Aloha Party Pix Hawaii

We hired Party Pix Hawaii (Mini-LED Photo booth) for our wedding. Eric and his team are easy to work with. From navigating their website full of photo booth options, the initial quote, payment, and template design. He made the entire process very easy.

On the day of the event, Party Pix Hawaii had the photo booth setup on time, the attendants were very professional and assisted our guest. Following the event, Eric sent us the secured photo gallery within a few days for us to share with our guests. Our only regret was that we did not book them for longer.

We would recommend them again for any Photo Booth event in Hawaii. Thanks again Party Pix Hawaii!

So easy and fun to work with!

I hired Eric for my wedding in June 2022. Working with Eric was such a breeze! I sent him a picture of my wedding invitations and he was able to match the design for the pictures and for our guest book! I wish we had more time to enjoy the booth with our guests but I'm just glad all of our guests had a blast! I definitely plan on hiring him for any of my future photo booth needs!

A Fourth Of July To Remember!

Eric and his team at Party Pix Hawaii did an outstanding job at our wedding.
We got the magic mirror photobooth and mobile prints, both with unlimited printing. We also got the custom photo album which looks beautiful. We are glad we got the photo album as a keepsake so we can look back and remember all the fun we had on our wedding day. We would recommend Party Pix Hawaii for all your photobooth needs.

Do the Boomerang Booth!

Omgosh the Boomerang Booth WAS A BLAST and a huge hit with all of our guests! I’m so happy we decided to do both Boomerang and Photo Booth. Eric and Eric #2 were AWESOME and so patient with all of our last minute pictures. They went beyond their time to accommodate us, and that was so sweet! I could not have asked for a better vendor! We choose the magic mirror photo booth because the theme of our wedding was "disney". it went along great and people had lots of fun. Very organized company and would 100% recommend them!

THE BEST, HANDS DOWN!!! Photo booth was amazing, their partnership with TeamBrideTeamGroom (TBTG) & DJ Kurious was the best decision we made! Literally saved us time & stress. Not to mention, they’re so prompt with staying on top of things! Always being able to accommodate with our dream wedding ideas - and they nailed it! Everything came out perfect. I got so many compliments on the step&repeat photo booth, i wish we got a longer layout lol. Darn it. But it’s ok- everything was perfect! Thanks Eric Bautista & team!!!!

I HIGHLY recommend Party Pix!!! This was the first vendor I booked for my wedding and I'm happy to say it was a great choice! We booked them through The Wedding Company aka Team Bride Team Groom. Eric was easy to work with and was willing to make changes to our booking of our booth and services. They were able to make a custom design that was similar to our wedding theme / invitations. Our guests all enjoyed the booth setup with all the props that were included in our package. I'm sure we would book them again in the future for any big events in the future for a bit of added fun! If you have the money in your budget, I would definitely say get a photo booth, your guest will truly enjoy it and you'll be able to look at back at all the silly pictures provided on a USB or they have an album you can add on as a service as well!

Party Pix Hawaii was our photo booth vendor for our wedding at the Ko’olau ballrooms this past weekend. We were impressed with how nice and accommodating the staff were. We did a package deal with Team Bride Team Groom and DJ Kurious and Party Pix Hawaii (They are all close partners that work together under a wedding planning service called “The Wedding Team Hawaii”). We did the simple open-air photo booth with a nice back drop (you get to choose color and type) and that was enough for us but if you guys have the budget to splurge on a nicer one, you will not be disappointed. They provide TONS of fun props to take photos with and they’re not like stuff that’s been used hundreds of times. They definitely keep a clean rotation of their props. They even threw in some extra stuff for us for free which we were not expecting, but oh my, we were stoked!! They had an option where you can order a guest book for all the guests photos to be pasted on to for the bride and groom to keep, but we decided not to do that since we already had a separate guestbook for signing. They will give you a USB with all the photos taken at the photo booth at the end of the session. I cannot express how impressed we were with the friendly staff and service. If you are looking to have a photo booth for your wedding, or any other events (they will go to any events, not just weddings) look no further, as Party Pix Hawaii is the best!

I hired Party Pix for my destination wedding on the North Shore and am so glad I did. Out of all my wedding vendors, Eric was consistently the quickest to respond. In addition to the superior customer service, I was truly impressed that he designed a photo layout to match my wedding theme (vintage rustic) and colors (navy and blush pink). I can truly say that it was the best photo booth I have ever used. The true highlight is that he has a nice collection of geeky props including Star Wars masks and light sabers. The force is strong with Party Pix haha!

We are the RUBIOs and tied the knot on July 22nd, 2017. We hired Eric of Party Pix Hawaii for photo booth service our wedding guest could enjoy during our reception at the Honolulu Country Club. We first booked Eric in 2015 at our first wedding expo show at Hawaii's Convention Center. As a couple we were attracted to the large scale photo booth that including a giant screen TV to display the photo's being taken. We also enjoyed the large selection of backdrops, so many styles and colors to choose from. We also selected the photo album book option which included duplicate copies of our guest's photos and a writing area they could leave a short message. The design of our photo template incorporated our wedding colors and monogram text from our wedding invitation. Eric was super flexible as he allowed me to make several revisions to my contract with my reception venue location and start time changing. First Birthday Luau, we're definitely hiring Party Pix Hawaii! Also, his website is very resourceful!

Eric and his team are the BEST! We reserved PartyPix through a package with Team Bride Team Groom and DJ Kurious, all who are amazing at what they do! We filled in the request sheet and Eric created several layout options for us to choose from along with the different background options. At our wedding, he and his team made sure our guests enjoyed themselves! I am very excited to print out the photos for our scrapbook!

Picking party pix hawaii as our photo booth vendor was so easy! Their quality of photo, product and on point lighting is what sold me at the bridal showcase! The service was amazing and everyone loved using the photo booth and commented on how much fun and professional the staff was! I highly recommend party pix hawaii for anyone who is looking for quality photos they are hands down the BEST out there and you and your guest definitely won't be disappointed.

The Photo Booth was one of the highlights at the wedding reception. Eric made sure that the guests signed the guestbook so that we would have something to remember the night by. Thank you Party Pix for the great photo quality and excellent customer service! They also compiled all the pictures in a USB drive and sent it within a couple weeks as promised. They were so easy to deal with from the beginning to end.

They are awesome! I got a package deal when I went to a bridal expo a year ago with Photo Booth and DJ Kurious. I was so looking forward to working with them on my wedding day. Great team! The two ladies who worked at the Photo Booth did a great job & after the wedding, my planner handed me a USB with all the Photo Booth pictures inside and I was like whaaat?! That was quick! Thank you! They were very nice. As for the DJ, DJ Kurious (I tried looking for his page on theknot but I can't find him) he was awesome! He came with Geoffrey also. Two of them were cool and the music was on point. Everyone was wondering who they were. Geoffrey was nice enough to make me a short film also while I was waiting for IsleMedia to send me their video which was awesome! I loved it, thank you!!! Both, Eric and Michael was consistent with emailing me and getting what they needed from me before the wedding. They were easy to contact and knew what they were doing. Thank you again!

Party pix Hawaii made our wedding a success. I decided against having a professional photographer/videographer at our wedding. I wanted a more laid back feel and decided to get a photo booth instead. I'm very glad I did. The prompt responses received made me feel at ease. This company is very professional. The quality of the photos were great. A great value for what we spent. Our guests loved it.

BOOK THEM! I'm begging you!!!!!! =) THEY ARE THE BEST EVER! Photos can't get any better than theirs! We met them at a Wedding Expo a year ago. My advice to planning a wedding, even if you've been to one wedding expo, go to several more, they give you good deals and you find people like PartyPix Hawaii who can provide you with the best Photbooth services.

The quality of the pictures where outstanding and the BEST that we had ever seen. Its like having a professional photographer take the pictures right in front of you =). The booth was always Organized and kept clean after every photo. The props were FUN and plentiful. Great Selection! The person running the photobooth was very nice and helpful. All of our guest were impressed at how great the photos printed out. The best part is when you are able to send the pictures you have taken, directly to your email. There is a kiosk they provide along side that guest can access to either print more copies or email them directly to themselves. The lighting in the photobooth was great. Usually lighting in other photobooths are so dim, that there's a shadow on your face. NOPE not PartyPIx! lighting is on Point!

You are not limited to just one style of photobooth, or even a type of camera you use. They have a variety to choose from. We had chosen the LED Mini and it worked great!. They also have a beautiful spread of different types of backdrops and they customized the layout of the photos to match your wedding.

Eric works with you over a course of a year. About a month prior to the wedding he sends you an email of a checklist of what they need from us, and finalize the backdrop, photo layout, etc. Really organized and fun to work with. You'll regret it if you don't book them =)

Found this company from a wedding expo and couldn't have been happier! Eric responded quick to all my questions & listened to everything I wanted. Eric from Party Pix Hawaii was very helpful and responded very quickly dispite he was on vacation when I tried contacting him. He was able to accommodate my needs for a photo booth even though it was a last minute booking. I requested the open LED photo booth because of the bright colors which fitted very well for my outside wedding that had a cocktail area that made it shine bright and enjoyable. Our guest enjoyed taking photos with the different props and the staff were very friendly:)

Eric and his crew at Party Pix Hawaii were awesome!!!
They set up before the ceremony so that there was no commotion during our vows, and was ready to go when our guests came in during cocktail hour.
They even made sure my now husband and I took pictures!! (if you didn't already no you will be running around on your wedding day.)
I definitely would recommend Party Pix Hawaii for a wedding event, birthday, or grad party. They were so much fun to have and our guests loved having pictures to take home to remember the night

Great high quality pictures. He went the extra mile to replicate my wedding logo to match my backdrop which was made by another vendor. He also made some last minute photo props for me -2days prior to my wedding. Will definitely recommend to others.

ERIC AND PARTY PIX HAWAII ARE AMAZING!

Two weeks before our wedding and we finally decide that we want to have a photobooth! Luckily I contacted Eric and he was able to make it happen! Eric was so kind to work with my short time line and quickly drafted up a contract for me to sign. He is extremely professional and nice too! A week before the wedding Eric was able to send me samples of templates to choose from that I could use for the photos and they all looked great!

We went with the giant open air photo booth and it was such a hit! Prior to the wedding, I sent Eric a detailed map of where to set up and we discussed the timeline of when to set up and break down the photobooth. On the day of the wedding Eric and another attendant arrive promptly to set up and knew exactly where to set up without direction! Everyone loved the photobooth and the props definitely added to the fun!

My only regret is that I did not formally get to meet Eric that day as it was so hectic during the wedding! THANK YOU so much Eric and Party Pix Hawaii. You were such a great vendor and made planning a destination wedding in Hawaii from California super easy!

Eric and his staff were wonderful. I am the type that likes to shop around and I must have looked at 10 or so photo booth vendors before choosing Party Pix. I was very impressed by how quickly Eric responded to emails (unfortunately, a lot of vendors in Hawaii run on island time but not Eric!) and was very happy with them on the day of. The props were all very high quality, there was a wide variety of them, and the staff great! Very helpful and friendly, everyone loved the photo booth! Would definitely recommend!

Party Pix Hawaii is great. Eric was very responsive and took care of everything. He could answer all of my questions in a timely manner and his staff was great. I also ordered a custom step-n-repeat to enhance our photo booth, Eric was great with communication on what I wanted it to look like and they roll it up for you at the end. The Party Pix staff was very informative and communicated well with guests and my coordinators to make sure that everything was set and good to go. I definitely recommend them if you are thinking about a photo booth.

We would like to thank Eric Bautista and his crew from Party Pix Hawaii for an exceptional job at our wedding! We ordered the Plus Package Convertible Booth, and it was everything we could ask for. Customer service was excellent and the planning process with Eric was a breeze, no complaints at all! Everything was customizable to what you wanted, the photo prints, background, and music! They had the social media kiosk, which also allowed guest to send their pictures to their phone! The quantity and selection of props he provided was top notch. Because we were so busy running around during the wedding, we forgot to grab our photo print, not only did Eric put it in our album he also texted the pictures to my phone! The guest enjoyed everything about the photo-booth, it was definitely a highlight. At the end of the night, Eric gave us our photo album that included messages guest wrote, along with a USB drive of all the photos. The memories that Party Pix Hawaii provided that were now able to keep forever are priceless! If you want GREAT customer service, quality pictures, top-notch professionals, go to PARTY PIX HAWAII! While researching photo booths for my daughter's wedding, I was most impressed with Eric B. from Party Pix. He was kind, helpful, quick to respond, professional, and patient. While they are not the least expensive photo booth vender in Honolulu, they are definitely the one that offers the most options and the quality is top-notch! We are thrilled with the custom format that Eric designed to match their wedding invitations! The open-air booth allowed larger groups of people in the pictures and we used the natural foliage of the Luau Gardens at Hale Koa as the backdrop. The results were stunning!! We also got the scrapbook option so we have copies of all photos as well as comments written next to pictures from the guests. It will be a priceless keepsake.
To be honest, my daughter really didn't want a photo booth at the reception, thinking nobody would even use it. However, as it turns out, she was in a ton of the pictures having a ball! There was always a crowd around the booth. Many of the guests said it was one of the favorite parts of the party!
So, if you are on the fence about whether or not to include a photo booth at your event, I say go for it! You will be glad you did. And be sure to hire Party Pix!! They are the best!!

Party Pix rocked the house at our wedding, from the customizable prints, their social media package, having some specific items we want for the booth, playing some fun music, and getting everyone excited...these guys are the real deal. Fun and professional. They made it all about our needs as a couple, while making sure our guests have a good time. I worked with Eric, and he is a joy to have, and i look forward to having him in the future.

What got me connected to Eric, was simple....my husband saw them at another wedding and saw a WWE wrestling belt and had a blast taking pics with them. He wanted that in our wedding. I tell you, Party Pix can make the fun happen, even make the interests of your guests (and for me, my husband) spark.

Creating memories is one thing but capturing those memories is a whole other thing. We used Party Pix Hawaii as part of the entertainment for our wedding reception. We loved everything about them. Eric was professional the whole way through. My groom and I told him what we were looking for and he provided us with everything that best fit our budget and desires. We ended up getting the Luxury booth and it was a great choice. We were asked to provide a list of songs to be played while pictures were being taken and they played them throughout the night. That feature made taking pictures so much more fun. They also personalized our picture layout by creating a design that matched our wedding invitation. We loved the way it came out. The best thing about our night was the memories they were able to capture for us. At the close of our reception we received a USB with a copy of ALL the pictures that were taken throughout the night. The picture quality was amazing....crystal clear. Although my groom and I got married 4 months ago we still look at the pictures and laugh about most of them. Our guests took many goofy pictures but the one thing that was constant in every photo was how much fun they were having. Party Pix Hawaii was able to capture memories that we otherwise would have missed. We highly recommend them for all your photo booth needs. You as well as your guests will absolutely love them!

We could not be more happy with choosing Party Pix Hawaii for our wedding photobooth. The staff was amazing and even took the time to recommend the best photobooth and services for our venue which turned out better than what we had originally planned. They were very professional, timely and made our guests feel comfortable. We were very happy with the custom photo layout and we highly recommend the double print option as we were able to keep a copy of the photos for our wedding album and the guests were also able to take a copy home. From the moment we met Eric at David's Bridal to the end of our wedding, the customer service they provided us with was amazing. Finalizing all details with Eric was made easy through email and phone conversations which helped with not adding any unnecessary stress. At the wedding, many of our guests mentioned to us how much fun they had dressing up and taking pictures. Both young and old alike.... everyone jumped in! After the event, we were given a flash drive with all the pictures taken along with a photo album with written messages from our guests. Both... great keepsakes for us!

We used Party Pix Hawaii and their open air photo booth for our wedding and absolutely loved it. The staff was very friendly & professional. We did run into a problem a few hours into the reception and the booth wasn't working for approximately 10-15 minutes, but the staff was able to resolve the problem quickly and they kept the booth open a little later to make up for that time.

Eric was great to work with during the planning process as well. He responded to my emails and calls quickly and professionally. He was very flexible and accommodating as we decided to make some last minute changes.

Overall, I would definitely recommend Party Pix Hawaii for all of your photo booth needs. They have so many different booth & package options and they were willing to work with our budget & needs.

I booked the minimum package with Eric months prior to the event. The week prior to our big day, he perked up the cover of the photo paper by adding designs that complimented our vintage theme. He added our tiffany blue color along with doily borders. It was super cute. We loved it. Their props were fun and neatly displayed on the table making it easy for people to look for the desired prop. And the quality of the pictures were sharp and clear.

Eric Bautista is really great to work with! He was really good with helping with the layout design and kept in contact with me up until the day before my wedding. Everyone loved the photo both and the fact that they could also email it to there self. I got my copy of the photos the same night and watched it the next day loved all the photos and had lots of laughs! I would contact Part Pix Hawaii for any event that I may have in the future! This was the best thing about our wedding! Everyone had so much fun and we got so many compliments. We worked with Eric and he was very quick to respond to any questions we had.

We got the deluxe package, which we were able to play a song of our choice, we got a photo album of all the pictures our guests took and each pic had a little message from the guests. There were attendants there who always made sure the camera was focused. Ive gone to parties with photo booths that the camera wasn't centered or it was blurry and out of focused. our package also had really fun props. My dad tried to steal the "father of the bride" glasses. lol. in addition to the photo album we also got a thumb drive with all the pictures that were taken. We had a lot of pictures because awesome points UNLIMITED PICS! Our nephew Jonah took full advantage of that.

Eric and his staff were so nice and most importantly they worked with kids sooo well. they took our theme and made a matching template for the photos. All those little touches showed how much thought and care goes into their product. They were just amazing and our wedding was so much more memorable because of Party Pix Hawaii.

I totally recommend them to everyone!

Out of all the vendors Kevin and I hired for our wedding, Partypix photo booth is 1 of the best vendor we got. Very pleased with the service and customer service given to us on our special day. The service we received was amazing. Eric and his partner were very enthusiastic and playful with the guest. I've over heard that most of the guest had a good time with the photo pod. The way the pod was set up was perfect. It did not disturb the ambience of the wedding reception. It is something that I would get in every party.

Very professional, quality services. From the time I booked this event until the day of the event, I felt confident that everything would be taken care of, and it was! All guests had fun dressing up and taking pictures. As far as value, we also had the guests make a scrapbook page so we killed two birds with one stone...we had instant pictures and they just had to add notes and embellishments to make a cute scrapbook page. We asked our guests to take 2 pictures one for themselves and another for the scrapbook. It was a fun activity for all.

Party Pix Hawaii was booked through our venue at Haiku Gardens. Eric's communication was clear and concise. When I did not met a deadline due to a death in my family, he was understanding and offered his sympathies. One week prior to the wedding he sent out two different choices for our custom layout (just as he had send in his initial communication). It was beautiful and hard to chose between the two because honestly, I wanted both! My only moment of opportunity would be when the DJ came up to me to confirm what time we had them booked for (10:30am-1:30pm) because the photo booth attendant had told the DJ that the Photo Booth was available until 1:00pm. Other than that moment, I would recommend Party Pix Hawaii.

Partypix provided their service for our son's first birthday party and our wedding all within 6 months! Eric was very quick to respond to our emails and able to accommodate our needs. I asked them correct the order of words on the proof of the print out prior to the wedding. However, the day of the wedding there was a typo that I noticed on people's printouts of the their photobooth pictures. After the wedding I contacted the company and they handled very well and apologized. They offered to reprint all photos with the corrections and send me a new USB with the corrected photos.
