Wedding Planning Simplified

Ronni and her team at Perfect Touch were instrumental in putting together our wedding in a relatively short time period - the result was a beautiful, smooth, and unforgettable wedding day. One of my bridesmaids told me it was hands down the least stressful wedding she had ever been a part of. Personally, I am so grateful for the advice on which vendors to book and when to book them. Almost all of our vendors were suggested by Ronni and they were all wonderful.

Wedding Coordinator

Would definitely recommend - we had a few meetings within the year before wedding. Two in depth ones right before. She helped with decor ideas, problems that came up, and day of had everything totally covered! Great price too.

Ronnie was absolutely amazing. She pretty much had to do our service with her imagination. We had no idea what we really wanted. Made the impossible possible!

I am not sure how I could have had my large wedding without Ronnie! Between having our venue close, changing our wedding date, COVID, changing our wedding again, and then trying to remember all the important details we discussed almost 2 years prior. Ronnie is the best of the best and the most detailed oriented person I know— I couldn’t recommend her enough!

Handled all the details

We asked Perfect Touch to help us put together our event on short notice. They handled everything, kept our budget on track, arranged for all our vendors and more. Gave us all the support we could have wanted and thought of things we wouldn't have. We didn't have to do anything but show up and see our guests. We got more than we expected and were glad we used them. Will definitely call them again.

Ronni Will Make It Happen

I planned a wedding in Kansas from out of state and could not have done so without Ronni and her team. She was there for me for MONTHS, responding to every text, email, and call I made to her and thought of things I never in a million years would have. The day of, everything was taken care of from start to finish without me or my family having to do a thing. I would hire Perfect Touch again in a heartbeat.

Perfect Touch Customs Wedding is the way to go to help minimize the stress of planning a wedding. Ronni and her staff worked with my daughter and I to deliver a first class event. Their attention to detail throughout the entire process of planning, till after the event was paramount. My daughter and our families got to enjoy the wedding while Ronni and her staff took care of everything from coordinating the vendors, decorations, set up and break down of the venue and welcoming the guests.

I love this vendor! Ronni has always messaged me, answered my calls, or returned my calls whenever I needed to speak to her. I am very grateful we used her for our officiant! She is very professional and answers my questions without making me feel like I am bothering her! She helped with a moh dress problem at the wedding and sat with us before the wedding so we could plan the whole ceremony. I definitely recommend using this vendor!

I only interviewed one wedding coordinator and knew right away I did not need to look any further, and boy was I right!
Ronni made my wedding, I could not have done it without her.
She made the whole day special, as well as the whole planning process.
She has an eye and an instinct as well as a pragmatism that made me relaxed and secure, knowing Ronni was "on it". I will miss her now that its over! Now if she could just plan my life lol

Ronni was an excellent officiant for our wedding. We needed to find someone on short notice, and Ronni was extremely flexible and communicative as we planned our wedding ceremony. She crafted a script that was absolutely perfect for our special day--we had many family members compliment us on our officiant selection! Overall, incredibly personable, flexible, and professional. Ronnie made my day perfect. I live in Texas, and Ronnie made my wedding happened, I met her once in July, and I saw her the day before the wedding, she cept us on budget. Every issue I had she fixed, she was flexible, and professional. She's worth every penny and all my guests had fun, loved the food. She cares about what the bride and groom wants they get no matter what anyone says.

We felt everything went awesome with our special day. I was even worried when the ceremony ran late and Ronnie our officiant told me not to worry most all weddings run late. It went so smoothly during the ceremony, you would think we were actors and had done this daily for a living or something. I would recommend this company to others as we had no problems and we were very pleased with our outcome.

Both Ronnie and Dan were great! Dan worked with us to create a unique ceremony script and made our service exactly what we envisioned. We live out of state and our marriage license was lost in the mail so Ronnie took our duplicate to the courthouse herself to make sure the state received it. She went out of her way to ensure we received our certified copy. She really saved the day! :)

What a great experience we had with Ronni and her staff! The wedding planning was an enjoyable process. Ronni kept us on task, on budget and on time and she was a great source of ideas and vendors for the wedding. The day of the wedding was very stress-free and as the mother of the bride I got to just relax and enjoy the day with my daughter and her bridesmaids. OMG, I do not even know where to start Ronni johnson is the best wedding planner ever! She did everything I asked and then some. She made my dream Wedding come to reality! She really did her very best to keep me on track with the budget LOL. She even help me keep my diva – bridesmaids under control thank you very much for that! I knew I was in good hands the moment I met Ronni Johnston. I walked into the bridal show over a year before my wedding and was completely overwhelmed. So many large decisions that never crossed my mind. My military fiance was out of state, my mother was over 2 hours away, and I had just started a new full-time job. Ronni met with me as often as I wanted/needed and worked around my crazy schedule, meeting me late on weeknights and early on weekends. She quickly helped us find a location that would comfortably seat all our guests for ceremony and reception. She made sure I was aware of costs upfront prior to committing to anything. Ronni made recommendations and saved me hours upon hours of time investigating and reviewing vendors. By the time the wedding was close, my friends, family, co-workers, and patients couldn't believe how relaxed I was about the whole event. If something went wrong on the wedding day, I had no clue. Neither did my guests. I have had nothing but compliments on flow of ceremony, set up, decorations, food, and service (with amazing photos to prove it)! Ronni and her team made my day absolutely perfect. There couldn't have been a better way to start our happily ever after!! Thank you so much for everything you do Perfect Touch Custom Wedding Team!! Ronni was a life saver during the entire wedding planning process and day of activities. For being an out of town bride Ronni offered wonderful recommendations and was always aware of our budget. Her research and planning saved me numerous hours.

Ronni and her staff were amazing on the day of our wedding. There wasn't one thing that we had to worry about. If anything did happen I was never aware of it!

I would highly recommend Ronni and Perfect Touch Custom Weddings. The money that they saved me and the time is well worth the investment!

Great experience. Ronni handled numerous issues, always on time and always to my specifications. I had (and am currently still having) a horrible experience with a cake company called World of Wedding Cakes, and I'm fairly certain they left the last review about wedding officiant services. A truly immature trick, but not something that surprises me about W.O.W. I had zero problems with Ronni and would definitely recommend her!

Ronni was awesome! I had my wedding at the Wichita Boathouse which required a lot of decoration and detailed planning. She helped me every step of the way and was very kind and responsive with all my questions. She is very knowledgeable about everything wedding related and I would recommend to everyone getting married in Wichita. She got me discounts at multiple vendors and made my special day stress free; we felt like royalty on our wedding day!

Ronni Johnston helped me with anything and everything I needed. Plus she added a few touches of her own that helped make my day exceptionally memorable. I recommend her to anyone I know who's engaged.
I also had a rare issue araise last minute that gave her only a couple of weeks to pull everything together for me, and she pulled it off and then some.

Perfect Touch did a wonderful job in helping us make our wedding everything that we had hoped for! We really did not know where to begin so choosing Ronni ended up being a tremendous help. She took us through each step and provided her own ideas along the way. A big advantage for us was her knowledge of other vendors to use for photography, cakes, and flowers. Perfect Touch Custom Weddings was a good choice for our wedding. They were very flexible and able to personalize the ceremony for our wedding needs (which wasn't an easy task for us), and allowed us to pick our officiant (Robert was great). We always felt good after a meeting with them and they were good at answering our questions. It can be a little difficult to get in touch with them from time to time, but I would still choose Perfect Touch.

Our officiant, Filena, did an excellent job of officiating our wedding ceremony. She was very helpful and gave us great advice at our rehearsal. The ceremony was exactly want we wanted. Filena was soo great to work with and I would definetly recommend Perfect Touch.

Ronni was amazing, I'm wishy-washy and, change my mind A LOT, but she was very accommodating, didn't hesitate to help by showing me more options and kept me sane. She made awesome recommendations, for the food, the flowers, the rehearsal dinner and decore! My maid of honor and I DIY'ED as much as we could and gave Ronni the best description of how I wanted to look, so in the end I let her run with my vague ideas. Let me tell you IT WAS AMAZIN it's liked she read my mind, absolutely beautiful! She was very attentive and made sure I was well takin care of. Her team was amazing always making sure I needed anything, her and her team are out of this world. Mind you I had a wedding that was unique and unusual and even though it wasn't very heavy on traditional, it looked amazing. I had a large X kings table in the middle and smaller rounds, again her idea, I was cool. I liked Ronni mostly because she gave it to me straight. I had the best wedding anyone could have asked for. Ronni your the best and I would recommend you to everyone!!!

Splendid wedding

Overall, Perfect Touch was an amazing vendor and without them I don't think our event could have gone on as well as it did. We were new to the city, so we knew nothing of who the good vendors were in town, and thanks to Perfect Touch, we were able to have an amazing day. I highly recommend this vendor to anyone looking for some help with their wedding.

As a bride with no family in town and a maid of honor who lives in a different state, having Ronni by my side was priceless. We originally met with her for just an initial plan meeting after we got engaged and hired her before leaving because we could just tell she shared our vision and would help make it happen! She made planning less stressful by recommending the best most reliable vendors that would meet our specific needs and vision. She constantly made me feel better when I started to become overwhelmed or worried that we were falling behind in planning. And as much help as she was before the wedding, her help on the day of was even more invaluable. I can't imagine not having her there on our wedding day to be "the captain of our ship." She was the organizer, director, and trouble-shooter so I didn't have to be. Instead, we could just be a bride and a groom and fully enjoy our day!

Ronni and her team were very helpful in coordinating our wedding ceremony and reception. It was great to have her team do all the set up instead of asking family members and the bridal party to do so. Ronni took care of everything from invitations to providing an officiant for our unique ceremony. We had a combined American/Persian ceremony. Her recommendations helped us save cost on invitations, flowers, cake, groom's cake, and videography. Highly recommend.

Ronni and her staff orchestrated our wedding day in such a way that we really were able to enjoy the event. Having that stress removed from my mind brought me so much peace! In the year leading up to the wedding, Perfect Touch was able to introduce us to various vendors that I would not have found if I would have been doing this planning on my own. Each vendor Ronni works with was very respectful of her craft and made the relationships even easier to manage. Actually Ronni managed everything so it was so easy for us.

I worked with Ronni for 1.5 years. I picked out a lot of my vendors on my own but Ronni was able to help me select my DJ (and get me a good deal with him) and my florist. While there were times where I felt things could have been more organized, the day of turned out GREAT! Ronni also worked great with my mom and dad which was a huge plus. The design of my wedding which was done by her and the florist was unbelievable! Thank you Ronni!
