Samantha Sent on 01/18/2018I absolutely was blown away by Petals and Pearls! Carol is a fantastic job. I showed her a few pictures of what I like and she NAILED IT! Everyone kept commenting on how stunning my flowers and centerpieces we're! My floral crown is currently framed in a shadow box above my bed. It reminds me everyday of how beautiful my wedding day was ( in huge part to Carol) I highly reccommend her services to any bride!

Let me start out by saying that I loved the flowers that I received and Carol definitely captured my image. There were a few inconsistencies along the way which stopped me from giving a full 5 stars across the board. There was a time frame when Carol was not responding to my emails. About 30 days before my wedding. It was not until I threatened legal action and asked if I needed to find someone else to do my flowers that I got an immediate response. Now this could have been completely coincidental as she did say she was busy and provided me her cell number to finish communicating with her. The only other issue I had was that I edited my flowers needed and she sent me over the amount due, I paid half of it (as per our contract) 60 days out and when I confirmed with her (2 weeks before my wedding, as this was the first time I was in contact with her since the 60 day mark) she told me that she sent over the wrong amount due and sent over the remaining total which was $300 more than what I was set to pay. Being 2 weeks out from my wedding, I was frantic to come up with the new remaining balance. I inquired about the inconsistencies and she told me that she did the math wrong, but did not honor the price I had already sent the deposit over and told me I could change the flowers I chose, if I needed to cut costs. This is the only complaint I really have. Otherwise, the arrangements were beautiful. Carol even assisted in helping me change things the night before my wedding as our table numbers became lowered and we moved things around. Overall it was a good experience.
