Hired For An Emergency Hair and Makeup Trial, And They Delivered!
Irina and Michelle were not who I originally booked for my hair and makeup trial, but I am so glad I had them. I am not local to Las Vegas, but I was in town and needed to do a trial session for my Vegas wedding next year, and figured I could use that trial result for my engagement photo shoot that same evening.
My original vendor (whom I booked months in advance) contacted me two days before my appointment to say they couldn't take me anymore due to a scheduling conflict, and I panicked - how could I find someone to do this with less than 48 hours notice?
Irina and Michelle were immediately responsive and were able to take me. They showed up to my hotel right on time, and took the time to listen to my ideas. I am mixed race, and have very curly hair that I wanted to naturally stay curly (not flat-ironed with curls added back in like most inspo pics seem to show), and I was grateful that they had the knowledge and experience to make my curls look great!
They were friendly, professional, and very skilled. I loved my results, and I am so thankful they were able to help me when I needed it!

On Saturday, April 11, 2026, Michelle turned me into a bride-to-be with a beautiful wedding updo!! Last October she did my hair for my granddaughter's wedding and I LOVED it, so when I planned my own wedding I knew I had to book her again. Michelle is a professional, kind, and extremely talented hair stylist who is also super busy, so don't wait to call her-- book several months ahead if you can... You won't be disappointed because she is a magician with all hair types. My hair is white, coarse, and very curly and she made it look sooooo beautiful! She also did my daughter's hair, and hers is long and dark and it looked AMAZING. Also it was super windy later that day and we had to move the wedding indoors, but my hair still looked awesome even after getting blown a bit! She used a lot of pins and it stayed put after a lot of dancing, etc.. My Las Vegas Helicopter Wedding Hair & Makeup | Bridal Look That Survived the Wind 🚁
Irina and Michelle came to my hotel to do my hair and makeup in the afternoon of my wedding in Las Vegas, and they were wonderful.
The morning started a bit hectic because the hotel parking situation turned out to be more complicated than expected. They needed a special ticket to get in, but they were incredibly patient while we figured everything out and made sure it didn’t create extra stress or cost for anyone.
Once they arrived, they were super friendly and immediately helped lighten the mood. They brought all of their professional equipment and set everything up quickly.
They asked about the look I wanted, looked at my dress, and took the time to really understand what I was going for. I wanted something natural and not overly dramatic.
My ceremony actually involved a helicopter ride, so I needed my hair and makeup to hold up against wind and movement. They did an amazing job. My hair and makeup stayed in place through the ceremony, photos, and even later that evening.
A big thank you as well to Laila, who coordinated everything through Five Star Helicopter Tours and made the whole process completely stress-free.
Overall, it was a relaxed and fun experience, and I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for professional wedding hair and makeup.

Irina and Michelle worked as a team…Irina on makeup and Michelle on hair as each of us sat in a chair. The wedding theme was 20’s/30’s/Hollywood glam, and the 5 of us came away looking like a million bucks…each of us looking different. Irina and Michelle tailored our looks based on what we wanted individually…with our dresses, our hairpieces, etc. Irina and Michelle made it such a fun experience. All the other wedding guests were full of compliments for all of us. If we are ever in the Vegas area and need makeup and hair again, we’ll definitely be calling Las Vegas Perfect Hair and Makeup. 1920's Themed Wedding Perfection!
I reached out to Perfect Hair and Makeup for a 1920's themed wedding. They responded right away and I was able to schedule and provide the deposit within two days of initial discussion. They came to my hotel and had a minimal setup time and were so friendly! I had 6 people in total and they all looked gorgeous! The best part was my makeup stayed the entire night, after dancing and walking the strip after the wedding. My hair looked amazing and I felt so confident that day. I found this company when looking for hair and makeup artist's in las Vegas for our wedding, I found them while looking in the UK on Google and sent a message they replied with in hours to me and made me feel like I had nothing to worry about when I got out there , as they come to the hotel your staying at and keep in contact with you all the way up to your special day and afterwards as well . I had to say I'm so happy I went with them as they turned up the afternoon of our wedding day and put me at ease and made me feel like a bride , so professional and very friendly. I got a little sunburn on my face as your see in my before and after photos and you would never be able to tell . My make up lasted even after I cried loads and my hair I wore out the next day as it was still perfect. Prices are also very good , they use air brush finish make up which made me feel like a million dollars. I would definitely use them again I loved every minute of it. If your wanting to feel the best on your wedding day these are the people to message. Thank you both for making me feel truly stunning on our wedding day. My husband Paul even said he could not get over how stunning I looked .

These ladies know what they are doing! They were fun to chat with and adaptable to every member of my group, all with a unique look. Travelled from manchester uk to las vegas to get married on 11th september 22 . Michelle and irina did hair and makeup for the big day they was both incredible, hair and makeup lasted all day and night especially in the vegas heat and i also have oily skin which made me even more happier 😁 when having photos. Irina and Michelle did an awesome job on my makeup and hairstyle for my wedding. They came to my hotel, did their magic and the results were amazing! I would highly recommend them to make you look and feel like a princess for your special day!

They made me look beautiful!
I had my wedding planned last minute in Vegas and these ladies allowed me to book them less than one month before my wedding. They answered all of my questions beforehand, and then came to my hotel room to my hair and make up at the same time. They used airbrush for foundation which I was a bit nervous about because I never used it before and didn’t want to look “fake”. However, it ended up looking amazing!! I asked for a natural look and that’s what I got. My hair came out great as well. I wanted it changed just a little toward the end and Michelle made me feel comfortable about making the tweak and it all came out perfectly! I’m so thankful they were available and did such a great job! I went into this without a trial run and couldn’t have been happier with how it all turned out!

A perfect team!
Wedding Wire helped me find Irina and Michelle while my original salon was closed, and I will be forever grateful...because they did a fantastic job! They were so easy to work with via email; on the day, timing was exact, they were extra cautious for my and their own health, and very kind. Best Ever!
Got married in Las Vegas and my wedding package came with a hair and make-up company. I looked at that company’s website and did not like what I saw. I then found theses AMAZING ladies at “Perfect Hair and Make-up” and their name explains it all! They were super flexible and understanding how stressful the day is for a bride! I showed picture of what I was interested in and they created what I imagined! They were truthful with if something might not work (my hair is thin and straight and sucks) but made suggestions to help. I loved having them and I’m extremely extremely happy I switched! I was nervous about the makeup and it staying all night or my eyeliner wearing off and it didn’t it stayed perfect the entire night! And their price was awesome! I was extremely happy with my look and my husband was as well! Loved them!

Made to feel amazing on wedding day
I booked Perfect Hair and Makeup for my Vegas wedding day for myself and my 3 bridesmaids. Being based in UK it was a worry booking something as important as this from a distance as I was worried about them not turning up. Irina and Michelle were wonderful and put my mind at ease that I had nothing to worry about. The work they did was absolutely amazing! We all felt so glamorous and the hair and makeup lasted all day (even with a few happy tears)! I would have no hesitation in recommending them for their professionalism and their skills as hair and makeup artists. Thank you so much both for making me feel amazing on my wedding day!

These ladies are amazing! I booked from the UK and they replied almost instantly to my message. The morning of my wedding i was full of nerves but they arrived on time and were really bubbly which kept me calm! I had sent images of what look i wanted to go for and they made me look amazing! I have extremely thick hair and lots of it but this posed no issue! My make up lasted all day and my hair held perfectly in place until i removed the pins! I cannot recommend these ladies enough.

What can I say! From start to finish Michelle put me at ease straight away! It was just me and my partner out here in Vegas and so I needed help getting into my dress , she helped lace me up and even took photos and a short video of my groom seeing me for the first time which was amazing and something I can keep forever ! My hair was beautiful and lasted all day! I received so many compliments! If I ever return to Vegas for a special occasion I would definitely use Michelle’s services again!

A Perfect Wedding Day
I was very nervous about finding someone to do my wedding hair and makeup for my wedding in Las Vegas as I was organising it all from the UK but Perfect Hair and Makeup put me at ease from the start. Right from the initial contact via email through to the wedding day. All questions via email were answered quickly and friendly and Irina and Michelle arrived at my hotel room on my wedding day at exactly 11am as booked. They soon put me at ease. I wanted a natural makeup and Irina did my makeup lovely. It stayed on all day. And my false eyelashes (which Irina suggested) finished the look perfectly. Michelle did my hair and again it was perfect ( I have a lot of hair and it stayed up all day and looked amazing) It even looked curly and bouncy 3 days later ! I had so many compliments on my wedding day that I can’t thank you enough 💕 My mother in law and sister in law also had their hair done by Michelle and were both so pleased. Perfect Hair and Makeup was the best choice for my wedding. They were affordable ($180 for hair, airbrush, and eyelashes) and very prompt with responses. They arrived on time and got to work efficiently. It took less than an hour with both working simultaneously. They were professional, friendly, and made me feel beautiful on my wedding day. Jaw-Dropping Experience!
The ladies at Perfect Hair and Makeup were so great at responding to all emails and phone calls leading up to my wedding day. I had them do 4 guests’ hair and makeup and everyone was thrilled with the final result. When I looked in the mirror after I was done my jaw literally dropped and I was speechless at how beautiful they made me look. The most important thing to me on my wedding day was making sure I felt confident in my appearance and I truly felt like a princess with my hair and make up. I would recommend them to any brides planning a wedding in Las Vegas, especially if you’re unable to have a trial before the big day!

My friend found this place on Yelp, I was looking for someone to come to my hotel and after readings reviews and looking at pictures of previous clients I was confident I would be beautiful on my big day! I booked with Michelle via email a few months in advance, she was very prompt with responding, the booking details and prices. I made MANY changes before my wedding day (8.18.18), actually the morning of my wedding as well and she was very accommodating with my changes. Michelle and Irina arrived on time as scheduled, dressed to impress and very professional. I showed them a couple of pictures and described how I wanted my hair and they delivered. I am very particular about my makeup, so I did a few touchups as far as making my brows darker and lip liner more defined, but the airbrush makeup was light and flawless, my lashes she placed individually stayed on for 5days during my Vegas stay,my family, friends and new husband kept saying how beautiful I looked. My hair was PERFECT and exactly how I envisioned it to look. I highly recommend Perfect hair and Makeup. Thank you for making me a beautiful bride.

I chose them for my 7/6/2018 wedding at The Cosmopolitan becasue they regularly post before and after photos that are taken with cell phones and looked incredible without any photography retouching. They use quality makeup products as well. My makeup and hair stayed put through 112 degree Vegas heat and even a zipline down Fremont Street. Even the lipcolor stayed put through all of the ceremony and photography smooching. I didn't have to reapply at all through the wedding festivities. They also nailed the style I was going for off just a couple example photos. What made it even better was that they came to me and they have really fun personalities that made it feel like they were part of my girlfriends already hanging out with me. Additionally, there were no hidden charges. The total cost was right in line with what they quoted as an estimate ahead of time!

Thank you so much to the two lovely ladies from Perfect Hair and Make Up. I was very nervous booking this service as I'm from the UK and didn't have time for any trial or consultation prior to my big day. The organisation was very easy, the team were very quick in responding to my emails and answered all my questions. I have never had my make up done professionally before and how no idea what style I wanted my hair. On the day 19 Oct 2017 I was really nervous about having two strangers come to my hotel room (More so than I was about getting married in a strange exciting city, thousands of miles from home) I need not worry, The two girls arrived on the dot at my room at Tahiti Village and immediately put my nerves to rest. They chatted and laughed with me as they both worked wonders on my hair and make up. I pretty much left it to them what they did and when I finally saw myself in the mirror, I couldn't believe what I was seeing, they really had transformed me, I looked beautiful and felt like a Queen (Not quite a Princess at 46 years of age) They then moved on to my Daughter Phoebe aged 6, within no time she had beautiful curls and just a dash of lip gloss and she really did look like a Princess! The Wedding was the best day of my life, just me, my gorgeous Hubbie and our little Princess and the hair & make up stayed in place, all day despite a few tears and the very hot temperatures right until the early hours. Thank you so much you made my day so special and played the most incredible part of making me feel like a beautiful bride on my wedding day. The sad thing is I can't remember the names of the ladies as I was so nervous, they weren't the owners, two of the consultants and they both had children a similar age to mine, which gave us something to chat about. They were lovely and a perfect team. Please pass on my sincere thanks and best wishes to them both for giving me such a wonderful experience!

I had my wedding August 30th 2017 in Las Vegas. I was beyond happy with my hair! Michelle did mine my 4 bridesmaids and 3 family members hair in 4 hours! The styles were amazing and lasted all day and night.

I was SO happy to find Michelle after the first hair lady I booked ended up flaking. Michelle came to my home for a trial and it was exactly what I envisioned. The day of the wedding she arrived on time and had my hair along with 4 bridesmaids and my mom's hair done in less than three hours. Not only was she was but her work is amazing. I used these very talented ladies on the 09/16/2017. They made it very easy for me considering I had planned and arranged them from the UK, they was very quick at responding and very accommodating as I kept on asking for extras!!! They turned up bang on time and was extremely understanding of what myself and the girls wanted and needed. My hair and make up was done within an hour and looked incredible we all did! To also top it of on of my bridesmaids has a breakdown because her hair didn't turn out how she would have liked after she had done it herself so they girls redone her hair for her at no extra cost her when asked how much her response was " I can't have your bridesmaid upset" absolutely would recommend the girls.

Used Michelle and Irina for my wedding day at Little White Chapel, they came to me at the Luxor and were very lovely ladies and excellent at what they do. I was absolutely amazed what they managed to do for me so well impressed with the way I looked for my wedding day. I would definitely recommend these ladies both make-up and hair was fabulous and lasted all day even through the Mindfreak show which we went to at night. I used Perfect hair and makeup for my wedding on 4/5/17 in Vegas. Both Irina and Michelle were amazing! They had my hair and makeup done in less than an hour. Both my hair and makeup lasted the whole night, which really impressed me. I also loved how they came right to my room and got me ready for my special day. They arrived on time and were so friendly. The pricing was more than fair as well. They were very interested in what I wanted and also made wonderful suggestions to me. I also want to mention that each time I had a question, they were excellent in returning my emails and phone calls! I highly recommend using these two ladies!

I used Perfect Hair and Makeup for my engagement pictures (trial) and then I only needed my hair done on my wedding day (since my cousin is a makeup artist and did my makeup for me that day - otherwise I would have used Perfect Hair and Makeup for my makeup again too). They were very professional, communicated well, listened to what I wanted, and knew how to deliver what I was looking for. I felt completely comfortable trusting them to make sure I looked the way I envisioned for my big day. On my wedding day, Michelle did my hair, my bridesmaids, and the moms. Everyone looked absolutely stunning! Everyone loved their hair! The hairstyles held up well throughout the day and night as well. Everything worked out perfectly!

I was pretty worried as I didn't had a trial before the D DAY, I saw all the great comments so I decided to book.
I would have never guess how happy that would make me feel, I have never felt as beautiful and confident in my whole life. The result was so amazing, and all my family and friends where amazed about my hair and make up.
The ladies were really nice and in less than 35 minutes I was ready! My wedding was December 9th and was the most magical day of my life. Thank you for your kindness, reactivity, and talent !!!

I cannot praise Michelle and Irina enough. They replied to all emails extremely quickly, were flexible, showed up on time, were very quick, professional and lovely! In 30-40 minutes I had a great updo and airbrush makeup and went on to have an amazing wedding day. :) It is really hard to choose a wedding vendor when you live on another continent - choose them and you will be in safe hands. The ladies did hair and makeup for myself and my sister hair for my wedding. I booked the appointment and made all the arrangements online from Canada. The ladies arrived a few minutes before our appointment and did everything we asked for and more! Very professional and I would highly recommend their services. Hair and makeup lasted all day and into the evening. Never felt more beautiful than I did for my wedding day!!

Prompt response to every email I sent, it was daunting organising my whole wedding from the UK but I had no problems with these ladies !! Arrived on the dot at my hotel room and did such a fantastic job of mine and my adult daughters hair and make up for my wedding day. I would definitely recommend you use these ladies......the reaction of my guests was worth every penny and more. Irina and Michelle were great. They answered my email query for an appointment within an hour and 2 or 3 emails later i had an appointment for the date and time i wanted. They kept in constant contact so that meant i didn't need to worry about anything. They arrived at my hotel exactly on time and were very friendly and professional. The ladies of Perfect Hair and Makeup were amazing!! I booked them from across the county simply based on rave reviews and incredible before and after photos. Irina was super responsive with emails back and forth and they even came to my hotel room to do our hair and makeup! I didn't really have a super clear idea in my head of what I wanted for my final look but the ladies took one glance at my wedding gown and transformed me into a vintage Art Deco goddess. Everything about my hair and makeup was magical and it really stayed perfect for the entire day. I cannot recommend these ladies enough! Thanks again!!! :-)

Ok, so these ladies are AMAZING. The day of my wedding was very stressful as my fiance's father passed away 4 days before we got married. That morning i cried a lot as all sorts of things kept coming up. My eyes we super swollen and i was so worried i was going to look awful. They came in, and they did my hair and makeup... and i have never thought i looked prettier in my life than on my wedding day. I showed them a picture of what i wanted to do with my hair and she went above and beyond. It was a masterpiece. She places my veil and headpiece and it was flawless and didn't move all night. My makeup was flawless. I told her what i liked and she did it so beautifully. I also got my 2 bridesmaids hair and makeup done, as well as my mother in law and stepdaughter and i mean they did such an amazing job with each of us. They came to my room on time, and worked super fast. It was worth every single penny. Next time i am in Vegas i am calling them to fix me up again! Thank you so much for making me look so pretty on my wedding day and for hiding any trace of crying! :)

Amazing! I cannot say enough good about Perfect Hair and Makeup! We got married on October 18 at the Bellagio. The ladies arrives promptly,were very professional and very talented to say the least. There were 6 of us ladies, all quite different and opinionated and they only thing we all agreed on was how happy we each were with our hair and makeup. Each and everyone of us was flawless. A huge add to my special day that I felt perfect :) we travel to Vegas every year and I will be booking for our anniversary. Do not think twice about booking!

Irina and Michelle did a fantastic job on me and my gals for my wedding this past weekend! Before the day, I had to make changes to our appointment (added one girl, took one girl off the appointment, etc) and they were very accommodating. They arrived at our suite on time and they work very efficiently (stated in previous reviews I read as well) and thoroughly, all the while. It's amazing! They are also not as expensive as the 'big name' glam squads I inquired about, so that was a plus. Last minute, they were able to add one of my bridesmaid's makeup service that day, so I thank them tremendously for squeezing her in! Our hair and makeup/lashes stayed all day, despite the humidity and tears. I highly recommend and if I were to get glammed up again, I'd contact them in a heartbeat!

planning a wedding online from Canada is stressful, especially when looking for vendors that can make or break your look you dreamed of! These girls were absoloutly amazing, easy to book with and very flexible when I had some changes come up, the communication was fantastic, all my questions were answered quickly! When it came to styling my 2 bridesmaids and I they were right on top of our look with only a couple pictures for reference and a brief description! I was going with a vintage rockabilly look and they blew it out of the water! We were beautiful! Eloping to Las Vegas on a week day and not knowing who to use for hair and makeup, I just did a google search and Perfect Hair and Makeup showed up. I decided to contact them and Irina was very prompt at answering my questions. On my wedding day Michelle and Irina arrived to my hotel earlier than expected because of being done with an earlier client and were amazing! Not only were they friendly they were efficient and honest. I loved that I didn't have to go anywhere in a city I'm not familiar with and the prices were reasonable. They listened to what I was thinking (which wasn't much cause I'm not good at these kinds of things) and had everything done in 40 minutes! I looked in the mirror and was really wowed! I never felt more pretty in my life. It was tons better than I had thought It would be. I went down to the poker lounge to find my soon to be husband and he had to do a double look with a priceless simple on his face. Perfect Hair & Makeup helped make me feel my best on a really special day and I would 100% not go with anyone else if I were to do it all over again.

I got married feb 24th i had a hard time choosing some one over the internet to do hair and makeup but i sure did make the right choice!! I have super thick hair that never holds a curl michelle asked me howi wanted it and i told her and bam she got my hair to curl and made it look AWESOME it even lasted All night that has never happened before!! I even got lots of compliments.. Now irina listened to what i wanted and she nailed it!! I felt so beautiful and when my now husband saw me for the 1st time walking down the aisle he cried! Said i look so beautiful etc.. Till this day when people see my wedding photos they always ask who did my hair and make up and i tell them. They were so great!!! We had them do hair and makeup for myself (the bride) and 5 other girls. All of us looked amazing when they were through. They showed up exactly when they said they would (actually a little earlier so they would have time to set up). They also did the hair and makeup at the same time so you would only have to sit in the chair once and then you could just hang out and enjoy yourself while waiting for everyone else to finish. I initially wasn't super happy with how my eye makeup turned out because I wasn't sure how to express what I was looking for, but she made a small correction and it was exactly what I wanted. I would definitely recommend them to anyone. And as my now mother in law was saying, I wish I could bring them back to Chicago with me to do my hair and makeup every day!

I was beyond satisfied with the work of both Michelle and Irina for my wedding. It's hard planning a wedding distantly, but after reading the reviews I decided to go with Perfect Hair and Makeup. That was one of the best decisions I made during my planning. These two were prompt and efficient duo that got 4 of us ready in about 2 hours. All of the hair and makeup was phenomenal! I got so many compliments on how great everyone looked! I didn't have any pre-conceived ideas of how I wanted my hair to look other than I knew I wanted it to be up. Michelle worked her magic and turned me into the princess I always dreamt of being on my wedding day! Irina's work was amazing as well.
