  Hannahs wedding 2022

  Food is always a hard thing to grasp when it comes to weddings but Pete’s BBQ has it down! I got more compliments on the food being served than anything! The pork and chicken were perfectly tender and the corn is to DIE for. Thank you pete and team for making my wedding food the talk of the decade!!

  Best food!

  While in the planning process, my husband and I agreed that serving good food was a MUST at our wedding. Pete's Firehouse BBQ came highly recommended by our venue and we are so glad we decided to give him a try. He was gracious enough to let us do a tasting before booking and within 5 minutes my husband and I knew we needed to have Pete cater our wedding. More so than the food tasting amazing, Pete is such a nice guy. He is personable, honest, and so hard working. When wedding day came, Pete and his team showed up on time to get everything ready. We chose the option of having the meat cooked onsite and it added such a great touch to the day. Our guests absolutely RAVED about how it was the best meal they've ever had at a wedding. When walking around, we noticed our guests had eaten every last bite from their plate and many even opted to get seconds! Thank you Pete's Firehouse BBQ for the great food and even better service!

  Best decision!

  Pete is amazing and so easy to work with! He's professional, responsive, and he just thinks of all the small details when decorating the catering station. i.e what color scheme do you have, what flowers are you using..
  
  And the food... Oh my gosh the food is so GOOD! We got tri tip, chicken, potato medley, vegetables, salad, and Mac and cheese with bacon. I can't stop thinking about the food that's how good it was. Every single guest had good things to say about the food, even my Texans are in love with it!
  Best decision you'll make is booking with Pete!

  Simply AMAZING Food and Excellent Service!

  We hired Pete and his team to cater our wedding this Summer. It was a crazy time due to Covid, but Pete made everything painless. He communicated with us and answered all of our questions and concerns. On the day of our wedding, everything was perfect. He and his staff went above and beyond to ensure that everything was set-up just right, and made sure that all of the pre-cautions we discussed for Covid were in place. The food was Simply Amazing and like I said, his staff was excellent. We would highly recommend Pete's Firehouse BBQ for your wedding or any event!

  We used Pete to cater our wedding and couldn't of been happier. All of our guests raved about the food and commented on how nice everyone was. I was even given first class service during cocktail hour and was constantly served and checked on to make sure i was getting enough to eat. The portion sizes are large and we felt the pricing was very reasonable for the quality and the service we received.

  The BEST Wedding Food Ever!

  We hired Pete's Firehouse BBQ to cater our wedding. It was the best decision! All of our guests kept raving about how it was the Best Wedding Food they ever had. The set-up and service was top notch, and we would highly recommend them to everyone!

  Great food, easy to communicate with, Highly Recommend!

  Pete's Firehouse BBQ did an amazing job catering our wedding! They were on time. Very communicative. The taste and quality of food was beyond our expectations. The guests attending our wedding also commented on how delicious the food was. We had plenty of food for the event and a little extra to take home and enjoy after our wedding! I would definitely recommend there service and will be catering with them in the future.

  Great Food and Service

  I was looking for someone to cater our small micro wedding in Temecula and found Pete's BBQ on Yelp. From the moment I reached out Pete was professional, responsive and very helpful. My now husband is from a small town in Texas and a BBQ snob. Like most guys he didn't care about the small details of the wedding but the food was important to him. Pete and his team went ABOVE and BEYOND to make sure our guests were taken care of and fed an incredible meal. I can't tell you how many compliments I got on the food. My MIL was so impressed with the Brisket and even told them "I'm from Texas and that Brisket is delicious, put another helping on my plate". Unfortunately I did not get to taste the Raspberry Chipotle Meatballs but it was all the rave. I think my fav was the smoked Mac and Cheese with Bacon. My wedding coordinator, who is also a good friend, was so impressed with the service and how friendly Pete's staff was. It was pouring rain and his staff jumped in and helped out setting up and re arranging things.

  We booked Pete’s Firehouse BBQ for our son’s wedding rehearsal Dinner. And we couldn’t be more pleased. The whole dinner was beyond our expectations!! Our guests RAVED about the BBQ, the smoked Macaroni n cheese with bacon, the raspberry chipotle meatballs and everything else!! The portions were more than generous!!
  Pete snd Melissa arrived on time, set up everything beautifully, and were the nicest people!! Our son’s rehearsal dinner was perfect thanks to PETE’S FIREHOUSE BBQ!!

The day of the wedding they arrived on-time, did a beautiful set-up and served some amazing food. The Beef Tri Tip was so tender and flavorful, and the Smoked Mac & Cheese with bacon was simply the best. Oh and the Raspberry Chipotle Meatballs are a must have for appetizers.   Amazing food and service!

  Pete's Firehouse was the first and only tasting we had for our catering option for our wedding. My husband is from Kansas so it was a must we have BBQ for our meal. Pete was AMAZING... The meats where juicy and so flavorful! The sauces were AMAZING! We had the Tri-Tip and Grilled Chicken. The sides were even more AMAZING... we had the smoked mac and cheese with bacon and green beans with bacon. We had a few vegetarians that attended so Pete was so kind to offer a portobello mushroom and with the sides he left the bacon out just for those people. We also had appetizers served with them and let me tell you their Raspberry Chipotle Meatballs are HEAVEN. They even have a option to have a smoke wagon that can be on site so all your guest get to smell what they are having for dinner. He matches your decor on the buffet, and goes above and beyond to set up how you'd like. ALL of our guest raved about the food and they even packaged up the leftovers for us and put them in our room to have the next day. The food is even better as leftovers! I would recommend Pete over and over again with 5 stars. You won't be disappointed. Thank you again Pete!

  Great service and DELICIOUS food

  Pete was such a pleasure to work with. He catered our wedding on 1/11/2020, and OMG the food was absolutely amazing, as was the service. All of our guests absolutely loved the food and complimented it endlessly. Thank you so much! Truly amazing can not recommend them enough!

  Great food, not for kids

  I was told after my wedding that petes limited plates to adults only and kids were left with meatballs only. I have 4 children and it was my wedding and my boys got told they could only eat certain things. Very concerning for me I thought they did great til I was told this
