We had an amazing time celebrating our 10 year company anniversary. The stage is ideal for DJ's and speakers. The dance floor is the perfect size. Maggie and Simon were available all evening paying attention to our every need. Parking was ideal, tons of parking to meet any event size. -

I attended my company event last night and had a amazing time at this venue. It was spacial, versatile, clean, in a great location, and had wonderful staff like Maggie and Simon. They really helped bring everything together seamlessly. We had an excellent time. I would definintely return back. -

Our event company had the pleasure of hosting an award gala with Phase Events, and our experience with Maggie and the venue was delightful! Maggie was responsive and detailed right from the start, ensuring we had everything we needed to create a successful and seamless event for our client.
Everything during the event went smoothly as well—the venue staff were incredibly professional, the facility was tastefully decorated, the AV capabilities were top-notch, and, while we brought in our own food and drink, the full catering kitchen offered plenty of space for our team to operate. We look forward to working with the Phase Events team again! -

Where do I begin? My family booked our event 3 weeks out. I was not in the planning process nor involved due to my son's finance family being gracious to host. However, I heard nothing but wonderful remarks for working with Maggie.
She went above and beyond for our family and guests; we can not thank her enough for being patient and understanding through this stressful period for us.
The other toured were not as hospitable and accommodating booking 3 weeks out. Besides loving the building and space, you can see Maggie is praised for her attentiveness and care for all her clients at Phase, treating us as her own family.
Overall, you will not be disappointed hosting here. The Production was breathtaking, event staff was helpful, and our families hearts are full!
I can promise we will be regular clients. Thanks Phase Events! -

I attended an event this past weekend and the building is exquisite! I had no idea what to expect when walking in. I am looking for a space to host my company’s holiday party and daughters sweet 16 and Phase can accommodate both! Maggie’s tour was wonderful and I appreciate her being patient with me and helping with many events in operation. Kelly was extremely welcoming and helpful, too. Looking to stop in for a co-working day soon. -

Thank you to Phase and the twins 💜 for making our event impeccable and memorable! I have hosted at several venues in the area, but Kelly’s hospitality is unmatched!!! I would have not been able to have our room set up in time.. if it was not for Kelly’s gracious help. Simon and Ben were a pleasure to work with, too. So fun they are from Australia!
Phase is a unique facility! If you are in the area, please check it out! I’m so grateful I did. Will most certainly be back and checking out church service soon. -

Excellent Experience!!
We had our daughters sweet 16 at this venue and it was so beautiful. The staff here are caring, hands on, great communication and so so helpful. Thank you Michelle, Maggie and the entire team! You were the best!!!!! I would recommend this venue to anyone looking to celebrate a special event!!! -

Oh my! I did not know this place existed, nor a business model like Phase. Such a brilliant idea! I came here for service on Sunday with my friend in town, then came back for a tour of the center. Vanessa and Maggie were so friendly and helpful!
I really hope I can come back to celebrate SOMETHING, this place is just wow and the staff is great! So many options. -

Great Experience

Phase events is an incredible venue with top notch staff. They have a beautiful and spacious dressing room for the bride and her bridal party as well as LED screens and anything you could ask for. The staff their is top notch and I highly recommend them to any one looking for a wedding venue.

Fantastic, intimate venue with amazing service, AV capabilities!
I served as a photographer at this venue, and I was most impressed! The team behind the scenes was on it! Every detail seemed well thought out! I was particularly impressed with the A/V capabilities of the venue--light years ahead of most places, with top notch light, sound, photo, and video technology. I hope to get back there soon for another event! -

Professional and Responsive
We didn’t use Phase Events for a wedding, rather we held a charity gala that was smooth from day one. As a marketing agency, we’ve used a lot of venues and spaces and the team really makes or breaks the experience. Everyone was kind, helpful, and hands on. The event turned out great and we’re thankful that we didn’t have to worry about the venue and AV system. -

We could not have made a better choice than to select Phase Events as the "Official" host site of our Summer Luxury Bridal Expo 2023.
Their team is extremely professional, responsive and Michelle and Maggie, Manager's there were extremely accommodating and went above and beyond to make sure that our bridal expo went seamless and without a hitch.
This beautiful 60,000+ sq. ft. venue located just minutes from the epicenter of the bustling heart of downtown Alpharetta served as the perfect backdrop for our expo. From their Legacy Theater that served as the heartbeat of our show, to their grand lobby, pre-function areas, garage event room, outdoor turf grass green space, and its large parking area is ideal for any size event big or small.

We had the most incredible experience with Phase Events as our wedding venue. The staff, Maggie, Kelly, Kaus, and Simon were simply amazing, patient, and incredibly personable. They went above and beyond to ensure that every aspect of our special day was executed flawlessly.
The venue itself was absolutely stunning. Not only was it beautiful, but it was also incredibly functional and modern. The space was clean, spacious, and provided us with the perfect canvas to bring our wedding vision to life. We were able to create the ambiance we had always dreamed of, thanks to the flexibility and versatility of the venue.
One of the highlights of our experience was the pre-wedding tour of the facility with our vendors. This allowed us to ensure that everyone was on the same page and aligned with our vision. The team at Phase Events provided valuable insights and suggestions, which helped us immensely during the planning process.
We were also impressed by the floor planning tool provided by Phase Events. It allowed us to visualize and layout the room exactly how we wanted it. This attention to detail and focus on customization made all the difference in creating the perfect atmosphere for our celebration.
On the day of our wedding, we were blown away by the professional presence of Kelly and Kaus. They were attentive, organized, and truly made sure that everything ran smoothly. Their expertise and dedication were evident in every interaction, and they ensured that our special day was stress-free and magical.
Overall, we can't recommend Phase Events highly enough for anyone's special occasion. From start to finish, they exceeded our expectations in every way. The amazing staff, beautiful venue, and exceptional service made our wedding day a truly unforgettable experience. A heartfelt thank you to everyone involved for making our dreams come true!

Love this venue!
The staff here is beyond amazing. I had my Sangeet here (festivities of dances + music) and it turned out to be so wonderful.
The staff was very flexible for any changes and their cooperation was great.
I wouldn’t have chosen any other venue over this , so glad my event was here.
