  Very Knowledgeable Vendor!

  Dan and his team were great to work with . Due to the Covid situation we moved our daughters wedding to an outside family property with 4 weeks to go. They quickly created a ballroom under a clear top tent complete with a custom floor ,chandeliers,and everything we needed to rent to make it a one of a kind venue nestled in the beautiful family property. We would highly suggest them for any upcomng events. Thanks Bill and Liz H.

  Party Savvy was quick to respond to my inquiry, had the items I requested in stock for a great price, flexible with pick up and drop off times, polite, and overall very easy to work with. I would highly recommend them!

  Party Savvy was awesome to work with!! We rented a Tent, lights, fans, chairs, glasses and tables for our wedding and were thrilled over how easy it all was! Mindy came and surveyed the grounds and was very helpful when we had to make a few minor changes!!! would absolutely use the service again!

  Party Savvy was a wonderful company to work with. They have a great staff that is polite and genuinely happy to help you. They were extremely flexible with our picky choices and if they didn't have a specific shade of color or plate style that we were interested in, they found a way to get it for us. (Though they do have a lot of options in their own show room too.) The day before our wedding when they dropped everything off they were personable and helpful, and they were able to get us a sub floor last minute when the ground our outdoor dance floor was to be on turned to mud. They would update me with an e-mail every few months with my contract and asking if I needed to change anything, which was very helpful and a nice reminder.

  We used Party Savvy as the required rentals vendor for our wedding ceremony. Everyone at the company was super nice, and the space ended up looking great! But there were a few issues during the process. The biggest of these was staff confusion which resulted in repeated misinformation. We were told at the beginning that the podium system that we rented was not ideal for music, but that it would be able to have an iPod plugged into it. We found out a month beforehand (by asking for the podium model number and researching ourselves) that this was not the case at all. We had to scramble to rig up our own music system! So that we could plan our hanging decorations, we also asked what the tent would look like, and were told that there would be five poles ten feet apart on each side of the tent. Again, when the tent actually had three poles twenty feet apart, this required some last minute alterations of our decor plans. Finally, while communication was always polite and professional, some emails were definitely dropped along the way, with the explanation "Oh, sometimes our email doesn't work." This...is a problem for a business working at this level. In summary, our wedding ceremony ended up looking and sounding beautiful, and Party Savvy definitely helped us make that happen. But we would have been happier with their service if these communication issues had been absent.

  The communication wasn't really there. I opted to pick up the chairs instead of delivery and when I arrived to pickup the chairs the people were very rude and seemed to have an attitude. I was only called a little before closing to know if the chairs were ready. They told me I had to leave and get the chairs the next day for my wedding because the person getting my got stuck in traffic. They told me to leave because they were gonna lock the gates and there's nothing I can do about it. My car died in the lot and they did not try to offer solutions. When I said the driver was right down the road they told me they didn't care, they need to lock the gates. I will not be going through this rental company for any future events. Weddings are stressful enough, you don't need others being rude and making it even more stressful
