Pastor Joshua did a great job leading the ceremony, well spoken and tasteful. He was well prepared we had a pre-wedding meeting on Zoom and then several follow ups on preparing the vows and the order of events. He was super professional and is highly recommended!

My friend select Pastor Josh to officiate their wedding. From that day, when it was my turn to get married, I immediately went to Pastor Josh!
Where do I even begin?! To start off, Pastor Josh and his team are super quick to reply. Any questions you have, they are answered very quickly and thoroughly.
Pastor Josh and his team will review everything down to what he will say. What is amazing is that he is able to adjust what he will say depending on how YOU would like it. I grew up a Christian and my wife now wasn't too religious. Pastor Josh was able to make his speech right in between so that it was a sacred moment for my family and I, but also perfect for my wife! Also, you will be able to review multiple times what Pastor Josh will say and you will be able to make edits very easily! Jennifer helped a ton for Pastor Josh and she was ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC! I know life gets busy while wedding planning, but Jennifer took a huge load off our shoulders and really made everything super easy! *Pastor Josh even asks you what he should wear!!!!* haha. You get to even choose the color of his suit!!!!
Just know, if you go with Pastor Josh, you won't have to worry about a thing! He will guide you, he will get in touch with your planner, and trust me - EVERYTHING WILL WORK OUT AND BE PERFECT.
I cant tell you the amount of compliments Pastor Josh received. Countless people from our wedding came up to us just to tell us how great Pastor Josh was, how funny he was, how polite he was, how well he officiated the wedding (Lets be honest, some people make the ceremony a bit boring or too serious or too long or too short - Not Pastor Josh!). Kind , professional pastor -officiant
We had interviewed several pastors, who did not seem personable , or had horrible communication. I was pleasantly suprised when I came across Joshua. He responded back right away , while I had other prospects respond 1-2 weeks later. The moment we got on the call, my husband and I felt like we were talking to a friend , he was excited to see our pitty, mix who my husband and I advised was going to be our ringbearer. He talked about how he wanted to tell our love story, in a religious but not overly religious way, went over what type of attire option we preferred, he had an answer for most of the questions I had. His assistant Jennifer was great at responding, helping us go over editing our ceremony script, last minute additions. He has a great smile and kind heart that put my whole catholic family at ease. We we're honored to have him do our ceremony it was beautiful, we recieved so many compliments from family and friends. He even took a picture with us before he left. Choose him for your wedding, you won't be sorry you did.

I found Pastor Josh on a Wedding platform and was immediately connected to his assistant Jennifer. She is such a doll! So kind and professional. She helped set up meetings along the way and provided unbelievable support. We hired Pastor Josh right after our first zoom call. We knew he was the right fit for us. He was so kind, thoughtful, confident in his ability, and he assured us the ceremony would be exactly how we envisioned. (He was right). The team helped us create a very personal, intimate, and lighthearted ceremony, which is exactly how we wanted it. Wonderful ceremony officiant
We started off by being provided a questionnaire and then a zoom meeting to get to know us. After two days we received the first draft of the wedding ceremony script shared on google documents. Multiple options were available and we were able to edit the script to suit us. The script was very lighthearted and he was able to tell our love story wonderfully with the little information we gave him. All of our guests and family thought the ceremony was beautiful. Both Josh and his assistant Jennifer Maglio were wonderful to work with. I couldn’t ask for a better pastor to perform the ceremony.

What a wonderful and beautiful experience!
We were provided our officiant, Pastor Joshua Kapchinsky, through our wedding venue, Wedgewood Danza Del Sol. We didn't now what to expect, as neither of us are very religious or knew Pastor Joshua previously. A few months before the wedding his assistant Jennifer reached out to set up a meeting to discuss our upcoming wedding. At our first meeting both Pastor Joshua and Jennifer took the time to understand what WE were looking for in our wedding ceremony and what they could do to make it everything that we wanted. This was a huge relief as both my husband and I really wanted to have something simple, non religious, and there was absolutely no pressure to change out minds. After the call Jennifer sent over a few different script options, provided some unity ceremony ideas (we weren't totally set on if we wanted one), and edited everything to our liking. On the day of the wedding Pastor Joshua showed up and provided a beautiful ceremony for us, you would have thought he'd known both us for years in how he spoke. It truly was a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend Pastor Joshua to anyone. Thank you both him and Jennifer for making our day amazing!

Would Work With Them Over and Over Again
Pastor Josh was amazing to work with! My husband and I had our wedding with Wedgewood Weddings and their officiant vendor was Joining Hearts with Pastor Josh. The process of creating the ceremony script was very easy and seamless. We filled out a google form, had a consult call, told them our love story and they put together a draft ceremony script for us. We were able to make any edits to the draft up until we told them we felt it was good to go. So, we knew word for word what was going to be read on our big day. We didn't need to make many edits. His partner Jen was extremely responsive and helpful. She sent us a reading that she thought fit our relationship and we loved it. They took care of everything for us so that the ceremony script was not a big task during wedding planning. They also respected our beliefs and wants when we asked for a non-religious, secular ceremony. Would 100% recommend having them take care of you on your big day. Very caring, loving people.

Pastor Joshua Kapchinsky Was assigned to our wedding through Wedgewood Wedding to officiate our wedding in June 2024. We initially had a zoom meeting with Pastor Joshua Kapchinsky to get to know us and learn what was most important (& not) for our wedding. Along side Pastor Joshua Kapchinsky‘s secretary, within 2 days we had a first draft of our wedding ceremony and were able to go back and forth and edit anything we needed. All in all, Pastor Joshua Kapchinsky went above and beyond our expectations and our guest raved about how it was a “beautiful ceremony.” We can’t thank Pastor Joshua Kapchinsky enough for his beautiful work and prayers he made for our new family. They are such a perfect team, incredibly professional from day one when they reached out to me and walked me through the entire process. Pastor Josh and his assistant Jennifer were truly thoughtful; they even went the extra mile to cater to my cultural background as a Chinese person by including a tea ceremony for my parents. Every detail of the ceremony was meticulously taken care of to avoid any awkwardness, with thorough explanations provided throughout. We thoroughly enjoyed working with Joshua and his helpful assistant, Jennifer through the entire process. The whole process was extremely organized, from the video consults to the email and text communication, all the way to the day of the actual event. They treated us as if we were a member of their family getting married. Pastor Josh was an incredible officiant for our wedding. He made the whole thing so personable by including sweet details about our story instead of just inserting our names into a generic script. It was also important to us to have a Christ centered wedding, which he was able to do but he mentioned he can do without as well if desired. The best officiant!
Thank you Pastor Josh for delivering such a beautiful ceremony! Pastor Josh and Jen, his assistant, went out of their way to get to know us and make our ceremony more intimate. We also had an in person meeting leading up to our wedding and were able to view and make edits to our ceremony script. Our ceremony was just as we talked about and envisioned and we received many compliments thanks to Pastor Josh. He is kind, charismatic, and has a calming presence that eased our nerves. We also truly appreciate Pastor Josh’s views on the sacrament of marriage and that he offered support for us if needed in the future. An Answered Prayer
Pastor Josh and his right hand Jennifer were absolutely amazing. From scheduling dates, drafting our ceremony vows, checking in with us, to finalizing the marriage license they were both great. Pastor Josh met us through Zoom and instantly we clicked. During our wedding day, Pastor Josh checked in on us and made our ceremony absolutely beautiful. Bringing the Magic!
Pastor Joshua really brought the magic to our wedding ceremony. He took the time to ensure our ceremony was personal and special. We incorporated a memorial lighting in honor of family, who couldn’t be with us at the wedding, and he delivered this memorial beautifully.
He is very detail oriented, has a welcoming personality, and has the ability to make a wedding ceremony unique.
Not only was he amazing to the bride and groom, he treated family and guests with the upmost kindness. Others couldn’t stop complementing him!
What we really loved about Pastor Joshua is that he told us that beyond the wedding, he will be there for us (bride and groom) if we needed anything. Meaning, spiritual, or religious guidance he would be there to offer support for us. From the very start it was easy to communicate with Joshua. He took into account all of our dos and donts and put an incredible ceremony together. He was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Once we got our first draft for the ceremony we were able to proof read and edit any parts. Let me say it was PERFECT. Absolutely wonderful, kind, and so welcoming!!
Pastor Josh was by far one of our favorite people to work with during our wedding. He was so genuine and spent time getting to know us and our story before the big day. His sermon was so wonderful and heart felt. His presence and love for us gave us a huge sense of calmness on a day we felt so nervous to be standing in front of all our family and friends. Thank you so much for marrying us and being there for us on such an important day!

We cannot recommend Pastor Josh enough! He made the process completely stress free along with his incredible assistant Jennifer. They both had amazing energy and were extremely helpful. They made our wedding ceremony so beyond special and personable. Every single one of my guests mentioned it was the best ceremony they have ever been to because it was very personable as Pastor Josh shared stories about us as a couple. Jennifer was kind enough to print out our vows for us and was very quick to respond to any questions or concerns we had. Incredible!
Pastor Joshua really exceeded our expectations. He is an incredible person and we are so pleased he was our wedding officiant. Our wedding guests let us know how moved they were by our ceremony and how great they thought Pastor Joshua was. We would highly recommend him to anyone, not only for an officiant, but also premarital counseling.

Pastor Joshua and team are AMAZING
My fiancé and I contacted a few Christian pastors to marry us on our very special day. But when we spoke to pastor Josh we knew he would be the one to marry us! He’s so sweet and professional! His assistant Jennifer is simply amazing too! They made sure to connect with us many times before the wedding to make sure our vision came to life. The best!
Pastor Josh and Jennifer were amazing!!!! We started off with a Zoom call where they took their time to get to know us as a couple and our journey. While my husband was unable to attend the meeting, they made it a point to ask a lot questions about him and things that would be important to him to incorporate into our ceremony. I truly felt that they cared about our big day and us as a couple. It was truly such a pleasure to meet and work with them. I could not imagine having anyone else officiate our wedding. Our guests loved pastor Josh and enjoyed the personal touches that were added to our ceremony.

Pastor Joshua is the best! We feel really lucky to have found him for our wedding. We met with him and his assistant Jennifer a couple times to go over what we wanted to include in the ceremony and they come up with the ceremony script and it was great! We were able to edit it as many times as we wanted and Jennifer was so attentive and encouraging. They are the best team!! Pastor Joshua has a calming presence and throughout our meetings and on the actual day he made us feel cared for and peaceful. He showed up early even in the pouring rain up Topanga Canyon and looked great as well! The ceremony was excellent thanks to his guidance. Also he’s just a really cool guy as well. We 100% recommend him for whatever kind of ceremony you are having religious or not! Thank you Pastor Joshua and Jennifer!!!

Great quality
Pastor Josh and his colleague Jennifer (the absolute sweetest person ever) were an absolute pleasure to work with. They made me and my husband feel right at home and created such a beautiful script after only talking for a little over an hour. They’re truly something special and weddings are their specialty. I would highly HIGHLY Recommend them, they made our wedding day that much more memorable!

Pastor Josh was great, very sincere and took the time to find out about us. We definitely would recommend him. After finding out Pastor Josh was going to be our officiant he and his assistant. Jen met with us and wanted to make sure what we wanted in our ceremony and made great suggestions. Jen stayed in touch with us up until the wedding day. Thank you for making this a great experience.

Very Thankful for Pastor Joshua
It was important to our family that my now wife and I got married by a true congregation leading Pastor, but due to the fact that we were already living together, we were having difficulty finding the right fit. We also wanted to make sure we did Pre-Marital counseling with whoever married us.
After just one meeting with Pastor Joshua we felt very confident we found the person who would marry us. He also was able to do a 5 week Pre-Marital counseling as well for us and I can say that we learned alot about ourselves and each other during the whole process and we came out the other side as a stronger couple.
One thing that really stuck with us was when we mentioned we were nervous about the big day, he told us to relax, and that during the ceremony everyone will be judging the officiant and not us. Him telling us that really helped alleviate our fears!
During the day of our wedding, having Pastor Joshua marry us felt so natural since we already spent so much time with him, and he knew us very well. He took time to pray with us before the ceremony and had a good understanding of how to keep the flow of the ceremony.
Cannot reccomend this man enough!

Pastor Josh was amazing! Our original officiant passed away months before our wedding and Pastor Josh stepped in and took over. He and Jen are super nice, communicative, and creative. We made up our own unity ceremony involving DnD figurines and they helped bring that vision to life! 6/5 would recommend!

It was so Lovely
We were connected with pastor Josh through Wedgewood Weddings, Vellano. Both he and his assistant Jennifer were so lovely to work with and we are so happy we were set up with them! Truly grateful, and appreciative for all the time Jennifer took to help write our ceremony script. Above and beyond. Love that woman! And Pastor Josh delivered a beautiful ceremony. We really wanted to feel the love and everything was so smooth. I truly recommend them!

Pastor Josh was incredible. We had a few pre-marital counseling sessions, and they were great! He helped us look at our relationship objectively and we went into our wedding day feeling even more confident in our relationship. On the wedding day, Pastor Josh stepped up and solved a stressful situation when our PA system wasn't working. 10/10 Recommend.

Could not have had anyone better
Pastor Josh was selected for us through our venue, Wedgewood Weddings (in Downey, CA), and he could not have been a better person to officiate our wedding. Pastor Josh has an assistant, Jennifer Maglio, and she is equally as amazing. She was always in contact with us and when we didn't answer (sorry Jennifer!!), she would follow up with decent time in between. We finally met them "in person" and their energy was so positive, light, happy, and warming. It felt like they were our long term friends that we decided to choose. We did personal vows and they printed them on beautiful cardstock (they even leave it behind for you to keep).
Pastor Josh was respectful in what we wanted in our wedding. He was funny but professional - the perfect balance you would want. Some people even came up to us to ask who our pastor was - some were married, some where single, and some were soon to be married. We cannot say enough great things about Pastor Josh and Jennifer.
Overall, if you need a pastor, he is an amazing choice and we will always recommend him.

Pastor Josh officiated our wedding on short notice. He handled it as if he had prepared for weeks. His professionalism quelled any anxiety my wife and I had. Many family members and friends said it was the best wedding they've ever attended, including my mother, and at 74 years old, she's been to a lot of weddings! We are so grateful to Pastor Josh for helping to make our wedding day perfect. We could not have asked for anything more.

Pastor Josh was absolutely amazing in every way. We can’t thank him enough for the beautiful service he officiated for us.
We thought Pastor Josh was absolutely excellent in every way. He was so kind, encouraging and thoughtful. Many of our guests told us that it was a beautiful ceremony and overwhelmingly it was enjoyed by everyone we spoke to. Some guests even said it was the best ceremony they had ever been to. Pastor Josh made us feel very relaxed during the ceremony and we both agreed that it was such a wonderful experience. He also encouraged us to write personal vows. In the beginning we were reserved about doing that but now we are both so delighted that we did. Also we added some activities to the service that were important to us and Josh was very open to us to bringing our own cultural traditions and music as part of the service. He was also really flexible with last minute changes that we wanted to make. Several guests were able to get the opportunity to talk to Pastor Josh after the ceremony and they also had lovely things to say about him. Overall, we would highly recommend Pastor Josh for your wedding ceremony.

Coolest Pastor in town
We had the best experience with Pastor Josh! He was up for all our ideas and he made our ceremony feel very personal. He took the time to get to know us as a couple and all of our guests complimented our ceremony despite having to change sites due to the rain.
