  Exactly what I envisioned!!!

  I found Personally Arranged on Wedding Wire with already great reviews. I knew she was close to me as well and that was something I was looking for. I spoke to Carol about my vision and gave her my color palette and size request. She allowed me to find perfect center piece buckets that matched my theme and enhanced. Carol with Personally Arranged was a pleasure to work with and was able to put my idea into reality. The flowers were everything I wanted or imagined to want.

  Carol was absolutely amazing! I showed her a few pictures and my ideas and she created exactly what I wanted. She was extremely affordable and went above and beyond any florist. I would recommend her three times over. Her work was perfect and beyond beautiful.

She is very warm, passionate, professional, caring, kind, a great listener, creative, and budget conscious-- qualities needed in a vendor. My wedding was during Mother's Day weekend, which significantly increased the the cost of flowers, Carol, found creative yet beautiful ways to stay with in budget. She incorporated my Elegant Vintage theme beautifully in the centerpieces very well. She understands that your wedding is the most beautiful day of your life, and treats it as such, going above and beyond in areas that probably should have been my wedding coordinator's job. I was truly blessed to have Carol as my florist, I 1000% recommend.

  Working with Carol to establish what my bride to be Kayla wished was very easy. On the day we all sat down to discuss all the concepts for flowers, Carol had several different concepts already laid out. She had done her homework with looking at ideas Kayla had pinned to Pinterest. She was in communication with us from the day we talked about her doing our flowers for the wedding till the very moment we said I do. The ideas and concepts that were once just thoughts and idea were exceeded on the day of our wedding. We thought the wedding was very beautiful with all the different arrangements that Carol created. Not only were we very impressed, but all of guests kept raving and were amazed by all the flower arrangements that Carol created. Carol took the ideas and concepts in Kayla's head, and made it even more beautiful than she (we) could imagine. Thank you Carol for making our day so memorable by making it such a beautiful, personal, and memorable moment.

  Carol was an absolute godsend! Carol reached out to me after I posted an ad looking for a florist in the Baltimore/Towson area. I was on a very tight (almost non existent ) budget but Carol was still willing to work with me. The mockups she made of the bouquets, centerpieces and church arrangements were spectacular. My mom and I were amazed at what she was able to do with such a small budget. The day of the wedding, Carol and her assistant were there early and through the ceremony to make sure everything was arranged properly. People could not get over how beautiful my arrangements and bouquets were. Aside from Carol's floral talents, she is also a spectacular and kind person. She offered to help with all aspects of our wedding and gave us great advice along the way. Thank you Carol for making my wedding day beautiful!

  “Personally Arranged” is the perfect name for Carol Rytter’s flower business. Carol gave personal, undivided attention to my mother and I from the very beginning. She met with us multiple times, listened to my thoughts, went through my wedding Pinterest board with me to get a feel for style and decor, and was quickly synced with the vision I had for my wedding flowers. She went above and beyond for my bridal bouquet, she worked on it until it was 100%, exactly what I had envisioned. The desire she showed and the importance that she stressed on giving me the wedding flowers of my dreams was evident from beginning to end. Carol is passionate, creative, knowledgeable, personable, attentive, organized and accountable. I would not have changed a thing if I had it to do all over again. Thank you, Carol, for exceeding my expectations and giving us absolutely gorgeous bouquets, boutineers, pomanders, corsages, centerpiece and other reception flowers for my wedding — they were all masterfully executed and breathtakingly beautiful!!

  I planned my wedding in less that 4 weeks. Time was crucial. Carol was so professional and flexible that we managed to do everything on time. She had another event a night prior to our day but promised to help me too. After the final agreement, I had to add a couple more items to the order and she managed to do them all.   A month later, I still get compliments on centerpieces of the wedding. If I have another event requiring lots of flowers, I will look no further.

I asked that she do two memorial flowers for my husband mother and my grandparents and she made them look so beautiful and personalized Everything was breathtaking and truly she loves what she does. If you looking for someone to listen to your vision and not theirs.....Personally Arranged is your first and last stop.

  The most unique thing about aptly named Personally Arranged is the personal touch. Carol is willing to work with you through each phase of the creation of your perfect wedding. She is extremely professional- responding quickly to requests, incorporating new ideas and working within your price range.
  
  The flowers she created for our wedding were unlike anything I had seen before. She took my different and challenging wedding scheme and turned it into a beautiful celebration of florals. She was able to use all six (yes, six) of my colors and make them work seamlessly together.
  
  Her natural talent allows you and your affianced to give her the rudimentary idea of your wedding and she will provide you with multiple ideas. In the same vein, she is also capable of creating anything you stumble upon on pinterest. Beyond that, she is transparent about which flowers are in season (apparently flowers have seasons) to keep your budget where you want it.
  
  Finally, Carol's affable demeanor makes something that could be very stressful fun and exciting. We were laughing through our meetings and subsequent mock-ups (which is another great perk you don't get with other vendors: being able to see your flowers before the wedding!). I highly recommend Personally Arranged for any floral needs.

  I would hire Carol again. She was nice, accommodating, easy to talk to. Her bouquets were just perfect, and the other flowers and everything else were well done too.
  
  I was the wedding planner for my best friend's wedding. I knew we didn't have a lot of money to spend on flowers, so I originally planned on doing the flowers myself. Luckily, I found Carol's info from a thread on Potomac Wholesale flowers. I originally contacted her because I wanted someone's advice on how I could do it myself. Well, after hearing all my questions on what my options were, Carol was very understanding and told me about how she got started in the flower business, and was very honest and said she could do the flowers for a reasonable price. She even offered to lend me certain items like vases or frog clips, if I wanted to.
  
  In the end, we hired Carol to do the centerpieces, bouquets, boutonnieres, and mother's flowers, including delivery to Annapolis. The bouquets were beautiful and exactly what we wanted! Carol ended up decorating the cake table, sweetheart table, gift table, bar, and buffet with additional items like flower petals and candles. I am really appreciative that she did those extra finishing touches; it was very thoughtful of her (she knew that I wasn't there to make finishing touches like that since I was in the wedding party), and it really enhanced the look of the reception space!
  
  I knocked a half-star off because the centerpieces flowers were a shade of purple that bride and Mother of the Bride hadn't discussed during the planning stages. The centerpieces themselves were beautiful and she did a good job putting it all together, it's just the color we weren't expecting. Despite that, I feel that everything looked great.
