  Total Pros - great customer service

  As a venue owner, we depend on top-notch rentals to make each wedding special. Lisa and her staff have been total pros for every event they have helped us with. Their customer service and knowledge of products is second to none. We are thankful we can count on this great vendor!

  Party Rentals by Lisa came highly recommended by my wedding director who had worked with this vendor numerous times. I explained to Lisa that I would be getting married in a park and was originally settled on feathered column she had in stock. However, she gave me her professional opinion and directed me instead to this grand colonnade. I rented chairs, a communion bench, dinnerware ( to include plates, forks, knives, glasses & cloth napkins) and of course the colonnade. The delivery team promptly delivered the colonnade, communion bench and chairs at 5pm and arrived at 830pm to pick it up. The dinnerware gave the reception hall and extra touch of class. The prices were affordable, the staff was flexible and professional. I would not only use this vendor again for future events but I would most definitely recommend them to anyone looking to make their event pop!!! Visit their website at www.partyrentalsbylisa.com/

  Lisa was very nice to deal with in the beginning. She knew her stuff no doubt, however, I paid my first half with a check. When I went to pick up my linens 2 days before the wedding (imagine the level of stress I was under) she would not accept checks. My check was already written out, so there was nothing I could do about it and she was so rude and ugly to me about it. Then, when my maid of honor dropped all of the linens off, Lisa sat there watching her struggle to get it all out of the car in the freezing cold on a rainy day, and she was very rude to her also. So, all in all, I am all about customer service, and quality. I got great quality, but stinky customer service. Its up to you on what you prefer, but as far as customer service goes, I can find somewhere else. And to think she was complaining about her business not doing good... maybe if you would be nice it would help!

  I will never use their services again. They delivered my columns to the hotel a day early, which required the hotel to store these huge columns in a closet. My wedding coordinator was told she could move them alone to the ceremony room which was several feet away. The coordinator could not lift a side. She had to find hotel guests to help move and set up the columns, which should have been delivered the day of rehearsal and set up by them. Don't use them!
