Best photographer!

Pepper did the most incredible job photographing our wedding! Not only did she take the most beautiful pictures of us and our family, she even helped walk us through parts of the day that we were clueless about (like signing the marriage certificate and cutting the cake). Pepper was also so thoughtful and made sure to capture the little details. Pepper helped make our wedding really special, and she truly went above and beyond!

Spectacular photographer

She is a gifted gum drop of happiness and sparkles sent straight from heaven !! Our pictures were breath taking! I’ve gotten so many compliments. She is great at capturing the unique cute moments , as well as posing us to create such amazing pictures. Pepper is so much fun and really makes the whole day feel special . I was completely at ease knowing she was getting the perfect photos of everything . I can’t recommend her enough

Logan was on point with all of her expertise. There was never a time when I felt like she wasn’t following what we wanted or listening. She did such an amazing job getting that perfect shot. She was definitely the right choice to have at our wedding and we would pick her all over again if we could. She was professional and sweet. She could not have done a better job!

Pepper was the perfect addition to our wedding! We booked her for the Wedding Day only. She was quick, on top of everything, handled all situations with professionalism, got people to listen and was an absolute delight to work with! I would recommend Pepper a thousand times over. You cannot go wrong with her! After all, she is PEPPER-FREAKIN-NIX!! :D

Pepper is - by far - the most skilled, creative and fun photographer we've worked with. That's saying a lot because this was our 5th child to get married! Our situation was highly unusual: my son came to us 3 months ago and said he wanted to create a surprise engagement - followed by a surprise wedding the next day! His girlfriend was previously married and her mother thought this was the most romantic idea ever and the bride would LOVE it. Christina at the St. Regis referred me to Pepper, who was instantly smitten with the idea and helped us plan the whole thing! She counseled my son on various locations and ways to handle and photograph the surprise engagement - she knew the beautiful places all the tricks! She also gave me advice on the most photographic places at the St. Regis for the outdoor wedding and photo-taking. She took dozens of calls from us - all very cheerfully and offered wonderfully creative thoughts! Pepper is a VERY hard worker. We gave her a long list of posed photos we wanted, one with 27 people, and she managed to get them all. She stayed later than planned to catch the fantastic sparkler send-off. She checked in regularly to make sure she covered everything. We received all our photos within three weeks after the wedding and they are INCREDIBLE!!! She took so many more than I imagined - we have hundreds and hundreds of gorgeous photos! She captured the emotion, the excitement, the meaning, the joy and the fun of our son's wedding. We love Pepper's work and are so grateful for her help and her photos that captured the magic of our son's engagement and wedding. Thank you Pepper!!!

Logan Walker was amazing! She was fun and sweet and very patient with my crazy wedding party! She spent time talking with each one of them and learning everyone's names. She suggested poses and kept my groomsmen in line when they needed a little structure, haha! We had the most perfect day with Logan and she was not afraid to strut through the snow to get the best photos and the best views! I loved her and would recommend her for all future brides! She was on time and prepared for all lighting and weather conditions and I couldn't be happier as a bride! Now I anticipate seeing my lovely photos when they are complete!

I am SO glad that I went with peppernix photography for my wedding photos. I was lucky enough to have Logan Walker as my photographer, and she did an amazing job. I has an awful experience with the original photographer I hired who did my engagement photos. They turned out awful, the photographer was hard to get a hold of, he kept changing dates on me, and it was a stressful nightmare - the LAST thing a bride needs a month before the big day. So I decided to look around for someone else and was interested in peppernix. They contacted me in less than an hour when I emailed them about availability and prices, gave me a great deal, and were so easy to work with. Logan took our Bridals and they turned out absolutely stunning - the way she captured the moment and used the beautiful landscaping around us was just what I wanted. They got the photos to me within the time they said and there were a lot! I loved literally every single one. I felt the edited that went into the photos was very natural looking - not too much, but enough to make a non-photogenic person look great. On the wedding day Logan was so professional - she did a great job controlling the loud and rowdy crowd. She had asked me for a list of all of the shots I wanted, which I appreciated too because it showed she cared that I got what I wanted and was concerned that I was happy with the results. All of the photos from the wedding day are absolutely beautiful as well. I am so grateful for the peppernix organization and all who helped make our day easier. I will cherish those beautiful photos forever!

I have to say Pepper is a secret key to a great day. She is to the point and has great vision for pictures. I have only had sneak peaks from her camera on our wedding day, but I have no doubt our pictures are amazing. My family all raved about how much they enjoyed her with her witty and bubbly demeanor. My husband and I absolutely loved her; we only met her on our wedding day and felt like she was a close friend by the time she left. I'm so excited to see our pictures but beyond happy with our experience thus far.

Pepper was AMAZING! She was honest and real and made it fun. My husband hates taking pictures and she managed to make him smile which was a feat in its own, I haven't received our photos yet however she did show us ome through out the session and they were beautiful! I would easily use her again for any other event.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Pepper Nix photographer Logan Walker! She is the absolute best! I HATE having my picture taken but she made us feel so at ease. Logan is a wonderful person and we truly enjoyed working with her. Then, we received the photos, and all I can say is WOW! They are beautiful and even more than we ever could have hoped for. Pepper and her assistant were SOOOOO WONDERFUL with us. She showed her extensive experience with us as she showed both my wife and I the best ways to move, stand and pose to get the absolute best possible photos. She was professional and very insightful as well as a delightfully funny person. We also hired her on a short notice and worked hard to fit us in. Also her experience with doing photo gig's at La Caille made her the ONLY choice for our wedding.

Logan Walker with Peppernix Photography did an amazing job shooting our engagement and wedding photos. She went above and beyond with us on both days. Not only was she pleasant to work with but she also accommodated our needs on our engagement shoot. Highly, highly recommend them for photography needs. Pepper Nix was absolutely the best photographer to work with -- she shot our wedding in Park City in September, and she was so professional, high-energy, and fun. Best of all, the pictures she took (at least the sneak peek I've seen) are absolutely gorgeous and truly capture all of the emotion and joy of that day. She's extremely creative and got us to pose in some wild places on the property, resulting in amazing images (she did the same at our engagement shoot, pushing us to have fun and capturing every moment).

Pepper is also great at directing a large group of unruly bridesmaids and groomsmen without being harsh... a truly impressive feat. She was in the middle of the action for about 10 hours that day and was still smiling by the end. I loved working with her, as did my husband and our families. We'd highly recommend her to anyone getting married in Utah (or anywhere!!)

If I could give Pepper more than 5s for everything, I would!!! Pepper was the BEST decision we made, hands down! From the minute we met Pepper, touring another venue we didn't get married at, until now, 3 weeks after our wedding, we have had the absolute best experience with her! Her team was always very responsive and even helped us when booking other vendors or answering silly questions I had. While my husband and I aren't exactly shy, we weren't very comfortable with being in front of the camera and were dreading engagement shots- but the experience ended up being one of the most fun things we've done and the pictures turned out amazing. We had the pleasure of spending time with her each time we made it to Utah to plan and she always made time for us. Come wedding day, I couldn't wait for Pepper to arrive- I mean it! She has a way of making everything a little more fun and making us all look great. We've received our sneek peek pictures and I honestly never imagined my wedding pictures could turn out so well! I love Pepper, her team, and her work! BOOK HER!

We selected Pepper Nix because I noticed that I kept pinning her wedding photography on Pinterest. She was a bit out of our budget, but ended up being totally worth it. She was absolutely amazing! She was so personable and lightened us up for our engagement session. She turned our crazy, chaotic wedding date with a major time crunch, 4 families, 100 degree weather, multiple venue changes, and a huge, rowdy bridal party into a photographic masterpiece. She was so much fun, but gave great direction. She was organized but listened to whatever we wanted (even though her ideas ended up looking much better). Pepper Nix is the best at what she does. This team is the way to go - 100%!

Pepper was the best investment I could have made for my wedding. She was amazing! The second she got there till the time we left she was involved and took the most incredible pictures. Her pictures not only turned out perfect but she helped with so many other things in my wedding. She knew how to take charge but still have fun. It was fun just having her there. Her work is amazing. I had a destination wedding in Napa Valley & Pepper Nix Photography came & was there for the entire weekend. They were prompt & made sure that every special moment was captured in the best way possible. It was an absolute blast & I love to look at my albums often. Pepper's photography is not only stunning, but she is such fun to work with.
On the day of the event, I wouldn't even have noticed her there, she was fantastic at seemingly staying behind the scenes, yet being front and center to get every necessary shot.
Thank goodness she also took care to get the important people together for group photos because no one would have ever remembered that.
She added such organization to the event, and the images were so lovely.

We had the pleasure of working with Logan Walker as our second photographer for our wedding. She was extremely professional and so much fun to spend the day with. I found her photos to be creative and truly some of my favorites from the whole day. She really was able to capture some fantastic candids of my friends and family, and she took one particular photo of my dog (who was our usher) that I think everyone in my family purchased and framed. I also loved the detail shots she took of our reception. I refer Pepper and Logan to everyone! Logan also shot my sister's wedding.

Pepper was one of the best decisions I have ever made. She was worth every dollar spent. Our photos are timeless.... I love them as much today as I did the day that I finalized and received my... I mean our... wedding album.. I still look at her photos and reminisce. She captured our wedding like no one else could have. She will forever be my photographer and friend. When I proposed to my wife, I only had one condition. I got to choose the photographer. I've been working in the photo industry for nearly two decades, and have seen just about every level of skill in wedding photographers. With as many connections as I have, you would think it would be hard to pick a photographer. It wasn't.

Pepper makes images that are not only gorgeous, they are timeless. I'm not worried that I'll have images in 20 years that are going to be part of the fad that was popular at the time, or that give away their date because of cheesy posing. They are images that I'm proud to show to family and friends, and will be for years to come.

Pepper was the perfect balance of professional and fun all at the same time. We had a great time joking around with her, were totally comfortable asking for specific shots that we had in mind, and got everything we expected and more. She was great working with family members who generally don't like having their photos taken, making everyone feel comfortable and natural in front of the camera.

I have recommended her confidently to several friends. It usually comes down to the question, "do you want an inexpensive photographer, or the BEST photographer?" If you want the best, you hire Pepper. If you don't, you hire someone else and regret it later. Your wedding is one of the most important days of your life...make sure you have a photographer capable of capturing the mood and memories as they were. There is a reason she is a multiple Best of State Photography winner , and is absolutely worth every penny.

Pepper is such a talented, fun, and energetic person. I could not have wished for a better photographer for our wedding. She was so organized and knew exactly where we needed to be and when. She captured so many beautiful moments that we will love forever. She is not only a wonderful and talented photographer, but she has the personality to go with it. She is constantly making you laugh and knows how to keep you entertained while you are doing your photo shoot. Pepper was absolutely amazing. Even before we booked her services, she was happy to provide tips on other vendors (DJs, bands, etc), and told us to let her know if we needed anymore help. My wife and I both spoke to her at different times, and we both knew from the first time we spoke with her that we wanted to book her. As we live out of state, she had to be somewhat flexible with us. She scheduled our engagement shoot for a weekend we would be in town, and drove us all over to several different locations to get some awesome shots. She really made us feel at ease, as that was the first time we had met her. At our wedding, she was all over the place without being in the way. I have no idea how she got some of the pictures she did, but they were all amazing. Same thing with the reception.

The proof album we got afterwards was great on its own, but the wedding album we purchased was amazing. The quality of the album itself and the photos was great, and she worked with us through several drafts to get the final version down to our satisfaction.

We loved Pepper's work so much that we still keep in touch with her. She's not just a great wedding photographer, but she's also a very good friend. I cannot recommend her highly enough. You won't be disappointed if you use her photography services.

Pepper did a fantastic job with our wedding! We both have large families and she did an exceptional job of handling the numbers and making sure we got all the pictures we wanted taken. She was there from the beginning of the day through the evening with us, catching every minute. The thing I love most about her style is her ability to capture expressions and emotions of the moment. Pepper photographed our wedding in 2008 and she was absolutely amazing! Not only did she get great, natural shots, but she was also a joy to have around. I have been in the wedding business for 30 years and Pepper Nix has always been my number one recommendation. When it came time to select a photographer to capture all three days of my personal wedding (yes, I gave marriage a second chance!), there was no one I would trust these memories to but Pepper Nix. Pepper was our wedding photographer when she was first starting out over 13 years ago. I remember our cake vendor telling me to make sure she signed one of the photos because "she's going to be big". As she has grown and now hit the big time, I feel lucky to have that signature. But what I value most of all is that still after 13 years l, I have a friend. Pepper made us feel comfortable the minute we met her. That ability allowed our real personalities to come out during our wedding, even with all the stress. My husband and I planned our Park City wedding while living in San Francisco. Pepper was super responsive, professional, and always flexible even from afar. She happily worked around our travel schedule and was helpful throughout the process. My only regret is that I didn't heed her advice to have bridal shots taken beforehand. It would have meant only one more trip to UT, which I wish now I had taken. Our photo album is a treasured storybook that we lovingly revisit every year on our anniversary, which also happens to be her birthday! Look no further, Pepper is your gal.

I've been familiar with Pepper's work for years and so once I got engaged, and we started the wedding planning, the first call I made was to Pepper Nix Photography. Luckily, we were able to book a fall wedding and she was able to travel to Iowa to capture our day. We were very impressed with how everything was coordinated and how Pepper helped to manage our time (and large families) to ensure that we got all the pictures that we wanted. The proofs were just beautiful and it was a joy to go back and relive the day, while also getting a peek into the experience of others as well, and catching moments that we missed through Pepper's photos.

My most treasured wedding photo is one of my grandmother, who is now in her late 80's and just diagnosed with cancer, for the third time in her life. Pepper captured her spirit in these pictures, her smile, her big heart and the essence of who she is. The rest of my family has been requesting these pictures as they will be a great way to remember her some day.

Having the perfect photographer was one of the most important vendors for me, so I was very very picky in my selection. Once I settled on La Caille as my venue, I noticed Pepper Nix Photography had photographed many of their breathtaking images. I immediately arranged to meet with her when I came home for the holidays.

My sisters, mom, and I met with Pepper to discuss the possibility of her shooting my wedding. We were concerned about having the ceremony at 5 pm and whether or not the sun would be in guests’ eyes or on the wedding party. We asked Pepper, and she actually knew within 5 minutes the time the sunset for our projected wedding date of August 29. Who would know something like that?! Pepper! She knows her profession inside and out, and that is exactly the kind of person I wanted shooting our wedding. We were so impressed with her.

Pepper shot my bridals as well as our wedding, both at La Caille. The photos are stunning, and I have no idea how we will choose which ones to frame. Pepper has an infectious personality which helps everyone feel at ease in front of the camera. She got greats shots of both mine and my husband’s family, which is no easy feat!

You may notice that Pepper calls herself a Wedding Photojournalist. For many photographers, that title would be self aggrandizing - but not for Pepper - it seriously describes her work perfectly. As I scrolled through my images, I noticed that each image truly did tell a story - our photo album is a walking journal full of beautiful memories that we will cherish always. From taking photos of the surrounding mountains and gorgeous landscape that was unique to La Caille on our special day, to immortalizing the perfect table setting with centerpieces, to capturing moments of laughter and love with the guests, bride, and groom, all in her unique perspective, all through her lens.

Not everyone has the talent Pepper possesses, and I’m so glad she was able to share that with us.

They always say to never go cheap with your photography on your wedding day because this will be your most precious memory... and that's exactly what I did after browsing all the proofs taken by PepperNix and her other photographers. In a heart beat I hired PepperNix Photography without looking at other photographers and I knew that I wouldn't be disappointed.

In addition, she would give me her highest recommendations for things I had difficulty in making decision. My husband and I had a great time with Angela; she was very laid back and just easy to work with.

We loved working with Pepper. We hired her before we had done much else. She is a delight to work with and my parents and family loved her as well, she brought calmness, direction and a grounded presence to the hustle and bustle. Also really appreciated that she bustled my dress on the truck up the mountain. She is one step ahead the whole way. We just received our photos and we have so many delicious photos with a breathtaking backdrop. I was very confident in her skills and her certainty, prior to our wedding and during our wedding. She had a lot of fun with us and even helped me avoid the rain, looking forward to having a future session with her very soon!

I first used Peppernix five years ago for my daughter's wedding. She did such an amazing job that I have used her many times since for a baptism, two big birthday parties and newborn baby pictures. Make sure you have a list of what pictures you want taken. All my pictures are amazingly beautiful but I am so sad I didn't get any photos with my grandparents or flower girls. She asked me before hand to make a list of the pics I want and I nonchalantly said "Just whatever is normal." So it is totally my fault. Just thought i'd share that for any other girls like myself, too lazy to make that list! :)

Pepper is absolutely amazing to work with. Not only do the pictures look fantastic, but Pepper has so much advice and can easily get you set up with other wonderful vendors. We had so much fun with her (she did our engagement pictures as well) and go to know her really well in a short amount of time. Our wedding day would not have been as special without her there.

Logan was fabulous. She was professional and captured all of great moments and perfect details of our big day. Not only is she an outstanding photographer, she is a wonderful person and makes a great addition to you special day.

By far the best decision I made regarding my wedding planning. When I got married in 2002, Pepper Nix was up and coming. The venue where I got married gave me the name of a photographer that I knew I wouldn't like, then they suggested Pepper Nix, although she was just starting out at the time, I knew she would be perfect for me, and she was! I had absolutely NO issues and every single person who has ever seen my wedding pictures always asks "Who was your photographer"?! She truly has a gift!

Really loved working with these ladies, they got some great shots of my wedding, the posed shots were good but the candid shots were fantastic, my only complaint is the price. It was quite expensive and everything is an additional cost. But in all I don't think I could have found a better photographer in the state of utah.

First, I must say Pepper is an amazing wedding photographer, and I am so happy that I had her as my photographer for our wedding.

However, I needed to let her potential clients know that she will not focus on posed family/friends pictures, so go into your wedding knowing exactly what posed shots you want and make sure she shoots them. I regret that I now have very unhappy family members that weren't pictured to their satisfaction.
