Hosting our wedding in our backyard meant we needed to rent EVERYTHING. I originally hired Party Time Rentals (worked with Nicole and Lisa) in January 2022 even though our wedding was in May 2023 just to be sure we had what we needed and I was eager, okay 😅 As you can imagine a year and a half from order to the day of lots of change could happen and boy oh boy did it! Everything from changing of the venue to guest count to rental needs and Lisa was so patient with all of it. I must have reached out at least 6 times to update our rental list and every time Lisa kept things simple and streamlined for us. With this too, I was never pushed for things we didn’t need. I was even told a few things we had we wouldn’t need which is great considering how much goes into hosting an event like this.
A few days before we confirmed colors of linens and scheduled delivery time. We had a Saturday wedding and the Party Time Rental team were able to deliver everything on Thursday. Not only that, but the delivery team was only setting up for 1 hour and that included setting up a massive tent.
Every person I came into contact with was so professional and kind. 10/10 recommend! -

I worked with Lisa and she was so helpful and patient. She told what would match with what based on her experience and my vision for the day. When they set up they were very good with communication and made sure I was happy before they left. All the rentals that I got (which was a lot) were great quality and had clear directions for what they needed us to do for them to pick up. I would use them again for any event! -

Party time rocked the wedding! They are completely professional, reliable, and set up the tent beautifully in a somewhat remote and hard to reach place, It was beautifully done, and such a relief to deal with people we could count on. -

Every interaction with this company was nothing but positive. I booked them about a year in advance and was very pleased with their responsiveness throughout that time.
The day of the wedding they had informed me that there were not enough string lights for the canopy as there had been some miscommunication with the length of each strand. The crew helped to rectify the solution by meeting someone else halfway between the venue and their location to pickup the additional string lights.
All in all this was a great company to work with and would highly recommend them to anyone looking to do rentals for their wedding. -

My wife and I used Party Time Rentals for our wedding in July. Lisa was very helpful from start to finish and helped us pick out the tent, chairs, dishes, and glasses that we needed for our wedding. Lisa was prompt in replying to emails and was flexible in changing our booking when the size of our wedding changed.
The crew that delivered and setup the rentals were professional and friendly. Everything was delivered and assembled Thursday afternoon which gave us plenty of time to set up everything for the wedding on Saturday without having to rush. Everything was clean and in "like new" condition, no dirty dishes or stains on the chair cushions.
It was an overall easy and pleasant experience and I would use Party Time Rentals again in the future. -

They were wonderful to work with. Party Time was with me every step of the way, venue changes, head count changes, they never flinched. It made this the least stressful part of wedding planning. Right up until the day before the wedding we were change numbers, adding tables and chairs. They were efficient and great to work with. We were so swamped with setting up for the wedding Mark from Party Time took the time to put up all the side for us. I can't say enough great things about them. -

The staff was so nice and courteous throughout the entire process. I ended up switching and changing my order multiple times and they made all the accommodations without even batting and eye. Items were delivered on time, picked up on time, and they were even very understanding when one of their table clothes accidentally made it home with me and the rest of my wedding stuff. I returned it a few days late and they were very nice and understanding about it. Would recommend -

She took the time to really listen and grasp our vision for the wedding. We had some last minute changes and there was never a hint of stress in her voice or demeanor. She was very knowledgeable about everything they had to offer, very friendly on the phone (never actually met her), and very patient and accommodating regarding all of our unusual requests, and indecisiveness on our rentals. Amy even helped out when there was a misunderstanding with another staff member. In addition to Amy being wonderful to work with, the staff that facilitated the delivery was amazing, and even returned the next day to clean a spot on the tent they noticed the day before. I would definitely recommend Amy and Party Time for ANY event you might have! -

From the start up until the day of the ceremony, everyone I worked with was accommodating and very responsive. Amy helped us figure out a tent size, decide exactly how many tables and chairs we'd need, gave us advice on what details to include, and worked with our caterer to order any other items that they might need. Any time I had an issue, the whole Party Time team was ready to help. I had some difficulty deciding on a tent layout, and in addition to responding to all of my frantic emails, Amy went as far as to come out to the venue when the tent was being set up so that she could help me figure out how best to lay out tables and chairs. Beyond that, the set-up crew they had come out to set up our tent were professional and extremely helpful. I highly recommend Party Time!

I worked with Lisa and she was great with last minute changes to my order as well as including a floor plan on how to arrange all of our tables under the tent. They battled bad weather all week and still made sure my tent was up in time to set up for my wedding. My only complaint was that I wish they had a set of instructions to include with delivery on how to attach the tent side walls as we had to set them up ourselves. -

My experience was less than stellar with this company... We had planned a wedding outdoors at a venue that required us to have a tent since they didn't have an indoor backup plan-they recommended Party Time to us since they were local to the venue so we hired party time for the tent, tables, chairs, linens, etc. In March, COVID hit and weddings throughout the year were forced to postpone or cancel and our venue was no longer able to host our wedding under the originally agreed upon plan so we were forced to make a decision. Also in March my mom who lives halfway across the country was diagnosed with invasive breast cancer, increasing our desire to postpone through her treatments/surgeries. We talked with all our vendors including Party Time Rentals and found many flexible, but not Party Time. CONS: Party Time would not let us out of our contract, they did agree to postpone but if it was into 2021 we wouldn't get the discount we had gotten during a deal, we felt we were at a loss if we didn't proceed with our original date and we were locked into using our rentals if we didn't want to lose money. Party Time told us that if our original venue wasn't able to host our wedding that likely no other venues would either-- this was not true as we reached out to several other venues that agreed to host our wedding- but we wouldn't be needing a tent for those venues. We decided on a backyard reception so that we could use the tent but our house was an extra 45 minutes away and Party Time increased the delivery fee from $40 for 3.8 miles to $315 for 46 miles!--Lisa, the owner, agreed to bring the price down to $200, but this was insult to injury--not the wedding we planned on, forced to move, and paying an increased delivery fee. The day before the wedding when everything was delivered, I discovered our sweetheart tablecloth was missing as they ordered the wrong color and it was up to me to go pick up the right one from another rental company. PROS: Party Time did allow from the beginning changes to our order up to two weeks prior to the wedding so we downsized everything (tent, number of tables/chair) and since it was looking like a nice warm evening Lisa did offer to take the tent heater off the order since we wouldn't be using it. The staff at Party Time was very responsive via email and updated the order form each time we decreased our order. Our wedding turned out beautiful and the gentlemen who set up the tent were very respectful! -
Kathy Sent on 06/01/2018I placed a order 2 1/2 months ago for tables and chairs The only time they have for pick up is Fridays from 4:00pm-5:00pm. I was there at 4:00 they didn’t have any things for my order there, I had to drive from there location to Standish to there warehouse to get them. The owner was very rude when I asked why I had to go to the warehouse to get them, she said everyone not perfect. There where other people there that was not able to get there items either. The chairs are dirty and the tables are in horrible conditions
