Amazing Experience from Start to Finish

We worked with Lori from the start of our planning to get a 150-person tent, and she was extremely accommodating. The team came out two days before the wedding and set everything up in about 6 hours. The tent looked beautiful and made the night so special. Overall I would give the experience a 10/10.

Over 20 years of an amazing service

I have been in the hospitality/hotel business for over 20 years and throughout the decades I have had the pleasure of working with Lauri and her team at Party Plus. Besides being amazingly professional and knowledgeable, the are super nice people that know what it takes to build a long-term, successful working relationship. Repeat Customer!

I've been using Party Plus all summer to get tables, chairs, service equipment ect all summer!

Their communication is on point! They've been so quick to respond and complete quotes in the tight timeframes for turnaround we need & have delivered each time!

Shout out to Lauri that always steps up to clarify or assist with those final details as well. :D

I definitely recommend them to any one looking to create their perfect event!

You must use them!!!!

I work for a large Hotel in Baltimore and over 2 years ago we change vender to Party Plus. Since then, we have been taken care of on a level not seen in today's work environment. No request is too hard, no matter how odd it is. Lauri and her team have always come through for us. Even when there is a request that they can't take care of Lauri will help me find someone that can. Who does that in today's market. She does!
If there ever is a problem with a peice of equipment she has staff over right away to review what they can do to fix or replace the item. Lauri's staff takes great care of us when tey deliver and her delivery guys are polite and very respectful of our property when they deliver. I really can't say enough good things about this company.
I don't usually do these reviews but wanted to take the time to make sure that people know that if they have a large function that they need help with, ths is the place to go!!!

Great Experience!

I want to commend to you as the manager for the two young men that you sent this morning to retrieve the tables n’ chairs from Unity Baptist Church. The young men worked extremely well together. They were very efficient and took extreme pride n’ care in the tasks at hand.

I know that at times clients are very quick to criticize an effort or verbally display their frustration n’ anger when expectations are not met. But, I want you to know the quality of the two men in your employ and what an excellent representative they are for the company.

I not sure how you recognize your employees, but I would recommend that someone in senior management is shared my text. In the future, Party Plus will be my first choice for rental.

Also, deserving of special recognition is Lauren who helped me with my order. What an extremely pleasant person.

Amazing look!

Laurie Dixon helped transform a bland room to an elevated and elegant room for our 50th Anniversary party we held last weekend at Brookside Gardens indoor auditorium. Many hours of labor of love, you could see the look matching the golden party it transformed to. Laurie worked with Jennifer from Brookside to accommodate the hours needed to hang the pipe and drapery all over the room from ceiling to walls. Guests enjoyed the overall, beautiful look. We also rented the ivory dance floor from them also.

Hands down amazing

When I was in a pickle about my rentals, due to a company not providing what I had ordered, Party Plus swooped in and helped me out when no one else would. Right before my wedding they were able to help me get a bar delivered. They moved things around just to make it work and I couldn’t more grateful! Was absolutely in love with the bar and thankful for their help.

Perfection!

When we got married in May 2021 we knew having an outdoor wedding was the way to go because of the pandemic. Working with Lauri was a dream. She and her team were very professional, responsive, and fun to work with! We got married on the water and wanted a sail cloth tent. The quality was amazing and set the perfect ambiance for our waterfront wedding. Highly recommend Party Plus Tents + Events for any tent rental needs!! Thank you Lauri!!

Most responsive, accommodating, and welcoming vendor I have had the pleasure of working with while wedding planning!

I 10/10 would recommend this vendor to anyone of my friends or family members. Especially during this unsure times, Lauri with Party Plus Rentals provided me with the most at-ease, accommodating, and responsive service I have had during my wedding planning experience. I literally changed my contract ten times, and not once did I feel uncomfortable in doing so! They will set you up with anything you need, whether it be linens, chairs, different sized tables, and even offering suggestions that helped me incorporate things into my wedding that I didnt even think of! I will definitely use Party Plus in the future, and have raved about them throughout this process.

Great customer service, beautiful tent!

We had a great experience using Party Plus Tents + Events for my daughter's wedding. Everyone I came into contact with was helpful and supportive (which is wonderful when you're planning a wedding for the first time.) Amy helped me to decide everything we needed: the kind of tent, the number of tables, linens, lighting etc. I never felt any pressure to 'upgrade' or do more than I wanted to. They were very straight forward about the costs and super easy to talk to. I would highly recommend them.

Invisible Support

The title may seem strange but the best feature of a good rental company is that they are invisible. We didn't notice them dropping things off, setting them up, or taking them down. Everything was on time, as expected, and seamless.

Perfect Dance Floor!

We decided on renting a dance floor for our wedding on October 27th and our vendor recommended Party Plus. Everyone I spoke with was very nice and they knew exactly how big of a dance floor we would need for the venue. The prices were very reasonable and the weekend of the wedding, the dance floor was dropped off and set up for us to see it during the rehearsal. It was so great having a vendor that was so reliable, we didn't have to worry about a thing with Party Plus!! Party Plus was great communicating with us and answering all of our questions. The dance floor looked amazing and I really think that it helped people get up and dance!

Party Plus is phenomenal and I highly recommend them!! I used them at Historic London and Town and Gardens in Edgewater and they did a fantastic job! Everything from a tent to cover the band to beautifully strung lights all over the gardens. Pro-tip, if you have another wedding before or after yours, try and split rentals - they're super accommodating! Definitely recommended!

Lauri with Party Plus rentals was a pleasure to work with. I had wanted string lights for our dance pavilion and some homemade mason jar lanterns hung in a tree in the garden of our venue for cocktail hour and had contacted another company first with a poor outcome. The other vendor was very unhelpful and didn't seem to get my vision. I then contacted Party Plus and Lauri was so easy to work with. She immediately got my vision and made me a draft that day of what it would look like. We ended up obtaining other rentals from them more last minute because she was so easy to work with and reasonably priced. We had no issues with delivery and set up of the rentals on the day of which helped to make our day a success and stress free. We would highly recommend Party Plus rentals!

I can't say enough good things about Party Plus! Our reception venue sprung a lot of last minute charges on us. We were shocked that they were trying to charge us $5 per chair (the chairs weren't that nice), so we were extremely thankful that Party Plus was able to accomidate us! The week before our wedding they were able to get us all of the chairs and tables we needed for our reception. They were fast to respond and answered all of our questions. The price was right too!
We had a really short window to set up the reception and sure enough the crew from party plus was there right on time, which was essential to our setup. Thank you so much for not adding extra stress to our plate!
As we were leaving the reception, I saw the Party Plus truck outside waiting to take down the tables and chairs, what a relief that was.

I can't thank them enough for being so nice, organized and on time. We greatly appreciate it!

Laurie Dixon was fantastic in helping us with the dance floor and fans for my daughter's outdoor wedding at the Belmont Manor. With the summer heat, we went through numerous iterations and even looked at bringing in air conditioning. Laurie was patient and thorough and stye delivered as promised.

This company is by far the best rental company out there. I had a very large tent put up for our wedding. When the crew arrived, there were branches in the way. They were so nice and accommodating and waited while I ran around trying to figure out how to deal with this. It was so stressful for me but they assured me everything was going to be alright and it was. Everyone complemented how beautiful it was. I also rented beautiful overlays which made the party special. Thank you to Lauri for helping me every step of the way.

We held a wedding last weekend on what we hoped would be a warm sunny day, but when the weather turned to an outlook of snow, rain, and 20 degree temps we placed a last minute call on Monday to tent and heat our terrace so our guests would be comfortable. Lauri came out that afternoon, and by Thursday her team had professionally and creatively (it's an odd shaped space on 2 levels) tented and heated our venue. We were fully prepared for any weather and on the wedding night it was beautiful and everyone was warm. Lauri and her team saved the day, and we really appreciate it!!

I enthusiastically recommend Party Plus to any couple interested in tent company for their wedding. They truly are the headquarters for all rentals!! We specifically contracted with Party Plus in Glen Burnie after reading so many outstanding reviews on various websites. We are here to confirm -- Party Plus Glen Burnie is simply the best!!
To give a little context about our wedding, we were married on my in-laws property in the Long Green Valley area in MD. This was a private venue - so we had to do everything. Our ceremony was outside; Party Plus provided charming white chairs, a beautiful rustic wine barrel that the officiant used, and our trellis - the ceremony site was exquisite! The cocktail hour was inside with striking high top tables and gorgeous navy linens all provided by Party Plus. Our reception was a tented event for approximately 120. We had a beautiful 40'x80' century pole tent and it was show stopping! The tent was very spacious, clean, and absolutely perfect for our guests. Our linens were crisp and everything came together to form a masterpiece. The dance floor was placed perfectly and truly allowed for our guests to dance away the evening. We added the wine barrel bar package - for a very reasonable price - I highly suggest it, if the look appeals to you!! I wish this site would allow me to post some pictures for review!
From start to finish - our experience with Party Plus was top-notch. The professionalism, accountability, responsiveness, and overall customer service was outstanding and first class. Their competence and knowledge of their business truly shines and they put me at ease during the entire planning process. The value was ideal and they even discounted my entire package! During the planning process, we developed true relationships with the staff. Working with Camryn, Lauri and the team was such an incredible experience and I highly recommend Party Plus Glen Burnie to anyone!! Thank you PARTY PLUS!!!

We used Party Plus Tents to jazz up our event space and it totally made the ceremony! Originally we had planned to have a draped tent outside, but the weather had other plans. They were able to use the fabric for the inside space and totally transform it to something amazing! So many people commented on how amazing the space was!

I dealt mostly with Lauri Dixon. I cannot say enough good things about her. I was a bride with a very set vision, but also a very set budget. Lauri understood both - and worked with me to make my vision come true when other companies told me 'no.' My fiance and I had a 2.5 year engagement. Lauri was incredibly flexible, patient, and kind as we changed our wedding concept and our budget a few times over the 2.5 year period. She was always quick to draft up a new proposal - and would give me honest advice when I needed it - like when i was picking other vendors for the wedding.
I can't imagine how many clients Lauri has at one given time (though I assume it's A LOT) but nonetheless she made me feel like I was her number one priority at all times! I also want to mention that the staff that came to set up the tent, drop off the rentals, and then pick them back up were incredibly professional, as well and they worked on a scorching hot summer day for hours. If I have friends getting married in Maryland or if I ever host another event there, I will definitely call Lauri. She and her team are the best! I seriously cannot say enough good things!

Everything was clean and in working order, the tables and table clothes were exquisite. Although the driver told us he did not need us to recover the chairs and when they came back to pick them up another driver told us we had to, I am still glad we got the Gold Chivalry chairs.

Lauri and her team were AMAZING for our July 4th backyard wedding. We had our ceremony in the backyard of my parents home and needed a tent, tables, chairs, linens, and other accessories to help make our dream wedding a reality. The team at Party Plus met with us as many times as we wanted to in order to test out center piece designs, etc., which really made a difference in the end. Everyone at Party Plus including the delivery crew, were helpful, polite, and provided us with their great insight into the event industry to help make our day special. One of the most impressive things was that Lauri visited the site of the event herself and gave us her personal insight and suggestions for the day of. I would recommend anyone I know to use Party Plus! The price was great and the customer service was exceptional!

We used Party Plus for my tent rental for our wedding reception at the Annapolis Maritime Museum and Lauri could't have been easier to work with. After finalizing the contract all aspects were handled between Party Plus and the Museum and when I arrived at the venue for my final walk through a few days before the event the tent was set up and ready go. Party Plus provided the elegant décor which transformed the tent at the Belmont Manor into an elegant Victorian setting for our daughter’s wedding. This was done through the elegant white tented draping which covered the ceiling framework for the reception to the gold chiavari chairs with pink cushions, gold vintage dinner plates, and silverware, along with the banquet tables and lines. Lauri was able to transform the vision of the reception we provided her into a beautiful reality and was truly a joy to work with. Additionally at the last minute as cold weather was predicted they were able to furnish tent heaters to ensure the comfort of all the guests which provided blown in heat without the devices being seen to take away from the elegance of the reception. Party plus comes highly recommended from us.

Could not have been happier with Party Plus and their delivery team. Our wedding was on the grounds of a bed and breakfast so posed a few challenges, but they just made it look so easy.

They had a solution for absolutely everything! The tent, tables, chairs, dance floor, even generators to power the whole site right down to the chandeliers were perfect. A special thanks to Lauri and her team in the office for working so closely with us to nail down the planning and make it so much fun.

Party Plus transformed the terrace at Pier 5 Hotel to an elegant yet modern extension to the ballroom with chandeliers, ceiling-to-floor draping, up-lighting, sofas & tables for relaxed seating, and plants to soften and hide air conditioning equipment. Lauri Dixon worked with us to get just the right look & feel for our daughter's reception. Important factors for us were, Party Plus previous experience tenting the Pier 5 terrace, Lauri's excellent working relationship with Chris Sikora at Pier 5, and Lauri's pleasant and professional demeanor.
Over the months of planning Lauri met with me in person, on the phone, at Pier 5, and at their location, and I always felt comfortable bringing up items and asking for options and suggestions. We conversed many times in email. Lauri was always sharing pictures of her finds in furniture & accessories, especially with us in mind. She scouted out special accent pillows, and the right glass & metal tables for us.
Our daughter wanted a head table for all of her wedding party, 15 in total. It had to be long enough, yet fit within the partitions of the ballroom. Lauri had the answer combining table sizes and shapes. The head table was placed opposite the glass doors that led to the terrace, which positioned wooden doors behind the bride and groom. This would not do, so we asked for draping behind the head table for a smoother appearance. Sixteen foot drapes were hung the length of the head table with up-lighting creating a soft illuminated backdrop. We added gold chargers to our place settings, for a touch of elegance at our tables.
Lauri even came by the weekend of the wedding, checking on the set-up. All was spectacular, and we were able to open up the sides of the tent in the evening to take in the beautiful evening and the sights of the inner harbor. Thank you Lauri and Party Plus for adding to the great venue of Pier 5 and the Baltimore inner harbor for an enchanting wedding reception.

Everything we rented through Party Plus was absolutely perfect. The tent was wonderful for the drizzly evening and the bistro lights strung both in the tent and inside the venue made for a very romantic feel and wonderful pictures. As the event planner for the bride's wedding, I know how important it is to work with reliable and flexible vendors. Party Plus provided us with the tenting for a farm wedding on Sat, Sept 13.

The days leading up to the wedding were beautiful, but the day of the wedding was pouring rain. Party Plus allowed us to add an emergency tent at the last minute and their staff were fantastic and FAST!

In addition the bride's mother had fallen and broken her hip two weeks before the wedding. I worked with Lauri who not only reached out to her personal contacts for ideas on how to move the bride's mom around the farm, but was always available to talk and brainstorm ideas.

They were fantastic!

The response to my call was the same day. They came and measured, made great suggestions and then delivered and set up on-time. All of this for a decent price! We had to make some last minute changes and it was no problem, they seemed genuinely interested in our event turning out well.

From the very first phone call everyone was very helpful and responsive. Lauri would respond to me after business hours as I was traveling a lot during the short 3 months we had to plan the wedding. She know exactly what I wanted and worked with the other vendors to make sure that they didn't stray from what I wanted.

After I took a picture of a sample table setting and sent it to Lauri she know I wouldn't be happy with it and called to help me make changes.

Our friends could believe how beautiful a deck could be decorated. Lauri came up with beautiful decorations for the tent. Red and black with chandlers, but not to much....just enough to be beautiful, simple and elegant at the same time.

Lauri, even helped, work out where we should stand for the wedding. Maybe I should change help to was the only one that could figure it out.

I can't say enough about how great Lauri and her team. She was a large part in making "Our" day the Magical event we wanted. My husband even said thank you this is beautiful!

I couldn't be more happy with Party Plus Rentals. From the beginning of planning my wedding I contacted many "tent companies" looking for a company that could provide all of the tents, equipments, tables, chairs, lighting, etc for my ceremony & reception as well as swag drapery inside the reception tent. I was striking out until I contacted Lauri at Party Plus. Not only did she have EVERYTHING that I needed to rent, the prices were very affordable and she went above and beyond helping me plan the entire event. Lauri drove over an hour to our private farm where we held the wedding and designed the entire lay out for both rain & shine. Then when we had 40 extra guests than expected, she helped tweek our order a bit so we could keep the things that were important to us while changing some other things so we could stay within our budget. Lauri was always reachable, anytime day or night leading up to the event, the day of the event, as well as after for all of my questions and was always very understanding of my worries. Lauri and the Party Plus team are TOP NOTCH. Lauri was one of the first vendors we hired, and she was instrumental in helping us plan the entire event. My husband and I knew we wanted an event that was uniquely ours, but we didn't know exactly what we wanted it to look like. Lauri went above and beyond to provide advice on everything from the format to the type of activities and from event space layout to table and flower design. She really took the time to understand our vision and personality and provide tailored recommendations (including inspirational links and pins from Pinterest). She even helped us identify other vendors, such as a FABULOUS photographer, which saved us time and resulted in a stellar team that made our day everything we wanted! Did I mention her flexibility? Lauri adapted to dozens of changes in our vision, schedule, and guest list over the 8+ months we worked together; each time, she happily modified the quote and plans to accommodate. My emails were always answered in a timely fashion, usually within hours, even on nights and weekends. Above all else, Lauri helped to ensure our outdoor event was a success. She was extremely knowledge about the challenges and considerations involved in planning a backyard wedding, and made alot of sound suggestions that helped us to avoid any hiccups and surprises. Her setup crew was very professional and hard working. If you want a three-for-one special (event planning consultant, therapist, and rental company), you WILL hire Party Plus. We decided to have our wedding on our private farm, so we needed to rent tables, chairs, tent, drapes, dance floor... everything! And after calling an extravagant number of tent companies ... I couldn't find one that could do everything (including the swag drapery) until I found Lauri @ Party Plus.

After speaking to her initially, I immediately booked with her and am SO thankful that I did. Throughout our entire planning process she was just an email or phone call away and she had answers for all of my questions. She truly went above and beyond and recommended things that I didn't even consider that we should do (like a mosquito treatment on the grass - something completely separate from her company) just to make our big day better. She wasn't solely out to make her company money (like most tent companies), her goal was to make our wedding day better... and she did!

A week before the wedding, Lauri traveled over an hour to the farm to help us design the setup, make sure we have everything that we needed, and finalize our order. She definitely helped us solve several problems that we didn't even think of (like how we wanted the catering tent on the opposite side of where the electric outlets are). Then several days before the wedding, her team began the setup. They were clean, professional, and all of the equipment came out in perfect condition.

I noticed after they left that one spot on the dance floor kinda dipped down - and I mentioned it to Lauri and she had her manager come out (again - over an hour away) to fix that one spot.

Then the morning of the wedding - her team came to hang the lighting and swag drapery in the tent - which turned out ABSOLUTELY GORGEOUS!!!

I can't thank Lauri and her team enough for ALWAYS being reachable, helping me every single step of the way (no matter how many times I changed my mind), for setting up and tearing down so perfectly, and for their beautiful equipment with amazing selections.

Lauri Dixon of Party Plus was instrumental with providing wonderful ideas, resources, direct links for my personal perusal (to save me time hunting on line), immediate feedback through e-mail, and loads of her personal time to ensure that my vision of the event could be achieved - and with "class"! I found her honest and helpful but flexible when I needed to discuss pricing vs. quality of presentation. It was worth our mutual time invested because it was a huge success! Our biggest challenge was about "spacing" - we had 130 people to fit into my sister's back/front yards - and it was expertly planned so that everything was spaced out "just so" - with both tented areas as well as plenty of open areas for people to gather etc. I guess to summarize - you just couldn't get better service! Everything looked so beautiful!

Best of the best! Lauri Dixon went out of her way, literally, OUT OF HER WAY to make our daughters wedding day a dream come true. From staging the ceremony walk way/aisle, to the beautiful tent including last minute accommodations for A/C and heat and plants, to stand out, gorgeous linens, drapes and lighting for the reception as well as classy tufted lounge furniture and pretty pillows for the vintage sofas for the ballroom...I would call her and ask for this or that and Lauri would say, "not a problem"! She can get anything you need for your event. I know how hard her staff had to work to set up and break down the wedding, but they made it look seemless. Everything just "showed up" was set up and then disappeared without a hitch. This is the company to hire if you want to relax and enjoy your wedding. They do it all!

The crew that was sent to install the tent, chairs, tables, and heaters was professional and courteous. They answered all of our questions as well, even the silly ones :) She helped us pick out linens and was there for us from start to finish. I would not hesitate to recommend Lauri for any event you might be hosting. She instilled confidence that the job would be done well and on time and it was. Hosting a party, or certainly a wedding, is stressful enough - do yourself a favor, work with Lauri and you won;t have to worry about the things she is taking care of. It will just happen!

I just LOVED working with Party Plus! Lauri Dixon is an absolute joy to work with and was so helpful every step of the way. From the very beginning, I had contacted several rental companies and Lauri was quick to respond and so friendly. I found Party Plus to be very competitively priced and the service to be the best. Throughout the process, Lauri was very patient through many design and linen changes and was quick to email all hours of the day to help with event design and gave great advice and her opinion on several rental choices. She was great keeping me on track with all details throughout the wedding planning process, especially when bride brain kicked in! The room ended up looking beautiful and they were even extra accommodating by dropping off the rentals a few days early so I could see the room set up the night of the Rehearsal. The linens and chairs were all in great condition and the up lighting really gave the room a whole new feel. Lauri even emailed me to wish me a wonderful wedding and even followed up after our day. Everyone I dealt with was extremely professional and I will be recommending to all of my friends!

The team at Party Plus was amazing. We rented our linens, glassware, chivari chairs and more from them. Everything was delivered on time and looked amazing. From my first conversation with Lauri Dixon I knew I had selected the right wedding supply company. Party Plus provided the tents, chairs, tables, linens and wedding arbor for my son's wedding at our home. Lauri came to our home and measured for the tents, and made several helpful suggestions..things I had not even considered. She also recommended other vendors for things Party Plus does not provide. Lauri was an absolute dream to work with. When we first met on site, I explained to her how I wanted fuschia lighting to go along with my theme. Per her recommendation, we went with a gorgeous rose hue instead... A much more flattering choice. She was 100 percent right. All of my pictures came out beautifully. The lighting in the lobby area where the cocktail hour was held also looked exceptionally chic and the lighting choices gave just the lounge-vibe I was looking for. Her taste and recommendations were spot on. I highly recommend this vendor to any bride!!!

Lauri Dixon is awesome! I wasn't sure of who to turn to for rental items, or if I even needed them, but after a referral from my caterer and speaking with Lauri, I had no doubt that I'd chosen the right company. Responsive, professional, and quality products at reasonable cost is hard to find, but Party Plus helped in making my day a success. Lauri even called me the morning of to assure me that my day would be perfect, just like the weather. I got scarred a little because she was calling on the morning of, and that McCormick & Schmick's wasn't opened so that her guys could drop off tables, linens and set-up the dance floor, but within 5 minutes, she sent me a text message to let me know that everything was taken care of! How awesome is that? I know I or people I know will need rental items in the future for family reunions and other events, and Party Plus will be at the top of my list of referrals! Thanks again!

Party Plus is the best rental company there is. Lauri Dixon was nothing
but professional. Any e-mail I sent, she responded within the hour. My
wedding was for 150 people, and I rented table linens, napkins and
chairs. Out of all of my vendors, Lauri was the easiest, sweetest, and most helpful
person to work with. She made me feel extremely comfortable in such a
stressful time. She knows her stuff,and the customer service was
impeccable. There are not enough kind words to say about Party Plus and
Lori. I would recommend them to anyone. Not only does Party Plus
deliver, but Lauri actually enjoys what she does, and it shows in her

Lauri from Party Plus was wonderful in helping us choose the right tent for our wedding. She even helped with ideas since she had a similarly themed wedding. The tent was beautiful (you can see a pic in my photos) and the installation team was very professional. Even though we had a DIY wedding and did much of the work ourselves (including building the tables), Party Plus still treated us like we were renting the whole shebang. They did also provide the dance floor, the buffet, cocktail tables and linens. Everything was perfect!! We highly recommend them, and if / when we ever need rentals again, we know where to go. (PS. Party Plus was great to work with. Lauri was our event manager and she was extremely helpful through out the entire process. When she found out that we were having a reception at our horse farm, she came out to look at the farm and give us suggestions and ideas to work off of. She was also very punctual with all of her email and kept me posted on when I could expect floor plans and such.
When it came to the event she made the needed last minute adjustments to our order like adding heat and more walls for the tent, as well as making every thing low stress.
I very much enjoyed working with Lauri and Party Plus for our wedding reception.

Overall, as you can see, super high rating. Great to work with; met us in advance and Party Plus measured out tables to fit every possible human being in the small space! They turned our small space into a beautiful reception; they also had recommendations that went above and beyond, which I appreciated. My only wish was I was told they would call me when they arrived to deliver; and I was not called. They were also late in when they said they would pick up, but it got done. They were personable, and made our day special and about us. I appreciated the personal touch.

I recently worked with Lauri on my wedding in Edgewater, MD. Lauri was wonderful to work with and picked up the slack where my venue was lacking. We had a last minute change to add an extra tent due to a venue issue. We called Lauri late the day before the wedding and they were able to accomodate and add the tent before the wedding the next evening. The other staff when visiting the show room was also very friendly and helpful in selecting the right items for the wedding. In addition to tent rental we also selected Party Plus for tent draping and I loved the look they gave us. It was perfect. We went with a gray silk and it was very elegant. It took the tent to a whole new level.

I realized in the wedding planning process there are many vendors that are simply do busy to respond to questions or just take forever. Lauri was not one of those at all. She was always right there with the necessary information which made the process much easier. I would absolutley recommend using Party Plus for any rentals you may need.

With only a few days notice, Party Plus erected a lighted, heated, see-through enclosure on our deck and an adjacent landing for our at-home wedding. It was a difficult custom installation for a raw, windy March day with rain storms a constant threat. Our guests were dry, comfortable, and frankly amazed at the beauty and sturdiness of their installation. Party Plus provided a service well beyond rentals! Party Plus had great ideas about how to arrange the space comprising our waterfront yard to maximize the views, as well as the flow of the wedding, reception and our guests. Party Plus provided a full range of good quality options that rounded out our vision for a beautiful, garden style wedding at sunset, followed by high energy dancing and partying throughout the evening. At every turn during our planning, Party Plus also had helpful contacts for other services such as caterers and transportation. Party Plus installed a large tent with lanterns, lighting and drapes, as well as a level parque floor across a sloping lawn. They installed three stages of a perfect size and shape to accommodate the wedding party and two bands that needed to be beautifully arranged around large trees and over gardens. They provided all of our tables, chairs, linens and dishware, and they arranged for the speakers and soundboards needed by the bands. We never felt like a sales pitch was in the works, but rather that Party Plus wanted us to have a pleasant and satisfying end-to-end experience that they surely did deliver. They delivered on time and with a smile for a reasonable price. Pretty cool! Thanks, Party Plus!

Cannot say enough about Party Plus. We opted for an outdoor reception at a site we chose on our own. The good news was that this brought tons of freedom to plan the exact look and feel we wanted for our guests ... of course, with that freedom also came the logistics of planning the right tent, chairs, tables, dance floor, generator for the band to plug into, and so on.

Sounded a bit daunting on the surface, but Lauri Dixon and her team could not have made it easier. They were great with suggestions and advice (like sidewalls for the tent just in case the weather turned unexpectedly cold that night) and more.

So easy to work with! They absolutely have our highest recommendation.

Beautiful!

Party Plus was really great. Lauri was always available to help with any of our needs. She was very friendly. I think during COVID there were some struggles and things felt a little frazzled. However things ended up so beautiful and perfect. The set up team was professional and friendly. We got everything except the linens and flatware from Party Plus. The clear tent especially was gorgeous.

Really can't complain about the experience that we had with Party Plus. Everyone was very very accommodating, especially Brigid. She knew exactly what we needed for the amount of guests we were expecting. Our numbers went up and down a couple of times but we had the flexibility of giving her a final head count a week before our wedding. They even worked with us in a pinch, when I needed a table about a month before my wedding for my bridal shower. They'll set everything up for you which we found out not all companies will do. If you're planning a wedding, the last thing you need to worry about is how the tent is going to be set up. They come and pick everything up the Monday following your event and that is that. SO EASY and SO painless.

We were essentially building a venue in our backyard, so I needed a vendor that could work within our budget and still give us what we needed to pull off a tented-backyard wedding (tent, lighting, dance floor, electricity). After shopping around for vendors, I started getting frustrated with the lack of responsiveness from other companies... no bride or groom needs to be reining in their own vendors. And then I got in touch with Lauri of PartyPlus, who even during the busiest of times was on it, totally responsive and made us feel truly taken care of. Not only did they practice excellent customer service, but their prices were competitive, as well. They knew what we needed and then delivered above and beyond our expectations!

My daughter and Fiance' decided on an outdoor wedding to be held on our street. (an upscale catered BBQ) While searching the web I found Party Plus. The package deals appeared to be very reasonable. I contacted Lauri and put her in touch with my daughter. Everything went beautifully from there. Lauri's suggestions were well taken. Lauri was professional, responsive and easy to work with. Our custom gobo was beautiful, and the lighting and dance floor was exactly what we needed. Party Plus of Baltimore was a delight to work with. There were so many different things happening around the planning and coordination of the wedding and things were really hectic. The one area where there was never any stress was around the tent that we would use over the patio for the reception. Party Plus of Baltimore delivered with everything that we asked for. Lauri is amazing! We changed the location and style of the venue more than once (plus a rain plan) and she was nothing but flexible and accommodating to us. She is knowledgeable and experienced in the wedding industry and she genuinely cares about the happiness of her clients. She has done it all and was able to come up with an answer or an idea to everything that came up- She even set us up with two of our other amazing vendors!

Party plus had everything we wanted for a backyard wedding. Everything was good quality and we had no problems with anything we rented. Be aware when renting large tents that the stakes can go into the ground 4 feet and required alternate methods for staking the tent. They were on time with all equipment and without adding any challenges to the wedding. They provided a reasonable amount of advice with quantities for things like glasses.

Lauri was great to work with, very professional and really flexible. My husband and I got married on my parents property in Maryland and she was very helpful in figuring out all the logistical aspects of our tent and what would look best within our budget. Everything was delivered and set up in a timely manner and they didn't make a promise they couldn't keep, everything we asked for was executed beautifully.

The crew that actually came over to set up the tent was extremely professional and some of the most hard working people I've ever seen!
