I recently got married and ordered my wedding bouquets and boutonnières from Phoenix Flower Shops. I was blown away with how beautiful my flowers were. I had my consultation with Amy and she seriously got inside my mind and figured out exactly what I wanted. I couldn't be happier with how the flowers came out. They were stunning. I hired Phoenix Flower Shop on E Thomas for my wedding. I worked with a couple of ladies who were very helpful. Patty is the best!!! I showed her photos of what I was looking for and she made it happen. There were a couple of flowers that were not is season and she made recommendations to help keep the price down but still achieve the same look. I had so many people comment on how beautiful the flowers were. In fact, I would venture to say the were the most beautiful I have ever seen at a wedding. Thank you Patty for making my wedding day so memorable and beautiful!

This was by far my favorite vendor! Richard at the store on 7th st and Bethany home did a wonderful job. I was so impressed with how beautiful everything turned out! He worked with my budget as well!

Carmen at Phoenix Flower Shops was great! She was very helpful considering I had no idea what I really wanted other than colors. The cost was perfect and the flowers were beautiful!!! I will recommend them to anyone!!

Their wedding consultant was fabulous! My bouquet turned out even better than I had imagined! Pink roses, stargazer Lillie's, stephanotis, rhinestones, and crystals!

All the women were very helpful including Sandy (@ the Tempe location). We were two weeks away and she let me change the wire and color of ribbon on my flowers and was always happy to listen to my ideas.

Wow! Phoenix Flower Shops did an AMAZING job with our flowers!! They were very helpful when deciding how to arrange the bouquets and didn't force extra flowers that we didn't need. The prices were very reasonable!! They were delivered promptly and on time and were SOOO fresh!! The flowers lasted for almost a month after the ceremony and still looked wonderful!!

We purchased the wedding flowers for our daughter's wedding at The Phoenix Flower Shops on Northern Avenue in Glendale. The flowers looked absolutely beautiful. Their attention to detail was amazing and the flowers were delivered exactly when they said they would be. I have always ordered flowers from this location for homecomings, anniversaries and proms. They have never let me down. And this important day was no different. Perfect!

We worked with the staff at the Thomas Road store and they provided beautiful and very fresh white hydrangeas and purple mini calla lilies for our daughter's wedding. It is three days later and even the fragile hydrangeas are still beautiful. Their suggestions helped us stay within budget and still have beautiful flowers for the entire wedding party. The flowers were delivered on time and exactly as ordered.

The flowers were beautiful & fresh. The day I selected my flowers was probably the most enjoyable day I had during the entire wedding planning process. We had a little hiccup with delivery as they were a bit late but other than that great experience.

The Phoenix flower shops wedding consultant is amazing. I don't know much about flowers, but I told him what I liked and the flowers turned out amazing. We also had an early morning wedding and they still managed to get the flowers there before I (the bride) was able to get there. They're very reasonably priced and always willing to accomodate any changes.

The best price without sacrificing quality! They worked with me on everything, offered advice and gave me the best price. After looking at many florists, I would totally recommend them! In tempe, on Rural and Broadway. Everyone has commented on how beautiful my bouquet and all the flowers for my attendants/reception were. Very unique! Thanks! :)

I cannot say enough good things about Phoenix Flower Shops. Our original vendor went bankrupt two weeks before our wedding and did not inform us, and dumped their upcoming contracts on Phoenix Flower Shops' lap. Luckily PFS decided to honor my contract and did not ask us for any money or anything, in fact they called me and said that everything was covered.
The day of the wedding, although there were a few hiccups, the flowers were beautiful and my bouquet was perfect. I was so happy that they stepped in, and they were both professional and talented.

Phoenix Flower Shops are reasonably priced convenient, and helpful when designing bouqets. They even deliver on Sundays! I had so many compliments about my flowers.

Purchases a bag of petals and two corsages from them. It was a quick and easy process. They even through in an extra bag of petals for free.

My order with Phoenix Flower Shop was small-- I only needed bouquets for my bridesmaids and myself, as well as rose petals. I called Phoenix Flower Shops about 2 weeks before my wedding date to make my order. Knowing nothing about flowers, I initially sent the contact person I talked to some photos over email of peony bouquets I liked. The representative I talked to kindly and thoroughly explained to me that peonies would not work (for a number of reasons) as I thought they might, but suggested hydrangea bouquets instead. I agreed and ordered over the phone (I was planning from out of state). When I saw my flowers on the big day, I was floored. They were beautiful! I could not have asked for anything more. Thank you to Phoenix Flower Shops for working with me over the phone, guiding me through a part of the wedding I was clueless about, and for their friendliness through the process.

Phoenix Flower Shops helped me design the flowers for the wedding and they were able to help me with what colors would work best and the flowers turned out beautifully! They were flexible and helpful in delivering the flowers when we needed them and I didn't have a thing to worry about. I would highly recommend Phoenix Flower Shops, they deliver high quality, beautiful flowers. I loved my bouquet!

My flowers were not everything that I ever dreamed of, but there were parts that were right on point. I feel like I should have received more flowers for the money I paid as well. My bridal bouquet wasn't much bigger than my maid of honor's bouquet, which upset me. The men's boutonnieres were ok, but nothing to rave about.
I've gotten flowers from the Cave Creek Rd. location previously and have never had a problem. It seemed at some point that there was a disconnect between the woman I spoke with originally about floral arrangements and the manager as well.
If you're looking for a basic wedding set up, this place would be fine. If you want specialized bouquets like I did, then look elsewhere.

We had a very intimate 15 person ceremony, so we only needed one bridal bouquet and boutinierre. Unfortunately, my bouquet did not look like one at all and the rose was not the correct color. They are very friendly, but bridal decor is not a specialty.

They said they would be flexible, but didn't end up doing what I asked for. Wish I would have gone with Lighthouse. Flowers are always beautiful but Phoenix Flower didn't seem to put the effort into my small order.

Karen Fischer is the store manager. She was nice and very helpful. I ordered my bouquet, matron of honor flowers, groom and best man boutonniers, mother of bride, mother of groom and flowers for our daughters. The problem I had was I specifically asked that the flowers be labeled so we could easily know who gets what. I even had it written in the contract to have them labeled and it shows who gets what. It was very confusing not having the labels. My sister-in-law was the day of coordinator and couldn't figure out who got what and had to call on me to try to figure it out. It was hard trying to get ready and take photos and look at flowers. None of the mother or daughter corsages were marked and they were very similar. It caused confusion. Other than that the floral arrangements were beautiful and delivered on-time. I was surprised that my bouquet was as small as it was for $85. It was 12 charlottes with lemon leaf and hand-tied with white stain ribbon.

I set up my flowers about 7 months ahead of time. A few weeks before the wedding I went to pay the balance and found out my florist had moved from North Scottsdale to Mesa, and I was apparently attached to an individual florist. No one called to tell me, or even dropped and email. So they would not take my payment at the Scottsdale location and had me call the florist at the Mesa location. I had to do the payment over the phone (which I am not comfortable with) and discuss all final details over the phone.
When the flowers came on the day of the wedding they were only barely what I wanted and had discussed. They didn't put any of the right colors in, the boquets were smaller, the boutiners didn't have the flowers we had talked about in them and they didn't deliver some of them. And I really feel like I paid way too much for what I got. I would not highly reccomend.
