We're so happy that John was our officiant for our wedding! He took extra care in creating a ceremony that was personalized for us. I was a bit nervous to have him write part of the ceremony and keep it a secret until the wedding day, but he did a beautiful job. He truly captured our love story, which made our ceremony all the more special. He works with you to create the exact ceremony you want. He's very open and accepting. John is attentive, patient, professional, creative, caring, and punctual. He's everything you'd want in an officiant. John was amazing from start to finish. It was so nice being able to meet with him not only virtually, but also in-person prior to our wedding. John took the time to get to know my husband and I so that he could create a personalized ceremony for us. We loved all of the “options” John gave us to choose from when building our perfect for us ceremony. Having never done this before, my husband and I had no idea where to start, but John made the entire process so easy. He even gifted us a handmade picture frame with our names on it. John was an absolute pleasure to work with! My husband and I felt extremely confident in his ability to perform our ceremony upon first meeting him. John took the time to meet with us over zoom and in-person prior to our wedding day. He wanted to get to know us as a couple, which meant a lot! His ceremony was exactly what we wanted, and he was very communicative throughout the process (i.e. sending copies of the script, checking in, etc.). During the ceremony, his words were meaningful and very heartfelt. It is clear that he genuinely cares about each couple that he works with. John was truly amazing. When picking vendors for our wedding, it was very important to us that the vendors we chose, wanted to get to know us on a personal level rather than just another customer. John had met with us prior to the wedding and he really got to know us. He asked us about how we met, our favorite past times, what we like to do together in our downtimes and just our future. Fast forward to the big day, John delivered a beautiful and amazing ceremony. Great experience!
John was a very professional, responsive, and compassionate officiant. I feel that he listened well to us and was very collaborative in creating our customized wedding ceremony. We received great praise from our family and friends on our short and sweet ceremony, which left extra time for all of the fun stuff (dancing and merriment) as we wanted! Would recommend John's services to anyone looking for a reasonably priced officiant in central Connecticut. Thank you again, John for making 8/16/24 so wonderful! Highly recommend John!
We really enjoyed working with John as our officiant for our wedding in August. He was extremely prompt and so easy to communicate with! It was so nice that he shared different vow/ring exchange options, and allowed us to read the script in advance so we could add or remove anything. He demonstrated true professionalism by arriving early on wedding day, getting our marriage license in the mail immediately, and delivering a wonderful message for our ceremony. Highly recommend! -
