Happy Times

We chose Party Bus Charleston to drive the wedding party to a few places for pictures before the wedding. We had so much fun. The driver Melinda was funny and very accommodating.

Rented one of the limo buses for the wedding party. We had a great time. Ice and cups were on the bus prior to pickup and the A/C was blasting out cold air! This was good because it was so hot outside.

We rented the large 30 passenger party bus to shuttle our guests back to the hotels. I heard nothing but compliments from my guests on how well the transportation service was.

We rented 2 party buses to provide transportation for the wedding party and guests. They had ice and bottled water upon boarding and wrote our names on the bus windows. I would recommend them to use for wedding or bachelor/bachelorette parties.

We used Party Bus Charleston to provide transportation for our wedding guests. They did a fantastic job and the bus looked like so much fun. So many things could have went better with the other vendors we used but I will say the transportation couldn't have been better.

We rented for our wedding party transportation from ceremony to photo location to reception. Our driver was friendly, had the bus ready with ice in the coolers and even stated she'd clean up our cans so we did not have to worry about trash. She kept us safe with her driving, kept the music at the right noise level, and was hospitable. We did not use the tv screen just the music connection, but the bus was well kept and clean upon arrival. Thank you for helping us celebrate our big day.

We used Party Bus Charleston for multiple trips during our wedding weekend. They drove us to the Firefly distillery during the week before the wedding, provided transportation for the wedding party before the ceremony, and provided transportation for all guests to the hotel and downtown after the reception. They were beyond flexible in helping us customize timing and routes. Unlike most other companies they were available by the hour as opposed to requiring a minimum number of hours. Mad Dog and Melinda just added to the party and were determined to be as helpful as possible since I was hobbled after Achilles surgery.

We utilized this company for a few hours on our wedding day to transport our bridal party around Charleston for photographs. Not only were they fifteen minutes late picking us up, they didn't communicate their tardiness to us. The driver also got lost driving to pick up the groomsmen on our way back to the venue, which made us late getting back. The bus itself was fun to ride on, but the lack of communication and poor customer service ruined our experience with this company for us.

THIS PARTY BUS SERVICE IS A NIGHTMARE. Complete fraud. Do not book this company. You will never get your money's worth, you will be arriving late to your wedding/event/bachelorette party, etc. I am talking 40-50 minutes late (with a text that unprofessionally misses the point of letting you know they'll be late).

The stereo system does NOT work. 1/5 songs MAYBE worked, the aux. cord didn't work, their bluetooth didn't work. Complete nightmare.

They smoke in the buses. The funniest part about it all, they claim to not smoke according to their website. Save yourself the time and frustration and do not book this unprofessional bus. They will take your money, never explain their reasoning for sending a half working bus, then ignore your calls and emails and will NOT rectify the situation. Most unprofessional business I have ever worked with. Go read their yelp, you can clearly see how disgusting this company is.

oh, also, they will overcharge you and not refund. It's clearly stated in many yelp reviews, as well. I am serious, do not book this party bus, your night will be a nightmare.
