Kolleen and Bobby were fantastic to work with! From the beginning, they were responsive, provided clear details about their pricing and business structure, and were quick to answer any questions. Throughout the whole experience, working with them was so fun! They took the time to get to know us and put us at ease in front of the camera, and definitely made us laugh the whole time. They went above and beyond the whole wedding weekend and we would love to work with them again for family photoshoots. -

Bobby and Kolleen are nothing short of FAMILY to us! Our journey with them was an absolute joy from the moment we booked their services and had our first delightful phone call. It was like finding the missing piece to our puzzle. By the end of it all, we even found ourselves eagerly anticipating a visit to Vermont, excited about the prospect of hanging out with them and their lovely daughter.
Throughout our interactions, whether over the phone or through email, they paid keen attention to every detail of our vision for our photos, and they absolutely delivered. Our initial in-person meeting for our engagement session in Downtown Philly was a burst of positive energy that was downright infectious. We had no idea where to capture those perfect shots, but they did all the legwork, guiding us effortlessly. Their eye for camera-worthy moments is simply impeccable. Whether it was posed shots or candid moments bursting with life, they had it all figured out.
The engagement session was incredibly heartwarming, and having them be part of our special day was nothing short of amazing. What's even more remarkable is how they embraced our desire to include our fur baby Charlie in as many shots as possible. Whenever it was just the two of us, either Kolleen or Bobby would lovingly hold Charlie on his leash.
When the time came for our wedding, they managed to capture every single precious moment. From the teary-eyed moments to fits of laughter, the boutonniere pinning, Charlie's dashing vest, and our cherished family photos, it all seamlessly came together like a beautiful puzzle.
When we asked them about their photography style at the venue, their response was, "We like to blend into the background and capture candid, lively moments." And that's exactly what they did. They immortalized countless beautiful moments both on and off the dance floor that will forever be etched in our hearts. Their candid shots of our guests and family, alongside the meticulously planned posed photos, truly exemplified their genuine love and connection throughout our wedding day.
All in all, Kolleen and Bobby are fully committed to forming a deep connection with the couple and ensuring that every desire is met. They have a remarkable knack for capturing the essence of your special day with unmatched precision, making every glance at the photos a heartfelt journey back to the joyous memories of that magical day. We couldn't stop singing their praises, and to this day, whenever someone asks for a photographer recommendation, we eagerly share their contact information. The absolute BEST!!
I've had so many people remark to me that our engagement and wedding photos (and we've only gotten the sneak peek back!) belong in a magazine. Kolleen and Bobby are unreal talented, but also they are genuine, beautiful people committed to understanding and telling your story. They made us feel incredibly comfortable from day 1 at our engagement shoot and we couldn't wait to see them again. They clearly are in love and they bring that to their work to showcase our love. What an amazing team!
In the summer of 2022 we were lucky enough to have Kolleen and Bobby document our backyard wedding in southern VT. It was a somewhat intimate and largely DIY affair, but it was especially important that we have good quality photos, as it was the first time in years our family and friends had been able to gather. From the moment we linked up with these two, they were a joy to work with. They were prompt, professional, detailed, and flexible when it came to tailoring the package to our needs and budget. On our big day, they were incredibly considerate, thoughtful, engaging, and organized. And we could not be happier with the finished product; nearly 1800 beautiful photos of the people we cherish most, and a gorgeous album that Kolleen helped curate and arrange. We cannot recommend them highly enough! -

Kolleen & Bobby are unparalleled. In an industry where there is a lot of sameness, they very impressively deliver a product unlike any other. We are SO happy that we found them and treasure our photos endlessly.
My husband and I knew we wanted to have fun with our engagement photos and wedding photos. We wanted to dress up, be goofy, we wanted high quality candids showing the real and beautiful and weird moments that a wedding brings. As soon as we spoke to Kolleen and Bobby on the phone, we knew they were the people for the job and we never looked back! They remained so communicative and flexible in the months leading up to the wedding.
When Kolleen and Bobby arrived at our venue the morning of our wedding, I felt instantly calmed by their presence, like they were old friends. They were simultaneously stoic and excited, professional and absolutely stress-free. In those moments before the wedding, they both were so much more than photographers-- we felt like we could rely on them for anything. It was such a gift.
The photos they produced from our wedding are more than we could have ever dreamed. They are stunning and honest, they have that photo-journalistic flare that we craved and didn't know was possible. Kolleen and Bobby were there at all the right moments, invisible when they needed to be, but also fun and welcomed additions to the party when it began. They were unobtrusive, but also ever-present. How do they do it?? Friends and family still talk about how they loved hanging out with the photographers at the wedding and how the photos are unlike any wedding photos they have ever seen!

Beyond expectations!
Bobby and Kolleen make magic behind the camera! They spent time ensuring they knew what special things we wanted photos of (my husband's socks, a detail in my bouquet.) They were able to easily navigate all the pairings for family photos of two complicated families--no easy feat! We wanted a mix of the typical wedding photos but also ones with a more candid feel to truly capture us and our day. Bobby and Kolleen delivered and then some! Our friends and family were so impressed with the photos. They managed to get into the middle of the action without being intrusive. My husband and I always feel awkward in front of the camera, but they made it feel easy and fun. As an added extra, Bobby and Kolleen checked in with us throughout the night to make sure we had everything we needed, including water on a 90* day. They are warm, caring, and funny, and are clearly dedicated to providing the best photos possible of such an important day. Don't forget to take the usie at the end of the night! -

It took me a while to write a review because honestly there are no words for how spectacular Kolleen and Bobby are! They made our engagement shoot and wedding day so much fun! When they walked into my room the morning of my wedding it was like best friends being reunited! They were constantly encouraging and supportive. They managed to capture all of the little weird moment my husband and I had throughout our special day. Our guest even kept commenting on how amazing our photographers were! On top of that THE PHOTOS WERE BREATHTAKING!!!!!! Kolleen and Bobby are truly masters of their craft. "They captured EVERYTHING, how did they do it?" - I can't tell you how many times we heard that after the wedding. When we saw the photos from our big day, we laughed, we cried happy tears, we totally relived the entire day through our photos. Moments we remembered vividly and loved seeing again, and fuzzier moments that were so fun to experience. We loved seeing how many candids were taken of everyone who attended, like when we say EVERYTHING was captured, EVERYTHING and EVERYONE was captured. We have never seen wedding photos like these before. Our faces hurt from smiling at all of the smiles captured, the dance moves captured. We've been doing "live showings" of the album with our family and friends, and everyone continues to be amazed with us.
We got married in October during peak foliage season in New England. The leaves had all changed, we had blue skies, you really couldn't ask for a better fall weekend in Vermont. Kolleen and Bobby stunned us with gorgeous vibrancy and lighting in the photos. All of the unbelievable colors captured and the nighttime photos in the tent were beautiful. They are incredibly talented - they have an eye for the best shots and the skills to edit and enhance (but without going overboard).
It is so important to book the right vendor to capture your big day or special occasion. Kolleen and Bobby go above and beyond. They are extremely communicative, professional, but most of all, FUN! They make you feel comfortable being in front of the camera. You can feel their passion for what they do and their love for each other. Everyone who met them just adored them!
We booked Kolleen and Bobby for our engagement shoot and our wedding, and will definitely be in touch for future holiday and family shoots. -

Bobby and Colleen are consummate professionals and gorgeous photographers. My husband and I own a film production company, so we know our way around cameras. Bobby is a former sports photographer and amazing at capturing the perfect moments in action. We asked Bobby and Colleen just to capture the night as it unfolded, with few set photos. We couldn't be happier with the photos from our wedding. They're not only beautiful, they really capture who we are as a couple.
The Kintz's captured our wedding at 5 Birds Farm in Woodstock, VT. Colleen is from the area and has big love for VT, which I feel also came through in their work.
We recommended them to all of our friends, so we have been lucky to get to hang with Bobby and Colleen at at least five weddings since ours (they travel!). Hire them, you will not be disappointed. -

We found Bobby and Kolleen on here and immediately decided to go with them just based on their sample photographs. Kolleen is extremely responsive, and was very flexible with our engagement shoot. She had planned 2 days for us in case of rain and when both days were not the best she was able to fit us in 2 days after our original date. They were great during our session, Olive was a cutie and super well behaved and we are obsessed with the quality of our photos! I love the Kintz's!
Wow, this review is very very very belated because the Kintz's photographed our wedding in 2019, but I was just printing some photos from our wedding and thinking about how great they are. Not only are the photos top notch and incredible, but they were also so enjoyable to work with leading up to and throughout our wedding. You definitely want to choose a photographer that you enjoy spending time with and Bobby and Kolleen are just incredible, warm, fun and creative people. Highly highly highly recommend. We started working with Bobby and Kolleen in 2019 for our engagement photo session. We had never had professional photos taken before, and they definitely made us feel comfortable in front of the camera and with them. They suggested two fun locations for our engagement photos and gave us many example poses, and we have many of those pictures framed around our home.
Due to COVID, we were forced to rethink our original wedding plans for August 2020. We opted for an intimate ceremony with family and planned our larger reception for the following year. We knew we wanted to have Bobby and Kolleen capture both days (one year apart) and they were extremely accommodating as we worked through all of the details. We feel extremely lucky that we had the same friendly faces at both of our big days. They even provided two Facebook sneak peaks- one for each year.
We had a lot of fun these past two years working with The Kintzs. We had so many laughs together and they really captured all of our emotions throughout these extremely important days in our lives. They were down for all of my silly ideas, popping champagne bottles and throwing flower petals. Getting our multiple sets of photos from them was always a great day- sitting with my husband and reliving the memories. We wholeheartedly recommend Bobby and Kolleen for your wedding! -

Easily the best experience with photographers to date! Bobby and Kolleen are super personable and very talented at their craft. Posing for pictures can be awkward, however they made sure everyone was comfortable and enjoying the experience. They are energetic, engaging, and a lot of fun! Bobby and Kolleen were absolutely amazing to work with. They were super easy to communicate with throughout the planning process and we’re super flexible when it came to our uncertain plans because of COVID. We got over 30 photos as a sneak peak less than a week after our wedding and received the rest of the photos well before the promised date in our contract. We are in love with all of our photos. They made us both feel incredibly comfortable on our wedding day even though we are usually pretty awkward when it comes to posing and taking photos. So many of our friends and family commented on the amazing energy that Bobby and Kolleen had throughout the night - they were awesome to work with and everyone at our wedding noticed! -

Exceptional artists, wonderful people
Bobby and Kolleen feel like family after a two year road from meeting to rescheduled covid “minimony” to 2021 reception. I wanted vibrant color and creative photography and the Kintz’s delivered 200%. Bobby has an amazing eye for light and creative angles, and both he and Kolleen made a very photo-shy couple comfortable in front of their lenses.
I was initially skeptical of engagement photos but they encouraged it and I 100% agree in retrospect. You get to know each other better and be sure to bring along any furry friends - we love the shots of our dog as much as the engagement photos of us! -

Simply The Best!
Kolleen & Bobby are such lovely people to work with and you instantly feel comfortable in their presence. Amazing Photography Team!
Kolleen and Bobby are an amazing photography team, and I am so so glad that we chose them for our wedding. My husband and I are people that aren't super comfortable in front of a camera, and can get real awkward real fast when it comes to staged photos. However, Kolleen and Bobby made the whole day comfortable, and more important - FUN! And the pictures are gorgeous. They managed to capture the energy of the whole day and night - from family portraits, to photos of the wedding party, to just us, to the magic of the dance floor. They truly go above and beyond for you - we met Kolleen and Bobby at one of our best friend's weddings where they were the photography team. great humans who are also great photographers!
We highly recommend Bobby and Kolleen Kintz! My husband and I had them photograph our wedding and engagement photos. They are very friendly, down to earth and great human beings! As most people do, we felt a little uncomfortable posing for photos and Bobby and kolleen are a couple so they do a great job suggesting and showing you natural poses. We had some trouble with our transportation the day of and went above abs beyond trying to get ahold of the driver. This was totally not their job but they went above and beyond! Very easy to work with and talented . We loved our photos and staying in touch with The Kintz. -

Personal, Present, Phenomenal and Perfect!
We have SO MUCH to say about Bobby and Kolleen! Even if you don’t read to the end, know that you cannot possibly be happier with wedding photographers than you will with Kintz!
We first experienced Photos by Kintz by witnessing what an amazing job and fun element they brought to several friends’ weddings. We knew before we had a wedding venue that we wanted their brand of creative and fantastic photography at our wedding and didn’t even lock down our wedding date until we were sure they were available- almost two years out.
From the very first correspondence their excitement, interest, and personalities shone through in every element. Kolleen and Bobby were eager to try new venues (like the Library of Congress for our engagement shoot), were flexible with accommodations (bringing their two week old baby along for that amazing engagement photo session), and the love they have for their work- and each other- so clearly comes through in everything they touch. At no point did we feel like just another shoot, and we sensed that they cared about us and every aspect of the moments we worked so hard to create.
We were thrilled to make use of their destination package (Maine wedding!), allowing us to spend several days with them from rehearsal to day-after shoot. Within moments of seeing them at work, my sister exclaimed that if they took no more photos, they already had one captured that was simply perfect. Throughout the weekend, family and wedding guests raved about how incredible our photographers were – that they had never experienced wedding photographers who felt so much a part of the family, how they instinctually gravitated toward special moments, and how everything just clicks in a beautifully candid way. Kolleen praised our organization, but the way they executed on our requests was beyond what we could have hoped to experience. Pre-wedding, Kolleen suggested that we put together a “look book” and they nailed, but more often vastly exceeded our thoughts. Upon seeing the sneak peek images, it was obvious that they had crafted our vision and enhanced it with their own- creating an experience that was beautiful and uniquely us. Take the time to review their albums; you will notice that every wedding is captured superbly and expresses each unique event and the couple’s voices. They take the time to listen and inject their own professionalism, experience, and enthusiasm to create and capture amazing moments.
Bobby and Kolleen were not just our photographers, they were also among our most useful guests- from Bobby helping the groom calm down, and the groomsmen secure all their boutonnieres moments before the ceremony, to Kolleen coaching my mother’s friends on how to position in challenging light for the best images. The memorable list of actions that go above and beyond any reasonable expectations for wedding photographers includes their excitement to hike down a steep hill in the dark and wade out into a lake to capture our moonrise canoe ride, and when our wedding coordinator realized our unorthodox whoopie-pie-as-cake-ceremony was without tools or positioning, they leapt to the occasion and designed the moment on-the-spot using Lady and the Tramp as inspiration. Read that back- they literally saved part of our wedding through improvisation.
As amazing as our wedding and reception was, our day after photo session was one of the sweetest and most relaxing experiences we’ve shared. Photos by Kintz created a relaxed, romantic and calm vibe that was obviously captured in the images. As I nervously fidgeted at the edge of a mountaintop, Kolleen played our wedding song to ease us into enjoying the moment. We hadn’t realized that we more or less use the same 3-4 poses out of habit, but they noticed and helped guide us to effortless and comfortable images that don’t repeat. In the days following the wedding, Kolleen’s Instagram stories melted my heart all over again, and when we saw our sneak peek, we both came to happy tears when we saw what magic they brought out of our special day(s).
We need to add a special thank you to Baby Olive, who bookended our Kintz experience with her own flawless and adorable performance.
In summary, Team Kintz is up for anything and anywhere, and will be fully present in the excitement. They make you feel calm, cared for, and special. Their work speaks for itself but is truly phenomenal. We miss you already! -

Wonderful to work with, Start to Finish
The Kintz's made the process of selecting their services, arranging engagement photos, discussion of the 'vision' for the wedding, and the creation of the final album exceptionally easy. They were responsive in all emails, always friendly, and you really get the sense they enjoy what they do. That is not even to comment on the quality of their photography. We just got done showing our families the album. We had a action packed day and no moment went undocumented. My wife and I chose Kolleen and Bobby on a friend's recommendation, and we couldn't be happier with the results. The photos from our event continue to amaze us with their beauty, clarity, and nuance. Bobby and Kolleen were able to capture so many special, out of the way moments that we can see our ceremony in a new way every time we go through the pictures. Having two of them there allowed them to maximize their coverage. Throughout the preparation process Bobby and Kolleen were consistently professional, always communicating in a timely, clear, and dependable manner. Their warm, engaging personalities survived even under the pressure of our event, making them just as fun as our guests...except they were working hard the whole time. Can't recommend these two highly enough. -

Bobby and Kolleen were absolutely amazing! The photos are beautiful and thoughtful. We felt so comfortable with them and really enjoyed the time we got to spend together. Everyone loved them and many guests have asked us how they are doing, many months on! -

Nikki Sent on 08/20/2018WOW, WOW, WOW, WOW AND WOW!!!!! I might be still on the wedding high but I couldn't be more happy that Photoz by Kintz. My husband is terrible in front of a camera. He panics and makes terrible faces. He stated that he didn't event know Bobby was there taking pictures! I sent them a excel spreadsheet for my time line and any pictures I wanted. They made sure everyone was on time and took all the pictures I had requested. Not to mentions all the ones I didn't think of! :) Bobby and Kolleen were so wonderful to work with. I am serious when I say I could and would sit down and have a beer with them outside of wedding pictures! :) The attention to detail and the communication Kolleen and Bobby was amazing! Kolleen took the time to understand who we were as a couple before setting the "hook". I had reached out to several Photographers and all of them were interested in getting us to sign on the dotted line. So thank you Kolleen and Bobby for bringing it back to people first! I would recommend Photoz by Kintz over and over again! Not to mention our photographs were out of this world! :) -

Emily Sent on 05/14/2018We chose Bobby and Kolleen after they did another wedding in our family. They are without a doubt the absolute best photographers we could have possibly chosen. The comfort level they provide is outstanding, even if you are a little photo shy like we were. On the day of the wedding, they were able to capture all of the good times while even dealing with an overzealous park ranger at the Jefferson Memorial. We never thought of them as a couple of photographers who we hired but rather welcome guests chronicling our big day. We've already gotten our sneak peek of photos back from them, and they look amazing! We cannot recommend them enough!

Erin Sent on 05/04/2018Photos by Kintz were fantastic photographers!! Bobby and Kolleen were very easy to work with and made it easy for my husband and I to feel comfortable in front of the camera. We did an engagement photo session with them which was really helpful for us to get used to getting our photo taken. They created a custom package for us since we were having a very small wedding. The sneak peek pictures we got from the wedding look beautiful and I can't wait to get the rest of the photos.

Nicole Sent on 01/10/2018I more than highly recommend this vendor. Kolleen and Bobby just did my wedding on 6 January 2018 and they absolutely blew me away. They have such an awesome energy and literally captured every moment of my wedding. They even braved the single digit temperatures to make sure I had the perfect photographs with my husband on the grounds of the property that I was hosting at my wedding. I literally could not have asked for better photographers. I was really nervous about getting all the right photos ahead of my wedding and they worked so well with me and really helped to reassure me that everything was going to work out and it did!!! The guests and kids also loved Kollen and Bobby and I got so many compliments on their work! Literally mind-blown with the work that they did. I will never use another photographer my entire life as long as I live in this area!!!

Kolleen is super responsive and easy to communicate with, which was important to me since we were planning the wedding from afar. I was a little worried about the photography aspect of the wedding, since my husband despises taking photos- the experience was the exact opposite! He mentioned how easy and fun it was taking the photos- something I never thought I would hear him say. Bobby and Kolleen helped to put us at ease on the big day, and created a relaxing fun environment. We have already gotten many compliments from our guests about how awesome they were! When we saw the sneak preview photos we were BLOWN AWAY- they looked like they were out of a magazine. Bobby and Kolleen are extremely talented photographers and know how to make you look good! Bobby and Kolleen are the coolest. I left our shoot excited to introduce them to our friends and family. Bobby clearly knows what he's doing behind a camera, and he and Kolleen have worked together long enough that you can tell she shares his vision. They truly are a power team, who work hard to understand their couples, and pay attention to detail. I would recommend them to anyone, and we're not even married yet. So excited! -

They put up a sneak peek the day after our wedding and the photos we've seen so far are stunning! Not only that, they are so friendly and easy going- you can tell they love what they do. They were also one of the most helpful vendors we had- Bobby even helped me put on my shoes in the chaos of trying to get to the ceremony! It was like having two extra coordinators on the day of. Even the bridal party was raving about how much they liked Bobby and Kolleen. I really can't say enough how grateful we are to have had Bobby and Kolleen as part of our day. They are simply wonderful people who also happen to be excellent photographers. -

Caitlin Sent on 10/15/2015I can't say enough wonderful things about Photos by Kintz! Kolleen and Bobby were phenomenal throughout the whole wedding and planning process. I am a wedding and event planner and have worked with hundreds of different photographers, but I have never worked with anyone with such passion for what they do. As a married couple, Kolleen and Bobby exude such a strong love for one another and for their art, which is absolutely contagious. Not only are they extremely talented and do they capture the essence of every perfect moment, but they are able to make everything fun and bring out the best in everyone around them. I have never before executed or planned a wedding when everyone was noting how fabulous the photographers were before even seeing the pictures- but they were. There was never a moment that I wanted a photo where they weren't right there capturing it without being asked. They captured every special moment and so many that I never even realized were happening. They traveled for our wedding and even came to the rehearsal dinner and post-rehearsal dinner party to get to know us and our families better. By the time we got home the day after the wedding, they already had a sneak peak available for us to see. They were absolutely incredible to work with, their pictures were breathtaking, they captured more special moments than we could have ever imagined, AND they are so sweet and passionate about what they do. I would recommend Photos by Kintz to absolutely any bride or groom, as I know that they will far exceed your expectations, and they are so fun that you will not only want them as your photographers, but as your friends, too! -

Asheleigh Sent on 07/12/2015Kolleen and Bobby (Photos by Kintz) are just hands down amazing photographers. Every time we have spoken with them on the phone, via e-mail, or in person they have made us feel like real people and not just clients. They are very warm, welcoming, and open and strive hard to make a connection with the people they encounter. We met up with them for drinks at Blue Agave in Baltimore over the winter and felt like we really hit it off. We then had a wonderful engagement photo session with Bobby and Kolleen hiking and enjoying a glass of wine at Sugarloaf Mountain Vineyard in May 2015. They made us feel so relaxed and we had SO MUCH FUN! We literally could not stop laughing the entire time. Then they sent us our photos and we were blown away. They caught the little in between moments and made the posed photos look like candid ones. They even included the photo of the toad we all encountered on our hike and stopped to check out, which made for a great memory. We highly recommend working with Photos by Kintz and we can't wait until our wedding day!
