I’m absolutely thrilled with Petal Town Flowers and the amazing work they did for our wedding. From the elegant floral arrangements at our bridal session at San Francisco City Hall to the stunning designs at our Sonoma wedding on June 20, everything was perfect. JUST STUNNING! The flowers complemented our venue and summer wedding colors beautifully and added a magical touch to our day. Petal Town Flowers exceeded all our expectations with their creativity, professionalism, and attention to detail. Highly recommend them to any bride looking for unforgettable floral arrangements! -

They brought our floral vision to life — it was the wedding of our dreams! The arrangements were lush, romantic, and perfectly aligned with what we wanted, all at such a reasonable price compared to other wine country florists. They were so easy to work with and flexible whenever we wanted to tweak the order. They even delivered our flat lay florals to our Airbnb so our photographer could shoot them — such a thoughtful touch! -

Great florals and experience!
Elizabeth was amazing throughout the process. She was very helpful along the way and was very responsive with an updates/changes along the way. My daughter's boyfriend asked me to assist him in setting up a proposal at a Winery in California when we would all be out there. I was referred to Petal Town by a friend and they did NOT disappoint. Elizabeth was wonderful in helping with this proposal. It was spactacular and beautiful. My daughter was definitely surprised and could not believe how beautiful it was. My husband and I LOVED the flowers that Martin and Elizabeth designed for our wedding. It is a mark of their professionalism that everything appeared, as if by magic, exactly as I imagined it except even better, without me lifting a finger on my wedding day! The arrangements, bouquets, bouts, corsages, decorations, and setup were all absolutely perfect and exceeded all of my (VERY HIGH) expectations. The fact that they pulled this off at the last minute, after another florist canceled on me 2 weeks before my wedding, within my tight budget, and without compromising a single detail is amazing. I don’t usually write reviews but PetalTown was so over-the-top excellent that I want to let other couples know about them so they can have the great experience that we did! -

Absolutely Gorgeous Florals + Wonderful Professionals
I am so grateful to the hard work of Elizabeth and Martin which made our wedding an absolute showstopper!! They put together the most gorgeous arrangements, were communicative through the whole process, and met with me in their floral workspace to mock-up a sample centerpiece which was fantastic. We discussed a few adjustments, particularly to colors, and boy did they deliver! Watching Martin throw together a mock bouquet in 5 minutes while standing there was amazing - he is so skilled!
While flowers are always expensive, they are fairly priced for the service you receive. I would highly recommend them to anyone hosting an event in Sonoma!! -

Above and beyond!
I can't recommend Petal Town enough. Elizabeth was a pleasure to work with, and so patient with all of the changes I requested to our order as we planned our wedding. We even decided to add many more candles and flower arrangements to our order about a month before our special day and she accommodated all of our requests with positivity and ease. We received SO many compliments on the flowers at our wedding. They were truly breathtaking. Elizabeth not only executed my vision, but exceeded it.Petal Town Flowers's reply:

I did a lot of research prior to hiring a florist, and Petal Town Flowers was the most responsive and best bang for your buck. Elizabeth was easy to work with. I provided her with pictures of arrangements I liked, and I am so happy with the final product. I definitely recommend them! -

Vision Came to Life!
I am so thankful we found Petal Town Flowers for our wedding! We had to postpone our wedding and then change the location due to the pandemic and Elizabeth was so accommodating and responsive. The most amazing, caring florist team!
I couldn't have chosen a more talented and truly caring florist team than Petal Town Flowers! Elizabeth and Martin are an amazing husband & wife team with Martin as the floral designer and Elizabeth managing the business and corresponding with us through phone/email. When my fiance and I met with them over coffee, Martin impressed me with his breadth of knowledge and artistic passion for flowers--I felt he TRULY understood my vision for my wedding day!
Unfortunately, because of COVID-19, we had to cancel our May wedding but still wanted to use our deposit towards flower deliveries to thank a few of our vendors. Elizabeth was quick to respond and extremely flexible with our requests.
We wanted one final delivery, a large bouquet to be sent to our home in San Jose on our original wedding day. Although I knew that day would be bittersweet for us, we wanted something special to remember our would-be big day. When I arrived home, my breath was taken away by the LARGEST, MOST BEAUTIFUL bouquet of flowers I have ever received in my life! We thought that Elizabeth would contact another local florist to make this happen. Little did we know, they sent their sons from Petaluma to San Jose (1.5 hour drive each way, equaling a 3 hour drive total) to deliver such a special, heartwarming gift for us. Elizabeth told us that Martin "didn't trust" another florist to do something this special for us. When I saw the bouquet, it really represented what I originally wanted for my wedding, but at the same time, I felt the bouquet was made with such love and undeniable talent by Martin.
If you really want a floral team who 1) really care 2) are extremely talented and 3) have VERY reasonable prices, you won't go wrong with Petal Town Flowers!

Beautiful flowers and easy to work with!
Elizabeth was so easy to work with, even though we were not very knowledgeable about flowers. She shared photos and ideas, was flexible to work with our budget, and delivered beautiful flowers for our wedding. The flowers was fresh, gorgeous, and as planned.Petal Town Flowers's reply:

Beyond Impressed!!!
Petal town flowers is the best decision we made for our wedding! Elizabeth worked with me in narrowing down the flowers and decor I wanted, when I had an idea of a style, she would try it out (flower submerged in water) and see how it looked given they would be in the table for hours. She sent me pictures and updates. When I sent her ideas from Pinterest but asked her to make changes to accommodate our pricing, she produced something even more beautiful then the picture I sent. I received so many compliments at my wedding about all the flowers. From bouquet to centerpieces and everything in between Petal Town Flowers really delivered! To be honest I was a bit nervous at first given how low the prices are for wedding flowers but the quality of flowers were unbelievable, they were completely professional and nothing was sacrificed. My wedding guests all thought I spent a fortune on flowers! The lower price compared to other places just shows that Petal Town Flowers knows where to shop to get you the best deal and isn’t in the game of wedding price markups! I would 100% recommend them to anyone for any event. I am completely blown away by their service, their flower quality, their beautiful arrangement, professionalism and flexibility in time and working with us. It was such a pleasure working with Elizabeth and seeing my dreams come true by Petal Town Flower’s beautiful work!Petal Town Flowers's reply:

We used Petal Town Flowers for our wine country wedding and were so happy with the results. I got multiple compliments that my bouquet was the prettiest that people had ever seen, the bridesmaid bouquets were smaller but matched perfectly, and they even made a special bouquet to go around the neck of our "wedding alpaca" dressed as the bride :) The guests loved the centerpieces, and the flowers on our arch were beautiful as well. The colors were just what I requested and everything went seamlessly the day of the wedding. My husband and I would both highly recommend Petal Town!Petal Town Flowers's reply:

I gave them a budget and my colors and they did an amazing job working with that budget. My flowers were everything and more that I could've dreamed of. Martin and his crew outdid themselves for my wedding. All of his floral arrangements were beautiful and they completely surpassed my expectations. They were able to pin down a floral garland to a tree during extremely windy conditions. The garland survived the entire event and still looked phenomenal at the end of the night! Elizabeth worked with me on my wedding bouquets just 3 weeks before my wedding during the busiest season! I planned my wedding while overseas and she was so flexible in taking calls at a time that worked best for me as well which was extremely helpful.
I had no idea what the reception would look like as I only sent photo examples of floral arrangements and hoped for the best. On the day of my wedding I walked into the most beautiful room! Petal Town Flowers created my exact vision and it honestly exceeded my expectations! I was blown away by the choice of flowers used and the backdrop was more beautiful than I imagined it would be! Everyone made sure to let me know how amazing the ballroom looked with the white and blush flowers, and my bouquet was perfect - I never did a bouquet toss because I wanted to keep it. The delivered on time, answered my questions, and allowed me to update our floral needs a few weeks before the big day! They made the process so easy, and the final product was gorgeous! Lori Sent on 09/27/2017It's really hard when you are from out of state and don't know anyone, and need to hire vendors for your special day. I had submitted several requests for quotes for our very small, intimate "elopement" and didn't hear from some of them for several days and others did not seem very helpful. I finally found Petal Town on Wedding Wire and submitted a request. Almost instantly, I recieved a response! Elizabeth was so nice in her email and I was pretty sure this was the one I wanted to do business with. I told her what I was looking for (one bouquet, one boutonniere, and one garland), and I sent her pictures of examples of what I liked. My bouquet was absolutely gorgeous and the garland was so much better than I had expected and seen from other sites. They were perfect! I would highly recommend Petal Town for your wedding flowers. Quality service, quality flowers, good price, and stunning arrangements! Thank you, Elizabeth!

Kristen Sent on 10/10/2012I would give Petal Town Flowers 6 out of 5 stars for Quality of Service if I could! They were extremely knowledgeable and friendly when we went to discuss what type of arrangements we needed. All of the personal flowers were so lovely and much more intricate than what I was expecting with the low price and the quality of flowers were gorgeous. They also through in a "toss" bouquet, which was very nice! The highlight for me was the trellis arrangement for the ceremony, it was absolutely gorgeous!! A perfect addition to really highlight the natural beauty of the venue and they were so quick at setting up, that I didn't even see it happen, just all of sudden there was stunning flower arrangement at the alter! I will definitely use them again for any other flower arrangements I may need in the future and recommend them for anyone getting married in the Sonoma County area! -
