Professional and timely
I ordered Freeze Dried Rose Petals in Pinks, Orange, and Yellow for Pathways (70 cups). When I reached out to customer service, they were extremely nice and helpful. Their rose petal calculator on their website was also super useful! The petals arrived in a timely manner and they turned out beautiful on the wedding day. Would definitely recommend! -

I ordered a handful of silk petal samples and received them incredibly quickly - I was super impressed with their labeling system, and they kindly included an extra petal color (separated and labeled with details) that they thought might go well with my wedding colors (it did!!) -

They were very helpful and assisted with any questions we had. Price was reasonable. The flowers arrived before the date we needed them by, were packaged nicely and were beautiful. We used the flowers for the aisle and flower girl and they looked amazing. Would highly recommend! -

STUNNING rose petals!
The rose petals from Petal Garden are the most beautiful you will find! We used the Ivory pathway petals (with some premium on top) on the aisle, and on the tables we used a mix of reds. The petals were a perfect finishing touch. -

So happy I bought these petals!
I purchased petals for an outdoor wedding. I used the romantic mix for the flower girl and as confetti. The quality was hands down amazing. I was unsure about frozen petals but a few days before the wedding they completely softened. So happy -

I was not expecting the great customer service when I order rose petals for the flower girl to sprinkle around. My wedding was during the pandemic and the Cathleen Whitney from customer service reached out to me to check if my wedding had moved. I had completely forgotten about the order and was so happy they reached out to me!! The product was fabulous they were freeze dried roses and came back to life when they were steamed. Amazing product and great customer service!!! -

I ordered the burgundy and blacklight freeze dried petals and it was absolutely beautiful petals. They came in by mail in perfect condition and detailed instructions on how the soften them before your wedding. I definitely recommend them. -

The rose petals were top quality and came much faster than I had imagined. They are so beautiful and perfect! The colors are more vibrant than I had anticipated as well. I cant wait to use them on my wedding day! I ordered samples to pick the right color of petals and with the sample was a code for free shipping. That was actually amazing, and helpful seeing as weddings are already expensive, and the samples were actually less than the shipping charge I didnt have to pay! THANK YOU! It was definitely part of my wedding vision to have guests toss petals. When I realized how much the florist was going to charge, I thought to myself, there has to be another way. Then I found Petal Garden! I'm SO glad I did. I ordered freeze-dried petals from them, and they were absolutely perfect. They made sure to ship them out according to my wedding date to ensure optimum freshness, and when I inquired to ensure they were being shipped, I received a prompt and polite response. Tracking was provided with my shipment once it went out. I couldn't recommend Petal Garden more if you need rose petals on your wedding day! Truly a great experience! -

Petal Garden has amazing silk petals literally in every color!! Unfortunately after buying lots of peach silk petals for our wedding the venue told us if we want an outdoor ceremony the petals have to be real... so I emailed Petal Garden and asked for an exchange! They were super responsive and so helpful! They let me exchange the unopened silk petals for their freeze dried petals! We ordered the freeze dried rose petals to scatter on the grassy aisle area of an outdoor wedding. They looked wonderful! We were very happy with our purchase! I'd definitely recommend using Petal Garden. Their customer service was spot on also. They recommended we wait until closer to the wedding to ship for freshness and I really appreciated the advice. Great company! Would absolutely recommended this company to a bride looking for rose petals for her wedding. I needed plum, pink, and ivory petals, some of which I could find on Amazon but I wanted to make sure the plum and pink petals were the color I needed. At petal garden, I was able to get samples of 8 different colors at no charge and I even messed up on which colors I wanted and they fixed it for me. The samples were there within days and when I placed my actual order of petals, it was here within days as well. Such a great company! -

Petal garden came to my rescue when I made a last minute decision to add silk rose petals to my ceremony aisle. I called petal garden at the last minute after i received my order of rose petals from Aliexpress and was devastated. They helped me pick the best color over the phone and gave me the best shipping idea for my time range which ended up not even being the most expensive one. When I got them I was so relieved, they were beautiful and the perfect color. The were opaque unlike my cheepo china ones. I was really happy and would definitely recommend them. Start somewhere good and spend a little more to save yourself the trouble and panic. -

On Black Friday I ordered 2000 burgundy petals for my wedding. When I received them I realized I ordered the wrong color, the Crimson petals were the dark ones I wanted. I called Petal Garden and immediately a person answered. Jacque was extremely nice, understanding, and very helpful. Not only did they go out of their way to make sure I got the new petals for the same price but they went above and beyond to help me with shipping issues (I was in the process of leaving for a vacation and also moving). The president of the company also emailed me to make sure my order was taken care of! Amazing customer service!! -

Petal Garden sells freeze dries rose petals for your wedding. For a few bucks they will send you a sample. Very nice! Much less expensive than fresh rose petals. These are real flower petals. They will ship them 2 weeks before your wedding for the best color. Since they are so inexpensive, you can use them to line the aisle, sprinkle on the tables, sprinkle on your bed, as well as have the flower girls toss them! You can also use them for the guests to toss instead of rice or birdseed. Unlimited possibilities! -

I wanted affordable centerpieces without compromising on the look... after receiving a sample from Petal Garden, we went with lanterns surrounded by freeze dried rose petals. I had some concerns the color would be faded or the petals would be brownish, but not the case at all. The petals were whole, held up well, and had a lovely purple color. I ordered a second box 2 weeks before the wedding and the customer service rep was wonderful in making sure it arrived on time. -

What an amazing company! I needed the flower petals earlier than Petal Garden had planned to send them. My daughter needed to match some of the petals colors with some other items she needed. After I received their e-mail stating the date I would receive them, I e-mailed them (after hours) to request an earlier receipt date. I called them the next morning to verify. Not only was the lady I spoke with SO very nice, they had already prepared the items and were shipping them to me that day! I bought silk rose petals and they were wonderful quality compared to another cheaper site I bought from to match my wedding colors. I would recommend to double the amount your think you should get. I needed rose petals for a 50' aisle and I ended up ordering more petals to double the amount.

I was very impressed with Petal Gardens. I ordered samples of the organza 6x9 bag to see if the ornament for the Bridal Shower would fit in it. To my surprise it fit perfectly. I ordered some freeze dried petal to use as part of our centerpieces. For $2 they will send you up to 10 different color samples and when you order they will ship your order based on your event date which was nice. The petals were of exceptional quality. The colors were great and after letting them sit our for a week or so they really softened up...not as soft as a fresh petal but they were no longer brittle. They looked like fresh petals, not dried. -

I ordered 120 cups of rose petals for tossing cups and to line the aisle at the ceremony. I put a note on the order form that I would appreciate it if they could make the mix more “lavender/purple” if it was possible. When the petals arrived I was surprised to see that they did such an amazing job of getting me a total purple mix of rose petals. Not only that there was a note on my invoice that said they gave me extra petals since there was some ivory mixed in. Awesome. -

I was contacted within 10 minutes of placing the order to confirm and it was shipped out the next day! I received within days of ordering them!
The only complaint I have is that many of the petals were bent or had folds, which in the way I am planning on using them, does not work well, but I am going to try to work around it! -

Great service
Order came on time and was as anticipated. I liked that they delayed delivery until closer to the wedding to ensure the petals were pristine for the ceremony. Their calculator to estimate how much to order was accurate. I would highly recommend them. -

I wanted flower petals and the piece of mind that they wouldn't show up all wilted, so I went with freeze dried petals. The petals are beautiful, albeit a little pricey for the quantity that you get. Petal Garden was super quick and I had no issues ordering from them. -

I don't think the coupon that came with the sample should have an expiration date. And if it does it should be more than just a couple weeks after your sample order. -

Very disappointed that the petals I received in the mail are PURPLE and NOT blue like the picture. What makes it worse is that I paid 8.95 for shipping which they do not refund if I return the petals AND they charge a 20% restocking charge, on top of the shipping I would have to pay to ship it back. Not even worth returning to get 1/3 of what I paid. They should have more lenient return policies since their colors are not what the picture shows. Do not conduct business with them, your petals won't be the color in the picture.UGH! -

I went with Petal Garden for my freeze dried flowers, because it had good reviews. HOWEVER, I contacted the company to request info and discuss my order and I did appreciate that I got a quick response. I was told that my order would be shipped within the next week, but my order wasn't shipped until the week of my wedding. When I called to find out why it was just now being shipped, the lady tried to put the blame on me for the delayment in shipping, but later admitted that the freeze drier was having issues. I was assured to get my flowers 2 days before my wedding, but when I ordered I was told I would get it within 2 weeks of my wedding, so I had plenty of time. The lady told me I could pay more to have the shipping expedited and it wasn't until I explained how outrageous it was that I had to pay more for a problem caused by them that she finally said they will try to drop it off at the post office later that night so they could go out over the weekend. I also ordered 50 cups of flowers, but in reality I measured it out and it only seemed as thought I received 30 cups. While the petals were pretty, they did have a horrible smell to them (which I wasn't expecting the best, but wasn't expecting it to be horrible). A good portion of the petals were crumbled. Overall, not happy with my experience and would look around somewhere else first! -

Terrible experience
I had paid extra to get rose petals delivered a few days prior to my engagement day, however, despite that they came one-day post engagement. I had been talking with the customer service and the ownership a couple days prior to the engagement. The ownership did not take any responsibility of it and said that it’s just the UPS‘s fault and we’re not willing to help me out at all when I asked to refund my money even after the engagement they were not helpful and they were not willing to do that so it has definitely left a sour taste in my mouth and I do not recommend them. -

Petal Garden are extrmely rude & unhelpful. I never actually received my order, despite getting tracking saying it was delivered. PG refused to do anything, advising if I wanted the order I had to pay again AND with rush shipping. What awful customer service. 1 week out from my wedding & I'm without my order. I will be trying Flyboy Natutals instead. Save yourself the aggravation & order from somewhere else. -

I had a horrible experience with this company. I purchased two boxes of rose petals for my flower girl on 3/19. The items shipped by the next day, 3/20, and I starting tracking the package. The item was supposed to arrived on Friday 3/22 and the last available tracking information said it left NY on 3/21. As of today, 3/26, I still have no package and I am only in PA.
I called the company and that woman who answered couldn't help me at all. She couldn't track it and it if it was lost, she said she couldn't do anything for me. What terrible service. They ship with a method they cannot track and offer no options if the product is lost.
I told her I would make a purchase from another company and there was silence on the line. So I said goodbye, no answer again and I hung up. -
