The package Tom provides is excellent value. The engagement photos, day-of polaroids, and excellent skill as a photographer for the price is incredible. Tom was so friendly and helpful from the get-go. My husband and I had a lot of questions about the process of the wedding and how it would go on the day, he answered all of our questions and reassured us. The engagement shoot was a great chance to get to know Tom. We got to see his passion for photography with all the equipment he had and the care he takes with lighting. I had a couple specific requests and he had no problem and made it happen (e.g., photos with framing in the environment, photos with specific family members not including me or my husband). We opted not to go for a second shooter and it worked totally fine. Tom dipped back and forth between the guys and girls, arranged the first look perfectly, and kept things moving smoothly. He gave us some polaroids from the day at the end of the night before he left which were so beautiful and worked great for our thank you cards. Our photos took about 6 weeks to come back. -

Hire Tom as your wedding photographer!!!
We had the best experience working with Tom at our wedding at the Fort William Henry on 8/12/23! We absolutely loved his humorous personality and the positive energy that he brought to our day! He was very patient and took all of the shots that we had requested, and even took ones using his own creative side, which came out INCREDIBLE! We also loved the polaroids that he gave us as a keepsake! I would definitely recommend Tom to anyone! He is a great guy with a true passion for photography! -

It felt like we interviewed hundreds of photographers before finding Tom. it was so important to us that our photographer not only be talented, but also someone that we liked and connected with. After the first call it felt like he was an old friend and by the time we said goodbye the night of the wedding we were sad to see him go.
Tom is a crazy talented photographer who will keep you at ease and make sure you are having a great time while capturing elegant, timeless shots, and fun and goofy shots. His lighting is insanely amazing and we were blown away by his creativity. We were lucky enough to have snow the day of our wedding and the photos look like a movie. Several people asked if they were photoshopped. Tom takes his work very seriously and will guide you through the whole process while capturing your wedding day perfectly. We aren't local but if we ever needed professional photographs taken we would travel to him. Call Tom, get to know him, and you won't think twice before hiring him. -

We were absolutely blown away by our wedding pictures! We have gotten so many compliments from our family and friends. Tom was very personable and professional. He makes you feel so comfortable and he knows exactly what he is doing, what pictures to get, and he doesn't miss a beat. We are beyond thankful for Tom for giving us the opportunity to redo our wedding photos after our original wedding photographer ruined our photos. Our new photos are Stunning! Tom is so sweet and fun! He made our wedding photo reshoot feel so magical! He is very professional. Tom was amazing to work with! Very professional and made us feel very comfortable that day! He had great ideas for pictures even though it rained most of the day! We absolutely loved all the pictures we got back from him!
He was always right there during the reception grabbing pictures of everyone on the dance floor and was right there when we wanted certain pictures with people!
He got our pictures back very quickly! Faster then we were expecting given it was a busy wedding season! -

Amazing Photographer
We were one of the couples who decided not to postpone during 2020 and move forward with our original plans (just at a much smaller and restricted scale). From the engagement photos in June to the wedding in December, Tom was with us every step of the way making sure we were comfortable with his ideas and plans. It was a very collaborative experience and really lets the couple's personalities guide what goes into the photos. He is conscious if you want more traditional photos, contemporary or just fun loving. His response time was great, we never felt like we were waiting on him and the finished product is 100% worth it. We would use Tom again in a heartbeat and would recommend him to anyone else looking for a great photographer who really makes the day about the couple. -

Tom of Photo Phrame Photography was amazing. Not only was he flexible during all the hurdles we faced with a venue fire and then COVID, he went above and beyond to help us! He made us awkward folks feel at ease and comfortable having photos taken, knew how to make us laugh and suggested great shots. We love our photos and the memories we now have!
Tom really blended well with everyone and just felt very much a part of our small family affair!
Would recommend 100 times over, and will absolutely use in the future!

To start off, there are so many things I want to say about Tom from Photo Phrame. From the absolute beginning we knew we needed to use them. We had met with one previous photographer before meeting with Tom and once we sat down with him we knew that we wanted them to shoot our wedding. He connected with my husband and I from the very beginning and his quirky, fun attitude made it super easy to work with him. We also used him for our engagement photos which turned out amazing! Due to COVID we had to move our reception, but we used Tom for our intimate ceremony and wedding photos, and all of our bridal party couldn't stop talking about how "Cool" our photographer was. We just got married on 8/15/20 and we had to push our reception to 7/3/21 and we are using Tom for both. Tom has been so flexible with COVID happening and all the changes we had to make with our wedding and he has been fully accommodating to all wants and needs, and even put his own twist on things to make it that much more special. Just to specify, Photo Phrame is two photographers, but we solely worked with Tom. Photo Phrame in itself is a very professional company that we would recommend to anyone looking to get married in the Capital Region. -

I searched for hours (and I really mean days) trying to find the perfect vendor, and everything led me to Tom and his father. Let me tell you, they were an absolute joy to work with. Our engagement shoot was taken at The Great Escape and was so much fun. It felt like we had known the two of them forever! We were so comfortable with them that we felt like a friend was taking our pictures, and we got some awesome ones! The day of our wedding, Tom and his dad quickly fell into the background, which was awesome because I felt as if we got some fantastic candid photos. He had some awesome ideas for photos and I'm glad we went with every suggestion. I would highly recommend them to everyone. They are so easy to work with, and the photos came out so beautifully that we couldn't wait to show them to everyone we knew. -

Tom and Rich were great! I got married close to my hometown which is few hours from where I currently live, but Tom made the planning and coordination a breeze. The day of they showed up on time with a super positive energy and very friendly. They cracked a lot of jokes throughout the typical group pictures, which made everyone more relaxed. They were very flexible and easy going. They also got some amazing shots without being noticeable to us or our guests during the ceremony and reception. They also have an eye for couple shots.
The results of their work is amazing. These photos are breathtaking. I am so glad that they were able to be our photographers on our wedding day! -

Tom and Rich from Photo Phrame Photography are both absolutely amazing! Hands down, best photographers I could have hired for our wedding. Their prices are extremely competitive, and their packages are fantastic. I honestly felt like I was getting away with murder in hiring such a talented, professional, personable, and hard working team for the price that I did. I also loved that they have a photo-journalistic style and they captured the moments, rather than staging them as some other photographers will do. I highly recommend them, you won't regret it! -

I can't say enough positive things about Tom and his father Rich. Choosing a wedding photographer can be daunting seeing as these are the photos you are going to show family and friends for the rest of your lives. Tom was the first photographer we met with and we knew within minutes there would be no need to go anywhere else. His ability to make you feel relaxed and comfortable is priceless - he immediately cracked some jokes and as a couple who loves to joke around we laughed the entire meeting. Tom was a rockstar when it came to engagement photos in the freezing cold and stalked the weather forecast for me to find the perfect day to go. On the day of, Tom and Rich were flawless. My husband and his groomsmen rave about their experience with Rich (and have photo evidence) and us girls had an absolute blast with Tom. They are all about making you feel relaxed and because of this are able to capture the most pure and magical moments of the day. None of the photos look rigid, forced, or fake which was a fear of mine when it came to formal photos - we are just genuinely enjoying ourselves. From the first looks to the very end of the night on the dance floor, they captured every moment in beautiful detail. These details allow looking at our wedding photos to instantly transport us back to those moments and the happiness and love we were feeling and that is invaluable to me. Family and friends who look at our photos are mind blown at how beautiful they are. We HIGHLY recommend PhotoPhrame Photography for your wedding! -

Tom and his father recently shot our wedding! They did such an amazing job, from the first meeting to engagement photos to our wedding day it was all an amazing experience. Tom made this experience so wonderful and stress free! There would have been no one else I would of rather of chose to capture our special day! The attention to detail is out of this world! Deidre Sent on 07/29/2018Tom and his dad are the absolute best!! From the very first meeting we knew that they were going to make the process so fun and simple for us. Neither of us are very comfortable around cameras but they made us feel so comfortable and we all had a blast taking our formal photos and silly shots with our friends. Tom is pretty much a creative genius but he also makes sure that you get any shots you specifically want. You can tell he loves his job, and you really can’t put a price on the quality, creativity, and pure fun he brings to a wedding. We loved him so much that our friends have already booked him for their wedding next year! The sneak peak he posted after our wedding was breathtaking and I can’t wait to see the rest of the photos. We will definitely be keeping Photo Phrame in mind for future photography needs!

Beth Sent on 07/18/2018My fiance and I spent months looking for a photographer that we would get a long with as well as one that would take amazing pictures of all of the moments we wanted captured that day. We thankfully came across Photo Phrame and met with Tom. After the meeting we were so excited to work with him. We immediately clicked with him and were blown away by all of the images that he had done for previous weddings. We had a mini engagement shoot a few months prior to our wedding and we felt such at ease working with him and his father and truly couldn't stop smiling and laughing. It was the same feeling we had the day of our wedding, which is exactly what my fiance and I wanted. He and his father made everyone feel so comfortable and even my guests were raving about them! He got all of our formal shots out of the way so we could do some fun ones. He was so creative with our venue and we were able to get some amazing shots and worked with us at the reception to get those amazing nighttime shots too. He really captured who we are as a couple and our families. Tom was also very responsive anytime I reached out to him with questions. He got us our photos so quick and we were blown away by how amazing they were!! Couldn't be happier by our decision to use Photo Phrame and there is no better choice out there!

We found PH3 via Wedding Wire as we are having a destination wedding in Lake George. We reached out to them after reading their raving reviews and received a quick response that what both genuine, honest and most importantly showed as much excitement as us. After discussing our budget, vision and availability via email we signed an affordable, creative and flexible contract. A few weeks following my fiance and I asked if they would be willing to come to DC to shoot us(where we live), within minutes they eagerly said YES and the only cost that we inquired was their travel to the district. As the engagement shoot approached we flooded their inbox with excitement and concerns. WE RECEIVED A RESPONSE TO EVERY SINGLE EMAIL, as an excited Bride you can imagine how much that means. The day finally arrived and the father son duo traveled 364 miles to capture us in the place that we built a life together. From the moment they arrived at our house they made us feel comfortable and special. No request was to big or small they listen to all of our ideas for shots. The best part was feeling like they had known you for years and them sharing in our joy and excitement.
The dynamic between Tom and Richard (father and son) is playful, professional and creative they bring out the creative in each other which yields amazing ideas and shots. Prior to leaving they outlined when we could expect the pictures and how we could access them. When they left following our shot we were filled with excitement that they would be there on our big day. I could not be more excited that Tom and Richard will be at our wedding not just as photographers but as friends. Even though our shoot ended late and they had been traveling since 4am they took the time to share a teaser photo for us to enjoy. I can not recommend PH3 enough. Do not hesitate book PH3 ASAP you will not regret it. -

Jordan Sent on 06/29/2016From the moment we spoke to Tom, we knew that we were in great hands! Extremely knowledgable and his charismatic personality enhances the entire wedding photo experience!
We met Tom in his studio to discuss hiring him for our wedding, and what we got was some time for him to get a chance to know our history, who we were, etc, before talking business, WHICH IS IMPORTANT!
After seeing his work (photo albums, slideshows, etc), we discussed pricing and packages that would fit our budget. His packages are customizable and also comes with an additional cameraman, his father, who is an awesome guy!
We loved the fact that there were two photographers! That way they could capture pictures in different areas before the ceremony, in which we could do the bridesmaids and groomsmen separately, saving giving us more time to relax. Two view points during the ceremony and reception is HUGE!
Tom and his father made pictures painless and a lot of fun! We didn't even realize they were there! They also brought us outside near the end of the reception to take night photos, which are amazing!
Not only is he a great photographer, but he runs a solid team, and a stand up guy! He's also going to include a "SURPRISE GIFT" which we can't wait to see! Highly recommended! -

The work he had on there amazed us and from our very first meeting to seeing our wedding photos, Tom has continued to amaze us! Tom and his father are a great team and we had so much fun working with them! For a cold and rainy day in October, Tom and his dad definitely captured photos that make us forget that the weather wasnt so nice that day! Thank you Tom and Rich for the beautiful memories that will last a lifetime! We will definitely use you guys in the future!
