Great service all around!

Javier goes above and beyond every time I book his services for photobooth and add on’s like cold sparklers. He is very reliable, and keeps lines of communications at all times. I highly recommend him if you are looking for a professional and reputable company.

Javier was so easy and great to work with! He kept working on our photo strip until it was absolutely perfect! The photo booth was a HIT at our wedding! Highly recommend!

Javier is very professional and responds back very quickly usually in a few minutes or within the hour. On our wedding day, the photo booth was a hit everyone loved it and we got a CD of all pics to share with friends afterwards.

I was searching the internet and found his prices for a photo booth to be very reasonable. I got a quick response from him and we did everything easily online, anytime I needed help, he was very kind, helpful and patient. I thought it was an actual photo booth like one I had seen at a wedding I'd been to, but he does the back drop and brings his own props. Everyone loved him and said that was a nice, fun twist to our wedding!! We even had several people asking for your information for upcoming quinces and parties. Thank you Javier!!

Party with Photobooth was Awesome! Mr. Rodriguez was great throughout the entire process from selecting the guest book to the design on the photo strips. Guests had so much fun and it kept them busy while the bride, groom and family were taking wedding photos. It's a unique guest book seeing fun photos of all the guests and their well wishes for the bride and groom, as compared to the old traditional guest book that you probably won't ever look at again. It also served as a party gift for guests because they were able to keep a copy of the photo strip for themselves. It was so much fun and well worth the money. I contracted Party with Photobooth for my daughters wedding through the wedding venue, Lindsay Lakes, whom I can not recommend and strongly warn against. The price was promotional due to he was a new vendor with Lindsay Lakes. I'm sure the price is different now but, I would still book him and highly recommend him.

I knew I wanted a Photo Booth at my wedding - it was non-negotiable lol. And I am so happy I did. It was a hit! There was an attendant who sort of guided everyone through each photo session - and there were a lot of them. He was so great! I didn't know at the time, but every time a group went in to take a photo, one copy was saved, and placed into a binder. Now, not only do we have all of our professional photos, but we also ended up with a hilarious collage of candid photos of our family and friends - so priceless!

Our event was a Fall Festival at the preschool. The kids loved all the props and that they could take plenty of pictures with their friends. The parents loved the instant prints. The daycare director loved the CD she received. And I loved that I didn't have to do anything! Usually I'm the camera person, and in the past hadn't been able to enjoy the festival much with my own kid. Then getting pictures back to the school, the parents, who's kid is who's... GAH! Too much work. This worked out perfectly. I'm definitely booking again next year.

We were looking for something fun and entertaining for our wedding. We booked Party with Photobooth and boy did we nail our goal!! One of the best things I did was hiring The Traveling Photo Booth, The photo booth is one of the things my guests CONTINUE to talk about! I LOVE the photo strip guest book, too - it's such a great way to remember the night!

Javier and his team were great. They had a good bit of props, nice keepsake photo book, great take home disk and good quality photos/camera. The strip was just as I wanted it. I would pic party with photo booth again. Great communication even after the wedding (receiving photo disk). I LOVE MY PHOTOS!

Javier was quick to respond to my emails and the strips of pictures came out nice-ish, and that's about all the good stuff I have to say. On the wedding day, he arrived 30 minutes late. He stayed 30 minutes later so I guess it evened out, but had my coordinators panicking for a moment. I would not recommend Party with Photobooth because the man stood there next to the camera and some of my guests had no idea how to use it. He had to press the start button for them and he didn't tell my guests so they were just standing there. He was on his cell phone the whole time and barely looked up at my guests to inform them how to go about posing or how to use his service. He was right next to the bar. I did this so people would want to go take pictures. He never called people over and invited them to take pictures. The picture strips came out ok. I tried working with him on what I wanted the color strip to be, but it just looked plain and not that fun. He also had me deciding on the color of the strips the day before the wedding. I will never use him again.

Cancelled on my best friend 3 days before her wedding

Don’t let the positive reviews for this business convince you to book. Javier was very responsive and helpful, until the venue requested copies of insurance from all 3rd party vendors. The bride contacted Javier and he stated he already had insurance and would send it over to her venue with a cc to the bride, which didn’t happen. The bride contacted him repeatedly until a week before her wedding, he stated he was having issues with his insurance company and may not be able to do her event. He then managed to get insurance same day and sent it over, so we all thought the problem was solved. Then 3 days before the wedding, he cancels and states he will refund her, less the cost for insurance (even though he said he already had it originally). We ended up using Polaroid cameras instead, and it ended up working out beautifully, however that does not excuse a last minute cancellation AND not refunding the entirety of her deposits. She proceeded to write a review on this page with her experience, and Javier had the nerve to lie and state SHE cancelled on HIM in an attempt to cover for his unprofessionalism. To all you beautiful brides out there, don’t let Javier scam you.

Cancelled on me

Javier was great until 3 days before my wedding he was very responsive and professional until the Thursday before my wedding he cancelled on me. He said he couldn’t do it and when I received my refund he sent me a document explaining the deductions he took off my refund. I paid him $750 and he only sent back $663. His reasoning was that he paid for the insurance he had to pay for for my event. And because it was for my event I had to pay for it. You know the event he ended up not doing. And when I said that wasn’t fair he fought with me and when I said I would be getting my lawyer he said “do what you gotta do”. It was too late for me to get another photobooth so we didn’t have one for our wedding. It was the worst experience and the only thing that went wrong. I still don’t understand where his mindset was of making me pay for insurance on an event HE CANCELLED. I really hope he doesn’t do this again to someone else.

HUGE mistake

Confirmed date and time on 7/1 for a 7/17 quince. Had not shown up approximately 18 minutes before scheduled time, so I text him to see if he was on his way. He replied with “what time is the quinceanera over? I need to work on the photo strip.”
Claimed he could be there by 10, when we had him scheduled for 9pm. Unacceptable.

After several texts, he came up with excuses such as “I broke the contract”, “they needed a week notice due to the pandemic”.

Refused to refund ANY of my money. Very unprofessional and disappointing.

PLEASE DO NOT USE THAT COMPANY FOR YOUR EVENT. They are terrible and unprofessional. I had the worst experience for my graduation/bday party. They messed up on the name of the event. When i brought it to Javier attention he got offended and he did not find a viable solution for his mistakes. Also, after back and forth with him, he threatened to call the police for me because he said I was harassing him because I was complaining too much. It is a terrible company and Javier is unprofessional and immature. what ever you do do not use them.

Javier broke our contract to show up at 5pm the day of our wedding and showed up at 6:30 instead. By this time our guests were already at the venue and the attendant had to maneuver between them. Javier argued with me over text about the arrival time and canceled my access to see my contract. Luckily for me, I saved a copy of it to show him after our honeymoon. He also used a design for the photo strip that was not approved and not even in our colors. I emailed Javier after the fact and he didn't even have the professional attitude to apologize or even respond to my email. Overall, this experience was awful and I would of rather not had a photo booth. DO NOT USE HIS SERVICE! Spend the money and get someone more reputable. I was duped by his good reviews too so don’t let them fool you either!
