The Most Satisfied Bride!

We watch our video every year for our anniversary and each time we are more grateful for the talent of Rick and Sarah! It took some convincing on my part to get my dad and now husband on board, but I’ll never forget the day we got our video back and my dad said how to we pay to have them make this 30 minutes longer! Penweddings is worth every penny! They are a joy to work with, so down to earth and kind, they truly love what they do and it shows in their work! I would use them again and again and again! Memories to last a life time, there just isn’t anything better, and they are the best!

Never once doubted our investment in Sarah & Rick!

I am a wedding photographer and, just like all my clients before me, I asked “Do I really need a videographer?” All I thought I cared about (naturally) was the wedding photos I was going to hang throughout my entire house. But then I found Sarah & Rick. Suddenly, I couldn’t imagine not having a wedding film at the end of it all. I’m SO thankful we not only hired a videographer, but hired specifically Sarah and Rick. They took the time to get to know us and our story. They are so sweet, easy going, understanding, just the perfect personalities you need on the day of your wedding. They were EVERYWHERE on the wedding day, I’m still confused as to how they captured so many angles and reactions. I didn’t cry on the actual wedding day (just too happy!), but I bawled watching our highlight film. The day goes so fast, I barely remembered my husband’s vows or my sister’s speech. Being able to watch it all back was the best gift I could have ever asked for. Do your future self a favor and hire Penweddings immediately!

Hiring PenWeddings to capture our love story and wedding day was hands down the BEST wedding day decision I made, other than marrying my husband of course ;) From the moment I saw my first PenWeddings video, which was before I even started dating my husband, I knew I would be calling them the minute I started planning my special day. When that time came, I literally chose my wedding date based on PenWeddings availability!

Rick and Sarah Pendergraft are, very simply put, the husband and wife DREAM TEAM when it comes to wedding filmmaking. Their work speaks for itself and every single film they create is an absolute work of art from start to finish. They are in a league of their own and true leaders in this industry! Sarah and Rick could not have captured our wedding weekend more perfectly. They are true artists and professionals! I wish I could give a million stars! Rick and Sarah of PenWeddings are and were phenomenal! The wedding video they produced for us exceeded our expectations and captured the day and the people perfectly. I couldn't imagine a better video. If we could only pick a few vendors for our wedding, I'd have PenWeddings at the top of my list every time. WHy? The food is eaten, the flowers eventually die, but the video can be played over and over for our kids and grandkids.

Not only was the video amazing, in working with Rick and Sarah we gained new friends. We still keep in touch and bond over our shared love of rescuing every animal that needs it. In fact, Rick and Sarah came through town on the way to another wedding and we met up for dinner. Great people, great product! We can't recommend PenWeddings enough!

There aren’t enough words we can find to explain how Sarah and Rick incredibly captured our big day. They froze a day that sped by for us. If you are wondering if you should splurge on a videographer for your wedding – stop and take a second to think about how you’ll be able to show this video to your family for generations to come. Leading up to our wedding we watched nearly every video Pen Weddings released. Honestly, I wasn’t sure if ours would be special once we had seen so many. I was very wrong. Nearly a year later and I still watch our video on a regular basis. Everything Pen Weddings does they seem to go above and beyond anything you could imagine.

I will never forget the day I found out PEN WEDDINGS was available for my wedding. I screamed, called my mom, then called my friend Callie, then cried. I've been watching their videos for years and still am still in awe and disbelief of their work. They have such a talent, but also have a way of making everyone around them feel comfortable. Their banter and calmness is so soothing on and leading up to the wedding day. They honestly take time to get to know their clients and I believe that is why their wedding videos feel so personal - because they are! I love them and cannot say enough wonderful things about them both. Every time I watch my wedding video I find another personal detail that makes me smile (and usually cry). Their videos speak for themselves, but I will also say they are simply the best!

My experience with Sarah and Rick was unbelievable. Out of all of my vendors for the wedding, I truly felt they were the only ones who really went above and beyond to make sure their couples' goals and expectations were met. From the first meeting to constant emails, to the day of the wedding, they were on top of it. No detail was missed. My wedding video is to this date my favorite part of my entire wedding. I watch it ALL the time. It was worth EVERY penny having them. Compared to other wedding videos I have seen, their videos really dive into the couple's history of how they met, interesting details, and always have the best songs attached. LOVED working with Rick and Sarah! I cannot recommend them enough! They are incredibly talented and so fun to be around. My family and friends at the wedding raved about them, and the video they produced of our wedding is simply STUNNING! They blended in so perfectly at both the wedding and rehearsal dinner, you wouldn't even know they were there they were so unobtrusive - a sign of a true professional! After viewing our wedding video, one of my co-workers asked if it was possible for Rick and Sarah to go back in time to film his wedding :) They perfectly captured the memories from our wedding that will last us a lifetime. I highly recommend using PenWeddings – they are truly the best videographers out there! Sarah and Rick are extremely talented, professional and passionate about their job. PenWeddings captured every detail of our rehearsal dinner and wedding perfectly! We had a destination wedding and they even came early to shoot extra scenes of us around Vail, which was so special to us! Sarah and Rick were amazing! From the first skype session where they wanted to know more about us and our story, to years after the wedding where we still stay in contact- they really made our day. I always believed that the video and photos were all you have (other than memories) when the day is over, so we wanted the best and we got just that. From the first video I watched of theirs, I knew I would do absolutely anything to have PenWeddings at my wedding. Their talent is on a level of its own.

Fast forward 2-3 years and they were my absolute favorite wedding vendor. They took time to get to know us and learn our story, then turned that into the most beautiful, most amazing video anyone has ever seen.

They’re professional, personable, fun, and great at blending in with the wedding guests. We didn’t even notice them at the wedding or reception, yet they managed to catch all of the best moments on camera!

Lastly, they delivered our package in the most adorable fashion, with multiple unexpected surprises. I have watched our video more times than I can count in the last 2.5 years, so it’s definitely worth the investment!

I cannot recommend Pen Weddings enough!!! Photos are awesome, don’t get me wrong, but video brings your day to life. From the sparkle in your gown to the laugh coming from your groom describing how you met - none of that would be possible to relive over and over without Pen Weddings. They are not only passionate about their work, but they are the absolute best at what they do. The sound quality, music licensing, details in delivery, etc., make for one of the most memorable pieces from our wedding day - something we’ll be able to share for generations. I was emotional blackout, meaning without our video/photos, there is no way I would believe that our wedding actually happened…. So THANK YOU to the Pendergrafts!!! I was first introduced to Penweddings when one of my very best friends had their wedding film done by them four years ago. I was in awe of the artistry that went into making that film and knew I had to do whatever it took to get them. After stalking their page and watching every single film they had on it, I knew It was inevitable. I will never forget my very first phone conversation with Sarah Pendergraft. I felt I had known her for years and I instantly felt a connection. She sounded like the type of person I would hang out with because she was so fun-loving and joyful while still being incredibly professional. I could tell she cared about what she did and took it seriously! I informed her that she had no choice but to do my film. The funny part was I had my wedding date already booked with the venue and she informed me that they did not have that date available. I told her I would literally change my wedding date to make sure I could use them, and I did!! I was nervous to meet her and her husband before the wedding because, in my mind, these two people were these huge wedding film editors who traveled the world and made movies out of the best day of peoples lives. They were important!! When we agreed on the location to meet for dinner to get to know each other, my husband could tell I was nervous and he was too! The first five minutes into the dinner, all four of our guards were down and we were discussing pretty intriquite details of our lives and laughing hysterically. We even shared some inside jokes! After that dinner, my husband and I both knew more than anything we made the right choice! They attended the entire weekend of our wedding celebration and felt like true friends celebrating with us, laughing with us, and capturing some pretty remarkable moments. I highly recommend PenWeddings! The video they produced for us is truly a family heirloom! The video captures the emotions of the day. From the first consultation to receiving the final product, they were responsive, fun, and professional. Hiring PenWeddings to produce the videography for our wedding was the best decision! I had previously seen their work through friends and knew I had to have them for our destination wedding. Not only were Sarah and Rick professional, easy to get along with and so sweet, they completely understood and executed what needed to be done in order to make our wedding video perfect. I had no worries or fears about how the video would turn out and as a bride, the less stress, the better! I have watched many videographers in the wedding industry for several years, and since I can remember I use to tell myself "If I ever get married, Pen Weddings is a MUST HAVE!!" My husband and I made the best decision in Sarah and Rick Pendergraft. Penn weddings turned the day of our wedding into a day that will last a lifetime. Our wedding video is magical. It highlights the most important and cherished moments of our wedding day. Equally, it captures my husband's and my history together and feelings for each other. Somehow, Sarah and Rick sifted through the hours of footage to produce a video that pulls together the main themes of our wedding, love, family, and friends. The video begins with the best man speech and footage of our hometown, our families, our guests arriving, the joy and excitement of getting dressed, and my husband and I laughing along and applauding as the best man speaks. The way in which sounbites are paired with footage tells the complete story. Sarah and Rick are not only talented and creative; they are professional and a joy to work with. Sarah was by my side while I got ready with my bridesmaids. She was encouraging, thoughtful, and fun to be around. My husband and groomsmen felt the same way about Rick. Sarah and Rick are exactly the kind of people you want to tell your beautiful love story. They are kind and thoughtful people with an exceptional gift for immortalizing memories in film. Our wedding film is better than we even imagined. They were great to work with at our wedding and did everything they could to help the day go smoothly. Sarah even carried water through the whole ceremony to give us during our pictures. We got married outside, so that was nice and thoughtful. I cannot say enough wonderful things about our experience with PenWeddings. When my husband and I got engaged, we knew immediately we wanted to have a videographer, so we planned our budget accordingly. After much research, we knew PenWeddings was the best of the best. I think both of our families were a little surprised to see such a big chunk of our budget allocated to videography, but we assured them it would be worth every penny-- and boy, were we right! (Phew!) Both families were blown away by the quality of the video and how beautifully (and accurately) PenWeddings captured the spirit of our weekend. All of our vendors were fabulous, but when it was all said and done, our photos and video are what we have to remember and cherish our special day. There really are not enough words to say all the great things about Sarah and Rick- which is fine, because their videos do the talking! I rewatch our video all the time, and it still brings a huge smile to my face and tears because they so perfectly captured us, our friends and family, and the spirit of our wedding. We knew that we wanted a video we would watch and cherish and that's exactly what we got!
They are incredibly fun to work with (if someone's going to tag along on your wedding day, you want them to be fun and easy. Sarah and Rick are just that!) Plus- we got our video short back in less than 2 weeks after our wedding- they are so talented. I could go on and on- they are so worth every penny!

Sarah and Rick (and guest shooter "B") are amazing people and extraordinarily talented artists. Sarah says Josh gave me the best wedding gift ever (a cello!), but he gave me something even better--PenWeddings. I gave Josh two jobs for the wedding--book our honeymoon and videographer. He took his jobs very seriously, making spreadsheets and everything, haha. And he didn't limit his search to just local vendors, obviously. He looked everywhere and ultimately chose PenWeddings. I think that speaks volumes to their unbelievable talent and value.

Before the wedding, Sarah and Rick were responsive to emails and very active on social media, which we loved because we felt like we knew them before we actually met at our rehearsal dinner. And when we asked them to work an extra hour at the last minute, they eagerly agreed.

On the wedding day, Sarah and "B" were like super professional, calm, organized, discreet video ninjas. I hardly noticed them and yet they captured every detail so perfectly. And when I did notice them, I was happy, comforted, and reassured. They are exactly the cool and calm personalities and sense of humor you want to have around on your wedding day. And the films they create are simply magical. They are incredible story-tellers, have great taste in music, and are able to pinpoint the people and things that are important to you and highlight it in your films. It is obvious that they love what they do and the people they shoot. We would gladly pay their fees over again for the gifts they've given us. And what's better? We feel like they're our friends, and we hope they call us if they ever have downtime in Houston so we can catch up over coffee :)

Suggestions for future brides and grooms: Don't limit your search to local vendors. Do a first look! Hire a videographer/PenWeddings, even if you didn't budget for it. They have given us our most favorite wedding keepsake, and we will treasure it forever.

Choosing to have Penweddings be a part of my our big day was the best decision I could have made. Everyone asks, what is the advice you'd give to newly engaged brides? My number one recommendation would be to budget for videography. But, not just any, Penweddings. Sarah and Rick are so wonderful, and I never had a doubt in my mind that the product we got from them wouldn't be flawless. I have had so many compliments on our video, it is humbling to even me. Penweddings was by far the BEST decision we made in choosing what vendors we wanted for our wedding. I would have been SO disappointed if we had not contacted them and missed out on their videography. Sarah and Rick went above and beyond my expectations with the wedding trailer, wedding day coverage and also the amazing " Love Story" they filmed and edited for us. We wanted a video that detailed Matt and I's story of how we met and also our message of restoring our relationship through some break up's and hard times. We wanted to show our love for God and our hope in Him as we worked toward being stronger as a couple. The Love Story was absolutely the most incredible piece of work! We displayed it at our wedding ceremony for all our guests to watch. Sarah has an amazing eye for capturing each moment and finding the exact perfect song to match it as she edits a gorgeous, emotional and unforgettable wedding memory. Why would you not invest in videography.....you can watch it year after year and never forget your special day!! We loved Penweddings!

Penweddings did such an amazing job capturing my son and daughter-in-love's wedding. Their professionalism and attention to detail was outstanding. The best experience we had with any of our vendors.

The "Happy Couple" and our extended families, were so pleased and moved by the wedding "trailer" - we smiled, wept and couldn't wait to see the final product...which is priceless!

If you want a quality product and incredibly professional service, look no further! Sarah is not only a polished and talented videographer, she is a fun and personable individual who you will love to work with! From the very first meeting, it was clear that Sarah's goal for her wedding film (because saying video does not do it justice) was to capture the uniqueness of our relationship and make every edit personal to my groom and I! To me, this is a very rare quality in a videographer! She could easily just use some sort of standard format for everyone and be on her way, but the time and effort she invests in her projects makes me feel almost guilty that we weren't able to pay her more! Because that is just what you get with penweddings- an investment. A lifelong treasure your grandkids will be able to enjoy!

It's easy to go with someone just because they may be more "inexpensive", but I promise you it would not be the same experience or product. We worked our budget so we could hire penweddings. If your wedding memories are important to you, I recommend doing the same!

I can't believe that I almost didn't get a videographer for my wedding. At the last minute I changed my mind and searched for a high quality professional that was affordable. After looking at reviews and speaking to friends who had been married in the area, I had no doubt in my mind that PenWeddings had the best reputation for high quality professional work and affordibility. I am so happy we hired PenWeddings. Our wedding video is better than we could have ever imagined. We've already watched the video about 8 times and we haven't even been married a year! Sarah and Rick just make you comfortable and you know that you are in good hands. They also think of all the little details that make it even more special. The way they present you with the final product, the way they get to know your personality in order to produce the best video for you, etc. You can't go wrong with PenWeddings!

PENWEDDINGS is the only vendor I have told all of my friends and family that they were hands down worth every single penny. I will never forget watching our wedding movie trailer video on the airplane back from our honeymoon in Maui. I was in such tears that at first my husband thought I was crying because we were leaving Maui! (ha!) I think I watched it 5 times before the flight attendant told me I really needed to turn off my phone! Once it got posted on facebook, everyone I knew was commenting on my the video. Even friends I hadn't seen in years were saying how much they loved seeing it and how amazing it was put together.

I was working with a wedding planner and she really suggested I get a videographer. From the beginning of wedding planning, I was really sure I didn't need the video. In my mind it was just going to be boring, and I would probably not even watch it that much, so why pay for it, right? I thought, 'we'll have great photos, so we really won't need the video documentary.' Boy was I ever wrong. To this day we still don't have photos and I can't thank Sarah & Rick enough for capturing so much of US. They really get to know who you are and make a video that brings out your personality. If you go to their website, you'll se what I mean.. Every video is different because every video is really how they get to know you and specifically portray your wedding. They got it down perfect for us. My husband and I have watched the video 10 times now. I'm so glad I was convinced to go ahead and get a wedding video, and I'm so glad I chose PENWEDDINGS. They were wonderful to work with, and have made all the details of our special day into a video that our parents, us, and eventually our children, will enjoy forever...

I remember when I was choosing a videographer, I watched several videos and realized that I wanted a video to be more than just documenting my wedding but telling the story of my wedding. Of course when I saw PenWeddings's video trailers on their blog, I was in love. Price didn't matter. I wanted a video like what I saw no matter what. To be moved by a couple I didn't even know, I could only imagine how my video with them would turn out. Sure enough, I was blown away when I got my video. They caught so many images I didn't even realize they got and made the whole video an experience capturing the emotions and the location. The other thing is that PenWeddings does more than just a video, I truly see their work as art. My friends saw the trailer and where so excited saying, "It's like a movie!" This couple has talent and passion for their work and it shows! Honestly, I think their work speaks for itself. Not to mention that they are such a lovely and sweet couple!

Two other things that they did that I saw as above and beyond was that they came down to my rehearsal the day before the wedding. I was really impressed that they wanted to scope out the church before the actual wedding day. Another thing was that they were so understanding when I needed to change my wedding date. It wasn't a hassle at all. I want to work with them again! (without having to get remarried of course! lol)

One last thing, I believe video to be so important because the day flashes by. It can be chaotic and a whirlwind, but then you watch your video and you get to re-live the wedding in a way you didn't get to on your wedding day. I am so thankful to PenWeddings for capturing my wedding. They gave me the best gift. :) Thank you so much Sarah and Rick <3

Weddings are expensive, right? You are on a tight budget, and you have a great photographer. You don't need a videographer, right? WRONG!

My husband and I were on a fairly tight budget. In order to get a videographer, we had to cut back on other things like the flowers and other decor, but let me say I have never regretted our decision. The flowers will die, most decorations will get overlooked, the favors end up in your spare closet, because no one cared to take them. It's your day and trust me, it goes by so fast. There is so much you don't see going on, and pictures are just a snapshot of what happened.

We received our video from PenWeddings a few weeks ago, and I was amazed. It's such a treasure to have OUR day .. that one day that will NEVER happen again, those moments that went by in a split second .. I have them forever all captured on one-of-a-kind video.

I have seen the work of videographers from across the country, and I can honestly say, PenWeddings is one of the best! Not just in Oklahoma, but in the country! Sarah and Rick don't just film your wedding, they get to know you. They spend time getting to know you, so they realize what your style is, what you cherish as the most important parts of your wedding. Your wedding video will be catered to you and your spouse. It isn't a template of work that is replicated for each bride. Other Oklahoma videographers, simply change out the video, but the style .. the look of their videos are all the same. Sarah and Rick create a video that is unique to YOUR day!

I can't tell you how many people have told me what an amazing keepsake I have. They are blown away by our video. It touches everyone that watches. They don't remember what are decorations looked like, they can't tell you what kind of food we served, but you can bet they tell everyone they know that's planning a wedding to book Sarah and Rick. They REMEMBER our video. Sarah has a way of putting together a creative movie that doesn't just go through the motions .. it captivates you. I cried so many times just watching the videos she would put together of other brides, trying to imagine what that day would be like. Now, I know! I can't say enough how much I value our PenWeddings piece. I feel blessed to have had them along for our day. They never got in the way and Sarah becomes more than just the girl shooting your video. She makes sure you feel so special that day. It's true what the other couples say, Sarah and Rick become so much more than your videographer. At the end of the experience you won't just have a absolutely amazing way to remember your special day, you will have made two amazing friends.

Through the hustle and bustle of planning our wedding the last thing we booked was our videographer Pen Weddings, but when all was said and done it was our very best decision, and they provided us with an irreplacable way to re-live our special day. We had thought that as long as we had a good photographer we didn't need much else, and though our photographs are a treasure, Sarah and Rick were able to give us a video of our once-in-a-lifetime moments so that we can play them back whenever we want! The quality of the video itself was fantastic; very artfully done with an attention to detail that puts them above the rest.
Working with Rick and Sarah was so wonderful. Although they film several weddings a year, they make you feel like you are their only client, that your wedding is the most important event of the year, and that your expectations are being exceeded. Having people with cameras around you on one of the biggest days of your life is intimidating, but Rick and Sarah blended in and captured everything! By the time everything was said and done, we count them as great friends. I am so proud to say that Pen Weddings was our videographer and I hope that other engaged couples will realize what a keepsake a DVD of your special day can be!

I cannot brag enough about PenWeddings! Rick and Sarah have so much combined professional experience and yet manage to take part in your big day as if they're one of your oldest friends! There are many videography vendors out there, but only one BEST CHOICE! I recommended them to a dear friend, and she instantly fell in love with them as I had! PenWeddings did a love story video for her wedding ceremony in addition to their actual wedding day- and WOW, what a fantastic idea! After our second annivery, I still have random people ask me for Penwedding's contact info because our wedding video left such a grand impression on them! Penweddings... AMAZING!!! My favorite keepsake from our wedding!!!
The Pendergrafts were SO much fun to work with! At first, we were very aprehensive on the idea of having a camera follow us around for the entire day, (as I'm not big on being the center of attention, and I'm kind of camera shy!), but Rick and Sarah did such an amazing job making us feel comfortable, and relaxed!!! I'm so glad we opted to have them shoot our special day!!
We've watched our video a thousand times and I still cry! I've even looked over and found the husband tearing up as well! Thank you so much Penweddings for doing such an amazing job and creating such an amazing video to help us remember our big day!!!!!!

PenWeddings is so worth it!

When I first started planning my wedding I didn't think I wanted to invest in a videographer when I already had a great photographer, but I'm so thankful that I picked PenWeddings! I knew they were the right choice when I caught myself crying while watching their wedding videos of couples I'd never met before. Now I get to watch my own wedding, and I cry each time.

Having our once-in-a-lifetime day captured on video is so much better than just still pictures. The shots PenWeddings took and the way it was edited together made our special day seem even more magical than it was in person. They picked out the best moments of the day and made a movie out of it, literally!

It was also such a treat to be able to see what was happening during our ceremony while we weren't even there. For the bride (me), I got to "attend" the cocktail hour and watch everyone get seated for the ceremony. My husband got to see me get ready, toast champagne with my bridesmaids, and giggle as I watched him walk past my prep room.

I was surprised at how much of my wedding I had already forgotten about (and it was just a few months ago). I was so nervous during the ceremony and reception, it was great being able to watch it all again and really think about our vows. We also got to hear my husband's grandmother give her reception toast, along with his brother and my sister. Moments filled with words of love, captured on film, that will never happen again.

My words of wisdom: use a videographer! But it's a waste of money if you don't pick the right one. Sarah and Rick Pendergraft, with PenWeddings, are the best decision I made in my whole wedding! Flowers last several days, bridesmaids dresses will only be worn once, but we will cherish this video of our wedding forever.

Sarah and Rick Pendergraft did a phenomenal job capturing our wedding. I'm tempted to invite them on our next vacation so they can capture it too!

I cannot tell you how much I enjoyed working with Sarah and Rick! They are both so talented and passionate about what they do. We loved being able to watch our video trailer of the wedding before we even returned from our honeymoon, and we are thrilled with the final product of our full wedding video. I will admit that I was skeptical of having a videographer at my wedding; but after meeting with Sarah, I fell in love with the samples of her work and knew that I wanted her to be a part of our wedding.
