Lisa saved the day!

Lisa did absolute magic for our October 2021 wedding! Our original florist closed her business 3 weeks before my wedding day! I was naturally in a complete tailspin, but Lisa fully saved the day!

Not only was she available (thank goodness for a Thursday postponed wedding!), but she was quick to respond, incredibly sympathetic for what we were going through, and she gave us gorgeous florals for our day!

We were on a call within a day of first reaching out, we had a proposal within hours, and we had booked her the following day. Obviously we didn't have a ton of time to spare! I felt fully confident that Lisa understood what we were looking for, and she went above and beyond to make sure that we got exactly that!

Our florals and decor were absolutely gorgeous, and I also found pricing to be reasonable as well! I would absolutely recommend Lisa and her team to anyone looking for their wedding florals! Thank you so much for saving our wedding day and making it beautiful!

I booked Lisa in June of 2019 for a May 2020 wedding. With all of the changes of Covid, we ended up having an August 2020 micro-wedding. Despite downsizing the original quote SIGNIFICANTLY, Lisa worked with us so professionally and delivered gorgeous flowers and centerpieces. She was so thoughtful and kind throughout this whole process, I can't thank her enough for her help. I am so glad I chose Pennypack to work with!

Great for wedding flowers

We read so many great online reviews for Pennypack and once we met with Lisa, we knew we were in good hands. We didn’t want many flowers--just some for the bridal party and our family and some bulk flowers to place around the reception venue. She was so accommodating in working with our vision and budget. She made so many great recommendations for what would look good together, and we even got to see samples of the bridal and bridesmaid bouquets to make sure everything was as we wanted. Everything was delivered on time and looked beautiful. The whole process was simple and stress-free and we’re so appreciative of everything Lisa and Pennypack did for our wedding day.

Lisa was AMAZING. She really listened to what I wanted the flowers to look like and studied the pictures I gave her to put together the arrangements that I had envisioned. Lisa was responsive, accommodating, worked within my budget, and she delivered our bouquets on time as well as set up the other arrangements at the venue on time as well. At first I was a little hesitant to book business with Pennypack Flowers after visiting their store (it has bright pink walls and seems like it hasn't been updated in a while). Don't let their store appearance fool you! This place was competitively priced and delivered GORGEOUS arrangements; the flowers were fresh and exactly the same ones used in the "trial" bouquet that Lisa made for me a couple weeks prior to our wedding to make sure everything was how I envisioned. The real bouquet was even MORE gorgeous. The photo I included is how my bouquet looked when after we got back from our honeymoon! I was surprised at how it looked great even 5 days after our wedding! I highly recommend Pennypack Flowers.

Pennypack flowers and Lisa were such a pleasure to work with for our wedding. They were friendly, inviting, treated us like family. Our flowers couldn’t have been more gorgeous and the quality was beyond our expectations! When we entered the ballroom, we were in awe at the presentation!!! Thank you so much. I loved working with Lisa and Pennypack Flowers for my wedding! Lisa is extremely knowledgeable about the wedding industry and also extremely talented in her craft. She's also very professional and easy to work with. In just one meeting, she understood my vision for my wedding and later turned it into reality. She helped me choose just the right flowers to achieve the look that I wanted within my budget.
My bouquet was so beautiful and the bridesmaids' bouquets were also perfect. Our centerpieces were even prettier than I had expected, and the outside pergola for the ceremony site was decorated beautifully too. We received so many compliments about the flowers and we are so happy that we hired Pennypack Flowers to help make our day absolutely perfect.

I absolutely loved our flowers for our NYE/winter themed wedding. I loved the white and winter pine look. We only did the bouquets for the girls, and boutineers for the guys and they turned out great! The girls at Pennypack Flowers really brought my vision to life and I couldn't be happier with the result. They worked with me on price, design and and delivered them right on time. They even incorporated a little charm for me on my bouquet. Thank you so much for making our day so special and beautiful!

I had a great experience from the beginning with Lisa from Pennypack. I couldn't have been happier with all of my arrangements, especially my centerpieces and the arrangements for the pergola outside the venue (Pen Ryn Mansion) where we had our ceremony-much more beautiful than I had even expected! We got so many compliments, and all of the arrangements held up nicely throughout the night!

Lisa was a great vendor to work with! She was recommended by our venue, and I can see why! She worked with my budget and vision, and created the look I wanted for table decor, centerpieces, bouquets, and accessories for the mothers and fathers. She was also very accommodating on when we met because I lived about an hour away from her store - loved her flexibility! You can definitely trust her to create the wedding vision you desire!

Lisa did an absolutely AMAZING job with our wedding flowers - from bouquets to centerpieces. She is truly talented at what she does. She was incredibly easy and flexible to work with. At first I wasn't quite sure what I wanted, but she guided me through the process until I found the perfect arrangements. Whenever I had a question or idea or last minute change, she promptly responded to my emails or call. The flowers were unbelievable. People that I never would have expected to notice the flowers commented on how beautiful the centerpieces were. Lisa was amazing - start to finish. I would recommend her to every bride planning a wedding.

I was thrilled with my experience with Pennypack Flowers! We were married 8/6/16, and Lisa took care of our personal flower order. I initially booked all of our flowers with my venue's preferred florist because they included our centerpieces, and then I began to panic because I was feeling uncertain about the prices. Lisa had several other large orders booked for our weekend, but she met with me, listened to my nervous apprehension, and quoted me a MUCH more reasonable price on the personal flowers than the first florist had offered. Her shop is so cute and welcoming, and her adorable doggy makes for great company as you browse the albums of Lisa's fabulous work!

My mom and mother-in-law were both veryyyy particular when it came to the flowers, but fortunately Lisa listened to what I had in mind and made my vision a reality! Our bridesmaid dresses were a unique (tricky to match) rose gold sequin color, but Lisa came up with the perfect palette to complement them. She was so pleasant to work with, and she put me completely at ease. My cascading bridal bouquet and my girls' flowers were all jaw-droppingly gorgeous. Our matron of honor told me that I had the most beautiful bridal bouquet she had ever seen : )

The best part? Both picky moms were completely happy! Thank you Lisa for helping restore my sanity and for your stunning work!

I asked Lisa how many people currently work for her, and she said that it's actually mostly a family affair with even her beautiful dog carrying the role of shop greeter when you walk through the doors of the flower shop. It was a pleasure working with Lisa and Pennypack Flowers to make our wedding day as beautiful as was humanly possible! One of the most memorable moments from working with Lisa was while my mom and I were brainstorming what our centerpieces and bouquets would look like. Not only did Lisa allow us to come back the week after our first consultation to see the changes that we wanted, but she made sure that we were happy with the changes. We definitely were, and that's how dedicated Lisa was to make our vision become a reality. She even made suggestions as to what types of flowers to use since my mom and I needed the professional advice. We thank Lisa and everyone at Pennypack Flowers for working with us!

Lisa was amazing to work with from day one. We gave her a budget and she somehow managed to accommodate everything we wanted and keep the flowers within the price range that we were comfortable with. Her prices are extremely competitive, and I felt that we received a VERY good value. She even gave us free samples a few weeks before the wedding, which was awesome. The flowers were absolutely beautiful, and Lisa helped bring my vision to life. We made some last-minute changes/additions, and Lisa was able to handle it, no problem. Lisa is a true professional who has been in the industry a long time. She knows what she is doing, and she is able to give suggestions and work within your budget. I relied on the extremely positive reviews I read when deciding to meet with Lisa, and I am so glad that I did. I would tell any of my friends or family to use Pennypack Flowers for their wedding. They did an amazing job, and I couldn't have been more pleased.

Lisa is simply amazing! We loved working with her for our Wedding and she made sure we were always taken care of! Unlike most florists, Lisa provides samples prior to the wedding day, so you can get an idea of what your chosen flowers will look like. This was awesome and we even brought our Mom's with us, so that they could see her amazing work before the day of the Wedding! The flowers and centerpieces were absolutely gorgeous and we received so many compliments from our bridal party, family and friends! We highly recommend Lisa and her business! Lisa is AMAZING!!! She is affordable and great to work with. She did every little thing I asked and e-mailed her about (a million times). Her flower arrangements were gorgeous and I was over the moon happy with my bridal bouquet. She had some things going on with her family the week before and week of the wedding, and you would never know. I could NOT have been happier with my wedding flowers!! Since I tend to prefer more tropical flowers, I wasn't really sure how to go about choosing my wedding flowers. Lisa was so helpful throughout the whole process and even provided us with samples in case we needed to make any changes. I highly recommend Pennypack Flowers to anybody looking!!!!

Lisa and the staff at Pennypack Flowers have to be some of the friendliest, most accommodating and most knowledgeable people in the business! We booked quite early with Lisa without even shopping around. We didn't need to - her portfolio was fabulous and she made us feel right at home as soon as we walked into the shop! She took lots of notes and made all the right suggestions for our special day based on our likes, preferences and budget. She even provides a "sample" bouquet as part of the package to make sure what I had in mind is what they would deliver. Seeing the sample bouquets ahead of time is a brilliant idea because something I thought I wanted didn't really turn out the way I thought it would. No worries! Brynne, one of the florists, made additional suggestions and came up with a perfect alternative.

All the bouquets were gorgeous and exactly what I had pictured. We were also able to customize all the other corsages and boutonnieres for each individual member of the wedding party. And the quality of the flowers was superb - my bouquet lasted in water for almost 10 days after the wedding and still looked fresh!

We were so pleased with the quality and service that we went back and ordered "week after" plant arrangements to be delivered to our parents. That's when we met Lisa's mother who suggested adding fresh flowers to the arrangements for an extra pop of color (and she even threw in a box of chocolates!) She was right - our parents loved them! We would recommend Pennypack Flowers again and again! Thank you Lisa and staff!

Could not have asked for a better florist. Samples of our order were included so that we could get an idea of how the flowers would look and tweak them if we didn't like them! Even with a family emergency the week before the wedding Pennypack Flowers got everything right the day of the wedding! We could not have been happier with how everything turned out. They are also much more reasonable than other quotes I got from other florists!

The owners were very flexible and cooperative to work with, whether it be over the phone or in person. The were very receptive to our ideas and also provided supplemental ideas that made for a beautiful final product. Price was very reasonable as well.

I don't have enough good things to say about Lisa at Pennypack Flowers. First off, Lisa had the most competitive pricing of all the florists I contacted. I was looking for a florist whose flowers were not "cheesy" and I can't begin to describe how classy and tasteful, yet fun and vibrant my flowers were. Lisa has a perfect eye for color and took my vision for my wedding and perfectly executed it.

Of all the florists I reached out to, Lisa was the most responsive. She always wrote back to every email in like an hour (I planned from NYC so I had to do everything via email), with a thorough detailed response and was friendly and also took the time to educate me on all the flowers I liked. With every tweak I asked for, Lisa perfectly understood what I was looking for and made my ideas like 10 times better than I envisioned.

Pennypack was reliable, affordable, trustworthy, responsive and made beautiful, tasteful, and artistic flowers. I would recommend them to anyone.

I would definitely recommend Lisa and Pennypack Flowers to anyone I know getting married or in need of flowers for special occasions. The shop is beautiful inside and smells heavenly. Lisa made the entire process so easy. She worked completely within our budget and everything was exactly as requested. The bright colors of my bouquet are vivid in even the blurriest of pictures taken. We were not able to get too many outdoor shots due to the rain on our big day, but we were pleased to have spring time brought inside for us with these beautiful flowers.

I could not have picked a better place to get my wedding flowers from! Lisa did all of my bouquets, boutonnieres, corsages, and centerpieces, as well as some ceremony decorations. I did not need as many ceremony decorations because I got married around the holidays, and the church was already so beautifully decorated.

I sat down with Lisa in her flower shop, and she was exceptionally helpful from the very beginning. She had books, pictures, and ideas of her own that helped create the wedding flowers that I ordered from her. My bouquet and my bridesmaids’ bouquets were utterly stunning. I could not believe how beautiful they looked. The groomsmen’s boutonnieres matched perfectly with my bridesmaids bouquets. The corsages we ordered for our mothers were just perfect. All of the flowers held up for the entire day, and it was a long day! Come to think of it, they still looked great the day after the wedding.

Lisa had my dream wedding and budget in mind when helping me plan for all of the flowers that you need to order for a wedding! She is an amazing florist, and I would highly recommend her to any bride!

Lisa arranged both my bouquets and center pieces. They were both beautiful; however, her center pieces were above and beyond what I expected. All of my guests "fought" over them and they were still a topic of conversation as we visited with our friends and family over the holidays. Lisa was awesome to work with, answered my emails within a timely manner, and even met with us as many times as we needed. I would definitely recommend Lisa and Pennypack Flowers!

Deciding to book with Pennypack Florists was Absolutely the best decision for our wedding flowers. Lisa (and her adorable four legged helpers) was extremely helpful and super understanding even through all our last minute changes. All we had to do was tell her our budget and colors, and she more than exceeded our expectations! Everything from the church to bouquets and reception flowers she nailed it. Not only did everything looked fabulous but our flowers were so fresh the arrangements lasted three full weeks. We have and will continue to recommend her!!!

I can not say enough good things about the servcie and floral arrangements provided to us on our wedding day by Lisa and Pennypack Flowers! From the very first meeting with Lisa, I felt comfortable speaking with her about my ideas and she had wonderful vision on how to make our wedding beautiful and colorful and how to make my ideas a reality. The combination of colors were perfect and every picture popped with vibrant color and elegance. The table arrangements were breathtaking! Lisa submerged flowers in mason jars as well as having some with flowers pouring out the top, both creating a beautiful illusion and adding variety to the reception. She was very flexible in meeting with us and prompt on giving us an itemized plan. She was so easy to talk to and gave me a lot of tips on various aspects of the wedding day! Pennypack also gives a sample of your arrangements prior to the event which is a huge plus and you are able to see what the final product will look like and make changes if necessary. Our wedding guests were raving about the gorgeous arrangements! Lisa is a true artist and it is evident that she takes much pride in her work! The price was reasonable and I would definitely recommend Lisa and Pennypack Flowers to anyone looking for exceptional service and beautiful flowers for their special occasion. Lisa, thank you so much for your wonderful service and for making our wedding day and photos gorgeous and memorable!

Lisa was amazing. She not only worked with me on prices/staying in my budget, but she also provided me with miniature samples of the bridal flowers the week of the wedding. This was the BEST feature for me because she and I designed my arrangement from scratch and I didn't have any photographs to go on. The sampling allowed me to make adjustments where needed and gave me the assurance that my flowers would look amazing the day of my wedding. Another - AMAZING - thing Lisa did for us was coordinate my reception. I made 95% of the items that would be used for the reception and Lisa let me drop everything off the week before, and she and her team hauled it down to the reception hall for us, set everything up, and did an amazing job at that. I was THRILLED. Thanks Lisa!

I absolutely loved my wedding flowers! They turned out beautiful and I got so many compliments! Lisa was great to deal with from the beginning and was very patient with me when I had no clue what type of flowers I wanted and when I decided to change everything once we found our bridesmaid dresses. She worked with my budget and was just great to work with! I also love that you get the chance to see your flowers in person before your wedding, giving you the opportunity to change anything you didn't like! I highly recommend using Pennypack Flowers! Lisa was so wonderful! She helped me get my ideas into stunning bouquets and centerpieces that came in UNDER budget! A few times throughout my planning she would shoot me an email to make sure everything was going good and she was genuinely interested in us as people, I never felt like just another check while working with her. Lisa was amazing to work with. I sent her a photo of a dead and wilted flower that I wanted and a description of what it used to look like - and she knew EXACTLY what I was looking for. Our wedding flowers were beautiful and the colors were exactly what I was expecting. The prices was more than reasonable for what we got. Delivery, day of, was on time and exactly was we requested!!

If I ever need event flowers again, Lisa will be my first call!

From the beginning of the planning process, Lisa was a dream to work with! We were very much on a budget, but we still wanted beautiful arrangements. Lisa took the time to carefully show us many possible designs with our favorite flowers, and she showed us how we can adjust those arrangements to fit within our budget. I also loved the fact that Lisa gives you a trial run of all of the flowers for your wedding. I didn’t just get to see my arrangements as pictures in a book, I got to hold them and see the final product months before the wedding to make certain that they were exactly what I wanted. I didn’t come across any other florist that was willing to do that as part of the package. Overall, the results of Lisa’s hard work were incredible, and our guests are still talking about how beautiful all of our arrangements were. Finally, by picking a winter wedding date, we were very aware of the risk of snow. As chance would have it, we had a snow storm the morning of our wedding causing us to lose our trolley because of the road conditions. Despite the weather, Lisa and her staff made sure that all of the flowers were delivered to their appropriate locations on time and in perfect condition. Lisa and the Pennypack Flowers staff are truly dedicated to providing their customers with the best quality service at affordable prices. You can’t go wrong by choosing them!

Lisa and Pennypack Flowers was a joy to work with. I had no clue what I wanted to do in regards to our casual afternoon wedding with a cocktail and passed appetizers reception at a restaurant. Lisa is the owner of the business and she did a great job. She provides samples prior to the wedding day so you can get an idea of what your chosen flowers will look like. The flowers were absolutely gorgeous and received many compliments. Also, the quality of the flowers were exceptional. We put the bouquets in vases after the wedding and they looked great for almost two weeks after the wedding. The flowers were very reasonably priced for what we purchased compared to many other florists.

Would highly recommend them to anyone.

My fiance (now wife) had handled the flowers part of the wedding planning so this review is based upon her feedback and what I visually encountered the day of our wedding.

We were extremely pleased with the services that Pennypack Flowers provided: Wrist corsages, boutineer's, ceremony aisle, unity candle flowers, place card and table centerpieces (I may have forgotten a few others, can't remember).

From our initial consultation to the day of the wedding, the owner (Lisa) was very professional and friendly. Her shop is warm and inviting (we love her four legged companions that were hanging out in her store). They have a large stock/choices of flowers and arrangement options. Lisa has a good sense of design, very unique. The pricing was reasonable and competitive. They delivered as promised and the set-up was beautiful. Our guests made many positive comments about the flowers/arrangements. We especially liked the cylinder vases with orchids, stones and floating candles. They were beautiful.

We would recommended Pennypack Flowers and would utilize their services again!

Lisa was great to work with. She was very flexible and super detailed. She made day of deliveries without any problems. She also does samples for you which I thought was great because it is difficult to determine what things will look like. We loved Pennypack Flowers and would highly recommend them to anyone!

We looked at several florists. We chose Pennypack because we liked the vendor the best. She was flexible with flower choices and was easy to work worth. Pricing was less than many but more than some. I liked that she also did samples. We had garland centerpieces and the flowers came out great.

Lisa was super helpful in picking out our flowers and easing my nerves regarding set up, delivery, take down etc. She is a true professional, and the flowers came out beautiful!! Everyone was blown away by our centerpieces. They truly made the room! She even added florals to my wedding cake that perfectly accented the cake. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a wedding florist. She will work with you no matter what your budget :)

Rude incompetant staff unfamiliar with the flower arrangements on their own site and more interested in doing large orders than small.

They asked me to read the description of the flower arrangement from their site to them, yet, constantly interrupted me before I could even complete telling them the list of 7 flowers in the description. Obviously, they lady didn't really care what was in the arrangement she asked me to read to her from her own website that she was too incompetant to look up herself. Then she puts another lady on the phone before I even had a chance to read flower number 3 from the list in the description. This lady is in so much of a rush she doesn't want to hear the description either. Flustered, she says they have 3 weddings today and they cannot do my arrangement...and hung up on me.

I then phoned NE Flower Botique who was able to easily do one of the arrangements off their website easily without any problem. NE Flower Botique is a better deal financially as well as with their customer service.

I woudn't trust Pennypack Flowers to even be able to deliver on what they promise given what I have seen so far. Try NE Flower Botique instead. Better rates, better service.
