Claire Gibson is the ultimate rockstar of destination elopement planning. PPW has a pretty easy format to follow to customize your dream elopement scenario but to actually curate it and bring it to reality requires a very special planner, and that’s where Claire comes in. I came to Claire with a pretty specific vision of what I had but knowing that it was my dream scenario, I thought I’d have to make compromises here or there. Well, that simply wasn’t the case. Claire orchestrated the most incredible wedding for us to enjoy with our families. It was invaluable to have someone with boots on the ground in Northern Ireland with such intimate knowledge of the landscape and resources. Claire was able to help coordinate all local vendors which we loved! There is no way this dream could’ve been brought to reality without her expert guidance. Given the opportunity, there is not a thing I would change about our wedding day. Just having Claire with me on the day to chat while getting ready helped to put my jitters at ease. I highly recommend PPW for anyone looking to plan an elopement and if in Northern Ireland, you simply must hire Claire as your planner!!

Eleonora, our wedding (renewal of vows) planner, was simply fantastic! Even though we were continents apart, she remained in constant contact with us and ensured that our needs were met, especially having contingencies in case of inclement weather due to the season. Jill is an absolute powerhouse of connections and vision. She took our ideas and elevated them into something more beautiful than we could have ever imagined. She has a curated team of incredible vendors in Spain who are not only talented but also wonderful people.
The entire planning process, from afar, was seamless and actually fun. Jill handled every single thing, removing all the stress so we could just be excited. She has a remarkable talent for balancing the grand, romantic vision with the practical, nitty-gritty details.

We wanted to elope to Ireland because we didn't want a big wedding and found our perfect backdrop for the ceremony with peach perfect. Initially we planned with Lorraine who was great and she was replaced with Claire who was also amazing. On the morning of our wedding we had absolutely no worries because we knew the planner had only organised the best suppliers. Even though she was not there on the day (because we didn't select coordination) Claire let us know that she would be contactable throughout if we had any problems and I know that if there had been a problem she would have snapped into action. The photographer already provided some pictures and we can't wait to get more once the rest are ready. -

We couldn’t have asked for a better wedding planning experience! Planning a wedding overseas can be stressful, but Eleonora and her team made everything effortless from start to finish. Every single vendor they recommended was absolutely top tier, from the stunning floral arrangements to the beautiful celebrant who made the ceremony feel so personal and heartfelt.
Our planner, Eleonora, was always in touch with us, quick to respond, and genuinely cared about bringing our vision to life. The photographer and videographer captured every moment exactly how we imagined, our photographer especially went above and beyond on the day, making us feel comfortable and ensuring every detail was perfect. The makeup was flawless and lasted beautifully throughout the day.
Everything came together exactly as we wanted, it was seamless, elegant, and completely stress-free. We’re so grateful to have had such a talented and professional team making our dream day a reality. Highly, highly recommend!

We eloped at Dunluce Castle on Thursday, 9th October, and the day was nothing short of perfect. From the very beginning, Claire took every detail on board and wholeheartedly embraced all of our wild ideas — including a lightsaber duel mid-ceremony! Her enthusiasm, creativity, and calm energy made us feel completely at ease and allowed us to truly make the day our own.
We hired Claire for on-the-day coordination, and she kept everything running like clockwork. Even if we ran over at any point, she made sure we jumped right back on track. We were always perfectly to schedule and never once felt out of the loop — she kept us informed and confident about what was happening every step of the way.
Her bubbly personality instantly put us at ease, especially as we were a little nervous at the start of the day. From the moment she arrived, I knew we were in safe hands. She even dressed up in blue to match my hair — such a lovely, thoughtful gesture that made me smile all day.
During the planning process, Claire immediately understood our vision and connected us with the perfect suppliers to bring it all to life. When we later decided to add a wedding car, she gave us so many wonderful options and helped us find something absolutely perfect.
We honestly couldn’t recommend Claire highly enough. Thank you, Claire, for crafting our fairytale dream wedding — it was everything we could have hoped for and more -

If we could give this a 10/10, we absolutely would. From the moment we met our wonderful PPW wedding planner, Jill Canney, our experience was nothing short of magical.
Jill truly made our wedding possible. Despite planning long-distance, we always felt heard, supported, and understood. She took the time to understand our vision, priorities, and budget—and was incredibly organized, detail-oriented, and communicative throughout.
Thanks to Jill, we always knew our next steps. She kept us on track through the PPW platform and WhatsApp, and we never once felt forgotten—even though we knew she was working with other couples, too!
What really stood out was how personally she took care of not just us, but also our loved ones. She remembered who everyone was and understood the importance of each person in our love story. Our guests loved her just as much as we did!
Over our 1.5 years of working together, Jill’s energy, thoughtfulness, and creativity kept us excited. She shared fun ideas, helpful tips, and brought so many of our wishes to life. Payments, vendor coordination, and package updates were all stress-free thanks to her.
On our wedding day, I felt calm and completely cared for—because Jill was working hard behind the scenes to ensure everything went smoothly. She truly did everything with love, and we felt it every step of the way.

Patrícia and PPW have been absolutely fantastic and we are so thankful for everything that they have done throughout the wedding process. Two weeks ago we had the perfect day which genuinely couldn’t have been better – a lot of that was because of Patrícia.
We began this whole process completely unsure where to begin but very quickly had a zoom call with Patrícia. She was very friendly and positive and took a lot of time to go through our preferences, we discussed the possible options that may be available and began to formulate a plan.
Patrícia was caring and attentive throughout the whole process and was present with us in Portugal when attending and viewing possible venues. She was extremely helpful the whole way through and kept us calm and confident the whole way through. We felt very well communicated with and were kept up to date frequently through the process. Nothing ever felt hugely stressful and this was down to the organisation and communication from Patrícia and PPW.
Where there were times when we were unsure about certain parts of the wedding, we felt well directed based on previous weddings that had been planned by PPW. All of the vendors that were recommended to us were absolutely superb and contributed to such a special day.
Our family and friends also had a great time having travelled over from the UK and many of them commented on how attentive Patrícia was alongside the venue, staff and vendors were throughout and we completely agree with this. This was the case throughout the whole process and we have so much to thank Patrícia and PPW for. We cannot recommend them enough and assure you that you that, from our experience, you will have an amazing day if you go through PPW.

We got married in July of 2024 in Provence, France at a beautiful venue, La Lauren. Marta with PPW made the planning process so easy and streamline. She picked the perfect team for our day. The flowers, our hair and makeup was perfect! It felt like our officient had known us for years and our photographer made us look amazing! Marta helped me with everything the day of including latching ALL of my buttons on my dress. The venue had so many options on locations for the ceremony and even moved a huge table to complete my vision. The family who lived there were fabulous and made us amazing French cuisine. Lorraine was our wedding planner for our micro ceremony in Ireland. She was so AMAZING. Every detail I didn’t even think of she had thought of and had options to choose from. We changed things multiple times during the planning and she was extremely kind and flexible with our mind changes. Any concern I had she had an immediate solution to. When choosing vendors I was very scared because I didn’t know how much of an option I would have but I’m beyond pleased with my hair and makeup girl Claire and Coliraine florists. Claire was so easy going and listened to my hair and makeup requests. She is a pleasure to work with and so so so sweet. Sandra was our officiant and she made the ceremony itself perfectly tailored to Finn and I and even adhered to a dress code which was beyond appreciated by us. Photography I was so anxious picking and Lorraine offered multiple options to choose from and when I relayed I loved a dark moody vibe she showed us Neil Keery. When I say I am speechless after our preview of photos I mean it. The photography is BEAUTIFUL, and better than I could have imagined. He provided the moody vibe exactly as we wished for. He is easy to communicate with and if you have requests on certain photos he tries to help! Neil and Lorraine were an absolute joy to work with and are some of the most incredible people Finn and I have ever encountered. If you’re thinking of a micro wedding or elopement abroad I would go with Peach Perfect! I would also say go with my vendors as well! I wouldn’t have changed a thing about my wedding experience and I think that speaks volumes on the amazing quality of work everybody involved does. -

We stumbled across Marta and Peach Perfect Weddings during an overwhelming dive into possibilities for our elopement and immediately fell in love! The venues were just stunning, prices affordable, and Marta was very responsive. It was a risk planning a wedding in another country and not being able to do the normal trials for hair, makeup, menu, and florals but Marta made everything a breeze and it felt very reassuring knowing she was on the other side hunting down the best options for us. We went into our wedding day not knowing what anything looked like or tasted like in person, putting our full trust into our planner and the vendors she found for us and they did not disappoint! The venue was even more stunning than the pictures, the food from a Michelin star restaurant was absolutely delicious, decor was simple and elegant, and all the people including the hair/make up team, photographer and videographer, and the celebrant were all so wonderful! Marta did an amazing job and made it all so stress free! -

Wedding planning through PPW, specifically with Marta, was above and beyond. We were worried about how difficult planning a European wedding would be while we were living in America, but using PPW was the best choice we could have made.
Marta took care of every detail and made the process so easy for us. At times it felt like she was reading our minds, with how quickly she understood what we wanted. Our wedding itself was a dream, everything was exactly like we hoped (or better). And we have Marta/PPW to thank for that!
She was responsive, kind, incredibly helpful, and always respectful of our wants & budget. Working with Marta will truly be a wonderful part of our wedding memories - and I don’t know if everyone can say that about their planner. We are beyond grateful and would recommend her (and PPW) endlessly. -

I don’t even know where to begin. From the beginning, Vanessza was absolutely amazing. When we met with her we weren’t sure which country we wanted to have our wedding in. After our first interaction, we both knew we needed to find a country where she would be our wedding planner. We loved her that much.
She was not only attentive, but she was kind, patient and extremely supportive. The thought of being in Florida planning a wedding all the way in Switzerland sounded overwhelming to us. However, Vanessza made it so easy. She was very informative and honest. She worked with our budget and never pushed us to go over it. She even went as far to give amazing recommendations when we asked, since we had never been to Switzerland before. Vanessza saw our vision and made it more than we could’ve ever imagined. She made our wedding day stress free and easygoing. She was not only kind to us, but she was kind to our family, and everyone around her.
Never in my wildest dreams could we have imagined such a magical day. She blew our expectations out of the park and made our wedding day the best day of our lives.
The celebrant Yvonne was also very attentive and helpful. She met with us on multiple zoom calls and emails, offering any advice and encouragement we needed. She made the ceremony memorable and one to remember.
The venue was breath taking and the employees were very sweet. Our photographer Veronika, and videographer Cengiz were amazing, making us feel at ease and showing us how to pose. She Our flowers by Margrit were breathtaking and exactly how we had envisioned. Our makeup artist Sinem and Linda were absolutely outstanding, making the girls feel like models. Lastly, the musician Tabea played so elegantly and made the day perfect.

Cannot recommend Peach Perfect enough
Peach Perfect allowed us to have our dream sailboat wedding in Portugal! As a couple from the US, we loved having someone local help plan the event. Our wedding planner, Patricia, was absolutely incredible by staying in constant communication with us and supporting every little detail that made our day special. We had no worries throughout this process as everything was clearly talked about, including package pricing details. She found the perfect vendors for us, and ensured that everything went smoothly during the wedding day. Peach Perfect and Patricia took a lot of the stressors away from wedding planning in a different country which gave us time to focus on each other as well as our friends and family. I cannot recommend her and Peach Perfect enough-they truly helped to create one of the best days of our lives that my husband and I will always cherish and remember forever. -

Small Ireland Elopement
We began communicating with Lorraine by email about a year from our wedding date. She was very responsive and always communicating throughout the whole planning process. She was always so pleasant and would respond to any of our questions within 24 hours. Lorraine made everything so easy as we were planning a wedding at Wilton Castle in Ireland while living in Canada and never were we ever stressed or concerned about anything. The day was absolutely perfect and we could not have imagined it going any better. Every person involved in the wedding that we spoke with the day of from the hair and make up artists, florist, caterer, venue all had really lovely things to say about Lorraine and how their interactions with her were always so pleasant. I would recommend working with Lorraine as she made planning a wedding from far away so seamless and amazing. We are so grateful for everything she did for us! -

Incredible experience
Planning a wedding online seems so daunting but from the very first email we knew we didn't need to worry. Vanessza was absolutely phenomenal at planning our elopement in Austria, nothing was too much trouble for her even when I was emailing 20 times a day. She took all the stress away and made it such an easy and enjoyable process. Even when something went wrong the day before she quickly sorted it and made it better than originally planned. She had everything under control and was so well organised. We had the perfect day and couldnt have wished for anything better. -

We booked with Peach Perfect 1 year ahead. We chose this company due to high ratings and eventually their great communication. We searched for another very highly rated company but unfortunately the owner's communication and timing was poor, and the owner was not the one coordinating the wedding.
We connected quickly with Vanessza from Peach Perfect. Vanessza was very attentive, cooperative, and easy to work with. She did an amazing job. She kept contact with us throughout the year, via email and phone calls. When our first selection didn't work out for our party size, she gave us great recommendations on another venue, which we were very happy we made the change. She was a point of contact with all our questions and relayed information back and forth to the venue and vendors very well.
Our wedding day was very smooth and we were very happy with how it turned out. Not many things could have improved as it was very good. Also, she helped keep us on time during the day.
We highly recommend Peach Perfect and Vanessza! -

We were looking for a wedding planner to help us plan a small international wedding in France. We are from the US and needed someone familiar with the local vendors, customs, and who spoke the language. Peach Perfect checked all those boxes for us and we were able to customize exactly what we needed and forgo what we didn’t need for our wedding package. Philip was there to answer so many questions along the way and help us choose a venue for our budget and help communicate with vendors. Philip was extremely helpful throughout the process and had many calls with us to answer questions as well as constant email communication. Our wedding planner Vanessza with Peach Perfect Weddings was beyond amazing. The entire process was seamless and enjoyable and our wedding was perfect on every front. We had tons of choice on vendors without having to spend the time researching and calling around ourselves to make sure something was what we wanted. We were able to really only handle the parts of the wedding planning that we wanted to handle and have things go perfectly without any stress at all. We ended up having to bump our wedding due to unexpected circumstances and Vanessza handled the entire thing so that we could still have the perfect fall wedding which was a huge weight off our shoulders. -

Mary was there with us every step of the way! She is an absolutely amazing wedding planner! She is professional, poised and gracious at all times. She was there for us from start to finish, she was so patient with us, and put up with all of our questions and last-minute changes. Our wedding was beautiful and glamorous. It was the day I had always dreamed of. The flowers, decorations and outdoor lighting at the reception were stunningly gorgeous. The violinist and photographers were amazing. Thanks to her, Jacob and I were able to fully enjoy our wedding day without a worry in the world! I will happily recommend Mary and Peach Perfect to anyone that is doing a destination wedding. -

Philip was the absolute best! He coordinated everything so perfectly. Extremely responsive prior to the wedding and was happy to set up calls or zooms at any time. On the day of the wedding we met him in person for the first time. Extremely friendly. Was so calm and kept everything on schedule. He had the best options for officiant and photographer. So thankful he was there! -

I wish I could give 10 stars! My experience with Vanessza from Peach Perfect was absolutely outstanding.
My husband and I lived between England and California, and we needed help organizing a small wedding in Switzerland in June 2023. From the first conversation with Vanessza we both were very happy to have found her. She is extremely responsive and very easy to work with. She listened carefully to what we wanted, what we imagined, what was important to us. At that time we ourselves didn't really know what we wanted, we only knew that we wanted to have a ceremony on top of the mountain.
Vanessza made everything happen. She helped us imagine and plan the day, and she made our dream come true. Our wedding was more beautiful and wonderful than I ever hoped for!
She found all the suppliers (hair & makeup artist, florist, musician, photographer, etc) based on what I was looking for. She handled ALL the communication with them to make my life easy. And everything could not go smoother on the day.
I must say I was NOT an easy bride :) I was very stressed and kept changing my mind about every single thing. How much patience Vanessza had to deal with me I can't even imagine :) Time and time again I was saying to my fiancé "what would I do without her". She was there every step of the way. To address my every new request (some of them really last moment), to communicate my wishes to all other suppliers, and most importantly to calm me down. All across different timezones. Literally any hiccup before or on the day of the wedding - Vanessza was there to address it immediately.
I can't emphasize enough how much she's done for us! We are both so so grateful for all her help and for making our day so magical -

I absolutely recommend Peach Perfect Weddings for planning your wedding in Germany. We eloped to the Bavarian Alps and Vanessza was fantastic at helping during the process. Every step of the way, she was very patient and paid close attention to all the details, which I appreciated so much! We had some challenges from the start, because we wanted to have a beautiful backdrop and also be sheltered in case it rained – our date, 24.4.22, was also our first legal wedding anniversary, so it was very important to us to stick to it even if it meant super unpredictable weather and lots of venues not allowing outdoor weddings. But Vanessza totally delivered and found a place that kept us sheltered while keeping the fairy-tale background you get in the Bavarian Alps! Then challenge #2 happened when we had to rush to find some decorations due to unforeseen circumstances, but again, Vanessza was so resourceful and made it work. The ceremony was so beautiful, the food delicious, the music lovely and our guests say they had a great time. We want to thank you once again, Vanessza, for being so kind and thorough during the whole process, you definitely gave us and our beloved ones a day we will never forget! -

With my busy schedule trying to plan an idealic elopement ceremony in Garmisch on my own would have been a pain! Vanessza from Peach Perfect Wedding made everything streamlined and gave me great recommendations to make sure our elopement was perfect. Great experience with Alejandra from Peach Perfect!
Alejandra was an absolute dream to work with! We're based in NYC and planned an elopement in the South of France with Alejandra. She was caring, responsive, and detailed. It's a little frightening to hope all details come together to your liking without vetting firsthand and it was so helpful being able to trust Alejandra's taste with flowers, photographers, make-up, etc. I couldn't recommend more! -

Right from the start Vanessza was absolutely incredible and enthusiastic about helping us create our dream wedding day, all the way from Australia. Vanessza went above and beyond, from helping us find the perfect vendors to going to our wedding location and filming and taking photos of it, so we could see what it would look like, and even helped to ensure there was an accessible route for our elderly guests to take to the ceremony location.
Having her their on our big day felt like having a close friend there, we would not have been able to do this without her ☺️ -

We were planning a civil wedding, in Austria, hoping to get married in a castle, and despite the challenge of that combination, Peach Perfect and Vanessza, made it happen. With so much documentation, and limited castle venues that conduct civil marriages, we felt it would be best to hire a company that specializes in marriages abroad.
Peach Perfect came up on a Google search and I connected with Vanessza who handles Austria. From beginning to end, Vanessza was extremely professional, always thanking me for my emails and responding quickly and robustly.
If you are considering such a service, note that PP can assist with virtually any aspect of your wedding day, and connect you to any service, but the price will add up, so as Vanessza outlined for me, it is best to add extras, if required, after you sign the contract rather than trying to opt out of a particular service. In the end, I hired hair/makeup on my own, but my photographer, who was excellent, was one of several options provided by PP. I could not have been more pleased, so my takeaway is that any service hired through PP will deliver top quality.
As mentioned, our main reason for hiring PP was to have someone who could interpret the legal requirements for a civil marriage in Austria. Vanessza efficiently translated all responses from the civil registry office as soon as she received them - a few times taking the time to keep us informed even when she had a day off or it was after hours, which we really appreciated since there were some time-sensitive requests from Austria. So while I feel PP specializes in amazing symbolic ceremonies, Vanessza took on the challenge of organizing a civil ceremony, in a location with very specific rules and requirements, and handled everything with utmost professionalism.

Brides, please avoid this wedding planning company at all costs if you can. My fiance and I had a wedding in South West France planned for May 22nd 2021 coming from the US (Chicago). Unrelated but in addition to COVID, I found out my father has terminal stage 4 cancer and would not be able to make it to France in the spring. We had to make the gut-wrenching decision to cancel our wedding in France and book something close to home. Peach Perfect has refused to return any of the money paid to date - over 7000 Euros (I can't even translate into USD without feeling sick). Not a cent, not even a small act of good will.
Our planner, Philip, was kind enough to help us cancel our venue contract and help us get our deposit back with the venue. This review is less about Philip's planning skills and more about the heartlessness of a company that is supposed to be built on love. We did not use any of their services except for Philip's planning, as far as I am aware the only vendor "booked" was a DJ as they were waiting to book other vendors until we got closer to the date. Peach Perfect has kept my family's money and made it harder for us to have a wedding in a year that is already (hopefully) the worst of my life.
In the day and age we are living in, please try and find a planner that offers compassion and flexibility.
