Great photographer duo!!

Andrew and Alicia shot our wedding on 11/30/19, and we would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone looking for a photographer for a wedding or any other event. From our first meeting with them to talk about their packages and approach to the last minute of our wedding reception, they were the nicest people we’ve ever met. They fit in seamlessly with our group, and I think they could honestly do the same with anyone! Not only are they wonderful people, but they are also great photographers!!

My husband and I do not generally enjoy having our pictures taken - which is not something you can really avoid on your wedding day! But Andrew and Alicia made us feel so comfortable and relaxed. Our pictures turned out beautiful! They were flexible to any ideas we had (including a photo shoot with my husband’s new Jeep), but also gave us ideas and direction when they knew what would look great.

We got nothing but positive feedback from our wedding party and guests about Andrew and Alicia at the wedding. And of course we love our pictures!! We’re so happy that they got to be part of our wedding and they captured some really beautiful moments that we’ll get to keep forever!!

Stop looking and book Photos by AJohnson!

Hiring Andrew and Alicia was by far the best wedding choice my fiancé and I made. From our initial meeting to the very last minute of the reception, they were so friendly and so attentive. They offered support and guidance throughout the entire process – from helping us initially shape our day down to the bustling my dress!

It’s so important to have photographers that you can not only trust, but who will also put you at ease. We felt like we knew them for years! They were able to capture the quiet, intimate moments, as well as all the fun, candid photos. We were able to relive all our emotions from the day and see the joy in all our guests by looking at the photos.

Thank you Andrew and Alicia for capturing our day so perfectly. We could not have asked for more and we will cherish them forever!

Beautiful photos, great times!

Very professional! Pictures are lovely! Alicia and Andrew made the process fun as easy. They gave lots of helpful advise, but made sure we were comfortable with everything. Their professionalism and attention to detail turned an in tire process into a pleasant experience. I received pictures quite fast and they were lovely, just as I expected them to be. Words can’t even begin to describe how happy we are with our decision to hire Alicia and Andrew for our wedding! They were so communicative throughout the entire process, so easy going, so friendly, and always showed the upmost professionalism.

They seriously make you feel like old friends, which not only results in amazing photos, but makes the wedding day fun and stress free.

Alicia and Andrew are amazing! They recently took our engagement photos and we couldn’t be happier with how they turned out. Alicia and Andrew are truly professional, and their customer service goes above and beyond to make sure your experience with them is extra special.

During the engagement shoot they made us feel completely at ease by providing direction on where we would get the best photos. They even arrived early to our photo location to scope out the best spots. My fiancé and I were also so excited to receive our beautiful photos within a week of our engagement photo shoot!

You NEED to hire Andrew and Alicia for your wedding!! Hundreds of beautiful pictures of our wedding. I love Andrew and Alicia!!!

My fiancé and I were on the market for a photographer and were all ready to book one in particular until we saw Andrew and Alicia’s work on a friend’s wedding. I was BLOWN away by their photography and knew we needed to have them. I think the beauty of them besides their years of experience especially with weddings is that they are a husband/wife duo and have that very special perspective. It’s hard to put into words just how amazing they really are but they were always available to chat, had incredible ideas and were always on board with everything especially with our engagement photos. Every single picture they took just got better and better and you really couldn’t pick just one. They are extremely professional and so thorough and honestly feel more like family after all of this! That’s how down-to-earth, accommodating and kind they are! They also really know how to keep things moving especially when it came to our schedule for the day! Thank you Andrew and Alicia! Wonderful Photographers and People! Highly Recommended!!!

Andrew and Alicia Johnson were absolutely Fantastic to work with from the quote process and going forward. They are both extremely nice and affable; which definitely put my now husband and I at ease. They were proactive to get an idea of what we as the couple were expecting or wanting months prior to our wedding so that we all had a common vision. They also encouraged us to let them know of any specific type of pictures we wanted (i.e. poses or pictures seen on Pinterest or social media) and any group pictures with our bridal party, family, etc.
We basically gave them free reign to direct us for pictures and coordinate the shots as they are the professionals. They helped us work around a passing shower to do pictures inside, made sure we got pictures at sunset, and helped us wrangle some intoxicated guests that were trying to photo bomb. They made sure we got all of the group shots we requested and more!
We already have our preview on their website and social media, which they posted within the week of the wedding (ahead of the contract timeline), and we love them all! We are beyond excited to see the rest because we know they are also going to be incredibly beautiful. We cannot express enough how much we recommend Photos by AJohnson! 20 stars!

Amazing! Easy to work with & Reliable

We could not have been more pleased with choosing Andrew & Alicia to photograph our wedding. They were by far the best vendor we worked with - not only were their photos absolutely gorgeous, but they were so easy to reach and communicate with before, during, and after the wedding! They were open to any specific photos we wanted (and had great suggestions for standard portraits as well as venue specific photos) and were awesome about capturing the little details and candid moments of the day. They both went (WAY) above and beyond on our day helping make things run smoothly and keeping us sane at the same time - for which we are so grateful. Perfect Balance of Professional and Easy Going

After a searching for wedding photographers for weeks and weeks on end - browsing Facebook profiles, viewing online portfolios, sending messages, making phone calls, and requesting information from every photographer under the sun - I am SO glad we came across Andrew and Alicia from Photos by AJohnson! We honestly could not have asked for better individuals to capture our wedding day!

From our very first inquiry about photography packages to our engagement session to the wedding day to the delivery of the edited prints, Andrew and Alicia were on top of their game! Communication with them was effortless, and they were always prompt in answering any of our questions! They truly are the perfect balance of professional and easy going. :) They carefully listened to our requests and made suggestions based on our vision of the day. Their genuine demeanor made everyone in our bridal party, ourselves included, feel so comfortable and at ease! You would swear you've known them for years!

After the wedding, Andrew and Alicia posted a sneak peak photo within hours of our reception. The shot was beautiful! We were so eager to see more, so we could share them with our friends and family. Within a week, they shared over 50 pictures as our preview on Facebook! FIFTY! We were beyond ecstatic! We were on our honeymoon when the photos were posted, and it was great to reflect back on the day!

Andrew and Alicia did an absolutely amazing job shooting our wedding!

Their creativity and technical ability is second to none. We choose to do some of our photography before the ceremony and ended up running around downtown San Francisco on a beautiful Saturday afternoon to several popular tourist spots. They did an amazing job of framing and timing shots so that we looked like we had the entire place to ourselves when in reality there were tourists everywhere. Having two experienced photographers for the ceremony and reception was brilliant. We have so many great photos of all the key moments of the ceremony and reception shot from very different perspectives. Andrew and Alicia coordinated their shots and worked together flawlessly. They managed to capture our personalities perfectly as well as the overall vibe of the party all while being practically invisible. If it wasn't for the hundreds of amazing photos from the night I wouldn't be sure they were even there. Everyone that has seen the pictures has been completely blown away buy the quality and creativity.

I can not say enough good things about Photos by AJohnson. Alicia & Andrew are both fabulous & made the whole process easy, and smooth, but mostly fun! We will definitely be using them in the future for any thing we need captures & recommending them to everyone in need of photographers. When we got engaged and started looking for a photographer it seemed like it was the biggest decision of the wedding planning, I mean this is what we will have forever to remember our wedding day! But after seeing their work we had complete faith in them & booked our engagement pictures quickly. Alicia & Andrew were both professional, timely, friendly and just altogether helpful, the fact that we got two photographers was just the icing on the cake! When it came to finding the perfect place they had more than a few absoluetly wonderful recommendations. As people that have never really gotten pictures taken before they made us feel comfortable & just made it a really fun day! Our engagement pictures were beautiful & we received all of them almost immediately! Once the wedding day started approaching they helped with our timeline and kept in touch through the whole process to make sure we were prepared for the big day! When our wedding day came it seemed totally stress free considering that each one of them could spend time capturing each one of us (the bride & the groom). The girls & I had so much fun shooting with Alicia, and from the pictures I think I can say the guys did too! :) Since we decided not to do a first look prior to walking down the isle, I was really worried that we would be pulled away from friends & family too long for pictures. Alicia & Andrew didn't waste time, they knew what group shots to get & banged them out, we hardly noticed we were away from the "party". Through the end of the night they took so many pictures of us dancing, laughing, and just having a good time. I am so glad we found Photos by AJohnson & will have their pictures to remember our wedding day!

Photoshopped by AJohnson was absolutely amazing from start to finish!!! We hired them to do our engagement photos and to capture our wedding day and are so glad we did! We thought our engagement pictures might be a little awkward since we never got professional pictures taken before but Andrew and Alicia made it fun and the pictures turned out wonderful so we knew our wedding pictures were going to be great! When our wedding day came, Andrew and Alicia spent 10 hours with us to capture so many memories of the day from getting ready, to our first look, to group shots, to our ceremony and then all of our reception festivities! Not only did the photos turn out great but Andrew and Alicia are just wonderful people to share your special day with!! Many of our guests and people in the wedding party made comments that they loved our photographers! They also provided our photo preview about 10 days after our wedding with so many highlights of the day and then we received the USB with all of our wonderful photos a couple weeks after that! Andrew and Alicia are absolutely amazing. I got married July 2nd of this year and to this day wedding guest still talk about my photographers as much as my dress. They are more than great at their job but their personalities are the icing on the wedding cake. I planned and decorated everything myself. My husband and I were on a budget and we agreed to do what we could to keep things simple but to go all out on three things: my dress, the honeymoon, and photography/videography. They shot our engagement photos and our wedding and if I could, I would have taken them to Mexico to catch our honeymoon. By the way do you know they are married?....That makes it even more perfect. A husband and wife photography team shooting weddings!!...How cute is that. I was on edge the day of the wedding what if this and what if that but Alicia was like my personal therapist and I am so grateful for her and her soothing and calming but spunky when I need it demeanor. I could go on and on about them and it sounds like I'm exaggerating but I am a lifetime customer and really a fan of their work and just them in general. Guess who is going to be my pregnancy photos and family photos?!?!

Andrew and Alicia were the perfect photographers for our wedding! It is hard to put into a review how thankful we are for their work. We did an engagement shoot to start, during which they were very flexible and easy to work with. They had great suggestions and took very creative photos in addition to classic photos. We were so excited to spend our wedding day with them because they are such genuinely nice people and we knew we'd have so much fun with them on our wedding day. They were so professional and helpful all day and listened to every suggestion we had while using their talent to create amazing shots. When choosing the photographers for our wedding Erik and I knew we hit the jackpot when we were given the contact information for Andrew and Alicia by a friend (Melissa Osika). From the moment we began working together we clicked with Andrew and Alicia. They are so accommodating and flexible that it's hard not to click with them! It was like having friends we knew forever. They always made sure to listen to what we wanted for photos, but they also had such a keen eye for photography we really didn't have to say much!!! Not to mention they are the cutest couple themselves. :) Andrew and Alicia captured the best balance in set photos verses candid photos. They were quick to respond to emails, and phone calls. My husband and I were so impressed with Andrew & Alicia! They made us feel comfortable from the very beginning and they made the entire process so easy. On top of all that they took so many AMAZING photos!! They are absolutely gorgeous. They have a great eye for the right shot. Everyone at the wedding had great things to say about them. The icing on the cake was how quickly we received a preview of our photos (within a week) and then all of our photos arrived a couple weeks after that. We couldn't be happier! Alicia and Andrew were fantastic to work with! Our wedding day provided some unique situations given the weather and a minimal amount of indoor space. As we changed our plans to a first look to squeeze in some outdoor photos, Alicia and Andrew were right there leading the way. Every picture turned out amazingly as they improvised using indoor and outdoor space, with a little rearranging of furniture and some acrobatics to get the best shots possible. They kept everyone smiling, were fun, easy going, and extremely professional. We enthusiastically recommend them to all of my friends who may be getting married or engaged soon, and do likewise for anyone reading. My wife and I decided that we wanted to make our wedding the Party of the year. So we chose to get married on New Years Eve. We needed photographers that were going to really capture our day, our spirit, our love and most of all our party! The Johnsons were the best. The first time we met our photographers we knew instantly that they were our choice. They made us feel more comfortable than we could have ever imagined. I would give Andrew and Alice 5 million stars if it were possible. They are AMAZING. They just were our photographers for our wedding on 9/17/16 and we couldn't be happier. We got married at the Hotel Bethlehem and even though they had never done a wedding there they showed up knowing all the best spots to take pictures. They were so professional and easy to work with- they came having great photo ideas in mind but were also willing to take some of the silly/quirky/"nontraditional" wedding pictures we wanted. Since the photographers end up being the people you spend the most time with on your wedding day, definitely go with these two!

Andrew and Alicia are nothing but amazing and I would (and have) recommended them to anyone getting married. Not only are they amazing photographers, but also really fun people that are fun to spend a large portion of your big day with. A & A are talented, punctual, responsive, and at times even act as wedding planners helping to keep the day on schedule. We were so fortunate to have seen Alicia and Andrew "in action" at my brother-in-law's wedding a year prior to ours. Having witnessed firsthand how professional they were and the quality of their photography, we knew we didn't need to look any further.

A few details that show how great they are - 1) We met with them a month or so before the wedding to scope out the venue, so we could make any special requests, and they could get a sense of the location. 2) On the day of the wedding, we couldn't get into the venue until later than we wanted - so they quickly came up with several creative shots right at the hotel. They were so accommodating and quick on their feet. It made both of us feel so calm despite the change in plans last minute. Plus, some of the hotel shots are our very favorite! 3) Before we even got back from our honeymoon, they already shared 60 or so of the photographs, so we could get a taste of what was to come! It was such a nice surprise. We had so many compliments on the quality of the photos.

Last but not least, Alicia and Andrew are just delightful people! You'll feel at ease and comfortable right from the start.

I am so happy we went with Alicia and Andrew as our wedding photographers! We found them through our friends, who used them for their wedding as well. They met us halfway between Baltimore and Wilmington for our consultation and made us feel so at ease. Throughout the planning process we had constant communication via email and phone to go over details and they answered every question that popped into my head.

They are fun, outgoing, very creative and so down-to-earth. During the day of our wedding they were full of ideas; I didn't really have specific poses that I wanted to do, just picked the locations and they seriously took care of the rest. They gave us a sneak peak of our wedding photos two weeks after and they were spectacular. The turn around for all the photos was definitely faster than I expected. You can tell they love what they do and my new husband and I absolutely loved working with them. Give them a call, you won't regret it.

The day we got engaged I knew the first thing was to hire Andrew and Alicia as our photographers for our wedding! Their creativity and knowledge of photographing weddings made it an easy choice. Our May wedding in Brooklyn was casual and fun and they perfectly captured every single moment. Andrew and Alicia were amazing! They were a pleasure to work with - down to earth, friendly, creative and easy going. They were incredibly flexible and helped make sure we got the pictures we wanted. We were thrilled to see a preview of our pictures while on our honeymoon and were so happy to get the rest of the pictures so quickly. I heard about Andrew and Alicia through a friend and I am SO thankful that she referred me to them! They were AMAZING! They were so easy to talk to and they are SUPER nice and friendly! They always responded to my emails so quickly. They were very professional and experienced too. The day of the wedding they were everywhere- they got so many great shots!! I had rain on my wedding day in the morning and they were willing to walk through mud to get great shots outside! My family still talks about how great they were! One of the best parts was how quickly I received my preview pictures- my wedding was a Saturday and I had my preview pictures on Tuesday! AMAZING! Wonderful people, excellent work, very reasonable. Just stop looking and book with them already!! :)

This couple was amazing, they traveled from Delaware to Penn State for our engagement photos because that was our wish. They took amazing pictures at PSU that we will cherish forever.

They were friendly, personable, and approachable. The pictures they took on the day of the wedding were breathtaking; they captured every moment without ever being obtrusive. We actually forgot they were even there during the ceremony and the reception. We were amazed when they provided us the photos and we actually realized how extensively they catalogued our big day.

My wife and I used Andrew and Alicia Johnson's services for our November 1, 2014 wedding. They were so great to work with and their pictures are spectacular! They used the entirety of the venue to create photos that will stand the test of time - beautiful shot locations with vibrant colors and unique shot locations for pictures we couldn't get any where else. It was wonderful working with 2 photographers who enjoyed the day with us and didn't force us to do any sort of pictures that didn't fit our personalities (i.e. too serious). The photos from our reception were just as amazing as the portraits - they did a wonderful job capturing the joy and excitement that we and all of our guests had on that very special day. Would 100% recommend them to any couples looking for amazing photos.

My husband and I had the absolute best experience with Andrew & Alicia! They captured so many beautiful moments for us and were nothing but helpful all day. Photos by AJohnson captured the memories of our wedding through their creative work, showed passion for documenting our event, and always had quick turnaround times - we are still very excited that we selected them for our wedding!

As we prepared for our wedding, we spoke with multiple talented photographers to find who was going to fit with us best. Their passion for photography came through in our discussions while making it clear that their focus was on us and our guests. In addition, they were cognizant of religious and cultural customs and how to best photograph them while respecting the tradition. Throughout the process, they provided a relaxed, yet focused, approach to the work which was helpful to us in managing multiple parts of the planning.

During the wedding, Andrew and Alicia were AWESOME and captured every moment of the day. When we first reviewed samples of their work, there were multiple pictures where we were intrigued how they were able to take the photo in the creative angle we were viewing. The answers included that they got down on the ground, went above the guests, or from different depth perceptions and they created those same visual perspectives on our wedding day. They brought their relaxed, yet focused, approach to the event but during the group photos they provided clear direction. They coordinated with the DJ without us having to be involved, moved pictures along quickly so we could spend time with our guests, and blended in during the event.

The pictures we received were outstanding quality with so many options to choose from and they definitely captured every step of the day. One of the best parts was how quickly they delivered the photos - we received the first group of pictures a few days after the wedding - going through them was a great way to spend a morning during our honeymoon.

Overall, we were so happy with our choice of Photos by AJohnson and they will be our first choice for any events in the future!

Alecia and Andrew were just simply amazing! Even with just our preview pictures, all we can say is WOW!!! They both made us feel so comfortable, and you can totally see that in our pictures! They captured so many beautiful and fun moments and I can't even image what the rest of the pictures are going to look like!!! Andrew and Alicia from Photos by AJohnson were the photographers for my wedding and my engagement photos. They did a great job of making us feel comfortable. The pictures that they took came out beautifully. They are full of creative ideas and poses for pictures. They even took some great pictures with my puppy! They are very reasonably priced especially for having two photographers! It was great to have Alicia with the bride and bridesmaids before the wedding, while Andrew was with the groom and groomsmen before the wedding. It was also nice to have pictures from different points of view. We were very happy with the quality of service and of the pictures. We would definitely use them again in the future for other photo shoots! Thanks Andrew and Alicia!

We hired Andrew and Alicia to shoot our January wedding in Phoenixville as well as an engagement shoot for us at Longwood Gardens last fall. Working with Andrew and Alicia during throughout the whole process and during the shoots was a pleasure to say the least. Walking around in public while two photographers follow you around can be awkward but they both did a great job making us feel comfortable and directing us. Having two photographers working so closely together and sharing a creative vision really sets them apart from the other photographers we considered. My wife and I, as well as both our families were beyond impressed with their professionalism, organization and creativity before, during and after the wedding. They did an amazing job capturing the emotion and all the special moments of the day, which I imagine was no small feat considering our wedding had over 250 guests. Once we looked through all the pictures we were convinced that hiring Andrew and Alicia was the perfect decision. All our pictures were amazing. Their attention to detail, technical abilities and creative vision really shines through in all the shots. They were great to work with but also got us our pictures quickly, though we didn't order any albums so that probably helped expedite the process. They gave us all the raw images on a disk too which is very nice; they didn't make us pay for digital versions of every picture. Andrew and Alicia really treated us as friends throughout the whole process so we are happy to recommend them to all our friends looking for great photography! You will be happy you did!

Love love love our wedding photos! Andrew and Alicia were a perfect team. They listened to what we wanted, and they captured so many fantastic candid shots. Andrew and Alicia were an amazing team and I can't say enough good things about their wonderful work! I got married in December and we ended up having 8 inches of snow that day and Andrew & Alicia were able to get amazing pictures! They also chipped in and helped drive the bridal party to and from the church since our limo couldn't get up the hill! I never felt overwhelmed with taking pictures and I definitely got all the ones I wanted. I think it was so great that they took so many candid shots - after the formal pictures at the church and reception, they did an amazing job of taking candid reception pictures. We had 4 DVDs full of awesome pictures to help us relive the reception from start to finish. I highly recommend Andrew and Alicia - we couldn't be happier with our wedding pictures!

Andrew and Alicia have been very close friends of mine for a very long time and were the photographers for my brother's wedding. They are the best team and so great to work with. They photography is so creative and they some how capture the perfect pictures and the perfect time. They really take pride in what they do from the preparation down to the finishing touches they add to the photos when editing. The time and attention they put into their photos make them so special. I would absolutely recommend them to take photos for any event. They are great to work and make every moment captured look so beautiful! Absolutely love them!!

Andrew and Alicia Johnson are a husband/wife photography team who has been there with us from the beginning! We met them through a mutual friend, who also happened to be a bridesmaid. They spent the entire day with us for both our engagement shoot and wedding day. And when I say all day, I mean when the limo did not show up to pick up the groomsmen and groom, Andrew graciously delivered them to the venue! They are two of the sweetest people, who obviously go above and beyond, and work well under pressure! Having a camera on you all day is not comfortable, unless you're a celebrity, but they helped us warm right up. They are not just our photographers but have become our friends. Their work is absolutely breath taking. From all the traditional shots to the abstract photos, the quality and artistic ability this team has is one of a kind. My husband, both families, friends and I are so impressed with our pictures. I have had numerous people inquire on their work to which I've happily referred them to. We look forward to having them do our photo shoots (baby?!) in the future!

Andrew and Alicia were simply awesome! They were very organized, timely, flexible and accommodating for us, and also for our families. Their pricing is reasonable and the quality of their work is unparalleled. They are creative with their photographs and always captured the most precise moments. Their picture editing is beautiful and every single person that has seen our wedding pictures has asked for their card. Although our wedding was their first Indian wedding, they prepared by studying our rituals and how the ceremony would be performed and were able to seamlessly follow the entire ceremony. Also, the turnaround time for the pictures was extremely quick -- we received our pictures within 2-3 weeks of the wedding! They really made life very easy for us before and during the wedding day. I cannot say enough great things about Andrew and Alicia!!

My husband and I didn't want all the typical wedding photos where everyone is perfectly posed. Instead, we wanted our photographers to just capture the fun personalities of all of our wedding guests...the crazy dance moves, the funny faces, etc. And let me tell you, they did just that! Of course they captured all the important moments of our big day, but they also got all the spontaneous moments that made our wedding abosultely perfect for us! And they did so without ever getting in the way or being pushy! Not only that, but less than two weeks later, they had photos up on their site for us and our guests to see! And they were even more beautiful than we ever thought they could be! We have been married a little over a month, and ALL of our photos are already on their way to us! And most importantly, they managed to do all of this without breaking the bank! Paul and I could not be any happier with the whole experience, and we strongly suggest everyone check Andrew and Alicia out for any occasion you want to capture!

Andrew and Alicia are the best wedding photographers in the country. There, we've said it! When people look at the photos and use words like "amazing" "incredible" "gorgeous" "awe inspiring" "TANKS" "Is that you or two supermodels they hired?" you know that a.) We were geniuses hire Andrew & Alicia b.) these guys are really, REALLY good.

In fact, we believe they are photography ninjas. They are right there when you need them to get a pic of you and Uncle Robert and then *Poof* they are invisible (to capture quiet moments or perhaps to fight crime).

A note to brides: Listen to everything they say! They have great ideas and they are experts. The pictures are the thing you will frame and look at everyday, so add time in your day for pictures. Then pick up the phone and hire Andrew and Alicia. Everyone will think you're a genius. Just like us.

So thanks Andrew and Alicia for making us look like gorgeous geniuses. And you should definitely listen to us. We live in Hollywood. We are vain (and love to look at ourselves)
