Fenomenal they are very professional and working with me in what I want it

It was a phenomenal experience, my guests who were all family members. were delighted with the photobooth I had 5 toddlers at my wedding they really enjoyed taking their photos without the presence or pressure of the parents and The ladies who were very patient with everyone. They were super flexible with me, I had not had time to take photos and they waited for me to take some with my husband, children and mother. I would definitely at another event would love to hire them again. Thank you for your excellent service from the beginning of the hiring until the end of the service.

Seamless Experience, Fun Photos

Working with Photo Booth Dallas was super easy and they caused us zero issues or stress on our wedding day. A week before, they contacted me to get our photo strip design done and approved, they charged us the designated amount when they said they would, they were where they were suppose to be when they were supposed to be there. Can't ask for much more. They even somehow got involved with Dallas Flower Walls and Dallas Marquee Letters (that service was awful), but they took over communications from those vendors, they were super apologetic about those vendors, and made sure those vendors delivered on what they said they would. I have every confidence in the world that Dallas Photo Booth will uphold their end of the bargain. In the days after our wedding, we received a link to download not just every single photo strip, but each individual photo off of every photo strip. I thought that was a great touch because photo strip photos are tiny and blurry when brought up to a decent size. Because of this, I was able to distribute normal-sized photos to the people who had super cute but basically useless photos on their strips. Brilliant. Loved it. Our tribe's a little wild and they had a wonderful time with it.

Their flower walls! 💗💗💗

I’m obsessed with all of our wedding pictures! Choosing them wasn’t hard at all, I fell in love with their flower wall selections! I didn’t find another photo booth company that had an actual showroom where you could walk in and actually pick out your flower wall and photo booth. The BEST in Dallas, TX! We received about 500 pictures on our usb from our wedding. The pictures were extremely high quality. Their staff is so professional and their attendants were amazin with our guests and they arrived about two hours early to set up. Book them!

Amazing quality photos with beautiful backdrops did wonders

Very professional photo attendant who had all props organized & ready to use. The owners were soo helpful in making sure the set up was there in a timely manner .Our guest loved the pictures.Definitely will be using their services in the future. They had beautiful rose walls available in all colors,that we will definitely be using soon.Thank u for everything!

Where do I even begin. PBD did such a wonderful job. They are professional, organized and punctual. I love how they had so many options to choose from. I had so many compliments from our guests on how funny and great our photo booth attendant was. You would be crazy not to use them for your event!

Beautiful flower wall

I was a guest when I used photo booth Dallas and am now looking for a photo booth for my wedding! I am totally booking them. The set up was so elegant and their flower walls look so real! Cannot wait to have them at my wedding. Book them!

Professional!

Thank you photo booth dallas for making our experience unbelievably EASY and stress free! We received a USB with over 400 pictures of our family! Our photographer couldn't have captured these moments even if he had 100 assistants! My family loved the props, backdrop and LOVED how the attendant printed a copy for every single person even if there were 15 people they received a copy. This was definitely the highlight of my wedding. Thank you so much!

Super FUN!!

Photo booth Dallas added sooo much fun to my sisters wedding! The props were elegant and fun, everyone received a beautiful 4x6 print out and my sister received a usb with over 300 pictures! we chose them because their photo booth looked very classy and they have led lights that make it stand out and bring people all night to take pictures! And their beautiful flower walls!! I chose the pink and white. I am so happy that I gifted them the photo booth. Thank you Photo Booth Dallas for making me look sooo good with my gift! Lol

We enjoyed having Photo Booth Dallas at our daughters birthday party. Jazmine was so attentive and so nice to all our little guest. She was so helpful in adjusting the camera to all the kids heights and all our pictures turned out great. Both the kids and the adults had so much fun. At the end we were able to see all the pictures everyone took that day. I would highly recommend Photo Booth Dallas to anyone having a special event. Thank you so much Photo Booth Dallas!!!

Photo Booth Dallas made my wedding so much more memorable! The customer service was amazing owners and staff were very nice! Made the whole process so easy for me while planning my wedding. The day of my wedding Photo Booth Dallas team had the photo booth all set up ready to go, and they were very polite to my guests. I used Photo Booth Dallas for my wedding and everyone had such a blast using it. They gave me a cd immediately after so i could upload all of the pictures for my family and friends to see. Everything was perfect.

Planning is a lot of work, but Photo Booth Dallas just made it easier from the moment I met with them. These guys know how to properly communicate with their clients and follow through. I did a lot of research and when I first met with Josh, he could answer all my detailed questions...and even had answers to questions that I didn't think of at first. There were times where it was daily communication and I'm just impressed with how patient Photo Booth Dallas was with me. It's always nice to hire a vendor and not have to worry about it later. You can tell that these guys are passionate about what they do because it shows. They know how to be professional and definitely make a difference in the wedding world. I would hire them again for any kind of event!

Very timely and friendly. All the guest had a great time and enjoyed taking pictures with all the props. I would recommend them to my family and friends. In the future I will rent the booth again for another special oaccasion.

I would have given this business 20 stars if it was available. I was very happy with the service and my client was even happier. I used their DJ and Photo Booth and it was a great hit. Very polite and professisonal they did an excellent job.

The Photo Booth was a great added bonus to my daughter's special day! They Photo Booth rental price was very reasonable, the attendant was very helpful in assisting the guests and they genuinely had FUN! I appreciated the ease of paying and securing the date to have the photo booth! I would lightly recommend this particular company!

I used Photo Booth Dallas at my wedding several weeks ago. Throughout the entire process, they were very responsive and always answered any questions that I had. They also worked with me on the design for the photo strip. They arrived on time and everyone at the wedding absolutely LOVED the photo booth-it was a total hit! I would recommend this company to any in the DFW area who is looking for a photo booth.

I was skeptical at first but now I am sure glad I chose them. The whole process went smooth and they even put up with the many changes I had for the design layout. They were on time and all of my guests had a nothing but great things to say about the photo booth. I do recommend having a chair close by for the little ones.

The photo booth was great, it arrived on time and the set up was quick. Everyone enjoyed it at the wedding and people kept going in and out of the booth. My company is now considering having one at the next company party since they had so much fun in it. The prints come out fast and clear. I would recommend this company to anyone!!

This was a great value! DJ and Photo Booth for about $1000. They provided all props for the Photo Booth and each guest received a print out of the photos they were in. The photo strip was personalized for our wedding. The DJ worked off a list and also his experience of popular wedding songs.

I loved having a photo booth at my wedding. This was the most affordable one that I could find. The attendant made it very easy for guests to take photos and get extra prints. I am glad they we received a disc with all of the photos on it. I was disappointed by how few people used the photo booth. I was busy with many things during the reception, so I am unsure if few people were interested or it took a long time for each group.

I was pleased that they were able to book our event and I thought everything went well with the contracts and payment. The day of the event they were late arriving to the site but they did stay extra time to make up for the late arrival. If you want props, you'd be better off buying them yourself than using the ones they provide. We may give them another chance later on but we will be conducting business with them very differently.

They're terrible. Flat out.

Booked a video/photobooth for my wedding and these are just a few of the issues I faced:

- They didn't put the booth where I asked them to...instead placed it off in a corner where no one could see them.

- A booth attendant was promised for the entire event....that booth attendant was no where near the booth the entire event.

- Picture/Video quality was terrible.

After approaching them about my issues, they had "excuses" for them all.

We used their service for our event and we NEVER got our photos. They claimed something malfunctioned and they would have to mail us the CD of pictures. After nearly a dozen unanswered phone calls and emails after our event we still have not received them. AWFUL customer service!
