Best Wedding Makeup

Patty did my makeup years ago for senior pictures and now full circle for my wedding makeup. I absolutely love working with her and there's no one else I would rather have had. She's super easy to work with and knows how to make your vision come to life. My wedding makeup was amazing and lasted throughout the whole day. She even provided links to every product used in my makeup trial which was incredibly helpful for making sure I had the appropriate products for touchups if needed during the day. I would 100% recommend using Patty for any of your makeup needs!

Unforgettable Wedding Day Glam

I had the pleasure of meeting Patty over 10 years ago on a film set, and I adored her and her work from day one. When I got engaged, I knew I had to have her as my makeup artist, and I was fortunate that she was available for my date. The experience wouldn't have been the same without her invaluable presence and mastery. Beyond her exceptional makeup artistry, what I cherish most about Patty is her ability to create a calm and welcoming atmosphere. She was not only prepared and thorough but also succeeded in making me look natural and, better yet, feel like myself. Her effortless approach throughout the morning resulted in stunning looks for everyone. I couldn't have asked for a better makeup artist and forever friend!

I would choose Patty time and time again!

Patty made me feel beautiful inside and out! She created the perfect looks that made me feel confident for both our welcome party and wedding! On the day o the wedding, she made me the cutest little touch up pack with everything I could need, even down to Band-Aids! The best compliment I received (and I received it a few times) was that I looked beautiful but I still looked like myself! Can't recommend Patty highly enough!

A True Make-up Artist!

My mother hired Patty to do my make-up for my wedding reception in the Pittsburgh area. I absolutely LOVED her style and she captured my dream bridal make-up perfectly. She did a natural-looking bridal glam and it was better than I could have imagined. I couldn't stop looking at myself in the mirror after she was done. My skin looked flawless and she made my eyes really pop and placed individual lashes on my lash line to give me the perfect shape. On the day of my reception, she really took her time doing my makeup and even touched up my chest after I got into my dress for photos. Not only is Patty an incredibly talented make-up artist, she is also extremely kind and personable. I really enjoyed her company and she made me feel really special! Thank you, Patty, for making me feel so beautiful on my special day!

Never to late to learn!

AMAZING doesn't even express the results!

You would say I was a doubter before I met Patty Bell, but she completely astonished me by her results and services that I would recommend her to everyone!!! Her genuine kindness and compassion, in addition to her tremendous creativity and skill set is unmatched! Fabulous!??

I was so delighted with Patty Bell! I had a week before my son's wedding and had no one to do my make-up or my friends. I was desperate!!! I sent out 8 emails to try and figure out who could do hair and makeup in a week's time 😳
Patty responded to me, said "how can I help you?" I was beyond elated!
She was able to meet at our hotel, arranged to have a hair stylist also come to our hotel-she was a godsend! We all looked fabulous, and she even had suggestions for skin care and makeup that she used on us!
I would recommend Patty for and formal occasion!

Wonderful, start to finish!

Patty was so wonderful from our original email exchanges all the way through the wedding day. She understood my concerns about making sure my look was very natural and looked like me, and she offered multiple different choices when it came to each product so that I felt comfortable. She made me feel good about giving feedback and was so lovely about each question I had. She also did the make up for two of my bridesmaids, who went with different looks, and they both looked stunning. I recommend Patty wholeheartedly - she is incredibly talented and just a genuinely kind person - someone you want on your side on your wedding day!

Simply the Best

Patty is the best in the business. She is extremely talented and the kindest soul. Patty made my bridal party of twelve look and feel absolutely stunning. On a very hot and humid July day in Pittsburgh, everyone’s makeup stayed perfectly. While Patty’s talents speak for themselves, it is her kindness that sets her apart. There is no one else I would want to help me feel my best on my wedding day. Patty was so fun and truly treated everyone like family. She made me feel like a movie star. I highly recommend Patty, and her VIP service. She stayed with me all day, touching up for photos and taking my natural look from the ceremony to a glam look for the reception. patty is absolutely amazing with her makeup skills my wedding day makeup was perfect Along with my mother and bridesmaid I got so many compliments I also loved how down to earth patty was it felt like I had known her for years she also took some great pictures and touched up my grandmothers lip stick for her along with taking a video of us hugging as I was getting ready such a great lady thank you for making my day patty ❤️ I would definitely recommend fantastic work.

Fantastic experience!

I don't wear a lot of makeup normally and wanted a very natural look for my daughter's wedding. Patty nailed it! She came to my house with all of her supplies and made me feel calm and very confident about the wedding. I enjoyed having her in my home, she was extremely professional and took care of everything! I highly recommend her and won't hesitate to use her again! She's amazing and talented beyond words!

Patty Bell - Makeup

Patty Bell is such an incredibly talented makeup artist and was an absolute DELIGHT. Choosing her to do my makeup was one of the best decisions that I made while planning my wedding. I have never felt as beautiful as I did after she did my makeup. On the morning of the wedding, Patty took her time to ensure that my makeup looked absolutely perfect. She also did the makeup of my mom, sister, and grandma who looked absolutely stunning. The makeup remained flawless through 12 hours of happy tears, rain, dancing and sweating. We were all so pleased with how we looked on my wedding day.

Not only is Patty the best of the best, but she is also one of the nicest people you will ever meet. I truly enjoyed talking to her and having her there the morning of my wedding. She really helped to put me at ease on an extremely stressful day.

If you are looking for a wedding makeup artist in the Pittsburgh area, do yourself a favor and hire Patty Bell. You truly will not find a sweeter, more talented person.

I didn't use Patty for a wedding. My daughter got married last year before I met Patty. I used someone else and it was horrible! The woman claimed to be a "make-up artist". Fortunately, I did a trial run. I meet Patty last weekend at Zigzen hair salon in Wexford. My cut was done. I started chatting with a couple of lovely ladies. One of which was Patty. Before you know it, I'm sitting in a chair and Patty was applying product. Based on my past experience, I wasn't expecting much. WOW: Patty did an amazing job on this 59 year old face! She's knowledgeable, sweet, pleasant and a great sense of humor. She's so comfortable, I feel like I've know her for years. She wasn't pushy with her products. Recommended many and ordered the ones I felt would best work for my life style. I would highly recommend this wonderful and talented lady!

Patty did a fabulous job on the make up for our wedding, especially considering I lived out of town and we couldn't do a trial. She even managed to make my Mom comfortable, who had been skeptical of getting her make up done. Each of us looked like a best version of ourselves - not overly made up, but classy and flawless, which is exactly what we wanted. The make up lasted well through the night and even through crying. She did a great job of listening to our requests as well as providing suggestions. She was easy to get along with on the lead up as well as on the day. I would hire Patty again in a heartbeat! She is more pricey than the average, but that's because Patty isn't average. She was well worth it for the chance to have our make up done by a true professional.

Patty was fantastic! I have too many good things to say. I was absolutely thrilled with my wedding makeup, as well as the makeup for all of my bridesmaids and family members. During our trial, I felt like Patty really listened to what I wanted and was able to make suggestions about things I had never even thought of. Patty and her team were on time day of and just so wonderful the entire morning. The girls she brought with her were also fabulous and all of my bridesmaids makeup was flawless. Patty will even do some touch-ups and light makeup for the groom and dads which we took advantage of, and I highly recommend! I also had Patty stay throughout the day and it was the best decision I made. She was there right before I walked down the aisle as well as for all of our pictures to touch me up. She even helped me style my hair when I changed my headpiece before the reception. I am so glad we chose to go with Patty! She helped the day run so smoothly and I could not have been more thrilled with her service. Even beyond that she is just a great person to be around and kept the day fun and calm. Definitely choose her!

Patty Bell is an exceptional make up artist! She provided make up services for seven ladies the day of my wedding: four bridesmaids, MOB, MOG and myself. Her work is phenomenal! She worked with seven very different ladies, but gave each one a unique look that enhanced their natural beauty. She has a serious skill for perfectly executing her art with a whirlwind of activity swirling about her. Two of my bridesmaids only decided at the last minute to have Patty do their make. Patty squeezed them in without a blink and without rushing the other ladies through their sittings. On a crazy day, Patty was an oasis of calm. I cannot speak highly enough about her talent, both with make up and with people.

I met Patty when I was in high school and she did my prom make up. I looked and felt like a princess. She made me feel so beautiful in such a natural way. I would never let other people do my make up in fear of looking like a clown or someone I wasn't, but Patty really listened to me and understood my style. I was so happy. Fast forward 7 years and now it is my wedding day. I didn't really plan on going crazy with hair or make up but I always had Patty in the back of my mind. Patty was busy in the Pittsburgh scene back when I was in high school and she has only grown over the past 7 years so I wasn't hopeful that she would even be available to do my make up for my wedding, let alone JUST MINE. Most of the time there is a bridal party and family needing a service but that wasn't the case on my day. I reached out to Patty and she was more than happy and willing to do my wedding make up for just me. I was thrilled!!! I have kept things lovely but basic for my wedding and I knew Patty would add the glam and princess moment I was missing. Just as in prom my make up was gorgeous. I couldn't have "pinned" it better myself lol. We loved have Patty there with all the girls getting ready that we insisted she stayed for the big day. I of course received compliments throughout the night on our venue and my dress but people LOVED my make up. I love Patty and would recommend her and sing her praises to anyone I come across. I do not where to start. Patty Bell is one of the kindest women I know. She will listen to what you want and then do more. What I love most about Patty is that you never look "made up". The BEST! No questions asked, Patty is the greatest makeup artist ever. She was there with me every step of the wedding day and went above and beyond the call of duty. Patty Bell is THE make-up artist for you! I hired Patty's On Location make-up for myself (bride), my Mom (mother of the bride), Matron of Honor, and my Grandma (Grandmother's of the Bride). We received a ton of compliments on our looks and Patty is amazing to work with.

She ensures that you get the look you are going for and also has the film/tv experience to add the touches needed to enhance your beauty in the photographs. She uses her expertise to guide you but in the end cares most that you look the way you want to look at your wedding. From our trial run to the day off, Patty went above and beyond at every turn to give us a five star experience. She'll make you feel and look like the star that you are!

Months after my wedding I am still integrating the application techniques I learned from Patty and keep getting all kinds of compliments. People are shocked when I walk into a room commenting on how great I look. Same people I knew and saw before I learned all these great techniques. Thank you Patty!

Patty Bell was absolutely wonderful in helping to make my wedding perfect. Not only did everyone look absolutely beautiful all day, but she also helped out anywhere she could. She did touch ups on me and the girls all throughout the day, she helped to bustle my dress, and even let us borrow her sunglasses we ended up needing for pictures. She was such a wonderful part of my day and I am so glad we went with her and that she was there!

Patty and an assistant provided our makeup service for me, my bridesmaids, flower girl, and my mom on our wedding day. Everyone loved their makeup! I did airbrush and really really loved it. Everyone else had traditional makeup done but it was also just gorgeous! It all turned out amazing in our wedding photos and no one looked anything but naturally beautiful. Patty traveled over an hour to do our makeup and was so much fun to work with on that day. So was prompt, professional, and very sweet! She also did a trial run which I would recommend to any bride so the that you know exactly what you will look like prior to the big day. On location makeup was willing to go above and beyond and helped us look our absolute best on the wedding day, which is so appreciated during those chaotic last few minutes before the ceremony. They made sure we had extra makeup for touch ups, etc. to take with us after they left. I would highly recommend Patty and her team to any bride! They were fantastic!

Listens well and creates exactly what you want- both make-up and hair.Willing to go beyond contract in helping others in party. Patti is extremely professional and it seems as though you have known her for years. She and her partner took care of the bride all day long and you never knew they were there.

Patty was wonderful to work with! My makeup looked gorgeous the day of my Wedding. I would suggest to all Brides to do the "All day makeup service." After Patty initially did my makeup she followed me to the Church and Reception and touched up my makeup all day. Thank you so much!

Patty and her team did my make-up for my wedding, along with all of my bridesmaids, both mothers, and even a touch-up on the groom. We couldn't have been more pleased! The make-up looked natural, gorgeous and it was so fun to hang out with Patty and her girls on such a special day. I would recommend her to anyone. You will not regret hiring Patty for your wedding!!

Patty was absolutely fabulous. She was highly professional, extremely talented and made the crazy part of my day very enjoyable. She did the make up for myself (bride), one of my bridesmaids and both moms. It was amazing that she could take four very different woman and make each look as stunning as the next. This was the first time I had ever had make up done and she made it very comfortable and easy. Patty is personable and a was a much needed calming influence on a very hectic day. She did touch up make up at the church and before we went into the reception. She is so quick and experienced that I didn't even notice her as she did her touch ups. I can't express enough how beautiful she made everyone look and feel. She was simply amazing!

The best part about working with Ms. Bell, is that not only do you have a fabulously talented makeup artist and professional, you get to work with her! She is an amazing person with a terrific personality. Having her with us as we dressed and prepared for the day was an absolute joy, and created so many lasting memories! I would highly recommend Ms. Bell's services and personality to anyone. My only regret is that I cannnot have her do my makeup everyday!!

Patty was a little on the expensive side, however, the money was well spent. She enhanced all of our natural beauty without making us looking "made-up". She also made sure each one of us felt comfortable with our look.

I never had as many compliments on my make-up!

Don't set your wedding date until you're sure that Patty is available! Patty made my wedding party and me look so beautiful on my wedding day. Looking at my wedding album makes me so glad I chose Patty to do our makeup. She is a wonderful talent, very professional and I wouldn't dream of letting one of my friends walk down the aisle without seeing Patty first.

I recently hired Patty for my Wedding in October and I couldn't have been more pleased with the quality and professionalism. The makeup for myself, and my bridesmaids was absolutely perfect. My bridesmaids looked absolutely beautiful and they enjoyed having their makeup done.

Knowing that I was spending a lot on photography, dresses, etc, I didn't want a "bad makeup job" to ruin the day. I hired Patty knowing that she has experience with the entertainment business and commerical.

I highly recommend Patty to any bride to be. You won't regret it.

The hair and makeup artists with On Location Hair and Makeup are outstanding! I have NEVER looked better than when they did my hair and makeup for my wedding for modeling as well. I've never seen so much skill and knowledge in a hairstylist or makeup artists before I met these three ladies. If you want to look like a movie star with flawless makeup, gorgeous hair, and perfect pictures, then Patty, Sandie, and Susie have you covered! They are definitely a 5-star crew.

Loved Patty!

Patty was so responsive, highly organized, and so great to work with. She was flexible when I changed locations on her last minute and brought everything we needed, including her own light because it was an evening event and by the time we did my makeup it was already dark.
She was also so fun to work with! I loved talking to her and she makes you feel like she's an old friend right from the beginning. I got a ton on compliments on my makeup, and would definitely use her again!

She made me feel beautiful from start to finish. The day I met with her to do my practice run for my wedding day makeup, she took pictures, matched my skin color to the perfect foundation and made me feel right at home. Very professional and at the same time really easy to get along with and made you feel at home. She came to my grandmother's house the day of the wedding and fit right in with my goofy girlfriends. Of course, I was a little uptight since I started to get a little nervous, but she was calm and willing to do anything to make things go smoother for me! I would highly recommend her to anyone. This is the most I have ever paid to have my makeup done but I would do it again in a heartbeat!
