Very Professional

These guys are really organised and timely. Our driver Kevin was very courteous and friendly which may my wife really happy. The other 5 star reviews tell no lies and we are glad we went with them.

Great, courteous and seamless experience!

My brother’s surprise 50th birthday went off with a hitch! Jerry, our driver, was punctual, accommodating, and followed every explicit instruction to ensure the surprise went without a hitch while providing regular updates as to arrival status. He checked in throughout his wait to ensure a perfect drop off too. Jason and Jim at the office patiently noted my specific instructions and my answered my million questions during the phone reservation. Without question, we will use Perfect Limo and request JERRY again! They really are PERFECT!

Great Service

Perfect Limo's was on time and very professional. They made the drive from the hotel to the church and then the church to the venue easy and relaxing. I definitely recommend them for transportation.

I highly recommend Perfect Limo Service! On my wedding day, the driver was 10 minutes early and patiently waited as we took photos before leaving for the venue. Our driver was professional, friendly, and efficient.

We used Perfect Limo for our wedding. It was a super hectic day but our driver Barry was cool as a cucumber and so accommodating. He was early and got us where we needed to be on time. Great service!

Prompt. Professional. Courteous. On-Point. These are but a few of the adjectives that spring to mind when I think of Perfect Limo Service. My job requires constant travel between the coasts and it's vital that the company bringing me to and from the airport gets the job done without any thought on my part. It's just one less thing to be concerned with when I need my mind focused on the business at hand. These guys get it. And you should get them, for your next ride.

We had a wonderful experience - I hired the limo for Christmas Day to take my wife and some friends "out on the town". Our driver was terrific, the car was beautiful and the day went exactly as I wanted it to. Their party bus drove my son and his friends all down to the shore after their prom last weekend. Perfect Limo sent a chaperone along with their chauffeur. I felt like this is the type of service that sets companies apart. We didn't know that a chaperone was going to come. Perfect Limo said it was standard procedure. Must say I felt better after knowing that. Thanks!

We have been traveling with Perfect Limo since 1986 for both business and pleasure. Although the service has always been great, we had a vacation last week and Perfect took us to and from Newark. I'm writing because both the pickup and return trips were excellent. Both drivers were on time and treated us with the utmost courtesy, service and respect. We recommend their services highly!!

Provided car service Excellent. The driver arrived with an SUV and due to a handicap, I needed a sedan. The driver did not hesitate to leave, swap to a sedan and come back! Wow! Now that's service. Also, their prices were the best in the area by at least 15%.

Ronnie made everything super easy and was very helpful during the super stressful time of planning a wedding! We used the party bus, navigator limo and large shuttle bus for our wedding and it came off without a hitch, in large part because of perfect limo!! After our ceremony the driver had a bottle of champagne ready for a toast, it was perfect!

Perfect Limo provided transportation from Newark Airport to our home in Rockland County. We scheduled the pick-up the day before the flight. The driver was on time, met my husband at baggage claim and brought him home. The driver was professional, courteous and friendly. He knew the routes and traffic patterns so well that my husband arrived home quickly. We appreciated his being on-time since the arrival was an early morning flight and we had an important appointment in the early afternoon.

I wanted to take a moment to thank you for consistently providing great services. My parents said their ride to the airport this week was "perfect". They said the driver was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to ensure my parents as well as their luggage went to the right place at the terminal. My parents have given similar praise to your other drivers in the past as well. This is especially comforting because my parents are not young & my father is visually impaired. First picked us up at home and transported us to Newark Intl Airport. Upon return met us at luggage carousel at Newark Airport, transported us home. Arrived 15-20 minutes before scheduled pickup time and patiently waited for us. We were never rushed. Same on pickup, met us upon our arrival and assisted us with luggage. Cost of service above was one-way, but no surprises as with other car services we had previously used. Very professional.

We had such a wonderful experience using Perfect Limo.

We used their services to transport our wedding party. They were on time, the cars were clean, and our driver was fantastic! Our driver was an older gentleman. I wish I could remember his name! But he calmed my nerves, made sure everyone in our wedding party had water, helped line up the wedding party before the ceremony and did a great job with our exit. He went above and beyond and was a true pro!

Indian wedding. 3 days of craziness. So many details. 114 degree heatwave. Wedding at a winery. Flawless. Cant complain about a thing. Perfect Limo was Perfect. What can I say, they lived up to their name! Our driver, Ray, took excellent care of all of the girls! It was raining the day of my wedding and he escorted each of us to and from the church with an umbrella so that we would not get wet! They were great and I would recommend them to anyone who needs a Limo company!!

The whole process from beginning to end was smooth, professionalism and comfortable for us. You could tell from the beginning the experience and knowledge behind the service from when we went to go see their fleet In person. They have a bunch of different options and varieties of vehicles to choose from and they were all in tip top shape and kept on prestine condition. The driver was awesome and looked the part too! Everyone loved him. Lots of choices and options to tailor to your wedding wants and needs. We had multiple vehicles and not one issue of being late or anything like that. Everything went smooth just like we planned it at the office! I would strongly suggest Perfect Limo for weddings!

Perfect Limo was perfect! We booked their party bus and it was amazing! The driver was very professional and courteous, and got us where we were going on time. We dealt with someone who had never booked a wedding before. She told us incorrect information from the get go. On the wedding day the party bus was running 25 minutes late, the driver told the dispatcher this information and no one communicated it to me, making me go bridezilla on the party bus driver, who had nothing to do with and ended up being an amazing guy. We signed a contract to have the party bus for 5 hours and in the middle of the day the driver said his time was up that he was only contracted for 3 hours. The second limo that we rented the driver was also very nice and accomidating, our grandmother fell and both men did everything they could to make sure she was comfortable for the rest of the day. We set up our transportation for our honeymoon with them as well. Thank god they confirm because they had the times incorrect. Dealing with this company was very stressful and very expensive. I recieved a voicemail from them when we were on our honeymoon, so I don't know how this saga will end, I just hope that it ends soon. It is unforunate that the office staff was so uncoordinated because all of the drivers were so much fun and so wonderful.

They are a good company, however we did have some issues the day of our wedding. The Limo driver was asked to drop the bridesmaids off at the venue and then to come back for me (the bride) and my parents....well he almost didn't come back. My bridesmaid had to tell him to do it, and we were almost late because of it.

I requested a 10 person limo, they sent an 8 person limo. Then argued and tried to bill me more. They even gave my bride a hard time. They were very rude!! I would never use them!
