A treasure chest of invitation options and knowledge! I wasn't sure what I wanted for my invitations to start with but Margaret gave me some great options after only a few questions. She narrowed down from the dozens of books to a few things that were all lovely and showed us how to combine different aspects into an invitation that was made just for our wedding. The end result was a wedding invitation package that really is unique to me. The prices were competitive to similar options online, with much more personal service. Now that the invites are in the mail so smoothly, I'll go back for programs in a month.

Pearl Grant Richmond provided a large variety of invitations to choose from. They were helpful and patient while my daughter and I chose the perfect invitation. They also worked very closely with us to design and product the wedding programs and menus for the event. They were wonderful to work with and helped make the event very memorable and special.

My wedding was two weeks ago and after my honeymoon I promised myself I would thank the vendors who really stood out in my planning. Thank you Pearl Grant Richmans! From save the dates, to invitations, to programs, you had awesome service, selection variety and great recommendations to help me navigate the options. I'll be in next soon to order those great photo thank you notes in your Vera Wang album, just finalizing some things with my photographer--can't wait!

Kate and Margaret outdid themselves with service and with guidance on the invitations and the wedding favors. I heard so many guests say what a beautiful invitation simple and elegant. These ladies know what they are doing and are do it with a smile. I would recommend them to anyone looking for favors and invitations.

We just finished mailing the invitations a few days ago for our travel wedding and already my relatives are calling me and saying its the most beautiful invitation they have ever received. I searched around and Pearl Grant has a selection to rival anything to be found in the big cities without any of the disinterest and lack of customer service you get from those places. The staff here really listened while I described the feeling I wanted to convey through the invite but wasn't sure how to get across. I was then taken through a variety of looks that would start to make that feeling happen and then they showed me how they could combine all the options I liked best into a package that was completely unique to us.
The staff was organized so that while my order was coordinated mostly by one employee, I could call or email at any time the store was open and expect an answer whether my coordinator was there or not. They made a few great recommendations that saved me a few hundred dollars without altering the impact of my invitation look. They helped me find a local calligrapher to address the envelopes.
I already have an appointment to talk about programs,menus and a weekend itinerary I'm putting into the resort room gift baskets.
I've had my ups and downs in dealing with some vendors for this wedding but this is one place that met my expectations and then set the bar for customer service.

Our invitations were absolutely gorgeous. We spent between $1700 and $2000 and it was worth every penny. The invitations really set the tone for the "BIG DAY." The staff at Pearl Grant Richman's were very knowledgeable and professional. They helped us choose wording, fonts, and all of the other important details to ensure our invitations were exactly what we wanted.

Unprofessional

Me and My fiance went to there shop. Took 10 minutes for someone to ask for what we want. Stayed there for 2 hours, coz the lady that is assisting us, comes and go. picked up a style for an invitation and the Lady said, they will send a quote. Until now, its been 4 weeks, they havent send any quote. We end up purchasing invitations from somewhere else.
They should do their job.

Terrible experience with snooty managers and uninformed sales reps.

I was in a predicament that if I cancelled, I was going to have to re-order from another place and just did not have the time to do so.

The invitations are nice, but I found the same ones online for half the price, and if I could do it over, I absolutely would have gone that way. They are ordering off site at Pearl Grant Richman as well, and I surely would have not made the mistakes made by the person I dealt with, such "their" spelling and leaving off the date on the invitation, which in turn held up my order date.

I went there on a recommendation, but would never go back. Unfortunately I am not from this area, and I was told that this was a nice store.

I was ill advised. It's full of useless tkchakas.

Save your money and order online. I am a firm believer in local purchases, but not in this case. There are small businesses who do printing that you can find online if shopping local is a priority.

Bottom line, save yourself the trouble and avoid this store completely.

awful awful awful!
I was told conflicting information that caused a serious time issue for me. Wedding planning is stressful enough without having to deal with snooty salespeople who don't keep their word.
Avoid this store and save yourself aggravation and $$, their prices are very inflated, as are their egos.
