We love Pastor Peters
Asking Pastor Peters to officiate at our 4/22/23 wedding was the best decision we could have made. He met with us several times prior to the event, and also came to our rehearsal. I have known Pastor John since I was a child. He has done weddings for myself and alot of my close friends. Not only is he wonderful officiant, he is a wonderful human. You'll be hard pressed to find another person as genuine as Pastor John. He helped me and my husband have the best possible Christian ceremony on very short notice and even handled mailing the wedding license off for us! We had Pastor John Peters as our officiant for our wedding in Charleston. We reached out to him a few months prior to our wedding, and throughout the process he was super communicative. I especially was appreciative that he went out of his way to include my husband, who is very shy, in all the conversations and made an effort to get to know him too. He remembered so many small details from all of our conversations, and when we met him in person the weekend of our wedding, it felt like we already knew each other for a long time. He is seriously a professional and came so prepared. He brought the most calming energy, which we really needed as my husband and I were so nervous. We followed the Pastor’s lead, and the entire ceremony went so smooth! So grateful that Pastor John Peters was able to be our officiant.Pastor John Peters Wedding Officiant's reply:

An amazing experience!!!
Pastor John Peters was, no doubt, the best choice for us. We have been happily married for 2 years and a half now, and every time we remember our wedding we remember him with a lot of love. Pastor John was incredible! He is such a loving, compassionate, extremely helpful and knowledgeable pastor!
We traveled from east TN to the isle of palms to get married on the beach. He guided us through the SC marriage license application on line and gave us tips for all parts of getting married in SC. He was so super accommodating in every way. He provided a us with numerous sample ceremonies that we could pick and choose the parts we liked from all the samples to create our own unique ceremony which he arranged in a way that was so very eloquent and beautiful that it wasn't even funny. This pastor loves to do weddings and it shows. He is very, very good at it and totally enjoys it. He's super fun and really makes you feel relaxed and assured of the fact that he's got your back and your wedding ceremony will be exactly as you desired. He ads his own little fun twists on things which make the ceremony even more personal and very fun. He likes to laugh and enjoy life and truly wants you to laugh and have fun and enjoy your day together. We could not have asked for a better experience. Our wedding ceremony was one of the most fun moments of my life and I feel my wife feels the same way.

We absolutely loved pastor john peters! I tasked my now husband to find us our officiant and we couldn't have picked a better one. Pastor John is seriously incredible. Not only is he super professional but he did a great job of helping us customize our ceremony exactly how we wanted it (and he didn't even question me when I told him I wanted to pass around our rings to 180 people to touch and bless :) )We met multiple times before the wedding because we wanted to get to know each other and each time was better than the next. John is so kind and a pleasure to be around (& has so many great stories!!) we would always look forward to our breakfasts with him. People are still talking about our ceremony and how great John did. He did such a great job of getting all the emotions out of everyone and people are still bringing up to us and laughing about a few of the jokes he made. Pastor John is the best! He’s so sweet and professional! He made everything so easy for us. He sent us many options for our ceremony which was great!! We forgot our papers to sign but he was very flexible with us about meeting up to take care of it. We eloped in May and had a few family members come and they all loved him!
