I can't believe how much I hit the jackpot with Pascale!! I knew I wanted a planner, because I knew I didn't want the headache of coordinating and paying attention to anything else besides having fun on my wedding day, and to find one, within my budget, who doubles as a florist...perfect! My wedding was perfect from start to finish, and even some of the bumps in the road, I didn't even know about til days after the fact...which is how it should be! Pascale told me...it's her job to fix anything that goes wrong, and make sure I don't know about it. As soon as she told me that I was at ease! And that's exactly my experience. I booked her almost a year in advance, and she met with me many times throughout the year to work out budget, vision, and flow of the day.
I can't even put into words how beautiful my decor and florals were. I have never cared much about flowers or those aspects of a wedding, and I knew she had done amazing work via online/magazines/etc but she blew me out of the water. It was my vision...but BETTER. I have had SO many compliments about the florals and decorations, my bouquet, EVERYTHING. She created an ambiance out of a small, plain space and made it magical. I can't say enough good things. I wish I could have another reception just to book her again! If we ever have an anniversary party or need for her amazing skills, I'm calling her. -

Blown Away
I am not sure if I have the words to write a review to justify Pascale’s work. I will try because I want to atleast give her major credit for her work & recognizes her for the quality person she is. I pick her because of her previous work. And also because she is kind and easy to speak too. She worked toward my budget & requirements. The work she delivered was beyond amazing, she enhanced everything she touch & added a few extra deco throughout the room to my surprise. I was completely amazed with what she put together. She gave me this gorgeous room (that I heard guests from the hotel were coming to see). It just make me sad that it goes by so fast, all I can do is just look at the photos to re live one more time. Thank you Pascale from heart. -

Pascale Taradoux-Shafer was absolutely amazing for our wedding. She listened to all of our needs and kept to our budget. She truly knocked it out of the park, I would have been lost without her. She made our special day truly about us and I am amazed by her talent. -

Pascale is amazing! She was able to take my vision of a romantic and elegant wedding and transformed the venue! The tables and the bouquets were beautiful! The draping was gorgeous! We also had her as our day of wedding coordinator! She was our lifesaver! I’m a very organized person, but I still couldn’t have managed all of these details while also being a bride on the day of the wedding. Her costs were affordable for all of the details. Pascale had open communication, was always responsive and checked in with me on her ideas to make sure it matched my vision. I highly recommend her for your wedding. You will be over the moon that you chose her and you can enjoy your wedding day!! -

Sarah Sent on 08/19/2018My husband and I had our wedding in Melbourne, Fla but live in Singapore. It was super difficult planning from so far away especially since I didn't know the area well. Once we found Pascale, she assumed more than just a florist role, she really became our florist/wedding planner. She asked all the right questions and helped us think through all the outstanding loose ends. It really made the last few weeks before the wedding so much more relaxed. On the day of the wedding, she worked with all our vendors and really helped me focus on enjoying every minute of this once in a lifetime occasion! Moreover, Pascale really listened to what I wanted, she worked with me to design the perfect table setting with beautiful flowers and candles exactly as I described. On the day of the wedding it was even more beautiful than I imagined and absolutely created the sophisticated, romantic vibe I was going for. Pascale was really a great partner, she made everything so easy and relaxed and I highly recommend working with her!! -

She was fabulous to work with and easy to communicate with. She is remarkably talented. The bridal flowers and reception decorations were extraordinary and absolutely gorgeous! I've never encountered anyone in my life that lies through their teeth about everything...until I had the misfortune of selecting this 'planner.'
There were red flags along the way, however I made the decision to continue forward. Mainly, based upon her good reviews.
The lies are one on top of another. NOTHING turned out as it should have. And I will note, all I asked for were classic white table settings with pillar candles (she put about five pillar candles on gigantic tables that clearly came from flower center pieces with a green wrap around the candle holder).
Most of my reception decorations were sent back to Amazon from the planner's house. She said she reordered everything...nope. reordered NOTHING. She hung one sad strand of red paper lanterns near the bar area. I had stressed previously that the lanterns only look right when the area is flooded with them.
She put my family and friends to work, doing her job. Which I only learned afterward. They placed the place setting cards; she had them put together the awful strand of lanterns; had them removing posts from tables; take down the home's existing decorations for some reason, had them hang two drapes on the most pathetic looking metal wedding arch I've ever seen. It went on, and on, and on.
She lied to my face about reordering the Amazon items. She lied to me about bringing the table linens (attempted to change my order with the rental company without telling me, adding the linens I was promised by her, and the table chargers I was promised by her). She lied to me about placing candles in the pool, and on the tables for my tablescapes. She lied about printing off a day-of itinerary to be placed the day of the wedding. She stressed that the itinerary was in my contract and I had already paid for it. Nope. No itinerary to be seen.
When I say do not ruin your event by hiring this person, I mean do not ruin your event by hiring this person. I could've done 400% better doing everything by myself, and saved myself the money I paid her....for doing next to nothing.
She gladly took my leftover wedding supplies, the floating tea light candles, the blankets, etc.
My uncle, while removing umbrella holders from the tables, told me she said she was a florist, not a wedding planner. Not much of a florist either. I asked multiple times for only zennias, plum blossoms, and lilies. At this point, you can guess I didn't get what I asked for.
The manager of the properties told me this was the most unprofessional planner she had ever dealt with.
My ceremony and reception were ruined by this person. Please do yourself a favor and look elsewhere.
