Party Pros is amazing to work with from start to finish. Brian and Brent produced a perfect wedding for us, including valuable suggestions based on their experience, which is all we could have ever hoped for. This company expertly guided us through the entire process from pre-planning to wedding day dances and the super fun photo dash and karaoke. Could not be happier with Party Pros. -

One thing we wanted to ensure for our wedding was throwing a great party. Brian with Party Pros did just that and even more for us. He helped create the ultimate entrance by leading our guests with towel waves and cheers. He was very consultative during our meetings sorting through timelines and suggestions for flow of the evening. This was made easy in using their online template filled with countless songs and different scenarios that we may have had during our reception. He was so open to all of our ideas from cocktail hour music, helping us MC the night, and combining our taste across all genres of music into the most fun evening on the dance floor.
We also used Party Pros for their photo booth service and it was a hit with our guests! So easy to use and so fun to receive the photos after.
Brian also suggested we use the CO2 canons, which why wouldn't you?! Great way to bring the energy up and a fun surprise.
Other things we enjoyed was the up lighting throughout the venue and incorporated the whole space in the vibe. We also loved the personalization of adding a photo to the front of the stand, our guests loved it!
I heard from my coworkers 4 days later they were still sore from dancing all night! Our close family friend said they have never seen a dance floor so full of people all night long. And we've heard several times it was the most fun reception, all because of the services and atmosphere created by Brian behind the DJ booth!! -

Brian with Party Pros did an amazing job helping us plan our wedding! The tools available on the website helped us generate a timeline of the wedding ceremony and reception and was easy to use. Brian worked with us by meeting with us several times before the wedding day to ensure that everything was exactly the way we had imagined. Once Brian arrived at the venue, he immediately started setting up and communicated with me about everything that he was doing. It was a huge help having someone else there who knew how the day was supposed to progress. I would highly recommend booking Party Pros for your next event! -

Highly recommend booking with Party Pros! My wife and I hired this company for our wedding and the owner Brian made sure our day went off without a hitch. He was extremely responsive during the planning process, taking some of the stress off us. Additionally their customer portal was very easy to use and allowed us create a timeline of the whole wedding from walking down the aisle, to toasts, to first dances. We were able to meet with Brian multiple times prior to the wedding and it really helped us feel secure that our day was going to perfect. Brian was extremely professional, he kept the day light and fun and made sure everyone had an amazing time. He provided all of the light, and sound equipment, and i really just cant say enough good things about it! -

Brian from Party Pros was incredible to work with. He was very flexible with us when it came to booking and scheduling meetings. Every detail was well thought out, they made sure that they understood our vision and what we wanted for our day. The team that came with Brian were all extremely professional and easy to work with, all of the technology was set up and managed by the team, making the day that much more fun. I would 100% recommend them to anyone having a wedding. They brought the party, the guests had a blast and the entire day went off without any hitches. -

Brian helped my husband and I have the best wedding by making sure everyone was on the dance floor, he made sure to play all the songs I requested, he stuck to our timeline and he let me husband and I have a DJ contest (which really made the night fun!) I would highly recommend them for any wedding!! -

It's been a few months since my wedding in Feb 2022, but I have been meaning to write this review because I am STILL getting compliments from family members who enjoyed Brian from Party Pros as our DJ! First of all, he was always so kind and easy-going. We also had an excellent meeting before the wedding that was incredibly organized and was vital to making my wedding run as smoothly as it did! He played all the songs I wanted at all the right times, and he made the transitions to speeches and the shoe game so seamless. And the music? Perfect! My people were dancing all night! If you are looking for a great, reliable, kind DJ BOOK BRIAN! -

If you are looking for a band for your wedding, look no further! We worked with Dan, the guitarist, for planning purposes and he was very easy to get in touch with and always available for questions, etc. They have great energy, which is what drew us to book them after seeing them play locally. They surpassed our expectations at our wedding! We had so much fun singing & dancing all night long and our guests did as well. The lead singers get involved and come into the crowd as well, which is awesome! They accommodated songs into their set list that I had requested as well. They definitely helped make our wedding even more memorable! -

I just want to say, Brian was absolutely fantastic! He was very easy to work with, attentive to all details and most importantly kept us on track every step of the way through the ceremony to closing time. I would recommend him over and over. -

I would give Party Pros a 10/5 if I could. Brian is an absolute professional! You can tell he knows what he is doing. He was adaptive, receptive, polite, and knowledgeable. I wish he could DJ at every wedding I attend! He knows how to read the crowd and always made sure the groom and I were set and happy. I met with a ton of DJs who were fresh out of college and it made me uneasy that they didn’t have the maturity and seasoned expertise that I was looking for. Brian even created a custom mashup for my father daughter dance that my dad and I really wanted to do. I highly recommend Brian!! -

Brian Graves with PartyPros rocked my daughter's wedding last week The evening started out with some special music for the wedding party and ended with a Dad/Daughter Mash Song combining Unforgettable & Fever.
Then the Party started and the floor was packed throughout the whole evening. All ages all dancing and everyone was had a great experience. RECOMMEND PARTY PROS 4 Sure!

!Ivona Sent on 08/31/2018Brian and Party Pros were amazing! They brought professionalism and an awesome experience to the entire wedding party. All of our guests were impressed by the set up and lighting of the DJ station as well as the Photo Booth. The lighting looked great in all of our dance floor pictures and the Photo Booth was so much fun! It brought out the kid in everyone. Great props! Our entire party had a great time and loved being able to take those pictures home with them. The best part of it all was that Brian provided us with digital copies of all of those images and we will get to keep those memories forever. We want to say thank you Brian and Party Pros for making our event special like no other! We will HIGHLY recommend Party Pros to all of our friends and family!
