  I was referred to Paul through a elementary school friend via Facebook, and I am SOOOOOOO happy I was referred to him. In our very first appointment he came compeletely prepared with examples of his previous work as well as already knowing what time the sun would set on our wedding day 9 months out!! We also booked him for our engagement photo shoot and he completely blew it out of the water! He was punctual and didn't mind staying late to get some extra shots we really wanted. I can't believe how many edited photos we got from both the engagement shoot (about 300) and the wedding day (about 600) and they were all sent to us in high resolution format so we could choose to print them however we wanted without having the pressure to order from him! He is very good at following direction when you let him know what type of style you want. He even brought 2 extra helpers with him the day of our wedding which was so awesome because we ended up getting tons of shots at different angles and it was amazing! I want to plan other events just to be able to use him again.

  We were super impressed by Paul Blackfield for our engagement and wedding photos. He was really responsive, accessible, friendly, and took hundreds of beautiful shots. He was organized and well-prepared. He knew about many great locations for our engagement session and provided helpful tips about what to wear/bring. We felt very comfortable with him. For the wedding, we were amazed that he captured so much of our special day. He is a master of the candid and the posed shots. Our ceremony location had some challenging lighting from the trees, but you wouldn't know it looking at the photos that he took. The group photo of everyone at the wedding turned out great, as well as the bridal party/family photos, and photos of the guests at every table. He was everywhere, without being intrusive at all. We didn't know that one photographer could do all of that! We are still getting so many compliments. We got copies quickly and conveniently. We really love the photos and can't wait to frame them.

  We met with Paul and instantly liked him! He was recommended by a family co-worker who used him at her wedding. We were very impressed with all the hard work he did. We got our wedding photos as soon as we got back from our honeymoon and they are awesome! I gave him a lot of picture requirements that I needed to get done and he met all of them! My husband and I thought that we missed a crucial shot but when we were reviewing our pictures, we realized that he took the shot even without us knowing! He was everywhere at the wedding and we are VERY happy with our decision to have him shoot our wedding.

  We just had our wedding in August, and Paul was our photographer. We also used him for our engagement photos, and based on both experiences, we cannot stop raving about him.

But what really won us over was the way he truly listened to us. He cared about making the shots special, and allowing our personality to shine through. He went above and beyond--even going out of his way to get some meaningful props for our engagement photos!
