I met Bill, Karen and Allie at the Bridal Extravaganza and immediately knew they were my top choice for photography. They were so warm and kind, knowledgeable and available on our wedding day! My husband went with me to the Peary's home because I wanted them to meet him as well and he thought they were great. He wasn't sure how much of our budget he wanted to spend on photography but he is so happy we chose Peary! Bill & Karen were amazing on our big day. When I talked to Bill when I was looking for someone to take on the task of photographing our wedding, I immediately felt at ease and confident in hiring Peary Photography/ATX Elopements for the job! Bill's expertise, passion, and warmth radiated through the phone. Peary Photography did an amazing job with our small wedding at Chapel Dulcinea. Bill and Karen Peary were superb at directing and guiding everyone through the whole process, and I seriously don't know what we would have done without them. Their rates were excellent for the work they did, and the photos were returned to us incredibly fast! All of our guests kept saying how awesome at officiating Karen was. Really, I would recommend them in a heartbeat to anyone getting married at Chapel D.

This is an incredible photography company that is run by the family. Allie, Bill, and Karen are all incredibly professional, responsive, and will make sure your day is memorable for all the good things a special day should be about. They offer more than just photography and videography, which I also recommend if you are considering eloping. Peary Photography was able to make a suggested photo of a bouquet become a reality with their own little flair that looked even better than the images I sent them. I also highly recommend Peary Photography if you are considering Chapel Dulcinea because of how many ceremonies and engagements they have photographed before. Both Bill and Karen have an eye for photography, they work together to ensure you get the best shots. They know how to pose you, they know what to have you do to make the photos more natural, they are very respectful and also funny, and they can see a scene and know exactly what look to go for. The Peary's are a joy to work with.
We selected the All Inclusive Package with Bill and Karen Peary. Karen was our officiants, they took care of our flowers, light coordination, and our photography. Anytime we had questions prior to booking and after, they were very responsive and helpful.
They were a joy to work with and made the day go very smoothly. You could tell they have been working closely together for many years and truly love what they do.
We were married at Chapel Dulcinea and Bill even gave a nice history lesson of the Chapel and Wizard Academy! We really enjoyed how much he shared with us.
We would highly recommend Bill and Karen (aka ATX Elopements) for your big day or any other photography needs!

My wife Hilary and I had a totally awesome time working with Bill and Karen. They were helpful leading up to the wedding, helping us plan family photos at the cathedral, plan a post ceremony photo location, and then they went above and beyond at the reception, catching posed and candid photos of all our guests, not to mention all the beautiful photos of the ceremony and the bridal party getting ready.
They're value is unmatched, and there is zero sacrifice in quality. We can't wait to display our new photos! We had them for 7 hours on the day, and they were a joy the whole time. Thanks Peary family!

We are so incredibly happy with the work of Peary Photography (photography for engagement photoshoot, bridal photoshoot, and wedding day; videography for wedding day; coordination for wedding day).
For the photography, from our very first meeting, it was clear that Bill Peary is passionate about his craft and incredibly skilled. He went above and beyond to ensure that every shot was perfect for our engagement and bridal photoshoots and our wedding day. The end result was a stunning collection of photographs that truly tell the story of our love and wedding.
Bill's attention to detail, artistic eye, and ability to capture both perfect portraits and candid moments make him a truly talented photographer. I would highly recommend him to anyone in need of a wedding photographer. He exceeded all my expectations, and we are forever grateful for the memories he captured for us. We will treasure the photos our whole lives!
Not only did Bill capture stunning and beautiful photos of our special day, but he also had a very fast turn around time. We received the photos only several days after our wedding which was a pleasant surprise and allowed us to share our memories with family quickly. We especially really appreciated this fast turn around since my grandma, who was unable to attend the wedding due to her health, was able to enjoy seeing the photos before she sadly passed away only two weeks and a half after the wedding. I will always remember the smile on my grandma’s face and her joy as we showed her the stunning wedding photos.
For the wedding videography, we also appreciated how we received the sneak peak 1 min trailer earlier than we expected, and we were able to make a suggestion for a small edit to the video upon previewing it. We were pleasantly surprised at the crisp audio quality in the video since it was a very windy day. The editing style was very cinematic and made us feel special like we were in a movie. It was great how John, the videographer, captured the entirety of important events throughout the day. At first we chose the option for just the 7-8 min highlight video, but after our wedding day we realized we really wanted to be able to re-watch the entire ceremony, first dance, toasts in their entirety. It was a relief that we had the option to upgrade our video package to include the longer documentary video with all the important events.
For the wedding coordination, Karen Peary was absolutely fantastic. From start to finish, she went above and beyond to make sure our special day was perfect. Not only was she incredibly organized and efficient, but she was also kind, friendly, and always willing to help with whatever we needed.
Karen’s attention to detail was impeccable, and she made sure that everything ran smoothly on our big day. Our wedding day was bizarrely very cold at 25 deg F, and our ceremony was at the outdoor Chapel Dulcinea. Karen was so helpful, prepared with hand warmers and an extra tissue, and was supportive in checking up on how we were doing in the cold.
We really appreciated Karen and Allie’s quick responses to our many questions before the wedding via email, and we appreciated the excel spreadsheet they sent which helped us organize the timeline and key details.
Overall, Peary Photography made our photoshoots and wedding day truly special, and we are sincerely grateful to them and highly recommend them!

A Blending of Families and Friends
We could not have chosen a better group of photographers if we tried.
We started the planning during COVID with no planner, my mom living out of town, as well as my future-mother-in-law, and my fiance in the oilfield. I just hopped on The Knot after hearing nothing but good things about it. We chose the Peary's because we loved their "About Us" blurbs and the photos in the gallery, along with the rave reviews from Karen and Old Glory Ranch.
We had to move our date due to personal reasons, and everyone was completely understanding, extremely helpful, and patient.
The day of just flowed so smoothly and we honestly did not even know Bill or Kim were there except the few times we'd catch them in the background or when we were doing group photos, as all the others were so natural.
When we got the link for our photos, we were in shock and awe wondering just how in the world they got some of the shots they captured, and the emotion was so real in them.
Everyone to this day continues to talk about how wonderful and relaxing the day was, and how pleasant the photographers were. Bill's humor kept everyone's nerves at bay, and Kim reassured me when I apologized for being "bossy" (it was unexpectedly hot) that "it was our day and we deserved to get the photos we wanted so we could remember the day and all of the memories that go along with it."
We cannot wait to continue to work with the Peary family and we recommend them 100%.

A Cut Above the Rest
Bill, Karen and Allie were exceptional from beginning to end. I could not recommend Peary Photography more! Bill is AMAZING! Not only is his photography superb but he has such a great laid-back, yet professional, personality which really helps on what can be such a stressful day. The Peary team is just amazing at everything they do! They were initially recommended to us by Old Glory Ranch (fantastic venue!) and the first time we ever talked to Allie, we decided on our photographers. The Best of the Best
I contacted Peary Photography about 3 weeks in advance of an impromptu wedding on July 4th. Allie took the time to discuss options and how they could help the day of the wedding. She made me so very comfortable especially since I lived out of state. The day of the wedding Karen and Bill really helped us through the process of the ceremony and reception. We had a small emergency with the officiant they offered to assist if needed. It wasn't needed but it was nice to know they were in our corner. Not sure the wedding would have gone as well as it did without them. The Bride and Groom are still thanking me for hiring them.

He included everyone in multiple arrangements, with varied backgrounds, different angles, both candid and posed. This obviously comes very naturally to him! We received the pics just a few mere days after the ceremony, which is the quickest turnaround I've ever experienced! HIs prices were a great value for the service offered and I will be highly recommending him to anyone I come across who needs a photographer! His response time was always fast & courteous, and the prints we ordered are absolutely stunning. We were so happy to blend our families together that day, and he captured that feeling in every single pic. Will definitely be requesting to hire Peary Photography again in the future!

Beautiful Photos!!
I have been in the wedding industry as a coordinator for 15 years and have been lucky enough to have known Bill, Karen and Allie with Peary Photography during my time in the industry. And when it came time to plan my own wedding, it was really important to me to choose vendors that I had a personal relationship with and who were among the top 1% in the industry for what they do. I never even considered anyone else to photograph pieces of our big day because of how phenomenal Peary Photography is at what they do. Because of our friendship, it was important for me to have the Peary family as personal guests at my wedding instead of shooting it, so I instead asked them to shoot my bridal portraits, and boy did they knock it out of the park! Not only did they help me choose a place to shoot them, but they gave me the perfect instruction on poses, helped me get situated in each position and really made me feel so comfortable during the entire thing. And the photos that resulted are unbelievable. Although they didn't shoot my ceremony and reception, I have seen 15 years worth of work from them so I can attest to how amazing all of their work is, no matter how big or small your wedding will be! My personal experience with Peary Photography is unforgettable. Their guidance, experience and professionalism is what every bride looks for. From the very beginning Allie’s initiative emails to assist in making sure I had what I needed for our small private wedding was above and beyond exceptional. Karen’s decor experience was also exceptional. She set the tables and decorations in the pavilion which looked beautiful. She took care of it all ensuring the Chapel and Pavilion were ready. She also greeted me when I arrived at the event center to help with my wedding dress and bridal bags. She and Bill work as a team communicating with one another as necessary ensuring all participants attending were ready for our arrival. Our photographer Bill was heart warming and kind. His soft spoken and inspiring words changed the atmosphere in the room that allowed me to anticipate how the photo would present itself. The photos came out spectacular, beautiful and flawless. Peary photography is AMAZING to say the least! Bill was wonderful and even worked around the fact I had an anxiety attack before the ceremony and all that. Everyone tells us how gorgeous our photos are and I will cherish them forever.
They are all so kind and responsive when you email and reach other with questions! Bill text me prior to the wedding day giving me info and then even text me the day of and let me know it would be really windy and gave me suggestions about hair and stuff. It was truly a seamless smooth experience.

Oh My!!! Blessed is the best word to describe how we feel about the amazing pictures that Karen and Bill provided us with. For anyone looking for a photographer, run, don’t walk, to hire Peary Photography! I love this family business and they bring so much warmth and love into their work. I worked with Bill who did photography (amazing) and Ally who married us. Both went beyond their job descriptions and helped make sure things were running smoothly and helped cover last minute problems. It was incredibly windy on our wedding day so Bill produced bobby pins and called Ally to pin my veil in (I’m happy to report it didn’t fly off into the hill country). Their prices are very reasonable and I was very happy with the results. Good luck!

Supremely Amazing
Our wedding took place at Chapel Dulcinea. When we arrived at the chapel, Bill had clearly been there for a while. There was a lot of flooding that weekend and Bill swept out the chapel to make everything perfect for our ceremony. He simply went the extra mile in every detail of our special day. His personality is so calming and gentle and made everyone feel peaceful. The pictures made this grown man tear up. Karen made all of our flowers and they absolutely exceeded our expectations. We are forever grateful for all that these two did to make our wedding day so perfect.

Bill and Karen were amazing at taking our wedding photos this March as well as our engagement photos last year. Goes above and beyond - & amazing photography!
Amazing photographer!! We hosted a somewhat nontraditional wedding (let's just say that Halloween costumes were involved) and Bill was able to capture all of the craziness. He's extremely easy to work with, and really went above and beyond. For example, our ceremony was held on the Capitol lawn, and we hadn't realized there was also a book festival going on, making parking super difficult for everyone. Bill had gotten there really early and immediately contacted us, letting us know what parking garages nearby were available and thus saving us from running REALLY late (and preventing my family and myself from panicking).
Photos also delivered very fast, and SO beautiful. Can't recommend enough!!

We absolutely love the PEARY family! They are honest to goodness, GREAT people. They worked with us for both our weddings. In the first wedding, Allie stepped up and ran the show when our hired coordinator could not. She did not even hesitate to go above and beyond for us and make the best of the circumstances. Our engagement photos with Bill and Karen were just as spectacular and we have them sprinkled all around our home and devices. So when we began planning our second wedding, we definitely considered them and once again the Peary family came through! They celebrated with us again and moved heaven and earth to accommodate Vietnamese customs and different requirements. I don't think there are enough good things to say about Peary Photography! The Pearys were recommended to us by our sister-in-law. Upon meeting Bill, I told him about the wedding he did and the second we started talking he remembered the entire wedding party and could describe them to a T (even several years later). That was when I knew the Pearys TRULY cared about their clients. This was a HUGE plus for me! On our wedding day, Bill and Karen were amazing. They were inconspicuous and had their picture taking skills down to a T! Not even three weeks later, we received our pictures and were blown away at how amazing they looked. Everyone we showed were in AWE! Going with the Pearys was truly one of the best decisions we made for our wedding! I would recommend them a million times over.

Bill Peary did an outstanding job photographing our wedding on May 27. He was efficient, inconspicuous, cheerful and a pleasure to have around. He photographed every aspect of the wedding from multiple angles, taking advantage of the sunlight and the evening's gorgeous sunset. Within only a few days of the wedding he had delivered nearly 300 finished images on his website available for download to all guests. Later we worked with Allie who patiently went through the many options for producing a printed wedding album. She laid out every page, which we reviewed via email, and now we have a beautiful 30-page book of wedding memories sitting on our coffee table. The prices for the event and the album were very reasonable and much lower than some alternatives. We whole-heartedly recommend the Pearys for your event.

Peary Photography was our photographer (and so much more!) for our wedding at Chapel Dulcinea. Besides picking out my amazing husband, it was one of the best decisions of my life to go with Bill Peary and Team! There are so many pros about going with Peary. For one, of course their photography skills are OUTSTANDING! What you see on their gallery of photos from their website is honestly what you get (sheer brilliance and beauty). And the pros don't stop there! The best part is that they have done weddings many times before, many out at Chapel Dulcinea. They know the logistics, layout, and can get you in and out in the 90 minutes reserved without feeling the least bit stressed. They were like professional wedding coordinators, honestly! They kept the timeline on track to a tee and we got over 300 professional pictures from them. Also, we wanted to have a little reception after our ceremony at the open pavilion before heading off to our main wedding reception. Peary is a one-stop shop for add on services. They set up cocktail tables with linens, champagne (the good kind) with flutes and cups for us and all of our 35 guests in a beautiful display and offered every little add on imaginable to make it memorable, exquisite and sheer perfection at a reasonable price. Also, they have worked with all of our other service providers before, so it made for a flawless, coordinated, and abundantly positive experience. I can't say enough positive things about them. They are absolutely wonderful to work with, from the initial planning, email correspondence all throughout, and the day of our wedding. They made us feel so relaxed, happy, carefree, beautiful, and to summarize, they are just the best out there!!!

We absolutely loved working with Peary Photography, and we feel so fortunate to have had them capture our special day. Both photographers (Bill and Karen), as well as their assistant, Allie, were all so responsive and helpful. They truly went out of their way to answer ALL of my questions and provide guidance. We had so much fun doing our engagement session and of course the wedding. I would hands down hire Peary again.

Their standard is 4-8 weeks for editing photos but they got the pictures back to us in less than 3 weeks! Highly recommend! (Our wedding was at Old Glory Ranch in Wimberley, Texas)

Bill and Karen photographed my friend's wedding 2 years ago. They were so much fun to work with that when I got engaged they were the first vendor I wanted to book! Allie was so great to work with coordinating the engagement pictures and other details. She answered emails so quickly and was easy to work with. Karen and Bill did an amazing job at our wedding capturing so many special moments. The pictures came out insanely gorgeous - and they even braved the frigid Texas weather (it was 30 for our April wedding in Fort Worth!). We got so many compliments, not just on our beautiful pictures, but on how pleasant and helpful Peary Photography was. I hope we get a chance to work with Peary Photography again in the future, they are the best!

I had a simple wedding at Chapel Dulcinea and found Peary Photography as a preferred vendor on the chapel website. I wanted a small wedding with all the stuff of a big wedding minus the reception... dress, hair and make up, cake cutting and a professional photographer! I booked Peary Photogroaher but was a little nervous as I have never had professional photos done and I am pretty shy. The day of the wedding Bill and his wife Karen made us feel so comfortable and also helps us coordinate getting everyone to the chapel so the groom wouldn't see me beforehand. I was very impressed and we had such a good wedding day. It was so relaxed and not uptight which I think made it so much better. I could honestly go on and on because it was such a prefect day with thier help!

Bill and Karen made my wedding day so much better. Everything went very smoothe and the pictures I have seen so far are amazing. One shot Bill showed me straight from the camera after taking it and I was just blown away. Also, durning the night I had people come up to me saying how much they liked the photographers we had. We used Peary Photography for both our engagements and our wedding and we loved getting to know them. Our photos are beautiful and they had them back to us within one week - it was amazing!! Amazing. Bill Peary delivers spectacular photos, the type one sees in magazines and wistfully hopes for. He is more than a photographer. Having Bill at our wedding was like having a welcomed friend from "way back." Before the wedding I had some concerns that I was able to talk freely about, and he knew exactly how to handle them. I loved everything about my pictures! The responsiveness up until the wedding was excellent. Every question was asked. We had no hesitation hiring them for our wedding in January 2018 and we were absolutely ensured that we made the correct decision! The Peary's are the nicest, most fun photographers we have ever seen! They were engaged, easy to work with, and seemed to genuinely have a great time taking our photos and working with us all night! I could not rave enough about Bill and Peary Photography! They were easy to work with from start to finish. Once I put in an inquiry I was speaking with Bill within a couple of days. My wedding was at Chapel Dulcinea 7:00 PM (Bill photographs there all the time, btw). And in the winter, so by 7:00 PM it was dark. I explained my vision to bill and he understood exactly what I wanted. I was not planning on doing the "first look" but once I realized (with Bill's guidance and suggestions) that I would not have the pictures that I wanted due to the ceremony time, Bill suggested we do the first look to get some photographs during daylight hours. I took his suggestion and I'm glad I did because the pictures came out wonderfully! They just what I wanted! I was unsure of whether or not I wanted to wear my veil during the first look photos and Bill suggested that I didn't, because it would give my fiancé a different look upon walking down the aisle. I again, took his suggestion and wore the veil during the ceremony only. And it was a big hit with my fiancé. He agreed that it added a different element of surprise upon seeing me walk down the aisle.
Our family members and friends raved about both him and his service. When the ceremony was going to start, Bill usher together the members of the wedding party.You would have thought he was the wedding planner! Out of all the vendors I used, he was definitely the best. I didn't experience any problems and would definitely suggest using him to photograph your wedding. You will not regret it!

It's hard to know where to begin complimenting Peary Photography. Bill, Karen, and Allie are absolutely amazing. They are an amazing family and genuinely great people. From the moment we first reached out to them, they were responsive, prepared, organized. Pretty much everything you want a vendor to be. They even advised us on timing during the wedding and had some templates for a list of pictures to begin with and gave us the flexibility to tailor it as we wished.
On the day of the wedding Bill & Karen were our photographers. They were nothing short of exemplary. They arrived on time, prepared everything and began taking pictures of everything we had discussed. Bill even took the time to help the groomsmen tie their ties! One of the biggest things I wanted were some cool sunset pictures and they did an amazing job of timing all other pictures so we could have our special photos during the amazing sunset we got that day.
All in all, Peary is a small family owned business. They are amazing people and amazing photographers. We have nothing but good things to say about them and our guests and family even complimented them during that day for being so efficient and prepared, and to top it all off their turn round time is incredible!. You will not be disappointed if you choose to go with Peary Photography!

As the mother of the bride, I can tell you that hands down Peary Photography far exceeded our expectations for our daughters destination wedding. Their photographic talents and artistry, their attention to detail, and the gracious way they went about their work make Bill, Karen, and Allie exceptional 5 star wedding photographers. They fit seamlessly into the flow of our wedding activities. As a result, our event went off like clock work with little to no stress. Peary Photography exceeded my fiancé and my expectations time and time again. We bought a whole package that included engagement photos, bridals, and wedding. Right away, I loved Peary's energy. They made us feel like they truly cared about us as a couple.
That connection continued at our engagement photos. They worked with our schedules, which was complicated since my fiancé lived in Dallas, and even drove out to Gruene for pictures on the river. Bill and Karen are a great team. They take the time to get to know your story, what kind of couple you are. By doing this, every picture felt natural and easy. In turn, our pictures looked like someone just happened capture these fabulous moments we shared.
My bridal portraits were AMAZING! Again, Bill and Karen made me feel like an old friend. Which made all the pictures look genuine.
Once the wedding came around the Pearys, again, exceeded expectation. I just can't say that enough about how wonderful they were and the pictures were. The captured priceless moments throughout the night, from spontaneous dance lines to tearful hugs. They were able to salvage the daylight after we lost about 15 minutes on family pictures due to wanderers. We love all of our pictures. Allie and Bill really challenge each other and make each other better. We really felt like we did relive the night when we watched the unbelievably touching slideshow Bill prepared.
They were a huge part of how wonderful and precious this journey has been. I am beyond thankful for the opportunity to not only work with them, but get to know them. I highly recommend Peary Photography for all of life's special moments.

Bill went above and beyond what we were expecting in a photographer. He was our photographer, our choreographer, and our family. He gave my 10 yr old niece a bandaid to put on her foot because her new shoes were bothering her. I could not recommend them enough! I had a great experience from start to finish. Allie helped determine my needs and recommended tons of options since I'm unfamiliar with the area. I feel like she really listened and gave me great advice. Bill was my photographer and was organized and personable. He also went the extra mile by providing the corsage pins my florist left out of the boxes!

I worked with Allie, Bill and Karen and they all were very easy to work with!! I could defenitly tell that Bill loves what he does, and Allie and Karen as well! My husband and I cannot thank Peary Photography enough for providing us with incredible photos that we will cherish forever. Bill, Karen, and Allie were all so incredible to work with. They were very professional and friendly from the moment we first contacted them, from our engagement photos all the way through to our wedding day. They made us feel at ease for our engagement shoot and made me feel like a princess for my bridal portraits. Bill even set up an inside studio for my bridals because the day we were shooting them, it was crazy windy.
For our wedding day, they felt like part of the family and made sure to capture every moment and detail with effortless beauty.
