    The experience that Mr. Black haves when it comes to the Knowledge quality and craftsmanship of a diamond is amazing, not only did he meet with me while he's was on vacation due to my time frame he made it accessible for me to find a wonderful diamond and ring along with having it set to the exact ring size.     Ken was amazing in designing the prefect engagement ring for me and wedding band for my future husband. Always providing the utmost professional opinion and service. I highly recommend pdc. Happy they could part of such an important life experience.

    Look no further - this family owned business is incredible and I have no doubts that Ken can help craft the jewelry that you are after!! Our paths crossed when trying to custom design my wedding band. Ken met with us multiple times, patiently listening to my vision, helping us get the drawing into a wax mold, then into metal, and later altering bits and pieces of the metal until the ring was exactly what I was looking for. Ken was incredibly patient throughout the whole process, offering valuable insights and working with us under a tight timeline. He delivers quality and is able to think outside the box to help you get what you want. I highly recommend Philadelphia Diamond Company!!

    Ken was excellent to work with. Philadelphia Diamond Company has rings to fit any budget and taste. The location is excellent with a welcoming environment. My engagement ring needed to have a band moded and created from wax. Philadelphia Diamond Company did that with no problems.

    Mr. Kenyatta Black created an amazing custom wedding set that evolved from sketches & CAD to the Blingiest Baubles that has blown everyone's mind when they lay eyes on them. I had a lot of anxiety & changed the design several times & Ken was so respectful, patient & accommodating. He put forth his professional opinions & sent me images electronically through each process. We also met in person several times. Finally, he provided me with information on independent jewelry insurance & his own appraisal.
    Icing on the cake was that I took the set to an independent appraiser who verified the work, the authenticity of the stone (I provided) & came up with a value higher than Ken's so I got a great deal, Baby!!!!!!
    I & other family members have used the Philadelphia Diamond Company for other custom work & have always been pleased. He also has his own proprietary diamond cut, the Queen. Can't wait to acquire it in the future.

    Philadelphia Diamond Company is great. Ken helped me on both getting a great engagement rings and wedding bands for our wedding two years ago. I highly recommend him for someone looking for a good, honest jeweler who will look to meet your needs and not just push something on you that is junk or overpriced.

    We both bought our wedding bands from here- they were extremely helpful, affordable, and were able to put a rush on the bands since we forgot to order them! They sell a high quality product. My only complaint is that they were unable to engrave my fiance's ring due to the fact that is was tungsten.

    I scheduled an appointment with Ken online for a Saturday morning, and I got a voicemail a few days later that he needed to cancel because he wasn't going to be open. I was like whatever it happens and rescheduled online for a Saturday morning two weeks later. Got a voicemail two days before the appointment saying Ken unfortunately needed to cancel because he was going to be out of town. At this point I'm upset because I've been cancelled on twice and my wedding is in a couple months. I called back and left a voicemail saying it was unacceptable to cancel on us twice and we wouldn't be rescheduling. He called back two times in a row, which I didn't answer because I was at work; it's very unprofessional to call a customer twice in a minute--obviously I didn't answer because I wasn't free. He left me a BS voicemail giving ME an attitude saying he didn't remember cancelling me before, but he was just calling because he needed details for our meeting or would need to cancel. This was a complete lie because I have a voicemail of him saying he needs to reschedule because he is going out of town--not to mention I filled in two pages of details when I scheduled online, both times. If he had apologized and admitted his mistake, I would not be writing this review. Lying to your customers is not good business practice and neither is cancelling twice--then forgetting you even cancelled in the first place.
