You will not find a better photographer for your wedding. Patrick went above and beyond to ensure me and my wife had a perfect day. Due to his experience he was able to help us with a framework for the wedding day to ensure he was able to capture all of the moments we wanted. He communicates quickly and efficiently and was extremely easy to work with. He has so many good ideas and knows exactly where to place people to get the perfect shot which was evident when we received our photos. On the day of the wedding he was instrumental in making sure we were on time but also being flexible if there were any specific photos that we wanted that we may not have thought of in the planning process. Due to our wedding, we were in 3 different locations and he always had exactly what he needed and was prepared for the day. I can’t say enough how happy we were with our experience!

Words can’t express how much enjoyed working with and getting to know Patrick. I knew immediately that he was going to be my photographer after our first 30 min chat. He was so genuine and easy to talk to and truly made me feel like he cared about us and our wedding. How he edits his photos was so perfect for what I wanted in my wedding. When I told him that color would be playing a large role in my wedding starting with my hair which is colored pink, purple and teal to match my wedding colors he was all in. I used him for both my engagement pictures and wedding and all have turned out beautifully. He is also great at explaining why he is asking you to do what he is asking you to do which was very helpful. 10/10 highly recommend for anyone looking for an awesome photographer who specializes in weddings.

Anybody can take photos but if you want the photographer that will help you with an actual guide book on what to wear for engagement photos, where to go, help with the schedule of the wedding day so everything flows smoothly, Patrick is the guy you want. People always warn you that something will go wrong and to be ready for it, but you know what? I had a perfect day and Patrick's guidance and support (especially there at the end when it got super frustrating) is what you need. Don't cry later over bad photos, or a messed up day. From booking, to the actual wedding day, working with Patrick was truly effortless. He genuinely knows his stuff and takes the stress and worry out of the day. Magical and effortless
We throughly enjoyed having Patrick photograph our wedding! He made my husband and I feel so comfortable with everything from organizing the schedule and shot list prior to the day of all the way through nailing the looks in real time. We had a large wedding party and received compliments from all of them on how personable, kind and helpful he was. I cannot say enough good things about our experience.

Incredible service, amazing professionals
Patrick and his wife Desiree displayed truly spectacular service and craft in photographing our wedding at Ghost Ranch this May. It was an absolute joy to watch them work, they were so professional, organized, and on point that we started late (as all weddings do) and ended on time. Not only that, Patrick was awesome at handling last minute family requests, wind, and lighting conditions. The shots we’ve seen so far are jaw dropping and we can’t wait to see the whole set! We only regret we can’t hire them again for another wedding!

Talented and Professional Photographer
Patrick worked with us patiently while we changed our date twice due to Covid. He has clearly done this many times and seemed to think of everything. He did a great job instructing us how to look normal in pictures (neither of us are photogenic) and was knowledgeable about all things wedding. He was really quick and discreet and got all the shots we wanted. He was also very kind and supportive and seemed to really love what he does! Our friends and family commented on what a great job he was doing during the reception. We highly recommend!

The Best Wedding Photographer
Patrick is incredibly talented, and his communication style, personality, creativity, and integrity in his work are an inspiration. We hired him for both our engagement shoot and our wedding. Our wedding was a very long and packed day and Patrick, Ian, and Desiree did a fantastic job capturing our big day and all the moments we wanted to be photographed, as well as shot on video. I highly recommend adding video to your photo package! Patrick is incredibly personable, and he was able to interact with our guests and seize candid moments with different sets of people on the go, as well as work with our respective families to capture all the family and bridal party shots we wanted after the ceremony. We’re so happy with the photos, we will cherish them forever!

Patrick was amazing! He was super professional and on time to start with. He came well prepared, includes all the detailed information we had sent previously. Simply stunning!
Patrick and his team are fantastic. Upon meeting in 2019 to discuss wedding details, we knew he was the photographer for us. His gallery was amazing. From our beautiful engagement session to our big day, he was so pleasant, patient, and extremely accommodating due to Covid postponements. Patrick captured our day perfectly. I was so blessed to have Patrick Beare for our photographer! I highly recommend him. He helped in so many more aspects with our wedding than just photography. Simply the best!
Patrick was calm, clear and organized from the getgo! I spoke with him on the phone before bringing him on and I knew right away he would be a great fit! Even when our wedding was suddenly canceled and rescheduled only 3 weeks before our wedding, Patrick made the transition so simple and helped in every way he could.
Our photos are GORGEOUS and really capture the joy and magic of the evening. 10/10, would highly recommend!

Patrick provided my husband and I the wedding photos of our dreams! On our wedding day, Patrick's calm demeanor and positive attitude made me feel calm and confident in the photography on our special day. Patrick went above and beyond to make sure our day went smoothly and we got all the photos we wanted. Patrick is easy going and super comfortable to work with! Every interaction leading up to our wedding was professional and pleasant and we are so glad we chose to have him as our photographer! We hired Patrick for our 2020 wedding, which was postponed to 2021. He took our engagement photos, bridal photo shoot, and our wedding photos. Picking Patrick as our photographer was the best decision!! He was very supportive throughout the entire process, including the postponement, and had very prompt and clear communication. The absolute best!
I came across Patrick's website after seeing multiple verified reviews stating he is the best photographer in the area. Upon first look at his gorgeous portfolio, I knew he was the photographer for us. We chose to have our engagement photoshoot by Abiquiu Lake and Patrick scouted the area prior to our arrival. He was friendly and made us feel completely at ease. I have not had this much fun getting pictures taken, ever! He had everything planned out to the nth degree and we had a blast. The photos are gorgeous and everything I dreamed of. I couldn't recommend him enough. If you want photos to serve as a beautiful forever memory Patrick is the way to go!

Amazing Photographer!
Patrick was the most amazing photographer to work with. Not only was he very attentive to all of my emails, but he was always available to answer any questions that I had. 2020 for wedding planning proved to be challenging, but having Patrick as my photographer was one less thing I had to worry about. He planned out the family photo session step by step and had so many helpful hints on scheduling for the whole day, send off and ideas for sunset photos. I never had to worry about if he was going to capture the right pictures at the right times. I had Patrick do my engagement session as well as my wedding and it was the best decision I ever made! We were originally going to get married in Ruidoso, NM , however, due to closings and restrictions, we had to change plans last minute to our hometown. He was very adaptive to these change of plans and even volunteered to drive to our hometown for the wedding at a very generous cost. I would hire Patrick do photograph my wedding a thousand times over and will definitely be booking him for future events! Not only was Patrick a pleasure to work with in all aspects, but his pictures are absolutely breathtaking. I will forever cherish the memories that he captured in my photos!

Beautiful Photography and Wonderful Experience
We were initially drawn to Patrick after viewing his work--his photos all were beautifully shot and edited and fit the style we were looking for. Unfortunately, our wedding was planned for July 2020, which threw a wrench in our plans and made things difficult to really plan out and solidify for a while leading up to the day. Patrick was more than willing to work with us and be flexible as our plans continued to change with the different restrictions due to COVID. We are fortunate that he was willing to delay until next July when we will be able to have the celebration! He was also willing to work with our family members in order to provide photography services as a surprise for us as we held a very small, intimate ceremony in place of the big wedding! I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for great quality and the best customer service!

Flexible, professional and high quality
We had a great experience working with Patrick. Due to the Covid-19 pandemic we had to change some of our plans and Patrick was extremely accommodating, professional and understanding through it all. He delivered our photos quickly and they were edited beautifully. He captured excellent candid and posed pictures from our day. Patrick is very easy to work with and does an excellent job. I cannot recommend Patrick enough! My husband and I knew we were bound to run into scheduling issues when we decided to hold our wedding during the COVID19 pandemic (talk about stress). We ended up having to reschedule our dates and venues a few times, but through it all Patrick was extremely accommodating. He was understanding, professional, and was actually able to help give us some much needed peace in the whole planning process (which, if you are neck-deep in wedding planning, you know how much that comfort means). Patrick was honest, transparent and quick to communicate in every step of the process. If you want pictures done for your wedding, hire a photographer - but if you want pictures done right and the custom service to back it up, hire Patrick.

Unfortunately our wedding was cancelled due to Covid-19 but Patrick was super helpful with postponing and refunding our deposit. Overall, very happy with their responsiveness and flexibility! Once we figure out a reschedule, will defiantly come back to Patrick for our photography.

If I could give Patrick and his wife, Desiree, 10 stars I would!
Patrick is not only a professional but his passion for photography and for his clients is clear from the moment you meet him. We had Patrick for both our Engagement Photos and the wedding itself along with his wife Desiree for the videography.
Do yourself a favor and book both of them together! Their synergy and teamwork is amazing. You will barely notice they are there and they will work with you to capture all the moments you want and all the moments you didn't know you wanted but will be so happy to have.
The images from the Wedding that I have received are beautiful and I cannot wait to see all of them. Patrick provided me with previews about a week after and I was so happy to see previews of our big day.
Another thing I want to add is that Patrick was easily the best vendor of mine to work with. He was clear in communication, prompt to respond, and provided me with a helpful reminder to get him my shot list.

Wonderful Photographers!
Look no further for the perfect photographer for your special day. We hired Patrick and Rachel as our photographers for our January wedding. They are both incredibly talented and helped our day run smoothly. The few images I have seen so far are incredible. They took the time to make sure they got the shots we wanted and also provided good direction and recommendation for us on other options. Patrick and Rachel went above and beyond to ensure they were getting great shots for us, even hiking through some mountains behind the ranch where our wedding was held to get some amazing shots! Patrick and Rachel both did a phenomenal job of putting my husband and I at ease and made sure we were having fun throughout the process. Patrick provided more than we ever expected! We hired him to be our wedding photographer, but he also took the stress out of our scheduled activities. He was patient, artistic, and punctual from the start. After our wedding, we received over 700 edited photos, and we absolutely loved them all. Easy to work with and amazing photos!!
Patrick was absolute amazing to work with and so professional! He is also extremely friendly and casual, and made photo taking so much easier than usual.
On the day:
He knew exactly what to do on the day with minimal instructions from us, and everything went very smoothly. His instructions and questions were very clear and straight forward, it didn't stress me out at all on the day (among many distractions and interactions with friends and family that were honestly overwhelming!)
He was also very flexible and allowed us to make minor changes to the group photo session.

I was so surprised with his service and experience, and even more surprised when Patrick sent over the preview photos a couple of business days after the wedding. His editing is stunning and the colors are so vibrant. You can tell that Patrick really puts his heart into the editing as well.
I could not find one thing about Patrick I would rather have had him be or do during our wedding, and I would 100% recommend Patrick as he is very well rounded in personality, skills, and experience.

Above and Beyond
Patrick was amazing! From the first interaction to engagement photos to the wedding to receiving the pictures after the fact he has been very responsive, professional, and he listened to what we wanted. He was constantly asking what would you like to do as well as throwing some ideas of his own which turned out amazing! His pictures are so unique. The things he does with sunsets and lighting are like magic! He also had his wife with him that was shooting our video that was amazing as well! He told us that they were standing on chairs and trying to get every angle for the best shots and he was so discreet we didn’t even notice. He was patient with our rowdy friends but kept us on track. I would highly recommend Patrick for your photography needs!

Hands down the most enjoyable experience!
Patrick Beare has an excellent eye for photography! He goes above and beyond for his clients by paying attention to detail and taking his time to get that perfect capture(s). Out of all of the photographers I have met with, Patrick is by far the best. He keeps the upmost professional behavior and his prices are very reasonable-considering how excellent his work is. I’m immensely satisfied with all of his photos-10/10 would recommend.

The BEST photographer in Albuquerque
If you're not booking Patrick for your wedding, you're missing out. I cannot say enough good things about Patrick. He is, without a doubt, the best photographer in Albuquerque. Choosing a photographer was the hardest vendor for me to do because I never like the way I look in pictures. I've never been photogenic, neither has my husband. So we NEEDED someone with talent for our big day! (hahaha) Our photos came back perfect. Patrick knew exactly how to capture perfect pictures of us and the wedding. Our photos literally left me in tears when we got them, because I never knew I could actually take a gorgeous photo. His work is priceless and 100% worth every single penny. If we ever need to hire a professional photographer again, we will be returning.

The best pre wedding decision I made
Patrick and his wife Desiree were the most amazing team we could have ever asked for. Before the wedding Patrick was very responsive when we had questions or if we wanted to change a part of the plan. He had great ideas for where to take beautiful candid pictures. My husband and I are incredibly busy working 60-100 hours a week running a construction company and being a full time resident physician, and he was always very patient and kind while we were running around trying to plan everything. On the day of our wedding, we were lucky and were able to work with both Patrick and his wife who was video recording, and they were phenomenal. They seemed to be everywhere at once, and they significantly helped us when our DJ was terrible at staying on schedule. With their help we worked seamlessly throughout our day and evening. They were an absolute joy to work with. Our pictures were gorgeous, and I had so many photos I still can’t decide which ones I love more! They did so much more than photograph and video our wedding, they helped us through one of the most important days of our lives, and we could not have done it without them. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a high-quality product, service, and friendship!

Highly recommend!
My husband and I loved working with Patrick! Neither of us are usually very comfortable or confident in front of the camera, but he made us feel totally at ease and wow, we did we get some amazing photos! He was very courteous, kind, and professional throughout the entire process. Incredible quality, very impressed, would highly recommend him to anyone looking to commemorate their special day! As a bonus, we got to work with his wife Desiree, our videographer. She was awesome too! Great husband & wife duo.

Fantastic photographer, highly recommend
Patrick really helps make this part of the day easy. He goes thru a normal picture list with you, which helps narrow down what you want and need from the day, then you can just fly thru them day of. We had a crazy weather day, and generally didn't want a strict schedule, and Patrick was super flexible and accommodating with us all day. Also, if you want amazing location shots without worrying where they are, he covered that for us! Couldn't recommend him more! (My husband agrees)

Amazing Experience and Wonderful Photos/Video
Patrick and Desiree Beare were absolutely wonderful to work with. My wife and I live in Central Texas and were nervous about being able to coordinate and plan our wedding in Santa Fe. I called Patrick maybe 5 or 6 months prior to the wedding and he was right there with us all the way! He is incredibly organized and timely, there was no fretting about cost, payments, what could or could not be done during the wedding because of time constraints, etc, because Patrick is very transparent and honest about his business. Any and every question my wife and I had concerning what pictures, when to take them, how to organize big family photos, he was able to answer well in advance.
The day of the wedding was great and the experience we had working with them was just awesome! Patrick and Desiree are incredibly warm and friendly and they do all they can to be sure your big day and pictures come out to be everything you hope they will be! If you are concerned at all about affordability, quality, experience, or really anything else in regards to photo and video for your wedding, you will be very quickly assured by the presence and interaction with these two amazing people!!
Thank you so much for everything you did for us Patrick and Desiree! The photos and videos came out absolutely stunning and it was such a pleasure getting to know you both!!

Stunning work!
Patrick captured our wedding recently. He is very kind, professional, easy to work with, and he works hard to give you exactly what you want. He is honest about things he doesn’t think will work with timing and he maintains good communication from the time you book him through after the event. He wants tu to be happy and delivers. Patrick currently has a two week turn around which feels like forever to newly weds wanting to see their pictures, but in reality it is a very reasonable time frame for the number of photos he captures for you and it’s well worth the wait for us. We have received some previews of our photos so far and are ecstatic with they quality and beauty of them already. We are very excited to receive our full photo file soon. Patrick’s work is amazing and his personality is wonderful be around and work with. We will definitely be recommending him to friends and family in the future. Thank you Patrick!

We were without a professional wedding photographer and Patrick stepped right in. Even though it was an outside, night wedding, he was still able to capture our most precious moment. Even getting the pictures back was super quick. Thank you, Patrick for amazing pictures to commemorate our union.

Animas river wedding September 14, 2024 Shannah and Zachary
We got married outside by the Animas river on a gorgeous September day.
Patrick captured the most beautiful moments of our wedding and made the best use of the outdoors and its glory, which is exactly what we were looking for. His talent and eye for amazing photos is fantastic and we will recommend him to anyone that will listen. Attentive, Creative, & Super Professional!
Patrick not only brought skill and enthusiasm to our wedding ceremony and reception, but also confidence and comfort on such a big day. We never doubted for a second that he had our best interest in mind for our photos. With a pre-prepared shotlist and knowledge of our venue (Loretto Chapel & Inn in Santa Fe, NM), Patrick was able to move quickly and smoothly through all of our post-ceremony family photos and get us quickly to the party afterwards :) He integrated so smoothly into our friends and family and snagged shot after perfect shot of the whole night. We cannot recommend him more.
