This company & most specially MaryBeth Jones captured our family's event in beautiful fashion. She was creative with our pictures & got even the grumpiest of our clan involved & happy & laughing by the end. Her joy for her job comes through our pictures!

Mary Beth at Photomasters did an incredible job
Photographing our wedding. We also used their video services. Our photo album and video were just amazing. We had a wedding album and video party. All our family and a bunch of friends came to view the video and the album. We had excellent feedback from all our family and friends. I highly recommend Mary Beth at Photomasters photography. We. Used photomasters a few years ago. we travel alot and i was new to the area in Pa so i didnt know of a photographer a friend of mine told me about photomasters whom they had used they were extremly satisfied with the product they offered so i asked them could i see the work they had done. I was so impressed with the way the pictures were. I decided to fly them up to pa i was overwelmed with the professional treatment and the pricing when they were at the wedding they were awesome. They end result was amazing,courteous the pricing was very fair the final result. The pictures came out wonderful the album was perfect i was very pleased i highly recommend any couple should use this company i think you will be very happy

Marybeth is an amazing photographer and easy to work with. She is an extremely gifted photographer. The pictures she took for me are so beautiful and really capture the moments. I am very pleased with the service and will most definitely be using them again.

Marybeth & Photomasters are amazing.

I've used Marybeth for multiple family events as well as some personal profile/business photos and have always been 100 plus percent satisfied with the results. I've also recommended and referred her to a variety of friends and clients. So, when it came time to get married, the choice was obvious for us.

She's is a photographer that brings what YOU want to her work. I've known a number of photographers over the decades who are all too often concerned about their art than listening/delivery to a client.

Marybeth is engaged listener who not only delivers, but helps with her suggestions all along the way.

And oh yeah, she's got a stellar warm personality that will make you feel really comfortable. I'm sure after you use her services, you'll use her again as I have AND you're likely to want to get together with her for coffee or lunch!

Photomasters, Mary Beth, was awesome!!
She captured everything. My wedding album that's so beautiful! The designs were incredible. The whole process dealing with photoMasters went so smooth from the day I walked in For the consultation. To the day I got my album I enjoyed the whole process. It was like seeing an old friend. Mary beth was incredible at the wedding, organized, friendly and my guest were very impressed, that my girlfriend is going to use them. they handled everything so nice. They even got table shots, that I did not know that I wanted. I am very happy!

I found Mary Beth Jones very professional, kind, and courteous. Her quality of work was stupendous and would recommend her for any type of photo shoots and/or weddings. She is very creative, knows the right shots and angles to take pictures from. In the end, you will be receiving good quality pictures at a very reasonable price.

Mary Beth was very easy to work to negotiate our needs with her and we were very comfortable working with her. I have gotten feedback from family and friends who were at the wedding or who were not at the wedding and the common feedback is that the pictures tell a story our wedding day. The most important comments I have gotten and that I see in the pictures is that the emotion of the wedding was captured. Thank you Marybeth!

Both me and my husband were very pleased with the services provided by Maybeth at photomasters. We had a very unique wedding emergency and thankfully she was flexible enough to accommodate for us within a weeks time, plus provide us with some amazing photos from our wedding. My first and only choice to photograph my wedding evening was Mary Beth of Photomasters. Being that she had previously photographed a past occasion of mine, rendering beautiful memories, I was hoping for the same outcome --- which I did receive. My husband and I are thrilled with our wedding photos and have thoroughly enjoyed working with someone who was easy to speak to and was amenable to our every expectation. Mary Beth is an excellent correspondent and comes into the event with an experienced vision and high standards for what needs to be achieved. She possesses great composure and pleasantries, and is a top notch photographer, capturing the entire gamut of the many moments that occur during an event. I had my wedding photographed and video taped by Photomasters. We received our album and video a few weeks ago and we are so thrilled. Marybeth was very professional and made us feel completely comfortable our whole wedding. They were able to capture all the moments we wanted and everything came out amazing. Mary Beth was a fantastic photographer. Not only that but her prices are beyond reasonable. She made me feel so comfortable and beautiful. Her laid back personality really helps the nervous bride relax on her day. She gives great direction when you pose in different ways to take some spectacualr pictures. People at the reception even commented to me how great she was going around at each table and making sure to get everyone's picture.
Pat was our videographer who was also included in the package. He was awesome! They worked so well together and really made me feel stunning and comfortable. I could tell how creative they both were in what they filming and taking pictures of. I wouldn't change a thing and would recommend this pair to anyone.

After 25 years of Photomasters capturing our special occasions...our wedding, our children's christening, 1st birthdays, first communions, sweet sixteen, our 25th year wedding anniversary, and recently our daughter's baby shower...MaryBeth, you have always been there for us in every way...what can I say, your professionalism, quality of pictures, dependability and of course our friendship over the years. Mary Beth at Photomasters did a FANASTIC job!! I couldn't have asked for a better photographer and person to work with. She was always there to answer any of my questions and get all the pictures I wanted. Her work is awesome as well as her prices. She is willing to work with you in all that you do. I am def going to use her in the future. She has great package deals with video person and DJ to make it a easier process and make the wedding planning a breeze. I would say to use Photomasters for all your wedding needs.!!! or for any occasion. She is also a very friendly and personable person which makes it even nicer to work with.!!!!!

We had our wedding photographed and videotaped by photomasters. Every time we show our album or video to our friends, they are so impressed. They wished they used our photographers. It was a pleasure from beginning to end. They always anwsered the phone everytime we called. We never had to wait for a call back.
My wife was a nervous bride and Mary Beth calmed her down everytime.
We will treasure our storybook album for years. Its only 8 months but we have our album on our coffee table and look through it quite often. Our video is amazing too. Clear, and crisp, creative and we love it. The price is very fair especially for the great service and product. Photomasters is now our officaial family photographer.

Almost three years later, we're still in awe of our photo album. I still have friends ask if they could look at. I just took it to work and showed the girls in my office who asked to see it after another friend of mine told them how awesome it is. I recommened my sister-in-law, who used them, my husband's cousin, who also used them and friend of mine who used them as well. Marybeth did an amazing job and was always in the right place at the right time to snap that most memorable moment. Our engagement photos were done by Photomasters and our, at the time, 6 month old son's photos were also taken by them. Their work is breathtaking and they were so easy to talk with. I would definitely keep recommending them.

Mary Beth is very enthusiastic and controlling. She has every "pose" you can think of and if she doesn't she will MAKE IT HAPPEN to make you happy. The photographs are beautiful. I would have liked the cover of my Wedding Album to have some writing in the front cover to distinguish the front from the back. Just pointing this out because I do not remember if this was an option I "skipped". I would recommend all future Brides not to skip this...you will regret it later. Smile :)

MaryBeth is a great person and very flexible to work with. The only down side is that i got complains from my family because she was rushing and didn't have patience at times because all of my guests didn't speak english and did not understand what she was saying. She was in a rush because I only hired her for two hours and i was late 40minutes due to hair and makeup. Because of all the rush we didn't have time to take pictures with everyone an i only had 27 people at my wedding. I also didn't like the effects on some of the pictures and she said I wouldn't be able to get the pictures without the effects. I also had a video done by photomasters. The video was good but we wanted the highlights separately and we got them all together. Overall I would recommend her because if it wasn't for the short period of time I know she would do an incredible job. Thank you!

The only problem we have had is that our previews were not left online long enough for us or our family and friends who live all across the country to order photos (since we couldn't just pass the proof book around) and we contacted them about putting them back up for a brief period of time, but have not heard back on it so while we have paid for all of our photos, we have not been able to complete the order. We really like our photos and our photographer was nice to work with, but we're just having trouble getting our photos ordered.

If you are like me, and value the 'professional' photos taken at your wedding, I strongly suggest you look elsewhere.

If there was one thing I could change about my wedding, Photomasters would be it.

We dealt with countless problems with communication, timeliness, and our album (that we finally received 8 months after our wedding date) has huge air bubbles on every page; and every page (no exaggeration) is off center-to the point where I (the bride) am cut off completely from a picture of just my husband and I.

She seemed to have spend absolutely no time sorting through the photos that we were able to choose from, as many of them were blurry, or individuals in the pics had their eyes shut. It would have been nice to have the 'professional' realize that the photos were not up to par.

I have never done business with someone so unprofessional, or someone that cares about their clients so little. After spending $1800 for her time, prints, and album (what I thought was going to be great memories), I am left with a horrible album that I'll be putting away in a closet, since I decided to print my own photos and make my own.

There are many other things that I could write, but I won't waste any more of my time thinking about this experience; I am simply trying to protect other couples from making the same horrible decision that I did.

Mary Beth was completely unprofessional from the engagement pictures to after the wedding. The way she handled her "mishaps" was horrendous. She forgot her memory card for the engagement pictures, she didn't respond to me when I tried to find out when she was going to show up the day of the wedding, she missed key moments at the wedding (like mine and my uncle's special dance and more because she was EATING), half way through the wedding her battery died and she had to use my sister's non professional camera (and memory card which she used as her own property), and many other "mishaps". About 300 of ONLY the 400 pictures I received are terrible. When I gave her the chance to rectify her horrible services with a partial refund she declined (she offered me more awful pictures) in a presumptuous manner. The photo album we paid for is identical to a book I got from shutterfly (she still managed to mess this up by blank spaces) . This women (who was knowingly the most important part of the most important day of our lives) not only put a damper on our wedding day, she crushed our memories by not providing us with tolerable photographs of the most important day of our lives. There are many more things I would like to elaborate on but I won't. She is a horrible human being. If you are looking for a professional to capture the most important day of your life do not choose Mary Beth at Photomasters.
