A quant venue for an unforgettable day!

We were looking for a quant location to have our wedding. The Wedding Chapel was exactly what we were looking for. Stacy was great! This being our second marriage with just our 4 adult children it could not have been more perfect! I would recommend Stacy and her venue to anyone looking for a fantastic wedding experience!

Exquisite Professionalism, Beautiful Service & Assurance in Unprecedented Times

We were absolutely, positively in good hands with Stacey Thomas and the Philadelphia Wedding Chapel. Throughout COVID, she was in constant communication with us about safety precautions and what the ceremony would look like once they reopened. Looking back, I don't think I would've gotten married anywhere else. While COVID may change how many people can attend, it's the heart and soul of those who show up and help you along the way that make the day special and Ms. Stacey definitely has that. 13/10 - would definitely recommend to anyone getting married in Philadelphia during or post-COVID. ...And not to mention the price. You just can't go wrong here.

Simply Perfect

We visited in November for our April wedding during an open house and fell in love with the venue-it was beautifully decorated, welcoming and exactly what we were looking for. We had only planned for a small wedding and wanted a intimate and warm venue. It was perfect and we knew from the moment we walked in. Stacey was accommodating and communicative during the craziness of Covid and had ensured everyone comfort and safety. The ceremony was beautiful and well stated. We are so thankful that Stacey has created a space that was exactly what we wanted and needed. We hope to be able to renew our vowels in 10 years at Philadelphia Wedding Chapel. We loved it!

Philadelphia’s best intimate wedding venue!

If your in the market for an intimate wedding venue look no further! I had booked my wedding with only seeing online photos but they truly do not do the venue justice. The pricing it extremely affordable and was perfectly on budget for my small wedding. The entire experience was beyond my expectations and perfect, even allowing a father daughter dance which was a wedding must for me. The professionalism of the staff is superb. I recommend the venue every opportunity I get!

Wonderful wedding

When I chose this venue i didn't know how beautiful it was inside. All my guest keep saying how nice it was. The officiant was very nice and helped calm my nerves. Overall my wedding was beautiful and I would do it over again.

Beautiful day!

I was a guest of a beautiful wedding that was held at the Philadelphia wedding Chapel on 11/26/18. I was amazed by how beautifully decorated and clean the space was. I got such amazing pictures! The owner came out and greeted us and was very professional throughout our time there. I would definitely recommend this space for people looking to get married or renew their vows. Such an amazing day thanks to this chapel!

The service at Philadelphia Wedding Chapel was impressive and simply a beautiful experience had by all.

On Monday, November 26, 2018 my fiancé and I had the pleasure of solidifying our union by having our nuptials take place at the Philadelphia Wedding Chapel. Stacie (owner) and her staff made the whole experience magical and a day to remember!!! Stacie expertise and calming demeanor made our wedding experience pleasurable and very smooth needless to say I was a nervous wreck! (Smiles) but everything came together with such ease you would never had known. My family and friends love it!!! I would highly recommend this venue for first time couples and couples who maybe looking to renew there vows who want an elegant, sophisticated atmosphere with very reasonable price packages for all incomes.

The Philadelphia Wedding Chapel is BEAUTIFUL! My husband an I went just to make our marriage legal, we are definitely going to have our ceremony there next year. Our friends and family were impressed and could not believe how well decorated the chapel was and how much was provided for such reasonable price. The space is very chic and elegant. Stacy was the perfect officiant for our secular, off-site wedding in Philadelphia! She was so warm, friendly and professional and made us feel incredibly special on our wedding day. She was communicative and sought our input on every part of the ceremony so that we were able to have a ceremony that really reflected our relationship and community. We got so many compliments on Stacy and our ceremony, and we felt truly lucky to have her there. In addition, she had very reasonable pricing and was prompt and hilarious.

Many sincere thanks go to Stacey and to the owner of the place! My husband and I came almost 40 minutes late for our appointment due to terrible traffic on Friday night but Stacey did not show a sign of disappointment and was super kind to us. Stacey was so professional, kind, accommodating, attentive, just overall perfect! We had a small wedding with the toast and cake package, totally worth it! We had champagne and cider which everyone loved. The cake was pretty big and delicious and we had plenty to take home. The ceremony was exactly what we wanted and Stacey really seemed to understand what we wanted. The music she played and beautiful decor of the room really set a great scene for us to celebrate. I fell in love with this place as soon as I went to see it. It is such a classy place and you feel right at home when you walk in the door. Stacey makes you feel like she has known you for years.
My wedding was all that I wanted it to be and more. Everyone that attended my wedding is still talking about how nice everything was and how well it was put together.
I did not have to do anything but show up and we all enjoyed the atmosphere. They are willing to work with you and try to accommodate whatever your request are.
They get a thumbs up from me and I would highly recommend it to others!

We wanted a very simple and fun wedding! We booked without seeing venue in person and just viewing from reviews and website. We were more then pleased. Very tastefully decorated venue that is perfect for what we wanted. We were eloping so it was only us and four other folks to witness. We skipped the walk down aisle and just went straight to where you stood to take vows. We couldn't of asked for a more memorable day! We recommend them 100%!

This place is amazing. The decor was beautiful and the scenery outside was great for taking pictures. I cannot say enough about the Philadelphia Wedding Chapel. Not only were they extremely flexible in letting us reschedule everything due to the snow storm, but they gave my (now husband!) and I an experience we will treasure for a lifetime. The chapel is STUNNING with exposed brick, gorgeous decorations, hardwood floors, a lovely seating area for friends/family, and a beautiful aisle. The pictures on their website do not do it justice! Stacey (our officiant) delivered a heartfelt, very meaningful ceremony that resonated with both of us and our family. We were able to choose what music we wanted to enter/exit with and eveything went off without a single hitch. I can't recommend Philadelphia Wedding Chapel enough!! A++++

After researching many places, nowhere stood out like The Philadelphia Wedding Chapel and once we visited we fell in love and knew that this was the place that we would wed. We wanted to be married somewhere small yet intimate. Stacey was a dream to work with. She is a great person and makes sure all of your needs are met. She is so welcoming and caring that she feels like you've known her for years and been there through the entire relationship. The venue is so well decorated that you don't have to add to it. My experience with The Philadelphia Wedding Chapel was wonderful! I booked the venue in February 2015 for my October 2015 wedding. We were looking for an intimate venue (we had 40 guests) that fit both our style and our budget. This was the perfect location.

Stacey Thomas was a joy to work with. She was friendly, professional and very responsive to my phone calls and emails. I was so impressed with her and what I had heard about the venue, that we booked the date before actually visiting the venue. Once I did, there was no doubt we made the right decision.

On my wedding day, Stacey and her team were amazing. They maintained a comfortable, welcoming atmosphere while efficiently managing the timeline of the ceremony and reception. They also did a great job of attending to me, my husband and our guests. There was never a moment that Stacey or her staff was not present and available to address our wants or needs. Our friends and families complimented us on the wedding – and the venue – for several weeks after our wedding.

Simply put, our wedding day was perfect. I highly recommend The Philadelphia Wedding Chapel!

If you are looking for a very affordable, unique and classy place to have your wedding ceremony-look no further! We wanted something small, but something more memorable than standing in a courthouse.
We loved the converted mill building that felt like a New York loft, as well as the great location! It has many interesting photo opportunities both inside and around the facility.
Stacey (the Owner) is a class-act! She is an absolute pleasure to work with and was willing to do whatever it took to ensure a seamless wedding day! She performed our ceremony for us and it was really well done. She definitely puts her heart and soul into what she does. We were so happy to have found The Philadelphia Wedding Chapel!!! We hired Stacey as an officiant to travel to our venue at the Pier 19 Ballroom at Penns Landing in Philadelphia.

It was CHAOS before she arrived!!

We had our wedding there on the 18th of July 2015. After being a full hour late To our own wedding, stacey was very understanding and gave us atleast 30 mins time so we can still get married and complete our ceremony. It was sweet and intimate, her words, her manerisms, everything was just so welcoming, and being stressed from being late and a whole bunch of other stuff she turned my day completely around. Even after i had forgotten my husband's ring in the car, she made an awkward situation entertaining, handled every single issue with class and professionalism, and a very hospitable attitude towards us and our guest. The songs I selected were not very easy to find on my end yet she got every single one of them. Its a day i will always cherish Forever. THANK YOU STACEY.

I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Stacey and The Philadelphia Wedding Chapel to any couple looking for a stress-free, intimate affair. The whole process was seamless from attending the open house to receiving our wedding photographs 2 weeks after the ceremony. It is an incredible value because they are able to deliver a very high end product, just on a smaller scale. The venue is beautiful (hardwood floors, brick walls and lovely furnishings/decor). Stacey is warm, professional and has a no-nonsense approach to wedding planning. She was able to read our favorite poem during the ceremony, which was a really nice touch. The weather was bad when we arrived, so her efficient staff grabbed me at the door and hid me away in the dressing room, so I wouldn't have to wait outside in the snow to walk down the aisle. If you are concerned about having an ethical/eco-friendly wedding, this venue is appropriate. There was no food waste that would would see at hotel or country club weddings....the catering was precisely calculated for the number attending. The floral decor is seasonal, silk arrangements, so that reduces your carbon footprint a bit! Also, the chapel is an LGBT friendly business. Overall, we felt good about using a local business with social responsibility and ethical practices. We will never forget Stacey's ceremony and our "mini reception" at The Philadelphia Wedding Chapel.

While searching for a venue and an officiant for my wedding, my husband and I came across philadelphiaweddingchapel.com. We were pleased that the website offered packages that were reasonable and a venue that was elegant and chic. When emailing our inquiries, Ms. Stacey Thomas provided excellent customer service with a response time of within a few hours. She was even able to make accommodations for us to visit the venue and replied to any questions that we had leading up to our wedding date. The online payment option was secure and very simple, too!
Ms. Stacey Thomas officiated our wedding on November 7, 2014. It was truly a blessed experience that all of our guests also enjoyed! My husband and I have even referred two couples that have also utilized Ms. Thomas’ services. My (now) wife and i were married at the Philadelphia Wedding Chapel in January, 2015. To be perfectly honest, both we and our guests have been gushing about it ever since. Stacey, her (small) staff, and the venue itself were well beyond what we would have expected for a venue as reasonably priced as PWC.

From the moment we met Stacey, we knew she was the right person to guide us through the event. She had obviously done this many times before, and it showed particularly during planning. Her responsiveness and professionalism really helped to keep my wife and me calm. Honestly, the least of our worries for the whole event were the things that Stacy was responsible for. She not only officiated the ceremony, but also made recommendations for the other aspects of the event (flowers, reception venues, photography, etc.) - all of which turned out to be top notch. We have to particularly make note of the photographer, John Wesley. John came in "cold" and with little to no guidance from us and produced a set of photographs for us that we could only have dreamed about having.

We highly recommend Stacey and the Philadelphia Wedding Chapel.

This is the most stunning chapel i have ever seen. the pics dont do it justice you must visit. My wedding day was perfect small and sweet. I lost my vows before the wedding and i started to cry but Stacey and her staff fix the problem in two seconds. The Philadelphia Wedding Chapel venue is absolutely beautiful! The whole space is just so unique and charming. I could not be more impressed with the staff that worked so hard to make sure each couple’s wedding ceremony was perfect! The décor is gorgeous and I was so impressed with how much work they put in to making sure the space looked impeccable. They were all so are very friendly and fun to work with! Stacey is so incredibly thorough and is excellent at her job. She is so funny and has a "take charge" attitude yet is so calming and comforting as well. Stacey was awesome! Her place is beautiful and looks even better than the pictures you see online. I would recommend everyone planning to get married skip just going to City Hall as I was going to do, but found Stacey's place so I went there. Stacey and her team are, for lack of a better word, awesome. They were originally booked on our chosen date but once I explained to Stacey that it was our 17th anniversary AND the 45th anniversary of Stonewall, she said "Oh you have to get married on your special day." And she made it happen. It went off without a hitch and we never felt rushed or like an "add on." The staff is very professional but warm and Stacey and her team have the unique ability to make you feel that YOU are their number one priority, that you are their ONLY client.

The chapel itself is classic but urban and contemporary. It is a space that has nothing to do with fashion but everything to do with style.

One of our guests, who is highly (some might say overly) critical, said to us, "You know your wedding was absolutely perfect." I have to agree. I cannot recommend the Philadelphia Wedding Chapel highly enough.

On 9/19/2014 we had our wedding ceremony at The Philadelphia Wedding Chapel and I am still raving about how beautiful and perfect our ceremony was. The venue was wonderful for our intimate wedding but it would also be perfect for larger weddings. Stacy was great to work with and answered all my questions as I was a very nervous bride. My husband and I had our wedding at The Philadelphia Wedding Chapel just about a month ago and are extremely pleased with our experience ! For most people, they want a very large wedding which is what we started out on planning, but than we realized that's just not us. We came across the website which is spitting image of the pictures on the website. Mostly, when you arrive some place it usually looks slightly different than what you've seen online, but not here. The hardwood floors, chairs and beautifully decorated backdrop/alter are all the same, and stunning ! We decided immediately on having our wedding here. Stacey, and her staff were fabulous and helped keep my nerves calm with my questions and planning. Which is what every bride and groom should experience ! I highly recommened for anyone to look into a wedding here, especially if you'd like a nice, small and intimate wedding. Stacey and her staff can surely deliver on all aspects of that ! There are many packages to choose from to fit any couples needs. I am so happy to have had my special day here, and that not only did my husband love the place ( which was a huge factor on my part because he left the planning up to me ! Lol ) but my family also said that it was beautiful there!

Stacey was amazing! After calling her frantically, two weeks prior to my wedding because our other officiant stopped communicating with us, she was their to the rescue! She really took the time to learn as much as she could about us and what was important to us. She communicated everything, every step of the way. Come the day of the wedding, our ceremony was one of the most unique ceremonies I had ever been apart of, and I wouldn't of wanted it any other way. We were supposed to be married by a judge, but that didn't pan out, so we started looking at wedding chapels. I went to view one, but was told that they didn't do same sex marriages. Well, that was a complete blessing! I found this gem online, and was blown away when we went to the open house. The space is AMAZING!!!!! It's charming, elegant, and intimate. We wanted simple, intimate, unique, memorable and magical to describe our wedding day. A tall order for any officiant whom we've just met, but Stacey Thomas at the Philadelphia Wedding Chapel delivered on every count. She patiently accommodated our several date/time changes, and simplified the entire process of choosing a photographer, setting, and other ancillary details by including it all in the package. The chapel setting was awesome (historic loft with hardwood floors and celebratory-without-being-kitschy decor, cool outdoor courtyard spaces) and Stacey's warmth and graciousness put us totally at ease as we exchanged vows. Our photos turned out beautifully and we will forever cherish the day Stacey helped create for us.

The Philadelphia Wedding Chapel was the best wedding-planning decision we had made!

An incredible value when talking money, there were no hidden expenses. In fact, The Philadelphia Wedding Chapel gave us much more than we were expecting. From the very beginning, Stacey provided information on all of the packages and services offered so we had an exact idea all of the costs and most importantly making our event completely unique to us.

The Philadelphia Wedding Chapel was perfect in every way. Stacey was amazing...so calm and reassuring and also so fun at the same time. She answered all of our questions and was prompt in her responses and pleasantly accommodated our requests, family and friends.

There was no need for any additional decorations, the chapel was beautifully decorated in a way we had not envisioned. After having compared all of the chapels in the area, we knew instantly and said “This is where we are getting married”. Everyone was professional, funny, and all just totally awesome! The snack and refreshment arrangement was beautifully laid out, wow!

Honestly we can't say enough good things - Stacey and the event staff went above and beyond in every way. If you fancy yourselves getting married in a chapel style venue then this is perfect: classic, unique, and beautiful and you are able to take some lovely photos.

I would like to say that Stacey is an absolute sweetheart and very professional. She made me feel very special on my special day. I only paid for the "Vegas Style" wedding but she went beyond in her services to me and my guest. The venue is absolutely beautiful and intimate. I loved everything. I didn't have to worry about anything. My mother was even able to play her playlist on her kindle via Stacey's speakers, so she was happy after staying up all night searching songs. LOL... When I decided that I wanted to get married three months ago, I knew that I wanted an intimate wedding. I wanted the space to be warm and welcoming, yet pure and elegant. We thought we had made our decision until we met with Stacey Thomas. The venue is so warm, welcoming and intimate. But nothing compared to what we walked into the day of. Stacey completely saved my wedding week. My original officiant never showed up for my rehersal and it actually was a blessing in disguise, otherwise I would have never of had the pleasure of meeting Stacey. With less than a weeks notice she managed to accommodate my every need and wish. She also came to the rescue when the weather didn't permit for my outdoor wedding I had planned. She offered us her beautiful chapel which worked out perfect and also made for some really pretty pictures. I wish I had found her from the beginning of my wedding planning. Stacey Thomas of the Philadelphia Wedding Chapel was a pleasure to work with. I was looking for a last minute venue and officiant to perform wedding services for myself and my fiance. In a bind I reached out to Stacey and she promptly messaged back and told me that she was already booked for a private event on the day I had hoped to get married, but offered to squeeze us in early before the event. It was so generous and really spoke volumes of her professionalism and her passion in helping others fulfill their dreams. Leading up to the ceremony, Stacey was good about staying in touch and responded back to me promptly.

Upon arrival to her new chapel, it was a surprise to see it housed in a rustic warehouse. It was a thrill to walk through, as below through a larger window you could see the other tenant's work space where he was manufacturing amazing sets for stage and television. Walking upstairs, you find a completely renovated space as the home of the new chapel. It was beautiful to see and a great place for the ceremony. Stacey and her assistant acted as the officiant and photography and pretty much handled everything for our small ceremony. They were kind and generous with their time and offered a relaxing setting for us. I would recommend the Philadelphia Wedding Chapel for any ceremony small or large. Its a beautiful place, with a great staff at the helm.

Perfect for micoweddings

Everything was amazing and very simplistic. We had a micro wedding with 20 guests and things went very smoothly. I would recommend to anyone.

our wedding turned out better and more beautiful than i could have ever imagined. the officiator and photographer were amazing and extremely patient with us and our family. the chapel was beautiful and definitely worth our time. i recommend this place to anyone that is looking for an intimate location to share their special day with those closest to them.

The wife loved the decor of the venue. We were happy with Stacy service and professionalism.

We missed out some things because of the current covid-19 pandemic. Yet, Stacy was able to take care of us and work with us to get our wedding done; with the bride fully in mind. Her message about matrimony during our wedding was beautiful and impactful. Our wedding guest loved her messaging and how she handled the service. It was a great experience and I'm glad that Stacy made it a lot more memorable too.

Stacey and I had a bit of a rocky start - I’m convinced that she just doesn’t like me. LOL… However, despite anything she may or may not have felt toward me, she was a true professional when she officiated our wedding. She worked with us to develop a ceremony that was perfect for us and navigated through the glitches of the actual ceremony with no problem. She made our guest laugh while still maintaining the integrity of our special moment… My experience with Stacey was not perfect but I was left satisfied. I would recommend her as an Officiant.

The package that was received worth the value and the atmosphere and organization of the event is memorable. I recommend to anyone who is planning that special event.

Stacey and most of her staff was great. The service and space was great for the price. Where they fell very short was the photos. We have much better pictures taken with Iphones than the photographer took. He obviously did not know how to use camera because we do not have a single good picture from the day. Julius was a very nice guy, but again not very handy with a camera from the looks of our pictures.
The way Stacey handled the issue was not very professional and made me feel like I was asking for too much to have a few good pictures and that she gave me more that what I paid for which was pointed out a few times. I simply wanted the amount I paid for but of some kind of quality. I did not ask for anything additional.
She said she had another photographer look over them and those were the best they could come up with. We have tried having them touched up and printed on a few occasions and all yield to be a waste of money and effort. It is a lost cause at this point. No good photos from the day which makes my wife cry every time she thinks about it.

What a shame

First off, let me just say that I just got married this past Saturday (Dec 14) and today is Monday (Dec 16) and I’m still absolutely fuming. I cannot watch our video without cringing which is not okay. We need some kinda flipping refund or something! If my wedding day wasn’t so structured, I would have been calling and writing this review the same day or day after. My wedding day was ultimately beautiful because I married the love of my life and our reception at a different venue was a bigger success. Thank god we opted to write our own vows because that was THE saving grace for us and the only personalized/warm feature in what otherwise felt like an abrupt, sterile and rushed ceremony.

We chose this venue (the Philadelphia Wedding Chapel) because it had a warm and quaint and beautifully fit the theme for our vision. We paid a steep price of a little under $1000 for about an hour usage of the space, 50 guests, and to transform the look of the basic chiavari chairs (which I didn’t like by themselves) by adding the gold rosette chair backs. However, it became clear this format of back to back booking with a little downtime must lend itself to inconsistencies where some weddings experience HUGE misses and others get everything right. After our experience, we truly felt that money was king and creating a beautiful experience/satisfying us was second. We specifically met with, spoke with and emailed with Stacy about what we wanted. We assumed she would be the officiant the day of or at the very least. The two women present (one named Lisa and the other didn’t introduce herself) would have paid attention and read our specific information to make our experience feel personalized, but I got the sense that they literally had no time to really do so.

There was some kind of tension or issue. My partner walked into a heated argument with Lisa and Stacy (on the phone); she also observed the woman ignoring calls from Stacy. She wondered if there was a cancellation or why Stacy wasn’t here to do our wedding as we expected, but didn’t say anything. If that didn’t make her uncomfortable, the fact that the woman (Lisa?) told my partner twice “if something wasn’t right to just interrupt her.” That didn’t sit well with her but it was go time. The other woman whose name escapes me was just as “ignorant” and it showed.

Detailed issues:
- Why would you not inform the couple who would be marrying them if the person they communicated and met with wasn’t going to do it?
- Why would you expect or encourage us to interrupt our own once in a lifetime wedding experience to tell you what’s wrong with the space or wedding flow in front of guests? Who wants to do that? And to have paid a premium for photography and videography just to have things be interrupted or not done the way you expected is just inconsiderate, angering and heartbreaking.
- Why would you have my partner arrive at 2:45pm to drop off the license, IDs and unity candle which was the same time we were told to tell our guests to arrive for our 3pm wedding?
- Why would you put us in the predicament where if something was wrong with the wedding space/setup (which it was) we couldn’t have it corrected since guests were already arriving and seated. We noticed our chairs were bare and not covered even though we paid a $50 upgrade fee. What would you all have done? Walked up to each chair and excused yourselves to put them on? Just pure tacky. I included a photo just for “proof”
- The women insisted that all members of the bridal party be seen and stand inside the back of chapel which is not what we discussed. The space is already small as it is and we wanted the surprise factor for our guests for every member in our party. As the bride, I would have gladly stood outside (which I was doing)to make sure everyone walked in just in time to the music which is what We prepared for.
- Speaking of the music, one of the women had an iPad and looked to be reviewing the “client information form” which required us to give them the details of our wedding (including songs and if we were doing our vows); we submitted this form weeks before our wedding. So the fact that this woman was standing at the back asking my bridesmaids about the music??? She asked if we wanted my entry song played for them to walk. We were told by Stacy that there would be general music played for the parties; my entry song for me; and our exit song for us after we were married. So I’m behind the black curtain covered and whispering furiously that I didn’t want them walking down to my song. The lady responded by telling us that they have a limited song selection and didn’t know what what to use for our party to walk down to... it was as if she was telling us to just have my song played to make it easier for them. Mind you, guests are seated and inches away from all of us. Unbelievable.
- The music was done poorly as one would imagine at this point. “For you I will” by Monica was played for the bridal party and was cut abruptly instead of arriving to a natural pause/stop. My song was played and I was “encouraged” to walk. Mind you, I had practiced waiting for a bit and walking to a specific part; my partner and I had a vision and wanted the beautiful lyrics of “This is why I love you” by Major to be heard. Well, the woman nodded/motioned at me to walk; by the time I got to the front (since it’s a small space) the song got zipped — and I mean, awkwardly and abruptly!! - and it was still the first verse!!!! We didn’t even get to the chorus nor did they let it play a little while I walked. In retrospect, we ended up regretting not having my song played while the bridal party walked so that more of the song could have been heard. You just gotta wonder Why people do things to others that they wouldn’t want done to them. Would they do that to a family member or close friend? Would they want that for their own wedding? You would have thought we had only paid for 10 mins instead up an hour the way they completely cheapened our once in a lifetime experience.
- When Lisa(?) started the vows/rings, we got the sense she was going to rush through and wrap it up like everything else so I felt compelled to interrupt to tell her/remind her we had written our own personal vows. It was mortifying and awkward to do that. And I was just angry to have been put in the position of feeling so uncertain about what she knew/didn’t know.
- We literally struggled to get our unity candle lit but that had more to with the wick not being pulled up than anything else :/ We were glad we even did this and didn’t omit this otherwise the ceremony would have felt even shorter.
- Lastly, after we were pronounced and kissed, our exit music started up. The song was still in the intro (literally building up the instruments) and didn’t get to any singing/chorus/verse before we were already walking out. Not the exit we had in mind to such an upbeat joyous song (This Will Be An Everlasting Love- Natalie Cole). We can’t tell if the song played out for our guests; we returned back inside to take photos and chat with our guests but can’t remember hearing any music played (this was stated in the info we received about music during the time the space was used)

Sigh. We were sorely upset and disappointed. That energy spilled over into our commute to our shoots & limo ride to our reception. Not the best feeling for it to be the best day ever! Like I said, thankfully we had an amazing reception where we had personalized touches that created the warm, intimate and heart-tugging experience we wanted after all. This place has all of the beautiful elements to create the wedding dream ALL of the time; perhaps, it is the business model that might need to be evaluated to avoid creating experiences such as ours for future customers.
