There were so many dresses to choose from, I wasn't rushed or pressured and the employee was so helpful and kind! The store is so cute and clean and organized and the dresses are reasonably priced for the quality. I loved my experience and found the dress of my dreams! -

Melody Sent on 03/05/2017I absolutely LOVE my dress! As an older, second time bride I wasn't sure whether I could find a dress that was appropriate. Even though I was a little discouraged at first on what styles looked good in reality vs what I had pinned and hoped for, Terry found me the perfect dress that looks amazing on me! She really listened to what I liked about each dress and each dress got better and better until the last one! It is worth the drive. Be sure to call ahead.
We also booked our Bridesmaid dresses here. Really excited about how many color choices and style choices we had. I let each of my bridesmaids pick a coordinating color and style so that each of them would be likely to wear the dress again. They are all so very excited to have a part in the decision making. Camia and Terry went above and beyond in working with each one to make the dresses look right together. My maid of honor lives out of state so they worked with her on getting measurements. Their experience is what I needed to help make this part of the planning easy and smooth. -

After having a very discouraging experience from the other store, I called Petals and Promises and they were so helpful. They were able to hold the dress for me until I was able to make the trip up to Logan. They were so friendly and so helpful. I would recommend them to anyone! -

The customer service is the best I've seen in my experience dress shopping. They have a great selection of dresses and will help you find the dress of your dreams. The prices are great and they will help you find something in your price range. -

They are great to help you and give their opinion, but they aren't overbearing and they don't make you feel intense pressure to buy right now. They also have a great selection. I would buy my dress there all over again. -

Jessica Sent on 07/31/2012I loved this little shop! They were great. It wasn't an overwhelming experience like some of the larger Bridal salons. We were treated excellently, and I was able to pull as many dresses as I wanted to try on. They had a good selection, particularly for modest brides. All the dresses were of a good quality and they were very well taken care of, the pricing was great. I worked with a really nice girl who was so happy to help me. There were only two things that I didn't love about the experience. They were a little too ambitious with the alterations that they promised could be made to the gown that I purchased. When I brought it to a wonderful seamstress, she said it was impossible to do what they said they were certain that she could. The second was that the dress purchase was non-refundable, which I think is pretty standard for most places, but not being able to alter it quite the way that I wanted to was a little frustrating. I fell in love with my dress, and I so I wanted to believe what they promised me. I'd just caution anyone, generally, not with any real application to this particular store, to make sure that the dress that you get can be altered structurally so that it's the dress that you want, or buy one that you love without alterations.
