Amazing Quality
I didn't order for a wedding, these were for company giveaways for tradeshows, but they are amazing quality. Better quality than more expensive ones we purchased from a different company. These are about half the price and twice the quality. We are very pleased with our purchase. They were sure to contact me several times to ensure that the product logo we had printed on them was exactly what we wanted. They are very responsive to emails and were great to work with! We will for sure be ordering for them again! -

I found this site online and they were amazing! John and his team were prompt, answered all questions immediately, and very helpful. The koozies were beautiful! I had 200 printed with a color photograph for a couple of Celebration of Life tributes. They were a huge hit - with family and friends, both here and in Mexico! Absolutely fantastic from start to finish
I can't say enough about the custom koozies I designed and received for my goddaughter's wedding. This is probably the 5th or 6th time I've designed and purchased koozies over the last few years for our MS Walk Team koozies and will continue to do so. The process is so easy, love that you can design it 100% yourself or you can tell the designers what you want or what little tweaks you'd like. Then they send you a proof via email so you can see what the design looks like and you can ask for changes/updates as many times as you want until you get it just the way you want it. I'm in love with these wedding koozies! They are high quality, beautiful colors and the customer service absolutely CANNOT be beat! Very responsive, professional and appreciative.
Will continue to use them for years to come. -

South Coast Waterfowl is my apparel company. We purchased the magnetic Koozies in mint and the heather grey colors. These Koozies came out great! The magnet holds up a 12 oz beer bottle! They also fit the slim 10oz cans or the 12 oz cans.

Ordered 100 koozies for a 25th wedding anniversary party. Process for ordering koozie style / color and imprint color, uploading and approving image imprint was fast, flawless and efficient. Absolutely awesome. We had ordered coozies from a different company a few weeks ago (Imprint - NEVER use them) and they completely let us down. I emailed them the day our coozies were supposed to arrive and they hadn't even started the order yet. I found koozies online in my desperate search and they were GREAT. Really easy to work with, when one of our colors was unavailable all it took was a few easy emails between me and Deb to set it all right. They just arrived yesterday and they are AWESOME. I was in a rush for a last minute idea. I gave them a brief summary of my keepsake gift. They took it and ran with it- made creative decisions that were perfect and when time was of the essence and they couldn’t reach me, they went with their gut and processed it for me. What a great company! From customer service to the finished product, this company is awesome. I was assisted on chat with questions I had and after I placed my order I was surprised at how fast I received my proof (which is free by the way). Celebration of Life
We had well over 225 coozies made to clear rate the life of my brother who passed away suddenly. His heart gave out before we were all ready. We gave our friends a coozie w/ his picture and wording on it, to take w/ them on all of their vacations and crazy travels. It was fun to see the pictures of the places he traveled. While not a wedding product review it is a Company review!
I found Personalized Drinkware on line and after looking not only on line but locally for 2 types of Koozies which we wanted for an event in 2 weeks I contacted Personalized Drinkware via there website using the Chat option. With in 2 hours I had placed the order, sent them our logo, got a proof to look at and approve then 10 working days later the order was in my office. Both Scott and Shannon were great to work with and I never waited more than 10 minutes for an answer to a question I had.
I would recommend them to any one need specialty items for any event!!!

This company was excellent. We used their koozie service for my grandmother's 90th birthday party. They offered great customer service, timely delivery, and great prices. All I had to do was type text, send photos and the artist did the rest. I did a lot of research with other companies and they either had much higher prices, hidden fees, or wanted completed artwork. I was worried this company's promises were too good to be true. I thought maybe the photo on the koozie may look cheesy or the quality of the koozies would be cheap. It absolutely was not true. The koozies were a hit! I would strongly recommend Personalized Drinkware. -

This company has been absolutely amazing! The wrong item was ordered (most likely my fault) and they didn't hesitate for one second to get the right product out to me. While we didn't use personalizeddrinkware.com for anything wedding related, we have been using them for five or six years in a row now for personalized koozies for our annual fishing tournament. The staff is always a huge help and quick to offer advice for the best looking product. Our koozies always come out looking better than we expect, and they are always a huge hit with tournament participants. We'll definitely continue to use this company every year. Highly recommended for koozies of any sorts! -

We had the absolute BEST experience with personalized drinkware for our wedding koozies!! We wanted neoprene koozies and had a specific design in mind which they created perfectly for us! They were also very flexible with going back and forth on different color options (they have the most color options from any other company) for our proofs before finalizing the order! I could not be any happier with the koozies we received and cannot wait to use them on our wedding day! I seriously can't say enough good things about this company. I saw this company online when I was trying to find a vendor for my wedding coozies. I was having a hard time designing what I wanted on their website, so I emailed them a picture of something I had wanted, and explained in detail the colors and dates and what not. Almost immediately they had responded and sent me a proof of what the product would be like which was exactly what I wanted! Once I approved the proof and paid for the product, they arrived shortly at my home. They are GREAT quality and an even better price! Such great customer service, would highly recommend them! -

Scott and the team at Personalized drinkware are awesome. They went above and beyond to provide the very best customer service to ensure our special day was everything we wanted. We ordered burlap coozies for our wedding favors- Our bottle burlap coozies came out perfect and were of high quality, but we were not happy with the way our personal design printed on the can burlap coozies, which we received 10 days before our wedding. Scott was very quick in communicating with me and reprinted our entire order of 200 can coozies on neoprene, and then RUSHED order it to Hawaii- at no additional charge to us. We were ecstatic that the neoprene coozies reached us in time (two days before our wedding) and they looked superb. All of our guests loved the bottle and can coozies and the 60 extra that we had were gone by the end of the night! We were also able to keep the misprinted burlap can coozies- at no charge. I highly recommend Personalized drinkware to anyone looking for personalized coozies. They are the best out there! -

These cups made my party awesome, they themed may party, and carried style. Everyone commented on them. The Personalized Drinkware company not only responded quickly to inquiry on a tight 2 week schedule, but also responded with designs within hours for me. Then when I had not planned for a holiday weekend on my shipping (my error), and emailed at night over that holiday weekend, they responded with a tracking number immediately!! A joy to do business with and would do it again!! AND the cups looked AMAZING (metallic silver on black cups)!! My guests wanted one to take with them home at the end of the night! Great investment! Quick turnaround time and everyone loved the koozies we gave out as favors. However, I made the graphic for my koozies and I later saw them using it on their website as their own design. When I emailed about this the owner was a HUGE jerk and tried to tell me I was a liar. When I laid it all out in black and white for him he stopped answering my emails. Use them, but only if you go with their stock art - they might try to steal your design and sell it! -

We ordered custom neoprene koozies that were labeled "1 Day Rush Available" and were then told only a 2 Day Rush was presently available. I reached out to Deb (a customer service rep) who told me my order was in fact doable in a 1 Day Rush, and I paid over $130 to have them shipped via UPS Next Day Air Saver. Upon receiving notification of the UPS tracking number, I immediately realized that the package was not actually coming from NJ, but from a wholesale supplier in Texas - AND, they had the shipping address incorrectly shipping to my billing address. I reached out to Deb again to update the shipping address, and was immediately treated with a condescending attitude, that the company was "protected against things like this" so there was nothing they were required to do (e.g. pick up the phone and simply request that the wholesale supplier look on the loading dock and slap a new label on the package). I was forwarded on to Scott (whom I'm assuming is a manager or owner) who told me it was impossible to change the shipping label after morning when the truck was loaded. My last hope was to call the supplier in Texas, and a lovely lady answered and said "we have the package on our dock and will place the new label on it". Amazing, that a company would prefer to send a package that is not needed if it doesn't arrive to the correct address, versus picking up the phone to fix it all in a matter of seconds. I would never use this company again, simply for the fact that they lied about where the product was shipping from, they even use a supplier that DOES NOT DROP SHIP, so I would have received the wholesale invoice in my package. Ridiculously unprofessional, ridiculously rude. The customer is most certainly not always right, but when she is, and you can right a wrong instantly, just do the right thing. -
