SO glad he captured these moments. He was on point and really flexible with how the day would be. He was super easy to work with and honestly, just trust him. Make your inputs on the questioner, but the day of, he KNOWS what you want, so don't stress out! Not having to worry if he captured this or that, made our day well spent with our family and friends. The turn around time is quick as well. We got married 12-15-18 and we got all our videos before the year. I would definitely recommend him to anyone.

Highly recommended

I would recommend Chris to anyone looking for a videographer. He was so easy to work with, on top of his flexibility the quality of his work is amazing. When I received the final product from Chris, I almost cried because it was perfect! Not only was the final product perfect, but the turn-around time was super quick.

Throughout the planning process, Chris made everything easy so it was one less thing to stress about, and on the day-of, he was punctual and professional. I would hire him again in a heartbeat and he was the perfect choice.

Great Quality Videos and Friendly Service

We came down to crunch time on our wedding vendors, and Chris at Picture Perfect Cinema was such a wonderful videographer find! Chris responded quickly without pressure, and was happy to answer questions and made us feel at ease about the process and what we could expect from him. On the morning of our ceremony, Chris was in an accident, and still grabbed a Lyft with all his gear while assuring me he would make it on time (and was!). Our Instagram and Highlight reels were so special, and both video and audio are great quality on the videos.

Chris was wonderful to work with and created an absolutely beautiful video of our wedding. He was extremely flexible working with my schedule and very accommodating throughout the entire process. Chris was such a wonderful person to work with us for our wedding. He sat with us to go over everything & to get a feel of us & how we wanted things captured. He worked with our schedule & was always friendly. He also had worked with our photographer previously, so on the wedding day they worked perfectly as a team. Chris was AMAZING. They say that pictures are worth a thousand words, but pictures won't bring you back the feeling of your actual day until you watch your videos. He captured our wedding day perfectly. From the little details that even pictures don't capture. His videos make you RELIVE the day that went by way too fast, it's an amazing feeling. He was so easy to work with and super easy to communicate with. I absolutely recommend his services. He was fantastic. There are many vendors I would switch out if I could if I could go back and redo things, but Picture Perfect Cinema is the choice I would make over and over. I can't describe and put into words how happy I am with his product. I love watching our reels over and over!

We received our trailer from our October wedding and my husband and I are completely blown away by the outstanding quality and attention to detail. Picture Perfect Cinema came to us by strong referral by our photographer (Kelly Balch Photography) and I'm so glad we decided on Chris! Their chemistry and coordination the day of the wedding made everything go so smoothly we hardly even noticed him filming in the background! He captured the best essence of what that day was all about and brought a lot of his expertise and experience to our particular production. The wedding coordination team had nothing but excellent things to say about him! Professional pre-planning consultations, easy to understand wedding agreements, pre-wedding preparation and excellent organizational skills. He has a great eye for editing and we are completely satisfied with his work. Don't make the mistake of foregoing the video/cinematographer. Hire Chris and his team at Picture Perfect Cinema!

Chris did my daughter's wedding October 1st and we're very happy with the finished products! From the short video to the full length, he captured all the moments big and small. It was very important to us that we could watch the video and see and hear all the vows, toasts, speeches and funny moments of the wedding day. He got it all and the sound quality was great too. Hear him out! I just inquired, but wasn't intending to proceed based on other companies i was interested in working with, but, with persistence and follow up by Chris, I was more than obliged with not only his quality of work, but his flexibility. He wasn't even in town to sit down with me and make any official agreements with myself and my fiance, but he still made it a point to contact me via face time so we could have some type of meet to satisfy my fiance's skepticism. Unfortunately, I called off my wedding ...but also fortunately, I was in agreement with Chris, and he offered alternative services for the funds already paid to the company. They are more than accommodating, and you can tell they genuinely care about their clients dream/desires.

If you're seriously considering a videographer, Picture Perfect Cinema is the way to go! Fast response time and they take the time to make sure they create your video just the way you want it. Chris is a rockstar and and we couldn't be more happy with the video. It comes in a beautiful DVD case and the disc was printed with a beautiful picture of me and my wife. He really pays close attention to the little details. Highly recommended. You won't be disappointed!

You won't find a better Video Company for your Wedding or Event than Picture Perfect Cinema. My bride and I were blown away with the quality of our video. Chris incorporated all that we asked for and made these memories just that much better. The value for the money is off the charts. I am so grateful that my wife hired Chris and his staff. Usually hiring a family friend doesn't always pay off, but in this case it absolutely did. Chris is one of the nicest and most genuine vendors that I spoke with during our search for a videographer. He was incredibly responsive and quick to get back to us whenever we had any questions. He was willing to work with us and our budget, and went out of his way to meet with us in person to show us sample work and develop a custom package. While we didn't ultimately book him because we ended up being gifted a videographer, we really liked his work and would have definitely chosen him to shoot our wedding.

Where do I event begin! Seriously, there aren't enough words to describe how thankful we are for our wedding video. Picture Perfect Cinema did such an amazing job and I love to watch our video over and over again. Chris and his team were absolutely incredible through the entire process and he answered every text and email I sent his way within hours. Just that alone helped ease the nerves. Chris and his entire team at Picture Perfect Cinema have been great to our family over the years and he's been a part of some of our most treasured memories. He has filmed my daughter's wedding, my grand daughters 1st birthday and last month I surprised my daughter with a photo session for the family. I couldn't imagine working with anyone else! He's highly responsive and the customer service is fantastic! He doesn't stop until you're happy with your video! We love Picture Perfect Cinema and I highly recommend them to anyone looking to have a special memory captured on film.

Christopher did such a wonderful job on my daughter's first birthday video! He was very professional, made sure to get good footage, and dealt with several rounds of revisions! I felt terrible sending over revisions (I am a recovering perfectionist), but Christopher wanted to make sure the video was perfect. And it is! Thank you for capturing a great moment in our lives.

On a side note - he is also very responsive to emails and phone calls. Very professional, ensuring a great experience :)

There are not enough kind words to say about Picture Perfect Ciema! They did the most fantastic job. I hired another videographer who honestly was trying to screw me over. I found this company and saw their work, I called Chris and everything worked out perfect! They are my knight and shinning armor of videography.
Hands down one of the best decisions I made for my big day. I loved reliving our special day. Their work is so beutifully done, you can't help but watch it over and over again!!
If you really want a good company that produces great quality product, who doesn't break the bank this is the one you should pick! Chris and his team is amazing!!!

Extremely professional and reliable. When you have a photographer and videographer at your wedding something you don't think of is that they are both trying to get the same shot and that could lead to some animosity between your two vendors. I was very impressed that West Coast Productions Immediately went over and introduced themselves to our photographer which made for an easy working environment. Our photographer was very thankful for their professionalism and made the day so easy. Our video is also amazing and is a great way to capture your special day.

Chris and his team at West Coast Productions Studios did an outstanding job with my wedding highlight and extended cut wedding video. My husband and I are so happy and impressed with their work. From beginning to end, Chris was professional, accommodating, and went above and beyond what our expectations were. They use the best quality equipment and it really shows in the end product. Chris edited our videos to truly capture the heart and soul of our wedding, even including our very heartfelt original vows in the highlight video; none of our friends/family can watch it without tearing up all over again, they really captured the moments! My husband and I cried when we saw our highlight video because it was just so perfect. The videos they made for us were just so amazing and incredible. It felt like we were living the day all over again, and we would if we could in a heartbeat. The one word I heard many times throughout the planning process to select vendors that you trusted and we really had that trust with Chris. Chris and his team were the perfect choice for our wedding on NYE! I tried to book my vendors early because I was worried about the holiday. I found Chris through Thumbtack and booked pretty quickly. Chris was great with working with our budget and providing add-ons to us. I originally only wanted the full length of the ceremony but I changed my mind about 1000 times. Chris was able to work with me to determine the best options for my husband and I and at great prices.

I had assumed that since Chris was who I had been coordinating with the entire time, that he would be the one doing the videography at my wedding. However, about 2 weeks prior to event he "matched" me with a videographer. I had Frank and he was great. The ONLY thing that I didn't like is that Frank brought a female with him. I don't know if it was his sister, girlfriend, a student or what but I wasn't expecting her. I didn't say anything because I didn't want to get upset unnecessarily on my big day. Luckily, we had plenty of food and space but had we been limited on the amount of guests then it would have been a problem. I just wasn't expecting him to bring anyone because we only paid for one videographer.

We ended up getting a highlight reel (an instagram 1 minute teaser and then about a 6 minute highlight reel), a full length video of the ceremony and highlights of the reception. I was SO happy to receive the final video so quickly and I think I've watched it once per week since receiving it. They even filmed a special baby announcement for us since we found out we're expecting about 5 days before the wedding.

Chris and his team were an excellent choice for our wedding and I am so thankful that we connected. I can't wait to recommend Picture Perfect Cinema to others.

Fantastic Detailed Professional Videographer

Chris was such an amazing videographer and really quick to deliver the videos! He was able to provide us a number of videos within just two days of getting married! It was such a nice surprise that we got to relive our special day while on our honeymoon. We really enjoy Chris’ video style with capturing all the little details of our important day. I do have to say that, at first, I was very nervous because the response rate isn’t what a stressed-out bride would like, but my fiancé reassured me that it would be just fine and that not all vendors will be as responsive as we would like. In the end, I am soooo glad that we stayed with Chris, because he ended up being one of our favorite vendors! He is so focused on his work and trying to perfect everything! He was really such a pleasure to work with and flexible to deal with. You can’t go wrong with Picture Perfect Cinema!

I got married in October, 2016. Chris was my videographer and overall did a great job. He was very flexible and easy to work with. I got ready with my bridesmaids early in the morning at a hotel close to my venue. He was willing to meet us there and do some filming before the ceremony. He also took time to film the groom and the groomsmen before the ceremony. The final videos he sent me were top quality and very professional. They had all the snap shots of the day, as well as the entire ceremony and the important moments in the reception.

I booked Christopher at Picture Perfect cinema for our wedding on 10.05.2019. We received our Instagram reel and we really liked it. Next is our video and we look forward to seeing it.

Horrible communication

I feel really bad writing a negative review, but I wanted to share my experience honestly, especially since most reviews are positive, which wasn’t my experience. We booked Chris to film our wedding, which was in April. After signing the contract, I started to worry with the lack of communication. All of my other vendors responded to me in a timely manner, but I had to send multiple emails over the span of several weeks to eventually get responses from Chris, which was frustrating as I was trying to plan a wedding long distance.

The day of the wedding, Chris sent me a text in the morning saying he had gotten injured, and wouldn’t be able to shoot my wedding, but that he’d arranged for a backup to be there to film it instead, which was nice to know it had been taken care of.

That said, after the wedding, I waited a VERY long time to get my videos back. I sent several polite emails, across months with zero response, just asking for an ETA on when I’d get the videos back. Nothing. No response, no answer to phone calls, etc. I finally got a response from him in June, telling me I’d have my videos in 10-14 days. This email came because (before I had any issues with him) I recommended that a friend getting married in June book him too, so I saw him at her wedding and asked about timing for the videos. The 10-14 days came and went, again with no response to my communications with him. I finally got my videos back in August, with no explanation or apology, so I just felt like as a business professional, that really wasn’t the right way to handle his response. The friend who also used him had similar experiences with lack of communication and a long time before getting her videos back.

The quality of my videos was fine, but I can’t say I’d recommend using this company for your videography unless you are someone who doesn’t need regular communication, and are okay waiting several months for your videos back.

Almost a Year and We Still Don't Have Wedding Footage

My husband and I got married almost a year ago in March of 2019, and we still do not have our videos. We paid for ceremony and reception and the last communication we received from Chris was a few days after our wedding in March 2019. We tried to be understanding and patient, we provided a prompt email on the initial instagram reel (which we enjoyed) and ceremony video with requests for edits to lighting and sound to be more consistent along with other minor tweaks, at which point he said he would work on it and the reception video next. Since then we have received no response from him nor an ETA for our wedding footage, though having patiently contacted him via email and phone calls at least once a month for at least 6 months, with no response (yes we sent music as required in the contract). We tried to be understanding when he was not responsive during the wedding planning or was late or was the only vendor not to show up for a meeting, however his lack of response and lack of producing the product we already have paid in full for is completely unprofessional and we are in the process of filing a civil complaint, since we contracted videography for rare moments in our wedding we would not be able to see due to the busy schedule of the wedding day. We're afraid we'll never get our wedding footage and it has come to writing the negative review and even more disheartening steps. We want to at least warn other couples to be careful as it seems he's still filming weddings (to get paid by the day of) but you may not get the footage at all like our case. The instagram reel and the unrefined/quickly edited footage of the ceremony is online, but has not been provided to us. No footage whatsoever has been provided to us. Please be careful.

Do Not Recommend

We hired Chris as our Wedding Videographer for our July 2021 wedding and communication was great up through the wedding. We received our Social Media Reel and Love Story Reel via text in October 2021 because his website apparently was experiencing issues. He assured us he would look into it and be sending us our Extended Reel the following day. After being patient and waiting, we still had not received the full ceremony/footage and Extended Reel when I followed up a month later in November. No response. Again, we waited…and proceeded to follow up another month later, as the holidays were approaching and we still had not received what was contractually promised and wanted to share the memories of our special day with our family and friends. We were (and still are) extremely frustrated and disappointed as we write this, as we STILL have not received our wedding footage and it is February 2022.

We have consistently tried to contact Chris via email, phone, text, and DM and we have not heard from him since October 2021. This is highly unprofessional and appalling and we DO NOT recommend him.

We’ve now consulted with our family attorney and are considering legal action as next steps, unfortunately.
