Best catering experience
My husband and I had a FANTASTIC experience with this caterer. Great packages to choose from and simple from start to finish. We want to thank Cameron for all of his help while the owner was recovering from surgery. He went above and beyond to make sure our day was perfect! We will definitely use them if the need arises in the future.

Graduation Brunch
We used PC Events recently for my daughter’s graduation brunch. Food was outstanding, I had several guests ask who the caters were. The service the day of the event was also exceptional, several comments on how nice the servers were. If my guests were happy and enjoyed themselves, then I am happy. -

Joyful June Wedding with PC Events
Our hopes and expectations for our June wedding were high and PC Events gave us a day everyone loved and enjoyed! The staff was friendly and welcoming to our guests while blending seamlessly into the party serving. The food was great and must say the appetizers and mashed potatoes were exceptional! Our friends and family tell us we had the best wedding they’ve been to in a long time. Thanks PC Events! -

Great choice for vegetarian options!
Shout out to PC Events Catering for all of their hard work in making my husband and I's special day extra special! in The pasta bar was an absolute hit at our reception. We loved the vegetarian options as well! Given the current political climate surrounding LGBTQ+ folks (including ourselves), we felt the need to be extra cautious with who we hired as a part of our wedding crew. However, we had no issues with Kevin and his crew. Everyone was kind, respectful and helpful in making our day go off without a hitch! -

Will hire again!
We hired PC Events to cater our wedding reception in our backyard the first weekend of June. We had 80 guests and at this point I cannot count how many people told us that the food was spectacular! Kevin and his team were professional and communicative throughout the process. I highly recommend PC Events for all of your catering needs! -

Daughter’s graduation event
To start, PC Events catered my daughter’s graduation party with over 100 guests.
First, I called them and set an appt. to meet and see what they had to offer. I went for a tasting that went exceptionally well. Greeted me by name right at the door for my appt. They went over all kinds of fun stuff I could do let alone what they have to offer for food choices. This was a graduation party and not a wedding but felt as they gave me attention as if it was a wedding with more guests and more food needed. I picked out some great choices that tasted yummy and would be liked by everyone at the party
Second, as time came closer to my party they followed up with me and asked if anything has changed and just checked in with me.
Time came for my party and they were there on time, actually a bit early, which I liked. They set up tables in my back yard, chairs, place settings, grills, serving stations, and all that is expected for a catered event. People started showing up, party began, and all while I didn’t and guests didn’t realize they were there. They were very professional, friendly, and even when someone asked for a special “something” or a change for their dish they accommodated with pleasure. Food was amazing, fresh, delicious, hot for the things that needed to be hot, and cold for the things that needed to be cold. i thought we might have had leftovers but no we did not as people went back for seconds of what was leftover and gobbled it up. Everyone at the party was very pleased and a few asked for the caterer I used as they had some events coming up and wanted to use PC Catering for them.
My overall experience with PC Catering, Kevin, the owner, and his staff was far more above my expectations. If you are looking or trying to find someone that actually cares individually, I felt it and would recommend this company! -

Great Experience so far!
While I have not yet had them cater at my wedding (it’s next week!), I will say that I was recommended to them by our venue and was told their food and service was great. So far, they have accommodated my requests, responded to my emails, and talked to me over the phone about any questions or concerns I may have had! Happy with my service and confident that I will be happy with them on my wedding day :) -

Our favorite new caterer!
Our favorite family caterer that we have used for many years moved out of state so we were very stressed to find a caterer for our wedding.
We did taste tests with all of the top name catering companies in the Columbus area and found PC Events to be the easiest to work with from the beginning!
The food and staff for our wedding was just WOW! We were so pleased to find PC Events. Everything was just so amazing!
We have found our new family caterer!

We had a great experience with PC Events Catering in Powell!
We choose to have a sit down dinner with the Chicken Mornay as our main entree. The staff did such an amazing job! We also had a full bar. The bartenders were fun and professional!

LGBQT friendly caterer
My wife and I hired PC Events catering for our wedding. We were so thankful to find an LGBQT friendly caterer. We had taste tests and meetings with other large catering companies in Columbus, but just did not feel comfortable.
We met with the owners and they were so very kind to my wife and I. The food was so good! Their staff was so professional and accomodating.
Thank you for such a wonderful wedding day experience! We could not be happier with our choice!

Amazing in every way!!!!!
Absolutely amazing food and customer service. And their staff, from set up to clean up, went way beyond expectations. Everything was on budget and we could not have been happier. They even jumped in and provided a table for the wedding cake, which was overlooked by us, at the last minute without hesitation and saved a big item overlooked by us. We couldn't have been happier. -

Positive Experience with Options Galore
We were extremely happy with our menu choices and quality of the meal Kevin and his team provided for our son's wedding. Our venue was 1 hour away, and I was a bit concerned but everything was on point! This is one stop shop as far as glassware, linens, buffet or sit down with many dining options! Plus, you won't meet a team that works harder during the event and super friendly! Our guests were very pleased! -

Lgbqt friendly
My husband and I had an outdoor wedding and reception during Pride weekend. Nancy and Kevin were so very helpful in suggesting a menu that would work best for our outdoor wedding. Happily ever after
Kevin was very accommodating in planning our menu and helpful in answering all of our questions. We did a to go tasting and ended up with the perfect menu choices! They even had a separate menu for the kids at our wedding! Super cool! Everyone loved the food. We highly recommend the bacon wrapped shrimp and the beef tenderloin crostini for appetizers! We are still craving them!

Outdoor Wedding
We are incredibly pleased that we hired PC Events for our son’s wedding in June 2021, which was an outdoor wedding in our yard on a 92-degree day in the height of cicada season. Our yard was not an easy venue to maneuver, and the wedding was quite a hike from our driveway, but our team cheerfully and successfully stepped up to the challenge. We had a fantastic crew in Cameron, Alyssa, Whitney, and Dana. All four worked very hard for our crowd of 70 guests, and their excellent service was noticed by all, especially by myself being a former corporate event planner for a large international law firm. Cameron was our on-site supervisor, and he led the team with service that was friendly, professional, thorough, thoughtful, and courteous, and all made better by excellent cuisine. We are truly impressed with PC Events and highly recommend them for any catered event! -

My husband and I are so very thankful to have hired Kevin and the PC Events team for our wedding! THANK YOU for being all inclusive for the LGBQT community. We hired PC Events Catering for our daughters wedding reception based on reviews online. We met with the owner and staff at their kitchen in Powell. They WOWED us from the beginning! The food is AMAZING! Super nice folks! Come wedding day, the food and staff could NOT have been better! This is only the second time that we have ever hired a catering company. We just wanted to say, thank you Kevin and staff for going above and beyond to ensure that our daughter had an amazing wedding! Best “Day after Wedding” brunch
PC Events was incredible to work with from helping choose the menu to setting everything up at the house for a delicious brunch the day after our daughter’s wedding! Kevin was so accommodating with requests and Travis set up with care, a detailed eye and professionalism.
This is the company to use if you want delicious food and great presentation and care!

Great Tasting!
Kevin got back to me very quickly about scheduling a tasting. We were able to choose two apps, two sides, and two entrees to taste. The beef tips were AMAZING! My fiance is still talking about them. Afterwards, we discussed pricing and future steps, and were treating to a cookie on the way out! -

We couldn't be happier with the food and service provided by PC Catering. The guests complimented the food several times during the wedding. The service provided before and during the wedding was top notch. Very responsive. The morning after the wedding, PC Catering provided a brunch that was outstanding as well. Excellent Food and Service
PC Events & Catering catered our company Holiday Party for 125 guest at our facility. They arrived ahead of schedule and three staff members stayed throughout the party. They kept hot food on the the buffet table, kept things clean and were very pleasant. The food was excellent, fresh and stayed warm throughout the event. All the food had a specialty component that made it a touch above! -

PC Events Catering came through for us and made our party outstanding. We held an backyard party for my and my husbands milestone birthdays. Needless to sat we didn't want to be tied to a grill for our own party so we were trying to figure out what to do. We thought about a lot of things and delayed so long our options got pretty limited. I found PC Events online and liked some of the menu options that they had. I called them and after determining that they were available for our date Kevin was most helpful with planning a menu that was perfect for our event (outside but not barbeque) The gals that worked our party showed up on time and with lots of enthusiasm which they kept with them throughout the event even though the first 45 minutes or so was a drenching rain. Everyone loved the food. I had been concerned since we did food stations and those portion sizes are described as appetizer portions that we might run short on some items. I shouldn't have worried. There was more than enough, and when it was time to close up the food tent the gals packed up everything for us (I ran thru 3 sets of food storage ware) I had to take some to work as it wouldn't all fit in my freezer, my coworkers were treated to Taco Tuesday all week! The rest is all packed up and ready for casserole's this winter. It will be a great way to remember the a great night; made all the better by wonderful food and a hassle free party. -

PC events catered my sons wedding reception on July 28th 2018 and wow that is all I can say!! From the time we walked in their office and met with Kevin and his staff and then to the amazing taste testing we did and the night of the event. Wow they did an amazing job I was nervous and worried as any mother would be but PC Events did everything we ever could have asked for and more! The food outstanding!! Just want to share the positive experience we had with pceventsinc.com and Chef Zach for our family reunion. If you need a caterer, this is your go to. Chef Zach was very personable and pleasant and paid attention to every detail for us. The food was absolutely amazing! We had the outdoor BBQ. Hamburgers, all beef hot dogs, brats, grilled chicken and BBQ ribs. Brown sugar and pecan sweet potatoes, mac and cheese, collard greens seasoned with turkey. Everything tasted absolutely amazing. The ribs were fall off the bone tender. I don't usually like greens with vinegar. These were seasoned with vinegar also and they were delicious. The vinegar did not overpower the greens. Hamburgers were some of the best, seasoned perfectly. I am still getting rave reviews from family members who attended our reunion from out of state. -

Everything about PC Events was fantastic! My husband and I had them cater our wedding last weekend and we could not be happier! From the food tasting, to quick email responses and delicious food the day of, everything was flawless. The staff was on time, efficient and so polite. We received compliments all night on the food and service. Also, we had 2 gluten free guests who received the most excellent care by a staff member who had me point them out so that she could serve them individually! We used PC Events for our wedding on 7/22/2017. They were excellent to work with. I received many compliments about the food. Some people are still telling me over 2 weeks later that the food was great. They were on time and efficient and all the staff was a pleasure to work with. I see some people complaining about the contract but I found it to be very detailed and easy to understand with all of the details on it. They did everything that the contract stated they would. I would definitely recommend them. They even responded to my emails several times late at night and on weekends at times I did not expect an answer until the following day. -

We can't say enough about PC Events Catering!! When we found them online, we knew we wanted to have them cater our reception. We wanted a great, yummy, casual meal and that is exactly what we got! We went with the Best Value Outdoor Barbeque Special. It was such a great deal and everyone loved the food! Some even went back for seconds and thirds! The staff that worked our event was amazing! Miranda was great even from the start, when we did a food tasting and needed to pick up the tablecloths early! Jen and Melissa did an amazing job serving. Brandon was a master on the grill. Angela did an amazing job bartending, making sure everyone had what they needed. They were all rockstars! We received many compliments throughout the night about the service and the food. PC Events was so easy to work with. I highly recommend them and hopefully we will be able to use them again in the future! They made our perfect day even more special with their great attitudes and service!

My daughter and her fiancé Megan felt so comfortable with Kevin (the owner) and Diane, his sales manager. We did multiple taste testings all over the city and they made them feel so welcome and excited about their wedding. The reception went perfectly! Their staff is so kind and hard working. Don't look any further for you catering services. CALL!!! PC Events Catering, Inc. is THE BEST. My wedding reception was this pass Saturday, November 5th. I cannot say enough positive things about the level of service we received. My new husband and I met with Kevin and Nancy for a food tasting. We have several food ideas about what we wanted at our reception. Kevin had his chef bring us out several appetizers then several dinner ideas. We finally made our choice and went with their amazing water chestnuts double wrapped in bacon with honey brown glaze sauce and their mouthwatering Tomato and Fresh Mozzarella Crostini’s. For our main course we selected three entrees: Oven baked boneless chicken breast with their Creamy Parmesan Sauce, a Tender Slow cooked and sliced beef in their Demi Brown Sauce, and then finally a Vegetarian Lasagna with their Special White Cream Sauce, our two sides were Seasoned Whipped Potatoes with butter and sour cream and fresh and steamed green beans tossed with butter. We were so relieved to find Kevin and Nancy! Their flexible menu, amazingly delicious choices, and on top of that, their professionalism and responsiveness blew everyone out of the water. They were awesome and our guests couldn't stop raving about the meal! The Oven baked boneless chicken breast with their Creamy Parmesan Sauce was definitely my favorite - but everyone loved all the dishes. We were so impressed with the professionalism and friendliness of the staff and they were available for all the needs of our guests and myself and my husband. PC Events & Catering were extremely easy and fun to work with. Kevin and Nancy were both helpful and easy going. They invited us in for a tasting of some options we were considering and when we got there, they immediately sat us and began bringing out sample plates of appetizers, entrees, and desserts. Everything we tried was delicious... I think the hardest part was deciding what to choose! They helped us figure out the best layouts for the ceremony and receptions, helped pick linens, gave suggestions on everything we needed. When the day came, their crew was on time and ready to go. They set everything up and served everyone efficiently and politely. Everyone had a smile and was more than willing to help with whatever we needed. We paid for a bar tender and mixer package and the bar tender was friendly and knowledgeable. Afterwards they tore down and packed up everything they came with and left the space like they had found it. It was perfect. There's a certain comfortability that comes with knowing you don't have to worry or think about anything like that, and you can just enjoy your special day while everything else just goes on like a perfectly planned routine. It definitely took the stress off of us and let us enjoy the moment at hand. I definitely recommend them! -

PC Events catered a breakfast for our office. The owner and his staff were all friendly and professional. They are a lively, cheerful group who show up on time, set up the food, serve, and tear down the buffet. The food is delicious and leftovers don't last long. The passion the staff feels for their craft is obvious. This was not the first event they have catered for us and they are always a pleasure to work with. They offer a broad range of services that make planning any event less stressful and more fun. We plan to use them again in the future for other events we have coming up. -

We chose PC Events for our wedding reception at the vault and they were amazing. They were a pleasure to work with from the beginning. They were upfront about the cost and were willing to work with our budget. We chose prime rib as an option and we received several comments on how good it was. Our PTO used PC Catering for our annual back to school event. The picnic is open to all students and their families. We had about 350 people. We used their catering services and rented tables/chairs/linen/etc.. from them. Getting all our needs from one vendor was wonderful and cost effective.
Everyone we dealt with was positive, polite and extremely helpful. They were able to adjust our menu for vegetarian, kosher, and gluten free options. The crew that worked the day of the event did an awsome job - from set up, to serving preparing and serving the food, to clean up. The food was delicious and well presented. We received many positive comments from our families on the quality of the food.
We are looking forward to using PC again.

I have used PC Events for 3 weddings, 4 rehearsal dinners, and numerous company meeting barbecues. Kevin and his staff treated each event as if it was a special occasion. The food is wonderful, especially the barbecued ribs. They were falling off the bone they were so tender. The staff that cooks and serves at the events are more than accommodating, and go out of their way to help you. They even bussed tables while we were all eating. I cannot say enough nice things about this company. If you want to be treated like you are special, call them. I am calling today to set up another event.

I had such a great experience with PC Events Catering. Trying to find a vendor for wedding food is not always the most fun experience but Kevin really made things easy for us. For the testing he had all the food we wanted to try and then some. We had several other tasting but we found that PC Events had the best quality and the food was really good! However, that was not the deal maker for us. Kevin really fought for our business. He was always quick to respond, professional and kept following up to ensure we did not have any questions. We felt like a priority with him and we did not get this same treatment with any of the other caters we tried. He was always willing to work with any ideas or request that we had. The customer service was great. Everything went perfect the day of the wedding and we received several complements on the food. The mashed potatoes were my favorite, I went back for 3rds. Since we had some extra food and provided to go boxes our guest were able to take the leftovers home that the staff boxed for them and they really liked that. The staff during the wedding did a great job of making sure we were full and satisfied. I would highly recommend PC Events Catering. Thanks for having such a positive impact on our special day! -

My husband and I had a surprise birthday party for my husband's father, 87 years old. Since he'd never had a party thrown for him before, we wanted to make it special. PC Events was definitely the key to the success of the party. The food for the party was excellent, the staff was impeccable. I still receive compliments on how good the food was from many of the partygoers.
As soon as PC Events' team arrived at the party venue I knew I had nothing to worry about. They had all the food setup in no time at all and even helped me to setup the dessert table (supplied by me) with plenty of time to spare. The staff was very, very helpful and just as social and entertaining with all the guests. Everyone enjoyed their interactions with the PC Events Staff.
We were very impressed with the staff and even more so with the food.
It was a very successful event and PC Events Catering a lot to do with that success.

PC Events did a fantastic job catering our wedding! From the classy and convenient tasting through the clean up afterwards, they were very professional and accommodating. Their rates are very reasonable and absolutely worth it when you taste the food. We received compliments all night on the food and service staff. They were also able to help me with hor d'oeuvres for the bridal party before the ceremony and reception. We had a wonderful experience with PC Events and would definitely recommend them! -

My daughter wanted her wedding to be special, like every other bride. We used PCEvents because of a recommendation. The owner, Kevin and his beautiful wife Cat were amazing people. So helpful and professional. They made the most delicious food and gorgeous presentation. Even the veggie tray was picturesque. I highly recommend the beef, but whichever entree' you choose, have PCEvents prepare and serve it to you. Thank you guys once again for going above and beyond the call of duty. -

The food and service was outstanding! We set up with ease with recommendations that were spot on from both Todd and Karen. We were able to set up the buffet tables inside, taking into consideration the possible weather changes. The grill was set up in the driveway and while cooking Todd had the truck pulled up to shield the guests from any distractions. When we noticed that the guests were walking around the truck to discover the source of the aroma, Karen pulled the truck forward and everyone engaged in conversation with Todd. He was able to make teriyaki or barbeque orders at the guests personal requests. Both Karen and Todd provided excellent customer service and we look forward to hiring you again for our next event; and would be happy to recommend you.
One of the men from Chicago said it was the best hamburger he had ever eaten, so I had to try one, and he was right. The ribs on the other hand, far outshined the burger; I had two helpings. I did receive rave reviews on all the other entrees and side dishes. The vegetable dip was also a BIG hit.

This was not for a wedding but for a Family Reunion. PC Events worked with me on cost since I was on a strick budget. The day of the event they were on time and they were so professional and pleasant. They helped me with getting all of the food ready not just theirs and also packed everything up for me since I was busy with family events. I could not have been more pleased and my family loved the food. Todd and Karen who were the cooks were extremely nice to my family which is nice to see them not just do their job and get out but were socialable which you do not see these days in customer service. Thank you only wish you could go to Nashville, TN in2 years when I host it there. Thanks again. -

We used Kevin and his staff for our wedding on Sunday. Everything was wonderful. The food was amazing. His staff at my event was wonderful they helped anyway possible. They even served me and my husband our food for us! it was a nice surprise. They were very nice to all our guests all evening. I did not hear one negative thing from my guests. Kevin and the PC Events staff were absolutely phenomenal. Our guests can't stop raving about the food! Not only was the food perfect, but Kevin and his staff are truly top notch. The catering manager at our reception was so nice and polite, she kept checking in on my husband and I throughout the night asking if we needed anything and if we were okay. The wait staff was just as nice and polite, while cleaning up one of the servers came up to me and said that she had hid our toasting flutes under one of the tables because she didn't want them to get misplaced. It's the little things that really give you that "Wow!" impression and I can honestly say I was completely "Wow'd!" by PC Events. If you are looking for delicious food and a professional caterer who really knows what they're doing, I highly suggest PC Events. Thank you, Kevin and staff!!! -

Kevin and the staff at PC Events catering were fantastic. They were easy to work with, open to our ideas, reasonably priced, and most importantly delivered on the big day! Many of our guests commented on how good the food tasted. The staff went out of their way to ensure that our guests were taken care of and had what they needed. They helped us set up the reception hall and when it was time for my wife and I to leave we knew we where in good hands leaving the clean up responsibilities to PC events ( we received our security deposit back for the reception facility). I would definetely reccomend PC Events for you wedding caterer. -

PC Catering was the absolute best food that we tasted out of three different companies. The food is not frozen or pre-made. We had many compliments the night of our wedding on the food. The prices were affordable, especially for a sit down dinner. The service the night of was awesome. We got our candy and caramel apple favors from them as well and they looked amazing! They really went out of their way to make sure that we were happy. The whole night went off without a hitch and I didn't have to do anything at all, everything ran so smoothly! -

we held a company event for about 150 of our clients and PC events did an excellent job! We were very impressed with not only the food, but the setup as well. We were consulted on things we didn't even need a say in, just furthering our appreciation for them going above and beyond what we expected. The food tasted great, looked great. This was not really for a wedding, but a 21st Birthday party. I found Kevin to be very accommodating to our needs, working with me on changing the menu and number of people. We hired PC Events to cater my son's graduation and everything turned out great! One of the best decisions we made that weekend. They showed up on time, set everything up and kept the food fresh all day. When it was over, everything got cleaned up in a hurry and we were free to attend other parties. We attended several paries that weekend and received a lot of positive comments on the quality of food at our party. This is the second time we have hired PC Events Catering and both turned out equally well. We have also attended a wedding catered by this group and they did a fantastic job there as well. We used PC Events as the caterer for our wedding. They are professional and transparent -- what you see (and what is advertised) is what you get. Kevin was great about accommodating our requests at the tasting, and the food at the wedding was equally as good. The staff is professional and organized. They provide a detailed proposal and contract based upon your requests. They helped the reception run smoothly and several of our guests commented on the tastiness of the food and the professionalism of the staff. Although they are a bit pricier than some other Columbus caterers, they are a great value for what you get -- outstanding food and service. They are a step above your standard banquet/wedding food. Looking back, we are happy that we chose PC Events and wouldn't change a thing. -
