Wow, wow, wow — where do I even begin?
Dawson truly exceeded every expectation we had as our wedding videographer. What first drew me to him was how his videos feel so real — like they’re actually capturing the love between the couple, not just curated moments. From the very beginning, Dawson was incredibly communicative and always available to answer our questions. It was clear right away how much care and thought he puts into each video.
I told him my biggest request was that the video didn’t feel too posed or cheesy — I wanted it to capture real moments of the day, not feel like we were on a video shoot. And he delivered exactly that.
On the wedding day, Dawson was the definition of professional. He somehow managed to film everything while being totally unobtrusive — I honestly forgot he was even in the room at times, yet he caught everything. I have no idea how he pulled that off. He had never worked with our photographer (Lynae Rachelle, who is also amazing!), but they were totally in sync — no awkwardness, no staging, and we never felt like we were “performing” for the camera.
When we got our video back, I was blown away. It was perfect. He took my preferences seriously and created something that felt so personal and authentic. I’m beyond grateful we trusted him with something so important. I honestly can’t imagine having had a better experience with anyone else.
