Most amazing wedding florals ever!!
Peter James brought our vision to life! We had our wedding at The Asbury Hotel and he made everything look so stunning. We wanted lots of greenery and white flowers and he did just that. We relied on his expertise and it paid off. He created beautiful pieces for our ceremony decor and added amazing finishing touches to our seating chart. We had a clear top tent where our tables were and he truly transformed the space. Let him do what he does best, and you will not be disappointed!

Amazing Work and Experience
As the mother of the bride I couldn't have been happier with the work provided by Peter James and his team. The florals were absolutely stunning! Do yourself a favor and let this amazing artists "do his thing". They are so talented. We also hired their team for day of coordination and it was something we couldn't have done without. Peter and Jim were super attentive and just having them on our team allowed our bridal party, couple and parent to truly remain present and not have to worry about a thing. Wonderful wedding florist
Peter James went above and beyond to bring my floral vision to life (and within my budget). He truly cares about the work he does and making everything come together for that special day. The flowers came out so beautifully, beyond my expectation. He even surprised us with small bouquets for the MOB and MOG (which we hadn’t ordered) because he felt that we should have them—and he was right! It was truly a pleasure to work with him.

Working with Peter and his team was a great experience for our wedding. From the moment we met Peter we knew we needed to work with him. His knowledge and guidance were exactly what we needed. We had trouble conceptualizing what our centerpieces should look like and what would be best for our venue. Peter gave us fantastic suggestions. Our flowers were beautiful and everything we could have wanted. Working with Peter was a pleasure. He truly knows not just flowers but the wedding industry. Where do I begin? Peter and his team were an absolute dream to work with from start to finish. He was so supportive for such a long road of wedding planning with 2 COVID postponements. We talked through different ideas and he was always willing to make my vision come to life and on our big day, he made that dream vision a reality. Aside from already knowing Peter is a phenomenal florist for our everyday needs, his wedding floral touch is highly recommended and I am so grateful my husband had introduced him to me! He went above and beyond for all of our items and everyone couldn't stop raving about how stunning everything was from the ceremony to the reception. Beyond perfection
I’m not sure where to even start…. I hired Peter James Florals back in November 2019 for an October 2020 wedding. We met him at a wedding expo, and immediately clicked. He was the first vendor I hired for my wedding. I didn’t have a venue or anything yet, but I had Peter James! I hired him not only for all of our floral needs but also as my wedding planner. I gave him my vision for my flowers and my centerpieces and he started pulling stuff up on his computer that looked great. In July of 2020 we knew we would need to postpone as our venue still had not opened yet because of the Pandemic and had no plans of opening until 2021. We selected a new date and it was in July of 2021. I went back to Peter expressing that I wanted to rethink my flowers since it would be summer now and not fall. He was patient and kind and we recreated all of my bouquets, bouteneires, corsages, centerpieces, moon gate, etc. He was excited to help. My venue was very strict so not the easiest to work with; actually, quite difficult, but Peter did it with grace. To no fault of his own, our freeze dried petals didn’t arrive along with all the rest of our flowers. They were supposed to line the aisle on both sides and also be something for our flower girl to drop. When Peter called to tell me, I didn’t panic. He offered up a solution immediately, and I trusted him fully. Needless to say, my aisle looked 1000 times better than I believe it would have before. Our flowers were to die for; beyond anything I could have imagined them to be. Breathtaking, really. The customer service we received from Peter James - wedding planner and florist turned friend, is something that cannot be matched by anyone else.

Our wedding planner turned good friend
Peter started as a florist who ended as a very dear friend of mine. My now husband and I got married throughout the pandemic of COVID 19. At first, being the independent and strong willed person I am, I attempted to handle the cancellations, rescheduling, and re-planning by myself. At his first hearing of this, I remember Peter calling with a plan. He had found a new venue (better than before) that was flexible in everything. I also remember him coming to our house that day and encouraged us that we would be having our wedding in June of 2020 and that he would be planning it without us having to worry about a thing. Peter delivered that and so much more. Through the chairs, tables, place settings and of course the beautiful flowers he truly delivered a day that we will remember forever. It was such a relief to have a wedding put together that I didn't have to stress about one bit. I can't even get started about our beautiful reception this past July of 2021. After finding the perfect venue, Peter put together something out of all of my pinterest dreams. I truly started to cry when I saw my flower bouquet, the tent set up, and the beyond amazing stretch of greenery and peach roses along my bridal parties farm house tables. Peter and I have learned how to work together, compromise, and see each other's views throughout the past few years. He knows what is best for you, but also takes your conversations and differences to heart. I truly feel that this is a quality he has that works with all of his clients no matter how long he works with them. Thank you will never be enough for all Peter has done for my family and I! You took the planning of wedding stress away and worked so hard to make our day(s) beyond perfect. Thank you, Peter (& Jim!!!!!)

Amazing job!
Peter did an amazing job with the flowers and center pieces for our wedding. They were prettier than I ever imagined and we received so many compliments on them! Someone who worked at the venue told my sister the next day said that they had never seen the ballroom so pretty when she went back for a golf outing!
Peter was also so easy to work with and was extremely responsive to emails! He made postponing because of the pandemic so easy and painless. Our first meeting when we were planning flowers, he gave his honest opinions on what he thought would look good or not good and I’m so glad he did and that we went with his suggestions! I waited to post the review so I could attach a picture of one of our center pieces and our cake!

Stunning flowers!
I have nothing but amazing things to say about Peter! When I first had my consultation with him .. I had no clue what I wanted! I know NOTHING about flowers. He somehow took the few words I was explaining and made all my flower dreams come true! I must’ve heard over 200 times the day of my wedding how beautiful the flowers were! Simply the Best, Better Than All the Rest
I never thought I would need a wedding planner but I knew I always wanted one after watching Father of the Bride and The Wedding Planner. Just after getting engaged back in December 2019, after the immediate pressures and questions from our friends and relatives and my OCD and anxiety, my fiance was the one who pushed me to seek a great planner and secure them for he would be the one to benefit the most! It didn't take me all that long to find Peter James. I sent him an email and then happened to run into him at a Wedding Show - my fiance Matt had to push me (for some reason I was feeling shy!) and I introduced myself. From there, it was magic and Peter took the reigns and within just a couple of months, we had all of our big vendors secured and booked and had over a year to relax until our big day. Along with planning our wedding, Peter instantaneously became our florist who after getting to know me over the many months we stayed in close contact over email, texts, and in person, created the MOST LAVISH wedding floral artistry I had ever seen!!! He took my dreams and style and turned it all into a reality. I was left breathless so many times on my wedding day: but not from anxiety -- from awe! I will be forever greatful to Peter James. He and his team were there from before the start to way after the end. I don't have enough good words to say except: Thank you, Peter. You've become a dear friend and I love you so much - my wedding was not the last event for us :)

Perfect Wedding Day Experience
Peter was an amazing resource to have while planning my wedding. I couldn’t imagine handling all my vendors by myself, especially when there were hiccups. He was always available to talk to even if it was just to vent (really needed when planning a wedding)! There is no time for worrying on the day of your wedding. Peter and his team really took care of my husband and I, making sure everything turned out perfect. Jim was spectacular at keeping me calm and handling my dress during pictures. Couldn’t imagine planning a wedding without Peter!

Fabulous and Flexible Florist
Planning a wedding during COVID was no easy task. We found Peter James Floral when my husband and I were planning our wedding at the Asbury Hotel. Once we contacted Peter James with what we were looking for, he responded back with a beautiful PDF proposal detailing every proposed flower, the inspiration you provided, the breakdown, the cost, everything. This presentation and professionalism really WOW'd us and we knew right away we had our wedding in the right hands. Unfortunately as the weeks passed, restrictions on indoor dining that were supposed to be lifted were instead extended, and our wedding at the Asbury Hotel could not go on as originally envisioned. Instead, we planned a micro wedding in our backyard and Peter James jumped right on board without hesitation, even offering event assistance outside of floral. We were so grateful for Peter James' assistance and flexibility. On the day of our wedding during a bit of chaos, Peter James and crew delivered our florals on time and went above and beyond setting them up fabulously. We received endless compliments from our guests on the incredible florals and uniqueness. We can't thank Peter James enough for his attention to detail and experience. Thank you!

We scheduled a micro wedding in five weeks. Peter could not have been more accommodating. He was able to deliver everything we asked for including putting a bouquet together as I sat in his shop. He had great suggestions and was willing to listen to our ideas. His flowers were gorgeous and we were able to enjoy for a week. We had a last minute change to a micro wedding this September and Peter made the whole process so easy. With minimal instruction he knew the exact style we wanted. Our arch, bouquets, centerpieces, and cake decorations were all PERFECT and we got a ton of compliments from our guests. Not only were our flowers absolutely beautiful, but Peter was amazing to work with and so personable! During our first meeting he made everything so simple, gave recommendations and was so open to helping in any way possible. Even with multiple date changes and some confusion due to COVID he was always professional, accommodating and responded very promptly. The day of he personally delivered our flowers and ran through what everything was, how it should be held, etc. We got numerous compliments on each and every piece that he provided. Peter James brought our vision to life on such short notice! Our original wedding plans were not possible due to the current climate but we were determined to keep our wedding date. We reached out to Peter who was recommended by a friend and he also recently moved his business to our town. Literally a life saver !!!!!!! Hire Peter!!!
With these uncertain times, our daughter was stressed beyond belief!! Looking at having to reschedule her wedding, having her venue cancel and trying to plan a new date, a new venue and a new budget.... I reached out to Peter. He was already doing the flowers for her original ceremony date of June 20th but I knew we would need his help to save Sarah from having to plan another whole wedding!!
Within ONE HOUR of calling him he had a date, a venue, a caterer and a tent reserved for the new September date!!!
We ended up hiring him to organize the original June 20th date and we switched it to a backyard small ceremony.
There were days where we thought we couldn’t handle another stress...... it was then that peter would “swoop” in, calm as a cucumber.... and reassure us we did not have to worry about a thing.
When the day came .... he told me where I needed to be (In a polite way lol!) and handled the arrival of the guests and where the groom should be!!! He is .... quite simply... the best. Xoxo
This is PART TWO OF MY REVIEW! Our daughter finally had her “celebration” with all of their bridal party, family and friends and again..... Peter found the venue, handled the details and made the day such an amazing experience!!!!

Peter is the best!
Peter is a pleasure to work with during such an exciting time! He was recommended to me by a friend and I am glad I took their recommendation! He is extremely personable and not to mention a riot! His knowledge of the wedding industry is just top notch. So much so that I basically let him run with whatever he thought was best when it came to centerpieces, bouquets, boutonnieres, etc... after we discussed my vision and color scheme and I am sure glad I did. Everything was gorgeous and I couldn't have picked it better myself!

Perfect Flowers For the Perfect Wedding!
I cannot say enough about working with Peter James for our wedding this past July 20 at The Berkeley Hotel. From our initial meeting, Peter was great in working to make my vision come to life within our budget. His attention to detail in our centerpieces and the impeccable details he put into our bouquets was amazing. Peter is a master in his craft and it was evident in every arrangement he put together for our day. Despite getting married on the hottest day of the summer (102 degrees ) all of our flowers held up and looked just as great at the end of
The night as they did at the beginning of
The day. Prior to the wedding, Peter was quick to respond to emails and requests, and gave his expert opinion for ideas I had . Meeting with his one month prior to see the mock centerpieces was a great addition to the planning process.

Peter from Peter James Floral Couture did a beautiful job with the floral designs for my wedding. He was able to bring our vision of a romantic fairytale wedding come to life. Peter made our ceremony come alive with his Garden Boho design and kept the theme throughout our reception. My friends and family are still raving about how beautiful my bouquet was, and that’s all thanks to Peter. Peter was easy to work with, and answered all of my questions with quick responses. Peter totally went above and beyond our expectations for our ceremony and reception designs. Peter helped make our wedding day magical, and cannot thank him enough for everything he did.

I honestly don’t even know where to begin… Working with Peter was my favorite part of the wedding planning process. We came to him grasping at ideas and he took everything we said and turned it into a full vision. Not only is he creative and fun to work with, but he is also the utmost professional who obviously takes prided in his work. When we would discuss different flowers/greenery/décor options he did not hesitate to call on his experience and provide honest feedback. He would tell us if something wouldn’t work or was out of budget, but was quick to offer similar, comparable ideas (that I ended up liking better). Throughout out the planning process he was willing to meet with us any time we asked. He was open to all of our questions and always responded timely. On the day of I felt completely at ease knowing that he would take care of everything and even then he far exceeded our expectations. Peter James is magic.

Peter James is simply the best florist to hire for your wedding period end of story - don't look any further. If we could give more stars we would. When we first met Peter we walked away with so much confidence that we could put our trust in him to be the florist for our wedding. Peter gave us exotic centerpieces, a breathtaking Chupah, gorgeous flowers for the bridal party, and a romantic sweetheart table. The arrangements were all very unique and made the entire room warm and come alive. Peter uses a lot of creativity to make everything look amazing and exceed your expectations. Peter is the most amazing florist and person. His eye for beauty and his ability to create is beyond impressive. I really had no idea what I wanted from flowers or colors and he was able to create the most beautiful center pieces and bouquets. My experience with Peter was absolutely outstanding! He's was suggested to me by Berkeley from the Berkeley hotel in Asbury Park. I had very little vision going into my first meeting with Peter, but his extensive knowledge of his craft helped me immediately feel at ease. Because I went in ill-prepared with not even so much of a screen shot or Pinterest board, I gave the poor man very little to work with and he didn't skip a beat. He started out by asking me questions about myself and future husband and really got a feel for who were as people and we went from there and it was perfect. He was super accommodating to questions and even changes here and there. I called just a few weeks before the wedding to add wreaths for my flower girls and it was no issue at all. Before seeing the room for myself my bridal party was raving about how amazing the reception looked and upon walking in I was floored. The quality and attention to detail far surpassed my expectations. What an amazing job. I also want to say on a personal note that each time I met with Peter I absolutely loved his company. He's just a great guy to be around and his energy is contagious. I can't speak his praises enough. Great job!!!

Saying The flowers were beautiful is an understatement. Peter James knew exactly what we wanted from day 1. He made our centerpieces for our final meeting so we knew exactly what everything was going to look like. He was easy to work with and I would recommend this vendor to anyone. We were married last Friday (9.15.17) and worked with Peter on our personal flowers, decorations, and ceremony decor. I cannot emphasize how much of a pleasure it was working with him. Every meeting was wonderful, and his communication with us was always very responsive. Two days before our wedding Peter called me to let me know the hurricane in Florida impacted some of our flower choices, but he had some fantastic back up ideas. He was calm and collected, and I didn't have any concerns at all knowing Peter's talent and skill would still give us the most beautiful arrangements. The day of our wedding, Peter was a pleasure and filled the room with excitement and gorgeous pieces. I would recommend Peter and his team to anyone, and would love tow work with him again. Peter James was the florist for our wedding at the Berkeley Oceanfront Hotel on August 25th. He was amazing! He immediately understood my vision and brought it to life. I felt he was professional, accommodating, and provided beautiful arrangements at a good value. When I got my first estimate from him I was actually pleasantly surprised at the cost for what he provided. Unfortunately, my budget was very low at that point (I waited less then 2 months before my wedding to link up with him!) but Peter was understanding and was able to work with my budget and still delivered a beautiful package without compromising the look. Everyone at the wedding raved about the floral arrangements and I always felt I was in good hands. I even referred to Peter when I was selecting my table linens with my caterer and even needed him to provide table numbers for me last minute and he made it happen. I would refer him to anyone! There were plenty things I knew I wanted for my wedding, flowers was not one of them. Walking into to meet Peter James, I was embarrassed that I had no clue what he was talking about when asking me about flower choices. Peter James was SO patient, showing me different types of flowers and options that I could have for my wedding day. He has a talent that is undeniable. A month before my wedding, he sat down with my fiancé and I to show us what our center pieces would look like. He was also able to incorporate my colors into the girls bouquets. The day of the wedding, Peter James was to prepare an arch for us on the rooftop of our venue. Unfortunately, the wind gusts were a bit much. Peter James, was so kind and said he would do whatever we wanted, meaning if we wanted the rooftop he'd work his magic. If we opted to stay inside, he would construct inside. When you select Peter James as your florist, you get experience, passion, and honesty. Thank you, Peter James for making our wedding beautiful!

Peter James was awesome! I am not really a flower person so I had no idea what kind of flowers I wanted. I'm also not into the traditional wedding vibe (white and/or pastel everything), so I gave Peter a general idea and color scheme and let him be creative with it. We went for a dark esthetic, I love anything Halloween/Tim Burton/creepy. The flowers and center pieces were even more perfect than I could have imagined! He even threw in some skulls on our sweetheart table which were so perfect for our "til death do us part" theme.

Peter did an amazing job for our wedding. My husband, who was a hard sell on the whole hiring a florist thing is now a convert! So glad we didn't try to DIY it. Peter is a natural creative. He was very attentive to my ideas and then took them to the next level by tweaking flowers and design. My husband and I were stunned by the beauty of my bouquet and the beautiful designs at the venue. We really cannot say enough good things about Peter. He is fun, so easy to work with, very very accommodating (we had to add two tables one week out from the wedding and this posed no problem at all) and he got every detail right.

From the moment my daughter Jennifer and I met Peter we were amazed and comfortable. His knowledge of flowers and his love for them was apparent from his excitement that he shared with us. We left that very first meeting satisfied, elated and confident that he would take care of it all. But the final arrangements from the boutinaires, bouquets, centerpieces,entrance way, and the windowsills were far past our utmost expectations! We could not have found a more perfect florist to work with for our wedding day! We were married on July 3, 2016 in Asbury Park, NJ. From the moment we met Peter, we knew we were in good hands. He sat down with us and listened to our vision of centerpieces, boutiques, boutonnieres, and ceremony flowers. He had amazing, unique, and creative suggestions. He spent a lot of time with us leading up to our big day. He was extremely professional and helpful every step of the way. We were very confident that our flowers were going to be beautiful. I was brought to tears when he walked in with my bridal boutique the day of my wedding. The flowers were ALL flawless and beautiful. My nine bridesmaids boutiques were also stunning, as well as our mothers flowers, the boutonnieres, and our beautiful centerpieces. I would not have asked to change anything about any of the flowers. If you are looking for a professional look no further. The first time we meet with Peter he knew exactly what I needed for the wedding. I had no idea what I wanted, all I had were the colors of the bridesmaids dresses and his ideas were on point. The stress I had over what to pick was gone within seconds of meeting him. I was very happy with my decision to go with Peter James for all the flowers for my wedding. When I first went to see him I had no idea what I wanted to do. I'm not very good with flowers, so I really needed to put my faith in someone who knows what they are doing. Peter was that person. I described my dress and well as the colors of my bridesmaid's dresses and he was able to tell me right away what would look best. He also had books to go through so I was able to get ideas of his past work. Everything came out gorgeous, form the bouquets to the center pieces to the alter. As an added bonus I was able to add sparkly starfish into my flowers to go along with be beach theme of the wedding. If you are looking for someone with a natural talent, look no further than Peter!

Ladies and Gentlemen. I produce international destination events all over the world. For my 32nd birthday party, i wanted an electrifying shock. I decided to go all out on the flowers. Peter and his team took my vision and explicitly translated my wishes into the most incredibly stunning floral displays that would rival any top global designer. Do NOT tell Peter what to do, he already has it done. Last minute direction change, not even a drop of sweat. In fact, peter originally suggested that "Last minute direction change" from the beginning. So, listen to Peter ;)
Peter and his team were professional, fun and flexible. They know design and events thoroughly. I only wish I hired couture events to produce the entire event, and not just the floral... Well, 33 is going to be GRAND!

When I first got engaged, I was anxious about how many vendors I would have to meet with and interview - then I met Peter. As soon as our first meeting was complete, I was confident he would be the BEST florist for our wedding and we hired him on the spot.
Peter James is a top notch floral designer. Your floral arrangements will be nothing but spectacular if you hire him. He consults you through the entire process, and will even give you suggestions if he doesn't agree with your direction which I appreciated. (I ended up going with his suggestions and I am so happy I did.) He was responsive throughout the entire process and patient which can be hard when meeting with several opinionated family members. Our wedding was July 30th at the Shadowbrook and still over a month later our guests are still raving about our flowers and how beautiful they were.
HIRE Peter. You will not regret it for one second, and it will take some stress off during the planning process because he will have it well in HAND.

Peter James was our florist for our wedding at the Berkeley Hotel in Asbury Park. I see now why he is the exclusive florist for this venue. There is no one who knows the Berkeley better than him! I had a specific vision for the look and feel that I wanted for my wedding and it was like Peter could literally see my vision that I had in my head. He was able to come through and give me everything that I wanted and it was even better than I had envisioned! I had an antique theme for the wedding and wanted to stay true to the old history of the Berkeley and Peter made that happen from the BEAUTIFUL flower arrangements in the church and reception, which were all uniquely gorgeous, to the staged vanity with open doors and trunk, to the hanging curtains over the french doors in the oval room. My husband and I could not believe how amazing everything looked and how it all came together. We got exactly what we wanted plus more! Peter James is a creative genius and will make magic happen for any event you are having and I give him my highest rating and recommendation!

We had a FANTASTIC experience working with Peter James on our wedding at the Berkeley Oceanfront Hotel. From our first meeting a year before the wedding to our wedding day, Peter made himself available to us. We live in Georgia, and he made it a point to meet with us every time we came to New Jersey, even on his day off. He guided us through flower choices and color. He catered to our Harry Potter theme with his beautiful lanterns and vintage decor. His chandelier adornment added such beauty to our ceremony room and pictures. He accomplished all of this while working within our budget. He went above and beyond! On the day of the wedding, he came to the bridal suite to add an heirloom ring that I had received the day before to my bouquet. He was a pleasure to work with and felt like family to us!

When I first met with Peter, I had no idea what I wanted in flowers. I showed a few "pins" I had added to pinterest and he immediately had thoughts on what he would do. It could not have come together any more perfectly! My bouquet was gorgeous, I wish I could make it live forever! Peter was fun to work with along the way, always flexible as I changed my counts and added things here or there. I was also initially worried about pricing for flowers, especially that I had no idea what I wanted, but the pricing was so reasonable and right where I had hoped it would be.

Could not speak highly enough - he is very experienced both in floral and event planning, so not only did he provide beautiful flowers, but he also gave us some great tips on hiring other vendors we needed. I do not "know" flowers, but I know what I like when I see it. Using the limited ideas I had, Peter came up with beautiful arrangements that fit our wedding perfectly. Peter is also super friendly and a pleasure to work with, I would highly recommend him!

We had a wonderful experience working with Peter James on our wedding at the Berkeley Oceanfront Hotel. From our very first meeting, we knew we were in great hands. After going over the basic details of our wedding (theme, colors, dresses, etc.) and our ideas, Peter gave some great advice and recommendations. We watched as he went in to the coolers to pull together several different types of flowers to show an example of what he was thinking. It perfectly captured what we were looking for, and we were sold! Our bouquets, centerpieces & church arrangements were absolutely STUNNING, and we received so many compliments from our guests. Peter was so flexible and accommodating with a few last minute add-on's, and the floral design he created truly exceeded our expectations. I used PeterJames about 7 years ago for my sons Bar Mitzvah. He was great at listening to my preferences while gently voicing his own opinions based on his experience and phenomenal taste; the day was a huge success! When it came time to planning my April wedding I booked Peter ASAP! We had a few sit downs; I showed him my gown and we did a walk thru of the venue (The Berkeley in Asbury Park). I then asked him to please create a vision and be in touch when he had it plotted out. I was THRILLED with his plans. And then came last nite.... when I actually walked into my reception room - ABOVE AND BEYOND - NO WORDS.... but I'll try to choose a few: perfect. fairytale. on point. impressive. original. DROP DEAD GORGEOUS. Hopefully the vendor will post some photos, as I don't have mine yet. You will DROOL when you see my bridal bouquet -- OFF. THE. CHARTS!!!!
I am of the opinion that if you surround yourself with the right people when you are planning an event, everything will go smoothly and flawlessly; I was right!

I am long overdue for writing this review, but I have nothing but amazing things to say about PeterJames. He made planning so effortless, and took care of everything so I didn't have to worry about at thing. I sent him my pinterest boards, and he planned my centerpieces, bouquets and everything so stunningly that everyone was impressed. Peter was great! I had NO IDEA what I wanted in terms of flowers for my wedding but my husband and I went to meet with him and he helped us plan a beautiful wedding. On the day of the wedding, he even gave us lanterns for the sides of the aisle to decorate further. We really loved him and would recommend to anyone looking for an awesome florist. I didn't have a clear idea of what I wanted when I first met with him, but after showing him pictures of my dress, invitations, and color palette, he immediately got what I was going for and put together absolutely gorgeous arrangements. I was able to trust him completely and didn't even have to think about my flowers after our first meeting. On the day of the wedding, he delivered bouquets and centerpieces that were even more beautiful than I expected. Peter James was able to be both completely professional and incredibly personable. Peter James did the flowers for my wedding on October 10 at the Berkeley, and he was fantastic. I went in to my initial meeting with Peter not really knowing what I was looking for or what I wanted. We talked about what my dress looked liked and the colors for my bridesmaid dresses, and I let him really run with his ideas. He did not disappoint. Peter's flowers and arrangements are so unique and absolutely beautiful. Many brides typically have an idea of what they want, but trusting Peter's advice and insight is definitely worth it. I could not have imagined something more perfect than what he was able to put together. My bouquet was incredible and the center pieces were gorgeous. I loved everything and cannot thank Peter enough. I would definitely recommend working with Peter for any event!

I am extremely happy that I went to Peter James Floral for my wedding décor and flowers. He was passionate and creative when helping me decide on what I wanted. Peter saw my vision and ran with it. I especially appreciated his honesty in helping me create affordable, beautiful, classy, and unique looks for my bouquet, ceremony, and reception. When I told him I wanted lanterns, he made me aware that my venue had similar ones and that it would be unnecessary to spend money on renting. It is hard to find people in the wedding industry that are so honest and genuine. And sometimes as a bride, it is equally hard to determine where to spend money. I could not ask for anything more, everything was GREAT!

His opinion became invaluable to me and he really helped the overall design of the wedding come together. When Peter James delivered my flowers to me on the morning of my wedding, I teared up. They were so breathtaking! He was also very patient with me when I couldn't make up my mind or changed it for the millionth time! PeterJames Floral Couture is THE BEST! From our very first meeting with him, working with Peter was easy and enjoyable. It was honestly as if he was able to read my mind - he knew exactly what I was looking for, and was able to make great suggestions on types of florals and decor, while remaining budget conscious. He never once pushed for anything overly expensive, and even suggested more affordable alternatives on a few occasions. His rental pieces are beautiful (we did a mix of mercury glass and lanterns) and the options seem endless, so guaranteed you can make your wedding vision a reality with Peter's help. He put together sample arrangements for us a month before the big day to give us an idea of what to expect, and it was perfect. And when the wedding day finally arrived, I LOVED the final product - the flowers were flawless, hand delivered right on time. We got so many compliments on them from guests, and I was so obsessed with my bouquet I wish I could carry it around with me every day. I loved working with Peter - he was professional, efficient and fun, and made my life easy. Peter not only met my expectations for my wedding, but far exceeded them. I had a vision that allowed for his own creativity and ideas, and the beauty of the day was more than I ever could dream it would be. Not only were the flowers just gorgeous, they were one of the highlights of my day, but working with Peter made me feel so calm and confident I could leave the decisions up to him. He did all the bouquets, center pieces, outside decor, cake, and my hair flowers. The cake was the prettiest thing I had ever seen after he decorated it. Our flowers for our wedding were gorgeous and exactly what we envisioned from my bouquet, to the church aisle flowers, to the center pieces at the venue, we loved everything!! Peter allows you to come in and see exactly what the center pieces will look like to make sure it is perfect about a month before the event which is awesome & very generous! He is also extremely easy to work with and is always available to meet with you!

Peter was always willing to meet with us and answer any questions we had. After our initial meeting, he suggested a color scheme and designed beautiful centerpieces for our wedding. He also designed a beautiful Archway that we got married under. He ensure that the colors for the boutonnieres follow the color scheme of our wedding and that we were please with the decisions we made. After we made our decision, he invited us back a few weeks later to see the centerpieces to ensure that is what we wanted. He was always accommodating and helped us bring our vision to life and we couldn't have been happier!
