Eric, chef Pam and their team went above and beyond to make sure the catering at our wedding was spectacular. From the early planning stages to the day of we felt in the best hands possible. Eric communicated thoughout the process, was always friendly and answered every question. Day of, we felt extra spoiled as they went the extra mile to make sure everything was on point. The food was amazing, more than plenty. Our guests loved the late night grazing station.
Thank you for amazing service ! We will recommend you every time. -

I hired Paulette Project to bartend a very large wedding in December--300 people--and with two bar stations they managed the lines expertly. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a professional team with reasonable pricing. -

We had the best experience using Paulette Project for our wedding catering and bar service! I highly recommend using them for your wedding or any other event! It was important to us our vendors made our guests happy, and we felt confident in their service. After our initial meeting with Eric, we immediately knew it was the right team for us. Eric was always prompt with communication and helpful with his suggestions. Day of our wedding they managed everything smoothly and went above and beyond! I am gluten free, and they made me a delicious GF meal, we also provided a small serving of GF option for our guests. Our guest really enjoyed the bar service! Eric quickly learned what our guests were drinking and would have their drinks ready to go before they even approached the bar. We have a lot of young nieces in our family, Eric kept the Shirley Temples flowing for them. You can’t go wrong with this team! -

We were going back and forth on what to do for food for our wedding reception given we were trying to maintain a pretty tight budget. We spoke with Eric and from the very beginning and knew we would be in good hands! He was super down to earth and very responsive. He helped us come to a great selection within our price range and also brought us tons of samples to try which was plenty enough for our Mom's to get in as well! As much as the wedding was a blur to me I felt comfortable knowing everything was in their hands and they also helped with set up and take down! Would definitely recommend Eric and Chef Pam to anyone! -

Friendly, responsive, attentive, punctual. Food was amazing, my wedding guests were pleased and complimented our menu selections (we actually chose two different menus because we wanted our guests to have a lot of choices) . Hands down would use them again! Met them at the Tie The Knot in Ybor which is where their food got our attention. The empanadas 🤌🏼 They were so great to work with, professional, friendly and easy going. The food was delicious and everyone at the wedding also loved it. We opted for their grazing table during cocktail hour and it was phenomenal, better than the pictures! Highly recommend contacting them for your catering needs you won’t be disappointed. -

AR Homes recently had VIP Holiday event and I was so impressed with the service and quality of food, presentation and professionalism. The staff was very helpful and accommodating, and they made sure that everything was perfect for our big event. They where on time and every guess absolutely loved how professional and personable they were. I would definitely recommend Paulette Project for any catering event, big or small! Bravo!!! -

Working with Eric and Pham was AMAZING! They have a huge selection of food options and we’re able to create vegan meals for a few of our guest. We went with their BBQ option and during the trial we were so impressed with the food! We ended up choosing the ribs and bbq chicken for our entree options and it was such a good choice! We had almost every guest come up to us and say how amazing the food was! They even packed up the leftovers for us to take home and they were just as good the next day! The communication was phenomenal with both Eric and Pham, which is so helpful when planning the last minute details. HIGHLY recommend working with them! -
