    Seamless Experience

    Working with Personal Touch Party rentals was a dream! From our initial consultation to the wedding day we felt like we were a part of the family! They handled our chair and decor rentals and the drop-off and pickup were seamless. They watched the weather to make sure nothing would be sitting out in the rain and made sure that pickups were completed within the time limit to help us avoid any extra fee's from the venue! Their selection of items were amazing and helped bring our vision to life. I highly recommend working with this company if you are looking to feel supported through your planning process and want to have a seamless and professional experience on your wedding day. I plan on coming back with photos once they are ready!

    Excellent Service and Quick to Respond

    We absolutely loved our Wooden Wine Barrels that were setup at the entrance to our aisle. We were able to work with the florist to fancy them up with a beautiful flower arrangement that perfected the look that we were going for.

    Very professional

    The white dance floor was beautiful and spacious for my daughter’s venue on her special day! The company was extremely professional and accommodating for the time frame needed per venue rules and regs. Worth every penny spent!

    Our venue recommended that we rent tables, chairs, etc. from Personal Touch and I'm so glad they did! Everyone that I spoke with (mainly Karol) was so helpful both in person and over the phone. In addition they had a great relationship with our venue, so pickup and delivery was a breeze. I wholeheartedly recommend Personal Touch and will use then again should I need any rental items.

    I searched high and low for reasonably priced chair rentals with same day set-up and take-down. Personal Touch by far had the most reasonable pricing for Central Ohio. Also they were wonderful to work with. The chairs we rented were beautiful (the wooden garden chairs). They adjusted their set-up time to accommodate the fact that it was threatening to rain all day, and we didn't want the chairs to get rained on or need to have them wiped off if the ceremony could stay outdoors after the rain. Karyl was great with communicating via phone and e-mail. Overall they had excellent customer service and the chairs were beautiful. I would highly recommend them!

    Karyl the owner was super helpful. Rented tent chairs tables and extras. Would recommend to everyone. She even helped me find a great seamstress.

    Our caterer recommended Personal Touch. One visit to the office and we understood why. They had everything we needed and so much more.

    We came in with some ideas, the went in back and came out and created a demo set up right on the spot. They helped us tweak it until it was amazing.

    They told us exactly what dimensions of things like tables and chairs they needed to make sure everything would fit properly. We went back to the venue, tape measure and camera in hand and documented everything. We learned that in this case, a picture was worth the trip. We were able to show exactly the shape of the chair backs to get the right covers.

    As with every wedding, things change. Our counts changed, we figured out that we needed a coffee pot for the day after, we added a couple of accessory tables, simple things like that. The people at Personal Touch handled it with ease and updated the contract with every change order. Incredibly professional, understanding, and friendly.

    On the Friday before the wedding, I picked everything up at the time they said it would be ready. When our friends unpacked everything to set up, we had everything we ordered and nothing extra. Everything was clean, pressed, and ready for display.

    On the business side, we had looked at other rental places and Personal Touch was by far the most cost effective, making the value we received exceptional.

    We could not have been happier.

    I had so many questions and called her so many times to ask her advise. She always took the time to help and answer all of my questions.

    On the day of our wedding the weather turned bad and they made sure we had the extra items we needed to keep everyone warm.

    Personal Touch Party Rentals in Lancaster, OH, is the best special event rental provider serving Central Ohio!

    Our brief casual wedding ceremony was near the former Union Station arch in McFerson Commons within Columbus's Arena District. This required special circumstances because we only had a permit to be in the park for two hours, we had no way to transport 165 chairs, and we were not going to force our guests to arrange their own chairs!

    While researching companies to inquire about chair rentals, including two companies we actually spoke to at bridal fairs, it became very apparent that most similar companies in Central Ohio viewed our special circumstances as a burden, so much that they wanted to charge extra fees for making them work outside of their Monday-Friday business hours...Aren't most weddings and special events held on weekends?!?

    This is where Personal Touch Party Rentals saved the day! When I first contacted Personal Touch and explained our special circumstances in terms of set-up and tear-down, Erik and Karyl were immediately accommodating! They did not even consider charging extra fees for asking them to accommodate our circumstances, so without those fees their estimate was instantly $1000 LESS than their competitors!

    On our wedding day, they showed up promptly and set up our chairs quickly and perfectly. Then I believed they grabbed lunch nearby during our wedding and were waiting to tear down our chairs when we were done with photos in the park.

    Personal Touch ran the entire operation smoothly and could not have been more easy to deal with! I cannot recommend them enough!!

    We picked Personal Touch Party Rentals because they had experience working at our venue. The staff was excellent and very nice to work with. Always happy and willing to answer any questions when we called. We rented a tent and were able to call a few days before to add fans because our day was going to be so hot.

    The personal touch staff was wonderful and professional. I feel like I received a quality product at a reasonable price. They were easy to contact and very willing to work with you. I would use them again in the future for any other party needs!

    I rented a black curtain screen with lights strung on it, 2 lit trees, and around 30 white table cloths from them... everything was exactly as described, and at a very reasonable price
