    When i visited my daughter at Christmas we decided to make an appointment to see Rachel at Perfect Details because we had seen her website which we both thought has one of the largest collections of beautiful designer jewelry & accessories online. However, before we did any choosing or spending I wanted to see the items before I would make a commitment to any vendor. Wow! Her items are even more beautiful upon sight if that's possible. Rachel was wonderful! She was patient & knowledgeable & helped guide us in styling & choosing what was best for our wedding. Needless to say I bought for myself, my daughter for her wedding & her rehearsal dinner & for the 5 bridesmaids. I can not say enough about Rachel & her professionalism & I will not hesitate to order online from her for special occasions in the future. I see some valentine jewelry in my future!!

    I received a crystal clutch as a gift from my Aunt that she purchased for me at Perfect Details. I loved it and went to the site to see if I could find those elusive perfect earrings I needed for my wedding day. And fast forward...I did. Haute bride earrings. I then had to also purchase an everyday pendant I loved from La Vie Parisienne in their fashion jewelry section. The selection is amazing. The delivery was fast and communication regarding my order prompt and professional.

    The turnaround time was amazing! The earrings were perfect for my wedding. I was looking for something exactly like them and here I found them. The quality is great for the price.

    I love perfectdetails.com! I ordered the Pink Paradox London Starry Dyable Wedding Shoes and I absolutely love them! They look even better than the picture! And best of all, I received them in two days (no rush delivery)!

    I really can recommend to order your jewellery for your wedding with perfect details. I live in switzerland and they helped me a lot to get my jewellery in time. My earrings from erin cole are just gorgeous! A pice of art! I can't wait to wear them on my wedding! And the crystal comb is also very nice! Thank you perfect details!!!

    When I called with some questions regarding the fit of the wedding shoes I wanted to order - Julia by Badgley Mischka - Jan was very helpful but I was still hesitant to order them without trying them on. She asked where I lived (San Francisco) and told me they have a showroom in Burlingame (they have moved from Santa Cruz)! I made an appointment and was at first unsure if I had the right place since they are located in an office building complex. She had my shoes out and waiting and even some earrings and hair ornaments that she thought might work with my dress (I had emailed a picture to her at her suggestion). Not only did I love my shoes, I left with the perfect Erin Cole earrings AND Sorrelli earrings for my bridesmaids gifts. So thanks Jan! Would never have picked out the bridesmaids earrings myself but they look great with their dressses and they love them! Worth a trip if you live in the area but you do need to make an appointment.

    I found this website while searching for a "statement necklace" for my wedding. My search led me to a gorgeous necklace by Badgley Mischka. I was hesitant to buy it because I did not see any reviews on the website, but finally decided to purchase it and with less than two weeks before my wedding. I emailed the company my wedding date and they responded immediately indicating the best shipping method to make sure I received the necklace on time. I received it three days before my big day and I was amazed when I opened the box. The necklace was beyond stunning. It truly complemented my dress and everyone commented on how gorgeous it was. I will definitely use this company again for future accessory purchases.

    Absolutely gorgeous art deco earrings were the perfect finishing touch for my clean, simple wedding look. Responsive and helpful customer service is second to none - when it seemed like the earrings might not make it to my apartment in DC before I left for my New Orleans wedding, they offered to ship a second pair via next-day air to New Orleans, just so I could have the accessories I wanted.

    I needed a Haute Bride hair comb to match my earrings & necklace ASAP. I was promised to have it 2 days before my wedding and it arrived 2 weeks before! The customer service of the website is top notch. I worked with them to make sure the pearls were the right colors (ivory vs. white) and such. I really appreciate the sincere and high quality customer service and highly recommend them to brides, bridesmaids, anyone who wants a snazzy piece for a special event! I can't wait to wear my hair comb on my Big Day!

    Just FYI - rush fee was $20 but it was worth it, my fault for waiting until the last minute. Some of the jewelry is expensive on their site but its VERY high quality. You get what you pay for!

    The team at Perfect Details went above and beyond to help me selecting the perfect pieces for my wedding. I was feeling challenged to select earrings and a hair piece online and they were wonderful about giving me advice and sending me photos of pieces together. I was pleasantly surprised by the effort and care they put into helping me.

    The jewelry is expensive. I ordered ear rings that did not work with my dress. I only had 10 days to return them which when you are planning a wedding and everything is crazy town, you know is not enough time to even get a thought together let alone travel to where your dress is to try on ear rings to see if they work. Perfect Details made a stressful time even more stressful. They refused to give me a refund for the $165 ear rings but did FINALLY agree to exchange them for other merchandise. I would not recommend them for your wedding jewelry needs.

    Yes, our return policy is strict, but we are also very clear about it. Our return policy is posted within the check out process and all customers, bridal or not are required to read it and "click" the agreement button.

    To clarify, one does not have 10 days to return the jewelry. Customers have 10 days to request a return authorization and then an additional 5 days to post the merchandise back to us. We also grant extensions if informed upfront.

    This customer had her personal assistant contact us to request a return. She contacted us 30 days after the earrings had been received.

    Looking over the emails, we were very flexible. The customer's personal assistant contacted us twice, the 2nd time explaining the situation and we offered her an exchange for any merchandise on the site. Note, we are not just bridal. We offer an extensive assortment of non-bridal merchandise.

    Communication was timely and friendly, it just wasn't what the customer wanted to be told. Note she did tell us that she absolutely loved the hair accessory that she had also purchased.

    This vendor was very rude and difficult when I inquired about returning the item I ordered. My mother offered her pearls and I no longer needed the earrings... Below is a snippet of the email.

    Simply not true. Customer requested to cancel order 3 days after placed. The item: pearl earrings with CZ hearts, had already shipped. She wanted to cancel because the earrings and a tiny CZ heart and she told us she hated jewelry with hearts. We simply told her that once she received the shipment there would be return instructions in the box and to follow these instructions. As the package was already shipped there was nothing we could do until the box was received. She never contacted us.

    Still waiting and waiting.

    Terrible Experience!!! After contacting returns department due to an issue with my earrings, (they were extremely heavy and looked/felt like cheap plastic) they gave me all instructions to return the item, which I followed. Placed the return box in the post office ON THE SAME DAY, sent an email with the receipt and tracking info (so I have proof), but unfortunately I am still waiting for the refund on my account. I have not been getting any answers to my emails, also tried to contact to number that appears on their website, and no one ever answers, always a machine. I have my wedding to plan and no time for this bullshit, will never use this waste of time of service. I'm still waiting for my money. Hopefully now someone will see this, instead of running from my emails.

    Awful customer service. Purchased $230 earrings from this company, received the earrings but the “white pearls” were silver. I contacted the company about a return (you have 5 days after receiving the item to request a refund and ship back the product.) It took them 4 days to reply, even though they expect you to request a refund and ship it back in 5? They have extremely specific return and shipping requests. It cost me a fortune to return my earrings due to their shipping requests. They also charge a 5% restocking fee for all returns. It’s been almost 2 months and I have yet to receive a refund or promises of a refund. Which means I’ve been paying 19% interest on my credit card for 2 months and now expected to pay a 5% restocking fee on top of that. I have contacted the company and keep getting excuses as to why they are too busy to process my return. On June 27th they told me via email they were too busy as they “were just getting back from a fashion show and getting caught up” “we will process your return within the next week.” It’s now July 18th and no emails or refund. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

    I just experienced the worst customer service I've ever had. My mom ordered me the haute bride crystal drop earrings for my wedding as my statement piece of jewelery. When they arrived I wasn't thrilled with their quality but since I spent so much time researching this piece I stuck with my decision to wear them on my wedding day. They sat in the box as did all of the other items I purchased for the wedding. However when I put them on minutes before my ceremony the crystal in the front came off in my fingers. I had to substitute for the earrings my mom brought for herself. When I called after getting home from my honeymoon the woman on the phone immediately started talking over me when she found out why I was calling. She insinuated that I mishandled them by saying "I don't know what you did to them after you received them" and was on the defense the entire call. I have to say NONE of the other vendors I used for the wedding came close to being as rude and unaccommodating as the woman from perfect details. Unfortunately I am stuck with a $195 pair of earrings that, even if repaired as is their policy, I don't need. The UNbelievably rude customer service was worse than not having my statement piece of jewelery on my wedding day.

    At Perfect Details our return policy requires that customers request an RA# within 10 days of receipt of shipment and we do not accept return requests or returns after one's wedding date or event date.
    The order referenced above was received Feb. 25th 2013. The wedding was May 5th 2013. The customer contacted us on June 6th 2013. We did offer to have the earrings repaired free of charge so that they could be worn again or resold on any of the numerous bridal resale sites, but the offer was declined.
