Flexible, Professional, Talented...Just the best!

We used Patra Designs for our wedding invitations, floral arrangements, and day-of wedding coordination - a true one-stop shop! We got married in June 2021 - during the months leading up, a lot of our logistics were up in the air because of the pandemic. Durga & her team were so flexible and helpful, and not to mention talented. She expertly guided us through choosing wedding invitations, and my jaw actually dropped when they came to deliver my bouquet - and the table arrangements were just as gorgeous! Having her team there day-of was a perfect way to let us, our families, and wedding party relax and enjoy our day. Everything was so seamless!

WOnderful wedding planner

Durga and her talented team at Patra Designs were a pleasure to work with over an entire year of planning my Sangeet, Wedding (Hindu and Catholic ceremonies), and Reception.
I don’t know how one individual can do all the things she does. She did the custom invitation design, the wedding programs, escort cards, menu cards, table numbers. All of these were coordinated to the wedding colors and theme. The planning was flawless – all the events were perfectly choreographed and went on schedule.

Exquisite floral dsigner

Durga is an amazingly talented floral designer. If you want to avoid the "cookie-cutter" look at your wedding and reception, then Durga is the perfect choice. Every centerpiece is custom crafted, starting from your theme, to the colors, and to your flower preferences. All the centerpieces are beautifully coordinated with the beautiful vases and candelaberas in her warehouse. She has an exquisite sense style and an amazing eye for detail.

Wonderful florist and planner

We had a multicultural wedding over multiple days and multiple venues. Durga coordinated all of the events and did an amazing job of the flowers and décor for all of the events. I don’t know how she managed it, but each event was spectacular. The Wedding and Reception were flawless, and the Reception brought tears of joy to my eyes. Amazing Floral Designer

Durga is an amazing floral designer. She has the reputation of being the go-to florist in Northeast Ohio, if you are looking for an elegant and sophisticated ambience for your wedding day. Durga is a phenomenal planner. She coordinated all of the multiday festivities for our wedding. I don’t know how she did it, but all of our events were on time. Superb Planner and Florist

Durga and her Patra Designs team are phenomenal. Durga planned and coordinated 3 days of festivities for my wedding this summer. She knows all the best vendors in town and worked as our advocate with all of our vendors throughout the planning process and the celebrations. The planning and execution were flawless for all of the events.
On top of this, she handled all of the décor for each of the 3 days. The floral décor was custom crafted to match our colors and theme for the wedding and reception. The reception hall was breathtaking, and brought tears to my eyes. Throughout the process, Durga was easygoing and accommodating, always coming up with creative ideas to match our vision.

Super designer and planner

I’ve thought about writing this review for 4 months because I just don’t know where to begin. Durga and her Patra Designs staff were unbelievable. We had a pre-wedding event (sangeet) at my parents’ home the night before our wedding. Our Hindu wedding ceremony was held in our reception hall, then Christian ceremony at a church 30 minutes away, followed by reception at the hotel. We had a brunch the following morning for out-of-town guests.

Durga worked with us for nearly a year, designing save-the-date cards, wedding invitation ensemble, program, menu cards, seating cards, itinerary, welcome, and thank you cards for our wedding. She helped us negotiate reasonable packages from our venue and caterers. She spent time with us getting to know our ideas for the wedding and reception, and designing the decor, the lighting, the layouts for all the events. She designed and crafted the floral decor for the sangeet, wedding ceremonies, and reception. On top of all this, each and every event was choreographed to perfection - everything was on time and executed flawlessly. Our guests were astounded that all of this was handled by our planner. Need I say more?

Amazing Planner and Floral designer

I had a multicultural wedding this past summer. Durga and her staff were amazing! They did the decor and coordinated 4 events in 2 days - Sangeet followed by separate Hindu and Catholic ceremonies the next morning and reception in the evening for more than 400 guests. It was all executed flawlessly!! The flowers and decor were breathtaking.

Wonderful floral designer

Durga was such a joy to work with! I met with her when I had a very vague idea of what I wanted, and she was able to quickly cull the important details from each of the pictures I showed her, and put together a stunning vision for my wedding and reception. The invitations, the program, and all of the accessories that you and your design team created were the ideal complement to the atmosphere and the look of the wedding and reception. We did not know what we wanted, but you took the time to understand our vision for the day and came up with the perfect design and color scheme and carried it through all of the pieces of the invitation ensemble. Now we come to the flowers - I felt confident in the outcome when we discussed the flowers and the designs for the centerpieces, the linens, the backdrop, the flowers, the candles, and all the other little details. Again, you took the time to understand what we had in mind, and not only came up with unique designs, but you also created structures to set off the floral decor for the reception. Perfect from beginning to end

Durga and her team were our wedding coordinators as well as floralist. This is not the first time we have worked with Patra designs, as she was essential to my sister's wedding and we knew we had to have her again due to her flawless job. Not only did her team create a memorable engagement party, but also an unforgettable wedding day. Durga and her team saw through all details of our multicultural wedding. Despite our busy schedules and planning a wedding from out of town, she was able to coordinate all vendors in an organized manner. In regards to her ideas- she is creative, knows the buisness inside and out and has unique ideas to make your wedding day showcase perfect. She is always easy to get in touch with, and would check in with our families on a regular basis. I had a multicultural wedding in Cleveland in May. I am Hindu and my husband is Italian/German, and ours was the first interfaith marriage in both of our families. Needless to say, there was some anxiety on both sides about blending these 2 cultural and religious traditions in the wedding and, of course, our lives going forward.

My family had heard so much about Durga and her expertise with multicultural weddings that her firm was tops on our list when we went to hire a wedding planner. From the moment that my parents and my fiancé's parents met with Durga, we knew that we had come to the right person.

Durga is very much attuned to different cultural traditions and also sensitive to generational differences in concerns and expectations. Throughout the planning process, she was so expert in balancing and melding the two traditions/religions.

Durga helped us not only with planning the Mehndi, Sangeet, both Hindu and Catholic ceremonies, incorporating some Italian/German traditions, and the Reception. She also helped us with selecting just the right invitations, and designed and printed the complementary programs, place cards, accommodations cards, favor tags, as well as welcome baskets, accommodations cards, and itinerary cards for out of town guests. All of the colors and themes were beautifully integrated into the designs of the ensemble.

The meticulous attention to details in the process was truly impressive. Throughout it all, Durga was gracious and such a pleasure to work with - always helping us balance our vision for the day with expectations and visions of our parents and families. The two ceremonies were executed with such dignity and respect, they were truly moving.

The Reception Hall decor was stunning! All of the evening's festivities went off like clockwork. Our families could not have been more pleased with the entire process and all of the festivities. Thanks to Durga, we have memories that will be cherished for a lifetime!

Durga did an amazing job not only planning our daughter's wedding, but also coordinating all the stationery for the event, and the floral decor for the wedding and reception. I really don't know how she did it, but we had the wedding at a church, with large floral arrangements, aisle flowers, floral runner with customized monograms, and pew decorations, which had to be set up the day of the wedding. The bridal bouquet was gorgeous. The bridesmaid bouquets and boutonnières were a perfect complement to the bride and bridal gown. Then, she had to bring the large arrangements across town to the reception hall.

After the morning ceremony, Durga had the challenge of setting up the reception hall for 450 guests - but we only had access to the venue on the day of the wedding, so everything had to be done in the span of a few hours, and with limited workroom. The reception decor included beautiful center pieces in 5 different designs for nearly 50 tables, a floral wall, stunning bridal table and cake decor. There were also a customized bar, ice sculptures, and candles on the steps along the length of the grand staircase, not to mention a fabulous backdrop for the Bridal Table, and a band setup. The food and food stations were exactly what we had envisioned. The Reception was faithfully executed according to the timeline she put together, and the decor was breathtakingly beautiful!

The entire proceedings brought tears to our eyes,and especially to my husband, upon seeing the faces of the newlyweds. We could not have been happier. Durga was a godsend to us. We still get so many compliments on he wedding.

We don't know how you managed it Durga, with the complicated logistics and the narrow time window you had to work with, but we thank you from the bottom of our hearts!

My fiancé and I went to Adhya Productions for wedding invitations. Durga met with us to find out what we had in mind for invitations, and with just a few questions, understood exactly what we had in mind - simple, but elegant. We got into a discussion about our vision for the Wedding and Reception. She had such great ideas that (that we had not heard from any of the other florists) that we hired Durga to help me plan and coordinate our Wedding and Reception, as well as the decor for the Reception. Could not have made a better choice! Durga is so knowledgeable, professional, and easy to work with. She was always calm and collected throughout. She was good at listening and understanding our vision for the day. She is extraordinarily detail oriented and has a remarkable sense of style.

The invitations were great, and the Wedding and Reception decor were incredible!!!! You cannot go wrong with Durga and Adhya Productions.

Durga and her team at Patra Designs are the best wedding planners and florists in Northeast Ohio. My fiancé and I had a multicultural wedding at a spectacular outdoor venue in the summer. We had Hindu and Catholic ceremonies, as well as pre-wedding festivities, and the Reception all scattered across the grounds of the out of town venue. Durga handled the planning and the decor for all of the events at multiple sites over 3 days.

The flowers and decor for each event including Sangeet, Hindu and Christian weddings with an outdoor Altar and Mandap on a stage, and the Reception were beautiful. The Reception under a tent on a moonlit summer night was truly magical. The flowers were customized for each event, incorporated our colors and motif, and beautifully complemented the picturesque venue.

I'll never know how she accomplished this for a guest count of nearly 400, but I can't imagine anyone else doing this with the grace and poise that Durga exhibited throughout the process. Thank you Durga for making our wedding a dream come true. I'm still pinching myself!

Durga has become our "go-to" person for wedding planning, invitations, and floral decor. We worked with her when our older daughter got married. She did the Bridal shower, Rehearsal dinner, Wedding, and Reception. Following that, she handled a Baby shower and Christening ceremony, as well as the first birthday celebration for our grandchild. Every event was such a fabulous experience.

So, when our younger daughter became engaged, the first thing we did was to call Durga to make sure she would block the date.

She has helped us with the Save-the-Date cards and invitations, not to mention an engagement party, rehearsal dinner, and our large multicultural wedding ceremonies, as well as the reception for more than 400 guests. We knew that we would be in the best hands as soon as we got Durga on board. The planning and execution at every event has been flawless. She is meticulous, and amazingly detail oriented. She is great at capturing a vision, and carrying it through. The flowers were stunning at each and every event for both of our daughters - and you never see the same design twice from Durga! We still receive compliments on our older daughter's wedding 5 years ago.

If we had another daughter, we know that we have our "go-to" event specialist for our family.

If you are looking for the perfect place for your wedding invitations, you have found it! I went to Patra Designs on the recommendation of family friends in Cleveland. I am so happy that I found them. I went in to look at their selection and met with Durga, the owner. She discussed with me my vision for the wedding festivities, my budget, and the number of guests I expected to invite. She then showed me a few of the albums in her extensive collection, and I selected one that I loved, and was in my price range. She helped me with the text and correct etiquette for the invitation and for the whole process. We were working on a tight timeline, so she followed up on it with the printer to make sure that the order was placed immediately, and stayed on schedule. We received the invitations exactly 2 1/2 weeks later, and they were perfect! They required some assembly with inserts and ribbon, which she took care of right away.

I submitted a guest list to her, and she took care of printing guest addresses on the envelopes, and had everything ready to be mailed out within 2 days of having received the invitations. We were able to get them mailed out right away, and we have received so many compliments on them. She has also designed and printed matching Programs and place cards. I could not be more pleased with the way it all turned out. I can't recommend Patra Designs highly enough!

I met with several of the most highly recommended florists in the Cleveland area when I started planning my wedding. I had a good idea of the colors that I wanted for decor, but really did not know much about flowers. I knew that I wanted the atmosphere to be elegant, but not over the top. My meeting with Durga was so different from my meetings with any of the other florists. She wanted to know what colors I had in mind, if I had any particular flowers or style of arrangements I wanted, as well as my overall vision for the Reception. She quickly grasped my vision for the evening. She immediately made me feel comfortable about my budget, and assured me that she would do her best to stay within budget limits, and made lots of suggestions to help me figure out what work best for me. She made several mock up arrangements. We eventually settled upon some designs for the evening. At the Reception, the flowers were absolutely gorgeous. We had so many compliments on the decor for the evening. I can't' thank Durga enough for her patience, guidance, and wisdom.

She gave us advice on the best invitations for the simple, but elegant look that we had in mind, and also about how we could tie in the color scheme and theme for the day into all of the invitation accessories (programs, place cards, favor tags, welcome cards).

Durga is the consummate professional. She has such a passion for anything she does. She designed the invitation ensemble for our wedding, as well as the decor for our wedding and reception. From the our first meeting with Durga, I knew she would be
the perfect person for our big day.

She met with us at the outset and quickly grasped our vision for the day. She guided us through the intricacies of invitation etiquette, and through the complexities of the decor for all of the events- all the while being mindful of our budget. She has an encyclopedic knowledge of flowers, which she combines with an exquisite sense of style to create the most incredible floral designs.

Our wedding day was beyond our wildest dreams. The Reception decor was absolutely breathtaking. Our wedding was in the spring, but our friends and family still talk about how stunning the occasion was - truly the fairytale wedding!

Durga and her talented team made my wedding and reception truly memorable. From the moment we entrusted her with the floral decor, we were at peace. The process was unbelievably simple. She listened to my description, and saw the photos that I had collected. She asked my budget, and the flowers and colors that I wanted. We met again when she showed me a few mock-ups. I made my selections, and thought no more of it. When I entered the reception hall, all I could do was cry tears of joy. My mother and I started off with Patra Designs for invitations because my mother had heard such good things about Durga from her friends. We met with her, and were immediately impressed with her ability to understand what a customer likes. She helped us find just the right invitation for my wedding. Then she and her graphic designer created the whole ensemble for my wedding, program, place cards, thank you cards, welcome cards for out of town guests around the main invitation. We just loved the whole set.

Needless to say, we were so pleased with the invitation ensemble that we asked Durga to do the floral decor for the wedding and reception also. She was so gracious, knowledgeable, and accommodating throughout the process. She created 4 different centerpiece arrangements, as well as spectacular church arrangements. When we walked into the reception hall, my fiancé and I were just speechless. It took us a full 5 minutes to wander around the hall and admire all of the decor.

We are so grateful to have someone of this caliber in Cleveland. We have attended many weddings on the East Coast - this was beyond comparison.

I would highly recommend Patra Designs to any bride, whether she is just starting the process of wedding planning or in the midst of it, and needing some help with the process. I worked with Patra Designs for invitations and floral decor. They were recommended to me by a friend who had used their services a couple of years ago.

Durga made the invitation process so straightforward. She worked closely with me to get an accurate idea of how I wanted my wedding day. She and her graphic designers came up with custom invitations which would give my guests an inkling of the wedding day. They made modifications rapidly until we had exactly what I wanted. They used these thematically for printing place cards, programs, favor cards, and welcome cards. The whole ensemble was beautifully coordinated. My guests were so impressed with all of the printing. Durga was meticulous with all of the details, thorough with all the etiquette, and made sure we had everything in good time, and at a reasonable cost.

Needless to say, the floral decor for the wedding and reception was no less impressive. Again, Durga was expert in selecting the flowers and colors, as well as in creating the centerpieces - all while respecting our budget. The centerpieces and personal flowers were absolutely brilliant. Our guests took every last centerpiece home to enjoy after the reception! You cannot possibly go wrong with Patra Designs for your invitations and floral decor.

Durga is incredible. My fiancé and I knew next to nothing about flowers, but knew the look we wanted to achieve, and the budget we had allotted for floral decor for our wedding and reception. As stated on the Patra Designs website, invitations set the tone for the event. When my daughter became engaged, I knew immediately, that this would have to be a fairytale wedding. I knew that every detail would have to be meticulously handled. I have seen Durga's work with invitations, floral decor, and planning through other friends' daughters' weddings. I knew that no one else could manage all the intricacies of this kind of wedding. I immediately went to meet with Durga to work on Wedding Invitations. My daughter and her fiancé were stunned by the invitations. Our guests complimented us so much on the invitations, and many of them commented that, seeing the invitations, they could only imagine how spectacular the wedding would be.

Needless to say, Durga handled the planning and decor for us as well. My daughter and her fiancé were absolutely speechless at the Reception.The wedding was nearly 8 months ago - our friends, and my daughter's friends still talk about that day as if it were truly out of a fairy tale.

I had a good idea of how I wanted my wedding invitation to look. Durga showed me selected albums from her large collection, and I found exactly what I wanted. She guided me through all of the wording for the invitations and respond cards, and was compulsive about layout, spelling, and accuracy of the information. The invitations were beautiful, and I have received so many compliments on them.

I helped my daughter with some of the planning for her wedding. She and I met with Durga after a recommendation from a friend of mine. I can tell you that she is truly impressive in her knowledge of flowers and creativity, and her ability to understand a vision and transform a space. Through the entire process, Durga was a pleasure to work with. The floral décor was nothing short of exquisite!

Every photograph that I have ever seen of Durga’s floral décor is a testament to her incredible creative genius and knowledge of flowers. I had no hesitation whatsoever in choosing Patra Designs as the florist for my wedding. I could not have imagined that they would turn our so breathtakingly beautiful! Every time I see the pictures of my wedding I am transported back to that magical time!

The photographs of Durga’s flowers don’t do justice to her work. I had seen her arrangements at a wedding. After that, I knew that I would not look for anyone else for the flowers at my wedding. So when I became engaged, the first vendor I booked was Patra Designs/ Adhya Productions for planning and flowers. Durga makes the effort to listen and understand what you want for your day. She has a knack for grasping this very quickly, and then working with you to develop the vision fully for an event that is truly memorable. She always exceeds expectations.

My fiance (now husband) and I are both busy with hectic travel schedules. When we became engaged, our dream was to have a destination wedding for a small group of our close friends and families.

We had seen Durga's work at a friend's wedding, and met with her subsequently. From the minute we met with Durga, we had no doubt in our minds that she was the one who could handle our vision. We entrusted her with everything for our wedding, including invitations, flowers, and entire coordination.

The invitations and the wedding accents were perfect for the occasion.

She managed the planning for the wedding, reception, travel and lodging for our guests, as well as for our private chef. She also planned for entertainment and leisure activities for our exacting guests, including golf during their time at the location of our wedding. The excellence of the arrangements cannot be overstated.

The rehearsal dinner, wedding, and reception were perfectly executed. She had a clear appreciation of our vision and,despite being at a destination, pulled off the floral decor brilliantly, with breathtaking arrangements using local products. My bouquet was stunning!

Throughout the process, she was patient, understanding, and expertly guided us through all of the challenges of the destination event. Durga made this a truly unforgettable event for me and my husband, as well as our families

Durga and her team at Patra Designs were phenomenal. We used their services for wedding planning, floral decor, and for invitations. Durga is the dream wedding planner. She worked with us on planning all of the events for our multicultural events. She has great insight into, and appreciation for, customs of different faiths as well as ethnic traditions. All of the events went off with the precision of a swiss watch, but with the warmth and joyousness appropriate for the occasion.

Durga guided us through all of the intricacies of the invitation ensemble - invitations for multiple events, respond cards, welcome cards, place cards, programs, thank you cards, signature drink signs, table numbers. She also coordinated all of the transportation and lodging arrangements for our many out of town and international guests.

She handled the various caterers for our multiple events at multiple venues, including food trucks at our pre-wedding festivities.

Beyond this, she also handled the floral decor for each of the events. Each event had its own unique designs tailored to the theme. The glassware and decor she has in her inventory has to be seen to be believed. The creativity, designs, and knowledge of flowers are unmatched.

The proceedings left our families and guests speechless, and utterly in awe. The wedding was nearly 6 months ago, but our friends and families still compliment us on it.

I would wholeheartedly recommend Durga and her team at Patra Designs for any wedding, large or small - they can do it all, with a smile and joy in their hearts.

I highly recommend Adhya Productions for floral decor. My Mom and I considered many of the florists in the Cleveland area. My fiance (now husband) was very particular in his preferences, and very much involved in the entire process. Right from our initial contact with Durga, the three of us were so pleased with her sincerity, patience, and her understanding of our vision for a white glove wedding in Cleveland. The floral decor for our reception was breathtaking. I have seen many of my friends' splendid weddings in New York City, and Durga helped us to achieve a look for our wedding that was on par with the best that I've seen. We have had innumerable compliments from guests, including from many of our international guests. I am so thankful that we found this hidden gem in Cleveland.

Durga and her team make the most exquisite floral arrangements. The guests from our wedding early in the summer still comment on the flowers at my wedding. Durga has great creative ideas, which she combines with extensive knowledge of flowers, to make absolutely amazing flowers.

You can't go wrong with Durga! It will be the best decision you make (aside from saying "Yes"). There are not enough superlatives to describe her abilities. She is patient, perceptive, meticulous, understanding of multicultural traditions, and a perfectionist! My fiancé (now husband) and I were both busy in our medical careers, and didn't have the time or the energy to plan our wedding, or a clue how to blend our cultural traditions without offending family members on either side. She was able to this effortlessly, and with so much grace, that she really won over both our families. The planning was exceptional - everything was on time, and she helped to blend our traditions in a meaningful way throughout the festivities.

We had 3 events at 3 different locations in the city in 2 days, with guest counts ranging from 400-500 at each of the events. The planning and execution were impeccable! She takes time to understand the Bride's vision for the event, and uses her masterful knowledge of flowers and design talents to create the perfect look for the event, while staying within budget. We purchased our daughter's wedding invitations and table cards from Patra Designs this fall and were very pleased we found Durga and Patra Designs. From the first day when Durga stayed significantly past closing to accommodate my daughter's short visit to town to the delivery of the table cards, Durga was professional, responsive and it was a pleasure to deal with her. The invitations were beautiful, arrived on schedule and Durga arranged to have the envelopes addressed by a excellent calligrapher.

Durga/Patra designs was absolutely phenomenal! She got back to us right away with everything and made sure we were completely satisfied. We were beyond satisfied. She did an amazing job on our flowers. All of our guests complimented the flower arrangements. My wedding took place in Cleveland in October. Durga (Patra Designs) took the time to listen and understand what I had in mind for my big day. She crafted a floral decor scheme that perfect for what I had in mind and unlike anything I'd seen at other weddings. Her floral knowledge and creativity are truly impressive. There is no one that I would recommend more highly. I've already recommended her to several of my friends who are getting married next year.

I also ordered my wedding and reception invitations and other stationery items from Patra. We saw the same creativity and meticulous attention to detail. Durga helped us choose the perfect invitation and helped us figure out what to do for our programs, place cards, menus, and guest welcome cards. She had so many options, and even was able to help us design our own from scratch for a few things.

Durga and her team at Patra Designs were exceptional in the quality of service. Durga helped us select the perfect invitation for my wedding, and then did all of the design work and printing for the other items, including Programs, Menus, Place cards, Thank you cards, and Guest Welcome cards.

Durga was an actual godsend for my wedding. At the 11th hour, there was a delay in an invitation order, and within the matter of an afternoon, Durga was able to rectify the problem with a quick phone call to the distributor, locate the order, and ensure an on-time delivery for invitations calmly and effectively. But that was simply the beginning. Over the months leading up to my wedding, Durga was always responsive and available to answer any and all questions we had, and offered countless elegant suggestions to enhance my wedding for myself, husband and guests. What began as a simple request for invitations blossomed into a collaboration on decor, photography, flowers and an overall enhancement to our day's experience. And I must repeat this, because it bears repeating: She was Always. Calm. That alone is an asset with someone during a wedding season, but Durga was so much more than a cool head. She has my evergreen endorsement beyond weddings, but any event that you might have to make it truly one to remember.

My daughter (the bride to be) encountered a problem with another stationery vendor, and i called Durga out of the blue to assist us in confirming the order for the wedding invitations. Durga was exceptionally gracious and went so far above and beyond to assist us that i transferred all of our other wedding and post-wedding brunch planning to her. From that point forward, over the course of a very short 2 months, Durga provided exceptional service. She made thoughtful and tasteful suggestions; there was never any pressure; Durga has a keen eye for every detail and is cognizant of taste, cost, personal preferences, and style for the event and the participants.Durga kept every commitment--for returning calls, follow through with vendors, checking and re-checking every detail. Durga was able to make creative and novel suggestions based on her experience with other events. She was kind hearted and generous with her time and talents. i have recommended her to many of my friends and will do so again and again without hesitation.

Patra is an amazing florist. She's dedicated, thorough, professional and extremely knowledgable. She was trusted advisor to me for the overall esthetic of my wedding celebration. She understands the high-end luxury market and executes with perfection. I highly recommend!
