Ryan and Tasha are by far THE BEST photographers! I have never seen such talent! Our wedding photos are so unbelievably beautiful. They went above and beyond capturing our day, and truly exceeded our expectations. Originally we booked with Phenomenon/Creative Wedding Agency, thinking we would be assigned different photographers. I have seen Ryan's work, and when we found out they were our photographers I was thrilled! They were amazing to work with, full of such creative ideas, and helped us to feel natural and have fun. I have to give an extra thanks to Ryan for handling our massive family at the church as well! They are so talented that I wanted to keep them as my best know secret haha, but I can't be selfish and I must share my experience. If you are even considering booking with them, THEN DO IT! You will not regret it. My photos and experience were worth every penny. ASK FOR RYAN AND TASHA!!

We chose Creative Wedding for our August 12, 2017 after seeing the work for did for a friend of ours. We have nothing but positive things to say. Jan has been very attentive to us, returning our calls and responding to our emails. She never makes us feel rushed or not a priority. We had our engagement pictures taken in the summer of 2016. They turned out even better than we could ever imagined. Let's fast forward to our wedding day. Joe and Isaiah were our photographers. They made us feel comfortable and were super flexible to work with. They had many creative ideas to capture our day. Nothing was missed! DJ MJ kept the party alive all night. Our photo booth attendant was amazing as well. When we first arrived at the reception he came up to us and showed us what it was going to look like. It wasn't what he had chosen but he quickly fixed it to make sure our photo prints were perfect! The videographers were very nice as well. We can't wait to see our videos. They also made us a monogram for the dance floor. They didn't stop making adjustments until we were 110% happy! We proofed all of our photos yesterday and can't wait to see how our book comes together. They were worth every cent we paid. You truly get what you pay for. We would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a photographer, videographer, DJ, or photo booth. Working with the team at Creative Wedding Agency was great! They were the very first vendor I booked almost a full two years before my wedding and the entire time from the signing on the dotted lines to the day Of the wedding they were responsive, asking and answering questions and making sure we had everything we needed. Our engagement shoot was fantastic. The teams we had on our wedding day were like no other. My husband is very shy and doesn't like taking pictures but he admitted that the guys he had with him while getting ready made him feel comfortable and relaxed. I can say the same for the people that were with me. They interacted with my flower girl, worked with the hair and makeup team well and overall were great to be around. Photography and videography can be a bit pricey but if it's anywhere near as important to you as it was for me, THIS is the company to go with!!! It was worth EVERY PENNY!!! From the beginning, Phenomenon made myself and my husband feel at ease with the breakdown they gave us planned for our wedding! They directed us by understanding exactly what we wanted and took our requests and fulfilled them all. It is so obvious by each staff member that they only hire passionate professionals who absolutely love what they do. Each person never tried to "tell us what to do" and really just wanted to make sure the newly weds stayed happy.
My wedding was perfect and my husband and I owe much credit to our photographers and DJ we hired from Phenomenon. Our photographers Sarah and Jen worked together from start to finish to capture all the moments I requested and then more! They were not invasive during our ceremony or reception which was important to us, yet still captured the most important and beautiful moments. They were super fun, went with the flow, and truly professional which brought us comfort in the fact knowing they really knew their stuff! Having your picture taken all day along with being the center of attention can definitely make people uncomfortable however Sarah and Jen were excellent, never made us feel awkward, and were easy to trust as they showed us pictures through the night (which were all fabulous)!
Our DJ Mark was so polite and respected all of our requests as well. At our wedding we really wanted every single guest to get up and get to the dance floor. Mark made this happen and I truly can't thank him enough for hosting the party so wonderfully. My husband and I played the shoe game, had a garter and bouquet toss, and an anniversary dance to name a few things which Mark accommodated. All transitions during the wedding went smoothly with music.
Words can't express how thankful I am to have went through phenomenon for both photography and DJ. We are so impressed with their whole process; they went above and beyond our expectations.

I booked Phenomenon for my photo, video, and DJ for my wedding day. I first met with Ryan and then Jan - and emailed Tasha a bunch. Everyone has been so great! They also did our engagement photos (which were incredible - - Joe drove all the way to Naples where we got engaged!!) Joe, Jen, and Luke were a blast to have around on the wedding day. They make you so comfortable and I CANNOT WAIT to see the video and photos. If my engagement pictures are any indication - they will be gorgeous. They worked ALL DAY to make sure they captured everything. & having one vendor for all 3 made planning everything so easy and everyone was on the same page. They are like your second wedding coordinator which makes your job planning so much easier. - Also, DJ Joe was awesome at the reception. Had a great playlist, was extremely professional, is SO NICE, and helped the reception move along and go smoothly. I am sooo happy I went with PHENOMENON!

Do not hesitate to book Phenomenon. We chose a package that included photography, videography, and dj and we are so happy we went with all three- it make the whole process much easier! Ryan is true genius when it comes to wedding photography. He understands what it takes to make a phenomenal photo! I am not a model or pretend to be one, but on the day of my wedding he made me feel like I was a supermodel. I am so thankful for their terrific customer service. Tasha helped plan our music and video information. This made things very easy on us. I hope your wedding is as easy to plan with Phenomenon as much as ours was. I'd highly recommend them to anyone!

Where do I begin? Phenomenon photographed our engagement and our wedding, along with videography. Everything turned out absolutely fabulous, and we couldn't be happier with the outcome. Where do we begin? Phenomenon was perfect from the moment we met to the moment I picked up my wedding album. I couldn't of made a better decision in my wedding planning process. They are a family operated business with such caring hearts. My husband and I couldn't get over how awesome our wedding photos look especially the artistic ones. I could not say how happy I am that I booked these guys for my videographer for my wedding!! They were professional since day one and were awesome to work with the day of the wedding!! They definitely know what they are doing and enjoy what they are doing! So far we have only seen our wedding video trailer and we LOVE IT! In the 3 mins of it, they captured so many details and the music they picked goes perfectly! I can not wait to see the whole video!! They were definitely a little more pricey then other videographers but they are definitely worth it!!

Where do I even begin? We heard a lot of back talk from other wedding vendors talk bad about Phenomenon. However, after our wedding we can see why they do. PHENOMENON IS THE BEST IN BUFFALO AND THE WORLD! Hands down our experience was simply the best. Ryan who we met with Originally is amazing. Our initial consult was over 3hrs! He never looked at the clock, never rushed us, he was simply so easy to work with. Ryan helped us with the planning from start to finish. He showed up to our wedding at 11:55pm and made sure everything went perfect!
We had Kostas and Jill as Photographers, Tommy & Pat as videographers who I didn't even know they were there! DJ was DJ MJ. He was amazing, our original DJ who was from another company didn't impress us. The team at PHENOMENON made us realize it was important for us to choose a professional company vs a company with spicy ties!

We were beyond pleased with the choice we made in phenomenon! You should too!

It's hard for me to find enough words in the English language to express what an excellent job Phenomenon Events did at our wedding. Top to bottom, these folks are professional and outgoing beyond what you'd expect from a wedding photography/DJ company. The photos they take are very unique, using an array of lenses and computer enhancements that will make your wedding pictures or whatever else you need pictures done for, stand out from any other wedding photos I've personally ever seen, making yours actually enjoyable to look at (I find most people's wedding pictures very similar to everyone else's). They do an excellent job at finding locations to take the photos at, adding to the experience. The DJ did an outstanding job with his track selections and was very out going and helpful. I actually had as many compliments on him and the music he played, as I did the food that was served at our wedding.
I found the pricing was very competitive with other companies in the area. Sure, you might find some cheaper, but why not pay a little more and get the best for your special day!

I am not sure where to even begin to express my gratitude, appreciation, and mere awe for Phenomenon and their whole team. Let me first start by saying, especially as a new bride while the wedding day is still fresh in my memory, that there will be many things that go wrong, and hopefully many more that will go right on the day of your wedding. Out of all the decisions I made in the year leading up to our wedding, the BEST one I made was choosing Phenomenon as our photographer, videographer, and DJ. We went with the Trinity package and were astonished by the talent in every avenue in which Phenomenon dabbles into. My husband is from Canada, I am from Pennsylvania, and we chose to have a wedding in Buffalo as a half way point for all our family. We looked at over 31 venues and at the second venue we went to, there was a picture in the main area that was BEAUTIFUL. I asked who the photographer was so I could inquire. I spoke with Jan initially to inquire about pricing, packages, availability, etc. After hearing about our destination wedding in Buffalo, she went above and beyond to help us find the perfect venue. From that moment on, I became a Phenomenon fan for life. Needless to say, we had booked with Phenomenon before even picking a church, reception hall, or DAY in which to get married. Phenomenon (Jan and the whole team), was accommodating, flexible, and above all extremely friendly. I began to feel like we were family, and no matter how many times I changed my mind about what I wanted included or not included in our package, they were kind and gracious, something I have found is truly lacking in the wedding industry. As a gift to my husband, I booked the “little black book” package to surprise him with pictures on the morning of our wedding. Amanda Utz was my photographer that day and she followed suit with her colleagues, truly impressing me with her talent and personality. We had a wonderful experience with Phenomenon! They provided us with our engagement session, photographers, videographers, photobooth, and uplights. They were professional and easy to work with throughout the entire process. I would highly recommend our photographer- Mike Thomas- he was awesome and made us feel comfortable all day. He will willing to get any and all shots that we asked for throughout the day and was conscience of the time in order to get us to our reception on time. We can't wait to see his creativity. The videographer Scott was creative and made the day even more fun- we CANNOT WAIT to see the photos and videos that they took. Also, our DJ Ryan Daggs was fabulous!! He kept the dance floor full all night while making sure to play the music that we had requested. We received a lot of complements on the music!! PHENOMENON is the best! I mean everything we did with them went smoothly. We initially met with Ryan who helped us with so many details and even gave us some amazing ideas for our wedding. We booked their "all in one" trinity package.
THE DJ: The DJ was DJ Steve, he was a lot of fun and very helpful. Steve kept my guests dancing and partying, he never said NO to a request, but if he knew it didn't work or if it was on the "Do Not Play list," he didn't play it.
Photographers: I had Kostas & Sarah, they both were very helpful and easy going. Kostas brought a european flare to my wedding photos. I LOVED their special edit they to some of the photos. We have our "Proofing Party" next month and I can't wait to see the rest of our wedding photos!
Videographers: Shaun & Justin were great, the shots they got were incredible. My wedding trailer was perfect! These guys know what they're doing!
We also had uplighting and our names projected on the wall. Everything was perfect!

I can honestly say, after my wedding I had no regrets about anything! Phenomenon is the absolute best! THANK YOU Team Phenomenon!

Phenomenon is AMAZING!!! Everything they did was absolutely perfect and I have received so many compliments on how professional they were the entire day - not to mention that we continuously hear how we have the best wedding photos anyone has ever seen. Oh and the videography? UNMATCHED! For real, take a look at their trailers/videos and no one puts it together the way these guys do. We also used the DJ and photobooth which were great - everybody had a blast on the dancefloor and taking pictures. Ryan and Mike were our photographers - they went above and beyond anything we could have thought of - even our engagement photos were awesome, they drove the entire way to Seven Springs to take them! Peacock and Sean were so much fun taking our video - and I can't say enough about Mike & Ryan taking our photos, they were the best to work with! WOW! Is all I can say! I booked Phenomenon for my wedding at the Lafayette Hotel! Ryan was amazing from the moment he showed up to the Bridal suite to the last dance song. Ryan made me feel comfortable during the boudoir session. Our videographers were amazing too, I barely even knew they were there. The one guy ruined his shoes, in his words "I needed that shot!" The DJ was amazing, the song selections, the mixing and all my friends who are getting married thought he did a phenomenal job! Our wedding was a success because at Phenomenon you work with Jan & Tasha and they understood what I wanted! Between the uplighting, the photography, the videography, the music, the dj, EVERYTHING WAS PERFECT FROM DAY 1 to the Last dance! We loved everything! Ryan, thank you again for getting us rooftop access when the limo driver brought us back an hour early! ;) YOU AND PHENOMENON ARE THE BEST!

We had Phenomenon for everything at our wedding. Photobooth, DJ, photography, videography, uplighting...the works. Everything was amazing. DJ Joey B told us that anything we need to just let him know. He made sure to announce various events with plenty of time so people had the opportunity to get a good spot to view. He was very professional while maintaining a fun atmosphere. He did an excellent job reading the crowd, knowing when to keep the party music going as well as when to slow it down to get other couples out of their seats. One of our top priorities for our wedding was to make sure that we had a great DJ because that can really make or break a party, and we definitely found that in Phenomenon sound. We will definitely refer this company and DJ Joey B to any of our friends and family who may need entertainment. One friend told us that this was the best wedding he has ever attending. I used Phenomenon Events and Productions for all services (Engagement pictures, DJ, Photography, Videographer, Officiate, and Total room transformation). My wedding could NOT have been any better or more perfect!

Their services were outstanding, right from the first time we went to their office until midnight when my wedding ended. They captured everything I asked for and a whole lot more! The part that hooked me was seeing their work up front and receiving all the copyrights. The best favor you can do for yourself is to book this company as the process is easy, all under one roof and the people are amazing. They truly made our experience stress FREE, that in itself is priceless! Amanda Utz is an amazing photographer. Our pictures are truly beautiful! Both Shawn and Jade were excellent with the videos and very professional! Mark our DJ was outstanding! He completely took over our reception and made everything very easy! Phenomenon is a must for anybody looking for grade A videography and outstanding music !

Some time ago I was a bridesmaid in a wedding. They had hired Phenomenon Events for music, video and photography. Just from my perspective in being part of the wedding party, I was blown away by them - on the wedding day, they were so much fun and professional - if I got married, I'd know just where to go!

Then I got engaged! Naturally, I shopped - went to all the bridal shows and absorbed the vendor-shopping experience..and naturally I chose Phenomenon Events. Holy cow - they do everything! They don't just do everything, they do everything the best. They were so easy to work with - they went over all aspects of what the day was going to be like, what my needs and expectations were and they put together a package for me that gave me everybody I needed for the entire day (including the sweetest, funniest reverend you'd ever meet). It was amazing how they coordinated the services I had through them with the other vendors (florist, banquet, limo, etc.) They helped me with everything from picking an outfit for my engagement photos to finding the best song for me to dance with my grampa at the reception. It was great to make one call to handle so many parts of my day.
THE DAY!! - the photo and video people were so much fun and helped me to relax during ceremony photos. they were not obnoxious like I have seen at other weddings, and we hardly knew they were there. We got to pick our own dj.... and we weren't disappointed. He knew just how to keep the party going and everyone stayed until the very end.
We just got our photos and video back on Friday and spend the whole weekend with them. I've never seen anything like it - we can hardly believe it was us. I knew my wedding day was amazing and beautiful, but the work Phenomenon did make us feel like our wedding was the best wedding in the universe. What great people - to be able to keep brides calm AND do such incredible work.
I keep telling my husband next time I get married, I am using them again! ;)

I used Phenomenon Events and Productions for all services. My wedding could not have been any better. The services provided to me were outstanding, right from the first time I went to their office until midnight when my wedding ended. The best favor you can do for yourself is to book this company as the process is easy, all under one roof and the people are amazing. Listening to their suggestions is also a great deal of help as most of us have never been married before. I had DJ, video, photo, minister, lighting and room decor and everything was perfect.

I do not even know where to start. We had such a great experience with Phenomenon from day 1. I wish I can give them more stars for their rating. Such excellent service and very accommodating. From email to appointments they were right on top of everything. Photographers were awesome (Megan & Candace) and had such great ideas for photos. Along with the videographers as well, great ideas and they did an amazing job putting our trailer and short film together. Still today people are talking about the video and how much they loved it. Our DJ was awesome as well (DJ Ryan) he made our night a party night just as we wanted. I would not change a thing about our night. I am excited to continue to work with this company to put together our wedding album!! If you have the chance to make an appointment with them you will not be disappointed!

PHENOMENON WAS AMAZINGGGG!! WE HAD MJ AS OUR DJ AND THE DANCE FLOOR WAS PACKED ALL NIGHT!! I HAVE NOT SEEN OUR VIDEO YET BUT I KNOW IT IS GOING TO BE PERFECT. Anthony and Mike were OUTSTANDING. Their talent and passion for videography shined all day long. They were a great pleasure to work with on our day!! This was the BEST investment we made during our wedding planning process. The day went by so fast we are so happy to have a video we can cherish forever! Before we knew it the day was over and we are so happy to have the ability to go back and watch it! The trailer was absolutely AMAZING and we cannot wait to see the entire movie. Anthony and Mike are extremely talented and we are extremely lucky to have them film our day! I would suggest this company to ANYONE getting married. Phenomenon truly was PHENOMENAL! We used them for everything. They truly made the day perfect. Ryan our DJ had people dancing from beginning all the way until midnight when our reception ended. So many people came up to me during and after our wedding and said it was the best wedding they had ever been to and I really think Phenomenon contributed to that. They truly made the day a dream come true for us as well. We had the Trinity Package, and it was the best money we ever spent. Our two photographers Mike & Jen were awesome and so much fun to work with, they allowed us to go to fun and interesting photo locations and seemed like they were really enjoying the day with us as well. We also had two videographers was well who were both phenomenal as well one was Chris and I don't remember the other guys name but everyone that we worked with from Phenomenon just seemed like they loved their jobs and wanted to make the day perfect for us...and it really was perfect from beginning to end. They have high quality entertainment for such a reasonable price. I worked with several people after the event as well they were just as wonderful. The quality of our videos and photos was amazing, we laughed and cried while looking though them and watching them. It really was amazing to have these momentos to look back and relive our day all over again. I would recommend them to anyone. They were worth every penny we spent :)

Phenomenon Events and Productions definitely lived up to their name...they truly are PHENOMENAL!!!! We booked the Trinity Package, being an out of state bride, it was such a convenience to only deal with one company for all of our entertainment purposes. They were VERY accommodating throughout the entire planning process, communicating via phone and email needing minimal in person sessions.

When it came to the big day, everything was PERFECT.
Our photographer Mike and videographer Chris were amazing!!! They were professional, yet made everyone feel completely comfortable in front of the camera. They were very detail oriented and always seemed to be where the "action" was without being in anyone's line of vision. Their creativity with different shots was unbelievable, even eleven hours into the day, they never fell short of incredible!

Mike, our DJ was just as amazing. He was fun and full of energy, keeping the dance floor packed the entire night!!! The music was never too loud, allowing non dancers to be able to enjoy themselves just as much. If someone had a requested, it was played within the next two songs. When there were no requests, he did a great job mixing it up to please all ages.

All of our guests said it was the best wedding they've ever attended and we couldn't have been happier with our wedding day. It was perfect and we have Phenomenon to thank for that!

This company by far lives up to their name & deserves way more than 5 stars!! We used Phenomenon for our DJ, 2 videographers, 2 photographers & a photo booth and we can’t say enough amazing things about each one of them – They are so professional and yet fun & easy to get along with (which is so important b/c they are with you all day long). Ryan our DJ completely just rocked our whole night – He had people dancing until 12:00am!! Everyone loved him & he played the best variety of music & made sure all the special moments of the wedding ran smoothly. Megan & Candace our photographers were equally as amazing. They went above and beyond (even in the record breaking heat that day) to get what I know are going to be the most amazing wedding photos EVER. Ashley & Nick our videographers also captured every special moment & more from our big day which was turned into 2 beautiful wedding videos!! We were blessed to be able to work with each & every one of them. We also loved the photo booth album that was put together & given to us at the end of the wedding – Such a special touch :) Thank you everyone from Phenomenon for making our day that much better!!

Words cannot even begin to describe the fantastic service we received from Phenomenon Events. Ryan was amazing. From start of the process to finish he has been tremendously accommodating and kept us informed of any and all details. The amount of time and effort he as well as the rest of the staff put into their product is amazing. From the beginning we never felt as though we were just another event, just another customer to them. Their level of professionalism mixed with their personalities and humor allowed and made us feel as though we were around friends. The leaked trailer and the short film the video team put together were absolutely stunning. We cannot wait to see the full documentary video. The quality of everything. from video, to music, to even just calling the office with questions was wonderful. To show how attentive this team is to their customers, on our final consult with Ryan a few weeks before our wedding, they had a little welcome chalkboard outside the door with our names on it. To some this would be insignificant but to us it was one more detail that Ryan and his team thought of that made us feel a little extra special that day. When we first met with him, Ryan promised us an experience that we would never forget. Well, not only did his team and himself deliver on that promise but we feel as though we made a lasting friendship in the promise. We decided to get a videographer last minute - literally the week before our wedding. It was the best decision we made! These guys were great - very out of the way, not in your face at all. We LOVED our DJ Ryan. From beginning to end Phenomenon Events were a pleasure to work with. Ryan completely got our vision for the fun party we wanted! One of our guests said "the dance floor was packed the whole night" Another guest said "I wish we could dance the night away again!" Even our Grandma was dancing to 50 cent, that was the happiest she has been in a long time. We cannot say enough of how great of a job Ryan did getting the party moving alllllll night long and the special bonus was the nice up lights that transformed the entire tent. We would recommend Phenomenon to anyone getting married. We booked a combo package that included photo, video, and dj. We were hoping this would be advantageous in that they probably all had worked together before and everything could be kept cohesive. While this certainly was the case, it was not the best part of our experience. Everyone we worked with (DJ Mike, Natalie Hoffert, and our video guys Brandon and David) were professional, flexible, responsive, and extremely helpful. We had an engagement shoot with Natalie prior to our wedding to get to know her and her style a bit, which was helpful. At our wedding, she had a ton of great ideas but also took suggestions from me and my wedding party whenever we had an idea. She was fabulous and we can't wait to see the pictures. Our DJ was very helpful and energetic. He played music that kept people dancing and took requests with a smile. He was also wonderful. I didn't get to interact quite as much with our video boys but they were polite and professional all day. As I said before, GREAT experience and we would recommend to anyone. Also a great value, considering all the services we got for one price.

Excellent choice of DJ! We emailed a list of songs we wanted and let the DJ pick the rest. I don't think I ever left the dance floor the music was fantastic!!! I had people emailing me the following day complaining that they had danced too much and their feet hurt! The DJ couldn't have been more helpful or made me feel more special. The dance floor was packed the whole night with people of all ages. Price was good and I'm so glad they were recommended to us.

If you have a comfortable budget and your photography and videography means the world to you, I would go with this company. I personally think that your videos and photos are the memories that you have left to relive your special day and that was very important to us. The videography and photography from this company is the absolute best. The DJ was very good and accommodating to our needs as well. This company is very detailed and will make sure that your wedding day is tailored to your wants and needs. The photographer and videographer were able to catch certain expressions and special moments from ourselves and our loved ones on our wedding day and that is something we will always have forever. DJ Paris was awesome at our wedding, everyone was up dancing all night and had an awesome time!! I would definitely recommend booking her for your event! She is friendly, outgoing and fun!!

We did have to go over our song list again just a few days before the wedding due to someone at the office misplacing it, but we did receive an apology from a manager and it was taken care of right away.

I saw Phenomenon at one of the bridal shows I attended when I first got engaged. I know before I left the show that I would book with them that night. They worked with me and accomadated my schedule in every way possible. My wedding was wonderful and I would book them again even if I found cheaper competetion. Jan did my actual ceremony as well and worked with me to write a ceremony that I was happy with and incredibly beautiful. The photo booth I had was awesome, and people loved dressing up. My DJ was Eric, DJ Hot-E. He was wonderful and ran everything together with smoothness and professionalism I know I would not have gotten else where. Overall if anyone is on the fence with a DJ company, photo booth, videography etc. I would be happy to say with 100% honesty, this is the place to go.

Phenomenon Sound was great. We had Eric as a DJ and he was wonderful. The only problem we had was that when we sent in an updated list of our music, they never gave Eric the updated list. We even called to make sure they got the new one and the receptionist said that she did. However, when some of the songs for introductions were wrong, we knew they didn't. I gave Eric a quick rundown of what else we changed on the list, and he did great with it. There was a lot that we added, and he was extremely flexible and nobody ever even knew that there was a mess up. Overall, I would definitely recommend them. They are affordable and very easy to work with! They aren't too overwhelming at the reception either, they give the exact amount of entertainment you ask them to.

We used Phenomenon for uplighting/drapery and DJ for our wedding. The entire team was very responsive and professionals. We felt very comfortable leaving things in their hands. Even though they have several other services and offerings we never felt they were trying to sell us anything additional. The Phenomenon team did an amazing job creating the ambiance we were going for in our country club ballroom. The DJ was extremely professional and played great music that fit our wide range of guests.

The photography and videography were unbelievable. We had 4 of the most professional, personable people that were amazing to work with. (Ryan, Shawn, Candace, and ...) From the time they arrived around 10am until they left after 10pm, they each had a smile on their face and worked hard to capture some incredible moments. We had so many compliments over the last couple weeks about our video trailer that was posted on their website and the photos that have surfaced so far. Many of our guests have commented about how wonderful they were~ their personalities and their passion for their work. I couldn't agree more.

DJ West was the DJ at our wedding. Everyone enjoyed the party and the dance floor was packed for the most part. Our only complaint about the DJ was that several songs that we listed on the "Playlist" were not played. We had a Roaring 20's wedding and spent quite a bit of time choosing music from that era, such as "The Charleston" "It don't mean a thing if you ain't got that swing," etc. Many of our guests actually learned how to do the dances to go along with that music and were a little disappointed that he didn't play them. Also, just prior to being announced, he came in the hallway to get the correct pronunciation of names and line everyone up for the introductions. It surprised me that only a few moments later, he overlooked my husband's parents. Thankfully, one of my bridesmaids ran over to him and brought it to his attention. After half the wedding party was announced, he intro'd them. Not enough to make waves about, but a few things worth mentioning.

The gentleman working the photo booth (didn't catch his name) was nice and pleasant as well.

I would absolutely recommend Phenomenon and have already… (My best friend is getting married next year and they will be getting a call for sure)… Fantastic job… Wonderful experience, and Terrific staff… Thank you, thank you, thank you! :)

Our wedding was a night of constant dancing because the music was just what everyone wanted to hear. Our DJ kept people on the dance floor and knew how to lead us in the direction that most couple's go on their wedding night. Even after all the weddings we had been to, we couldnt remember in which order things would happen, when we were supposed to cut the cake, whose speech should be given first, etc. So our DJ was very helpful in giving us the advice to make things flow smoothly.

The reception felt like a great party, and we didnt want the night to end. Because of the continuous involvement of the crowd, our DJ was willing to stay a little later than we had originally negotiated (I think he was having fun too)!

Great group of guys, from what I could tell, who like what they do and like working with fun couples for their weddings!

Extremely reliable and professional. The price is a little higher than others in the area, but in my opinion it was worth the extra expense. They actually used our "Must Play" and "Do Not Play" lists and followed them precisely. I felt they understood the mood we were trying to create and catered to that, rather than only playing the automatic wedding playlist.

Ryan and Tasha were super responsive and friendly. Because I planned my wedding from long distance I was VERY concerned , everything by phone and email, I did not get a chance to meet them until the day of our wedding. However, they were friendly and kind, super professional about everything.

I paid for the basic photo and basic video package, they worked with me to get a package that covered as much as possible while still being in my budget and I appreciated that.
I will say: I wish I had paid for another person to be with them and for more time. With one doing photos and one doing video, some things just weren't captured as I would have liked - and that is NOT their fault - they worked their butts off running around, listening to my suggestions and making some of their own etc...but at the end they are only 2 people.
Every photo I gave them a specific example of, they had with them to ensure they got that photo nailed - BE SPECIFIC - dont assume they will just "know" what you want. I wish I had given other examples as well, but overall I am happy.

They did edit almost all the photos and provided some fabulous shots, my friends and family loved them, my husband and I love them...they provided a documentary style video, a full 40 minute video that included getting ready, first look. Ceremony and parts of reception etc. A mix of music and actual audio from the day made it perfect. I even asked that they cut/edit a couple of points and Ryan was more than happy and flexible with me on that.
Now, there was a lighting issue at the very beginning of our ceremony where she didnt get the lense adjusted immediately and that is kind of a bummer because you cannot just re-do that, but outside of that, I have 0 complaints about our photos or videos.

The DJ provided was nice and did a great job keeping the party going and they worked in recordings I provided exactly as I requested.

I would work with them again, I would recommend them as well.

Phenomenon did a very good job....we had DJ Joey and he was extremely nice and accommodating....the office mixed up our meeting times and he wasn't there when we went in to meet him and review everything, but they got him on the phone and was there within 20 minutes and met with us.

Although I wanted more music off our A-list played, he played the music in a way where he tried to accommodate everyone, especially in the beginning....I also think Acqua (see their awful review) delayed dinner forcing him to start later than he anticipated...he was very flexible in terms of us making any minor changes during the night and was good about running things by us before doing them to make sure it was how we wanted it. He also played two extra songs for us at the end of the night cause people were chanting for more. The dance floor was packed the whole night minus a few songs for our Italian crowd, but that gave us a chance to rest and get drinks. In terms of price, comparable to other big name companies, but there are certainly smaller ones you can get for less money (but not sure about their value)

Only complaints are he didn't have one song I had on our A-list, he consistently said what the song and artist was at the end of the song before going onto the next (you may or may not like that...overally, very minor). And if you want a club-type DJ who mixes songs together and fades in and out of different songs, this one isn't for you. He just plays the music you want, how you want it and makes sure people are enjoying themselves

Phenomenon Sound did a great job with both providing great music and videography. They traveled to Rochester for our wedding and they were timely. We were very pleased with our Phenomenal Videos videographer, Brian. He was very professional and honestly, I don't even remember seeing him there at all (Which is a great thing, because he was very unobtrusive :) We enjoyed watching our dvd on our anniversary. He did such an awesome job with it! Our DJ was great too. They really took the time before our wedding to discuss music we definitely wanted as well as songs that we definitely did not want. The DJ was fun and friendly and was not obnoxious at all. The only reason I rated a 4/4.5 is because there were a couple songs that were not exactly what we requested. For example the song I wanted for the "anniversary dance" was not the one I asked for, I'm not sure if they were unable to find the one I requested or what. Overall, they did a great job and I would definitely recommend them.

They had fair prices, although slightly higher than I heard some of my friends paid, and my wedding was great! The music kept everyone dancing all night. Thanks for making our wedding fun!

I was so happy with Phenomenon Sound for my wedding (along with DJ Hollywood - DAN), the kept the party going from beginning to end... and everyone keeps saying it was one of the best weddings, and I think I can contribute a big chunk of that to the music. Dan, our DJ, kept the flow of the reception music moving so smoothly from introductions, to dinner, to the first dances, and so on. I would highly reccomend their services. I only had one small problem, and that was they never sent me the info sheet (details for the wedding day/reception music) with my contract, and the woman in charge called me (almost flipping out) that it was my fault for not returning it. Luckily I had the email with the contract to prove that I never received it, which she swore it was all sent together, but she then realized she was wrong. I got the info sheet back to them right away, and it wasnt an issue. I just let that little mis-hap go because it wasn't worth it to get upset over. Overall I was very pleased.

I was very disappointed with our DJ. Working with Phenomen up until the day of the wedding was an ok experience. We had booked the DJ until midnight. We decided at the last minuite to change it to 11 and ask him to stay if need be. During dinner, the music was so loud that i (THE BRIDE!!!) had to get up and ask the DJ to remove himself from his dinner and turn the music down. Awful. Then, I had a monogram made and paid for that they never used. I also had to ask the DJ to continue to roll the film we had made of my husband and I. I would have thought he would just know to do this. We asked the DJ to stay the extra hour and he refused, leaving us very disappointed. He totally runied it for Phenomen. Unfortunately, I would not recemmend their company based on my experience with him. They were lucky enough to get a cotnract with my cousin who gets married this Saturday. I hope they send a different DJ. My wedding was awesome. I had only one complaint-it was the DJ. Very unfortunate.

What you see is not what you get

It was OVER A YEAR before I received my photos,album or wedding video completed. They lost the list of what we wanted. We had hired 2 photographers and 2 videographers but the day of the wedding the photographer and videographer assigned to the bride left and missed the getting ready moments, speeches for over an hour taking images of the wedding dress. I had to wait to put on my dress and rings at the hotel delaying the morning. I had to follow up for months and months and a year afterwards to get anything past the 3 minute "teaser trailer" 3 months later and I am NOT overbearing or impatient and tried to wait and be polite. We were told we could get exclusive shots inside Central Terminal which was the only reason we chose to have our photos there but the owner and head photographer dropped out of our wedding. If it was personal I can understand that, but his stand-ins just stood there talking to each other and taking photos outside for an hour and a half without helping us with time so we were over an hour late to our reception well after they were done taking shots. They didn't take nearly the amount of photos we hoped for. We didn't get to see any unedited despite buying the rights to them. The one photographer was new to the job and profession and had never done this before and made us do the same 2 awkward poses of my arm over my head all night. They tried dodging things we asked for afterwards. They also had us list all the shots we wanted up front before the wedding and didn't bring the list or do any of them so on our wedding we were so distracted we forgot to remember to ask for some of them. Friends of ours booked them the same year we did and only 1 videographer and photographer showed up to their wedding despite buying 2 of each as well and missed shots of both parties getting ready and both persons reactions to the same moments and were told their contract although indicating they'd have 2 of each , only really stated they'd have two CAMERAS and they were busy or had call offs that day and only sent one person despite the couple paying for 2 of photo and 2 of video. Then they discreetly threatened to lose their footage if they complained and the mom Jan who worked there was aggressive towards them and denied everything. My husband and I have been married 4 years happily, but still have such a bad taste leftover and have bad anxious feelings when we talk of our wedding experience and working with phenomenon which after bad reviews and changing to a smaller location conveniently rebranded themselves to creative wedding agency the same year things went ary and we started adding up some bad reviews and complaints. I think if Ryan had been working with us that day we could've at least had 1 trained person and a couple money shots to keep but they wasted HOURS of our wedding day and the business seemed to lose all workers and some photos and video of some people we knew and changed names all at the same time. We chose to ignore some reviews we saw and only focused on the good ones and the elaborate decor and way they presented themselves prior to our booking them and I wish we had not. Most of our friends who used other photographers and videographers got to see their photos within a week or month of their wedding. Again we waited years. And they wasted my morning as a bride getting ready and over an hour or more standing around after shooting prior to our reception, so 2.5 hours were spent in total waiting around for them on our wedding day. The few suggested poses (if any) were amateur and felt and look awkward. I wish I had a redo. We saved our own money for so long for this without any handouts and I think a $500 single wedding photographer would have done so much better based on the result and quick QUALITY work done by so many friends of ours in comparison. It soiled our day and memory of, except for marrying each other of course. I waited until we received all of our photos and hard drive video footage before I felt safe writing this.

Oh wow, I don't know where to begin. But avoid them! Avoid, avoid, avoid! I cannot stress this enough. 0.5 stars is too high.

Having gone through the other reviews here, I can tell you they are 100% right, and have covered a lot of what I was going to say. I won't write a long-winded version of what happened to me, but let's just say that your photos are all that you will have left of your wedding day, years from now.

Their prices are crazy high, non-inclusive, full of "riders" that will come as a surprise to you, and invisible riders that are not in the contract that they will try to enforce upon you. They are lazy photographers, slow to edit, don't follow instructions and vindictive holding your photos hostage to get above what was "agreed" upon. But don't pay the high rates, hire a college student and you will get better output. Or put disposables at the tables and you'll be happier.

They seem to change their company name/ownership (and thus responsibility) to avoid their obligations and have done this since I paid for my package -now the son is apparently the legal owner, and the lady I signed with doesn't work there?!

One of my guests wanted to beat the rude photographer up -I had assumed it was the alcohol- but I have since apologized to my guest for not believing him.

They will try to pressure you to feed and tip them. I guess the (ample) food I provided wasn't good enough, and they decided not to take pics during dinner when they could easily have staggered photographers. So factor in the extra dinners into the cost. Also expect to tip heavy -under implied threat of photos going missing!

In short, they want $$$$ up front for bad service, poorly edited photos.

I won't go into detail about our exhausting experience with this company. Here's the bottom line - Creative Wedding Agency is unprofessional and dishonest. They won't care about you or your final product. I wish I had listened to the negative reviews that I read because it seems as though others had similar experiences to the one that I had. Do yourself a favor and go with a more reputable company.

I don't even know where to start with the madness that is this company. First of all, their prices are higher than any other company we found, but the quality looked so great we ended up going with phenomenon (now creative weddings). Our bad experience began when we tried to pay off our full balance online a couple weeks before the wedding I found one of the owners GOING OFF on one of my guests online posts, where he included his business name and proceeded to call her a w****e for not supporting Donald Trump. Which put me in a very awkward position when I had to ask her to not say anything more to him because of the business we were doing in the upcoming weeks. I requested a copy of the contract (because it wasn't given to me at all) to make sure I had all my bases covered as to what was in our package and any riders the photo/video crew might have. The owner said she would send it and never did, when I asked again she refused. Ok. The wedding day was fine for the most part, my friends made comments about how it was weird that they weren't around but I was too busy to care. Around dinner time I find the crew isn't satisfied with their sandwiches they were given as meals (which by the way I thought was going above and beyond providing considering I knew of no rider) so I get them all the steak dinner. Mind you getting into a fight with my coordinator to do so because they had already been rude to her about it. I personally went in the kitchen, took maybe 20 mins to calm everyone down, apologize and get the food to them... on my wedding day, like I didn't have better things to do. A couple days after the wedding I received an email from the owner Jan saying how I should be "embarrassed" that the crew wasn't tipped or fed... that it was a "slap in the face "what? The email was incredibly rude and unprofessional, but let's move on. 7 months later I'm still waiting for photo album and long trailer. This post is limited, check out their yelp reviews. Too funny.

I wish I could give this company zero stars (and trust me, I understand that most people see 5 stars on a company, and they usually disregard the poor reviews, thinking the person must be a bridezilla. This is not the case. I gave GLOWING reviews to ALL my other vendors). I did my research, and looked around for a videographer that would capture the events of my wedding day, and still offer an affordable price. I saw great reviews on Phenomenon, and I know someone who used them personally. We were SO excited to get our video back...and when we finally did (after 7 months, when they said it would take 3-6, but closer to 3, since we got the lowest package), it was a DISASTER - and I'm talking technical problems, not creative decisions. Since I have limited space - I'll sum up. Camera work was AMATEUR. Shaking all over the place. JC, learn how to take a camera off a tripod without looking like an earthquake is going on!! Or at least make the edit to swap to the other camera while the camera is being lifted off the tripod. The audio got REALLY messed up halfway through the ceremony, so it was about 2-3 minutes delayed from where the picture was. There was a DELIBERATE edit at one point where the video faded out & back in, where they fixed the audio problem - so obviously they were aware that there was some sort of issue, but tried to cover it up. There was a spot where it actually cut to black for 2-3 seconds in the middle of the ceremony. I called Kevin and he said they'd fix it and send me another video. This one was WORSE. The audio was still messed up, but this time DURING OUR VOWS. Also, they put "CongraDulations" at the end of the video...spelled it wrong!! I was very patient and called them to explain the problems and they fixed it again...still a pretty poor quality video for what we paid, but at least the audio was fixed. I asked if there was anything they could do to compensate us for all the trouble we had, and got a response back from Janet that was terrible

*UPDATE* Just read what Janet had to write about me, how I was a "difficult" client. You DID mic Andrew - and that's not what I'm complaining about. You used his audio for the vows, that was fine. I'm complaining about the shaky camera, the TERRIBLE edits - which you STILL did not fix. And I love how you use the word REFUSED a better package - you did NOT recommend I select a higher package...why offer the lowest one if it's awful quality?? I didn't misquote - if I could post a screenshot of your email to me to show everyone how rude you were, I would. Also - the video that's "on it's way"...still has not come.

I met with and requested a different DJ than the guy who actually showed up for my wedding. I have very specific tastes and went over my specific instructions regarding what kind of environment I wanted to create with the DJ I had met multiple times with. Since a new person showed up on the day of my wedding, I assumed that the company would have provided my instructions to the replacement DJ. This was not the case. My specific instructions for where I wanted the up lights to be placed were not followed. Also, I did not want a cheesy, fist pumping atmosphere. I wanted the DJ to be seen but not heard. He was to play the music I instructed and not make any corny announcements. This was also not followed as the DJ asked my guests to "make some noise" among other things, before we began eating our formal dinner. I was livid. I attempted to discuss my unhappiness with Jan McHugh, the President of the company. Her response was unprofessional and inflammatory. Now she is seeking out the other vendors I worked with (who were all amazing) and trying to get them to trash talk me to her. This is beyond the point of unprofessional behavior and bordering on slander. Do yourself a favor and RUN from this nightmare company.
