From start to finish, the experience with Kara and the Petprom team was nothing short of exceptional. Kara is so helpful and pleasant, and works with you and your budget to bring your dream vision to life.
Our wedding had 11 persons in total, and I felt like the team gave us the same level of professionalism, organization and attention to detail as they would have if it were a 200-person wedding.
Over the course of around 3 months, from dress alteration, planning, florals, venue decor and overall day-of coordination, the team went above and beyond our expectations.
Thanks again Kara, Diba, Janique and the team. I would highly recommend Petals and Promises for any event. -

As a fellow wedding planner letting go of the reins and entrusting my wedding in the hands of another planner was tough. The moment I spoke with Kara-Ann I knew I was in great hands. Kara-Ann and her team executed flawlessly, she was the best friend every bride needs on her wedding day. Petals and Promises was the piece of mind and the calm I needed to cross the finish line. I would do it all over again!
The day was everything I could have asked for and I really couldn’t have asked for a better team than the gang at Petals and Promises. Kara made sure we were okay every step of the way during the pandemic when the restrictions were rampant. She was so accommodating and adjusted things EVERY time we asked. You can’t think of having your big day without involving the most professional team to ever do it. -

We weee lucky enough to choose petals and promises. One of our friends who had a very pleasant experience with them had recommended.
Though we had other options main reason to choose petals and promises was Kara. She is amazing lady. Very professional. She meets our demands and very patient . She made our party so wonderful I didn’t wanted to return the stuff. That’s how beautiful the decorations were. The team with 2 men they were so cool. Sorry I never asked their names. Overall 5/5 is less to speak. U need to experience urself. -

Royalty Treatment
Kara and team treated us like family from our initial consultation. They were always available to answer any concerns or questions we had and was always flexible when we wanted to make changes. Our wedding day had a rain delay and the entire Petals and Promises team went into action to reset our ceremony and reception areas. They literally helped to bring our dream wedding to life and I don't know what we would've done without them. We truly felt like royalty on our day! Thank you soooo much to the Petals and Promises team.

I honestly couldn't have done it without Kara. I was overwhelmed and didn't know where to start, but once I spoke to her, a weight was instantly lifted! She took the wheel but was always professional, respectful and mindful that it was my wedding. She ensured I wasn't steering away from my vision, which was hard planning a wedding during Covid. On the roughest and most frustrating days she never lost her cool, she was patient and understanding. She suggested top notch vendors and handled everything. The day of the wedding she really stayed on top of everything. At one point after the reception, I snuck away to my room just to relax in the air conditioning and have a moment, and there was Kara behind me, its like she knew I needed her and was one step ahead and making sure the bride was OK!
We had the best day ever, the wedding was gorgeous and I'm so grateful the Petals and Promises team was so amazing. -

A simple thank you will never be enough to communicate our gratitude to Kara and Diba. Kara was professional, composed, gracious, and most of all patient with all the modifications Marlon and I wanted to make throughout our planning process. Kara was never too busy to take my calls, answer my ridiculous inquiries, or handle the issues that I was most concerned about.
Our wedding was perfect! It was a dream that came to reality with extra pixie dust. I am still in awe with the breathtaking decor. The evening's execution went off without a hitch and was on schedule, allowing us to bask in the magic without a worry in the world. Kara your expertise as a wedding planner is remarkable.
It was so natural and easy to talk to Kara and Diba, it felt like we knew each other before. Hats off to you both and once again, thank you! -

My Pixie team!
Thanks Kara and Team for making my special day amazing. From the beginning of the engagement process the Petals team was extremely supportive. During the planning process I changed my venue several times, and never once was the team frustrated, instead the team jumped into action suggesting decor and setup ideas based on the specific venue. Due to covid restrictions, I lost my, well what I then believed to be my dream venue, however, Kara made sure I was not stressed and suggested a backup plan immediately. Her calming personality made me feel at ease and in the end it turned out that the venue used was perfect for my day! On my wedding day, there were showers of blessing, as a bride this created anxiety, however seeing the Petals team jumping into action to ensure that all my guests were entertained, fed and comfortable made me feel so much better! I would recommend the services of Petals and Promises to anyone! Thank you Kara and team for being extremely patient with us and making us feel valued!

Petals & Promises Makes Dreams a Reality
I dont know where to start or end when writing this review. The Petals and Promises team held my hand during multiple changes due to C-19 and changing government protocols. They were kind, empathetic, checked in and reassured. The vision, though our numbers changed, didnt, and our at home garden wedding felt like botanical gardens at a secret location. Not only was our home beautiful but the calm, knowing and reassuring team made on the day execution a success which left no worries just euphoria. I highly recommend the PetProm team to alll brides! -

Surpassing All Expectations
Petals & Promises did the decor, florals & coordination for our wedding and they went above & beyond the call of duty.
Their style and flair is second to none! The ceremony and reception decor took our breaths away. It was somehow exactly what I asked for, while also far outdoing the wedding of my dreams.
Kara and her team were there to guide me through the process, calm my nerves, give invaluable suggestions and solutions, while being mindful of my budget. They were readily available to answer any question or concern.

I would remarry again just to have this amazing team working with me all over. Petals & Promises is not just a name, it promises you and delivers beyond your expectations. The staff personalities and positive attitudes is everything especially their head pixie Kara-Ann Anderson. She has the most soothing and calming voice, absolutely nothing seems wrong with her around. She made you feel like the most important person/couple in the world and that's how a bride/groom wants to feel on their special day. Our entire planning experience with them was magical and everything I dreamed of.
